Abstract

本发明公开了一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成，包括口模、口圈与冲头，在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔，口圈设置在口模内，冲头套设在第一通孔、第二通孔内且冲头的头部露出于口模，冲头下部的凸环抵住口圈，口圈底端与口模底端之间的间距为0.8～1.1cm。本发明调整了口模底端与口圈底端之间的间距，使得缩短了冲头的行程，从而可以减少冲头压力，并利于控制产品重量。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓶子粗坯加工配件，特别涉及一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成。
背景技术
瓶子粗坯的加工一般分为吹吹法和压吹法两种方法，压吹法是将瓶子通过冲压总成压一次，再吹一次即可形成瓶子粗坯；现有的冲压总成是由口模、口圈和冲头三部分组成，但现有的冲压总成由于结构设计不够合理，会导致很多问题，影响到瓶子的加工质量。
比如现有的冲头行程过长，不仅会增大冲头压力，还不利于控制产品重量。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种可减少冲头压力、并利于控制产品重量的冲压总成。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成，包括口模、口圈与冲头，在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔，口圈设置在口模内，冲头套设在第一通孔、第二通孔内且冲头的头部露出于口模，冲头下部的凸环抵住口圈，口圈底端与口模底端之间的间距为0.8～1.1cm。
为了使冲头移动更加顺利，作为优选，在口模底部冲头入口处，第一通孔的内径由大变小；在口圈底部冲头入口处，第二通孔的内径由大变小。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的有益效果是：
本发明调整了口模底端与口圈底端之间的间距，使得缩短了冲头的行程，从而可以减少冲头压力，并利于控制产品重量。

本发明的具体实施方式如下：
实施例：一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成，如图1所示，包括口模1、口圈2与冲头3，在口模1与口圈2内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔4和第二通孔5，口圈2设置在口模1内。冲头3套设在第一通孔4、第二通孔5内且冲头3的头部露出于口模1外，冲头3下部的凸环30抵住口圈2，凸环30为口圈2所止挡，口圈2底端与口模1底端之间的间距d1为1.0cm。
在口模底部冲头入口11处，第一通孔4的内径由大变小；在口圈底部冲头入口12处，第二通孔5的内径由大变小。

1.一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成，其特征是：包括口模、口圈与冲头，在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔，口圈设置在口模内，冲头套设在第一通孔、第二通孔内且冲头的头部露出于口模，冲头下部的凸环抵住口圈，口圈底端与口模底端之间的间距为0.8～1.1cm；在口模底部冲头入口处，第一通孔的内径由大变小；在口圈底部冲头入口处，第二通孔的内径由大变小。
