Although describing the present invention in conjunction with some preferred embodiments, but it is not intended to be limited in the described embodiment. Embodiment
Fig. 1 is the skeleton view of the representative embodiment of container 100 according to one embodiment of present invention. Container 100 is generally used for storing household supplies, such as food or other article. But, will recognize from following description, embodiments of the invention described herein can be used in the container of commercial environment. In addition, it will also be recognized that, the container that the aspect of the present invention described relative to the disclosed embodiments can be expanded to various sizes and shape, and it is not limited to specific dimensions and the shape of the container of institute's diagram herein and description.
Container 100 generally includes container lid 102 and container body 104. Container lid 102 be formed as single type (entirety) structure with container body 104 and be not formed as multiple points liftoff be attached to together with parts.
Container lid 102 is attached on container body 104 by hinges (hinged part) 106. Hinges 106 allows container lid 102 between open and closed positions relative to container body 104 pivotable, forever is fixed on container body 104 by lid 102 simultaneously. In open position (Fig. 1), it is possible to access is stored in the content of container 100 inside. In a preferred embodiment, container lid 102 seals relative to container body 104 in off-position (Fig. 2).
In addition, container lid 102 forever is attached on container body 104 by hinges 106, can not lose container lid 102 or to be shifted from container body 104. The wall thickness T 1 of main part is preferred between about 0.058 and 0.070 inch, and more preferably between about 0.060 and 0.067 inch.
Container lid 102 also comprises strengthens skirt section 170. Strengthen skirt section 170 axially to extend away from main body 130 and be radially outward in the spaced relationship of constant from sealing flange 132. Strengthen at least partially extension of skirt section 170 along three sides of container lid 102.Strengthen the rigidity that skirt section 170 increases container lid 102. The main body 130 of the present invention is bent in advance when container lid is in an open position. Corner part 146,148 is biased in top surface 116 by this, causes corner part 146,148 to bend relative to centre portions 150, so that the seat part 143 of front part 144 becomes more smooth.
The seat part 143 of the rear portion 156 of container lid has similar recessed profile, but degree is less. Directly the part of the seat part 143 of adjacent hinges 106 is substantially straight. Only corner part 158,160 is bent, thus provides the female shape.

When container lid 102 is closed relative to container body 104, the middle part of widthwise side portions 162,164 will before corner part 144,146 seating top surface 116. Therefore, the middle portion of widthwise side portions 162,164 contacted top surface 116 before engaging the radial top flange 114 extended at holding part 122. When container lid 102 is closed, it can almost be seen as container lid 102 " expansion ".
Figure 10 illustrates when container lid starts to close that it is in the state of opening. Figure 10 illustrates when seat part 143 starts to be shelved on the top surface 116 of top flange 114 near hinges 106. When container lid 102 is closed relative to container body 104, first the rear portion of container lid will contact with container body 104. For the sake of completeness, other embodiments can use holding part at the different positions place of such as turning (that is, turning 146,148 instead of middle portion 150). Namely the further feature of embodiments of the invention relates to adjacent side face part 162,164(, front part 144 between respective corners 146,158 and 148,160 and the part extended between rear portion 156) bow song (bending) lateral parts of part of sealing flange 132. Container lid 102 and container body 104 comprise the stacking passage of the stacking for promoting container 100 when it is in closing condition. Other embodiments can not comprise described feature.
Turning now to Figure 15-24, illustrate another embodiment of container 100. In this embodiment, container 100 comprises at least one and preferred multiple projection of claw 202 form in arranging along skirt section 170. Claw 202 provides additional sealing integrity (see Fig. 1) by flexibly engaging the top flange 114 of radial extension between container lid 102 and container body 104. In addition, and describing in further detail as following, claw 202 also allows container 102 to keep local to open by general control mode, for ventilation and other objects.
See Figure 15, claw 202 is arranged around medullary ray 200 symmetry. In the embodiment shown, skirt section 170 arranges six claws 202. Turning now to Figure 16, claw 202 radially-inwardly extend into the reception channel 172 being formed between skirt section 170 and sealing flange 132 from the internal surface 204 in skirt section 170. As shown in figure 20, when claw 202 is positioned at below flange 114, there is small gap 212 between which.Recognizing, in other embodiments, gap 212 may be bigger, or is ignored completely, so that claw 202 is shelved on the basal surface of flange 114.

In fig. 25, container 300 is shown. Container 300 comprises lid 302 and body 304. Lid 302 is connected to body 304 by hinges 306, is similar to one-piece construction as above to be manufactured by container 300. Figure 26 illustrates the side cross section of container 300. Body 304 comprises the annular side wall portion 310 that the bottom 312 from body 304 upwards extends. Sidewall sections 310 terminates in top flange 314. As will be described in more detail above, container body 304 and more particularly sidewall sections 310 be formed in the part of tightness system 318 that the end of sidewall sections 310 formed.
Carrying member 308 is formed on the bottom 312 of container body 304. Carrying member 308 assists delivery with the multiple ammunitions shown in canister shot 326 form by neat and organized mode. As shown in the figure, seal inclined-plane 324 and provide the not coplanar inclined surface of the rest part of the internal surface with container body. This chamfered surface provided by sealing inclined-plane 324 allows the tight slip joint of the sealing flange 332 of variable-width, as shown in the figure. It will be appreciated that sealing inclined-plane 324 tilts to depend on the various angle of the shape of sealing flange 332 relative to the rest part of the internal surface of body 304. In operation, the sealing flange 332 slip joint sealing inclined-plane 324 when lid 302 is closed on body 304. Described operation allows the sealing promoted, and substantially reduces or entirely prevented in the internal cavities that foreign matter invades container 300.
Figure 28 illustrates the front cross section of container 300. In this illustration, carrying member 308 is illustrated as the running surface in wavy (fluctuating) portion with the regular interval presenting multiple summit and the lowest point on it. As shown in the figure, the lowest point receives a part for the periphery of shell case 326, and summit maintains the spacing between the row of adjacent shell case 326. Lid 402 comprises the skirt section 470 of suspension downwards. Figure 34 illustrates the enlarged view of the interaction between sealing flange 432 and sealing inclined-plane 424.
