Abstract

The invention discloses a method for controlling an outdoor fan of an air conditioner according to the environmental wind direction. The method includes detecting the environmental wind direction first; setting the rotation of the outdoor fan to be forward so that wind is discharged from an air outlet when the environmental wind blows from an air inlet to the air outlet of the outdoor fan; and setting the rotation of the outdoor fan to be reverse so that wind is discharged from the air inlet when the environmental wind blows from the air outlet to the air inlet of the outdoor fan. According to the method, the operation status of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the environmental wind direction, and therefore a system can utilize natural resources fully to achieve efficient operation of the air conditioner. When the environmental wind direction is opposite to the air outlet direction of the existing air conditioner, the air volume can be prevented from reducing or even be improved and complete heat exchange of a heat exchanger can be guaranteed through shutdown or reverse rotation control of the outdoor fan; and when the environmental wind direction is the same with the air outlet direction of the existing air conditioner, the outdoor fan is controlled to be shut down or the rotation speed is reduced, therefore the overall operation power of the air conditioner is reduced and efficient and energy-saving functions are performed when the heat exchange is guaranteed.

Description

Method for controlling outdoor fan of air conditioner according to environmental wind direction
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners and refrigeration engineering, and particularly relates to a method for controlling an outdoor fan of an air conditioner.
Background
Most of the current air conditioner products include an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit is responsible for cooling or heating, and the indoor unit is responsible for conveying cold air or hot air to the indoor to reach the effect of cooling or rising temperature.
In the process of cooling or heating operation of the outdoor unit, heat released by the heat exchanger needs to be rapidly dissipated to the air by the outdoor fan. For the traditional outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the rotation direction is fixed, the rotation speed is only controlled by the running condition of the air conditioner, and the influence of the external wind direction and the wind speed is avoided. The conventional control method of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner has the following disadvantages:
(1) if the external environmental wind direction is opposite to the wind outlet direction of the outdoor fan, that is, the external wind blows to the air outlet of the outdoor unit, as shown in fig. 1, the wind volume passing through the heat exchanger is greatly reduced, the heat exchange effect of the outdoor unit is poor, and the cooling or heating effect is affected;
(2) if the external environmental wind direction is opposite to the wind outlet direction of the outdoor fan, i.e. the external wind blows to the air inlet of the outdoor unit, as shown in fig. 2, the wind volume passing through the heat exchanger may be sufficient as the environmental wind volume increases, but at this time, the outdoor fan still operates, so that useless work is generated, and the energy is wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for automatically changing the steering direction of an outdoor fan of an air conditioner according to the wind direction of the external environment so as to realize the high-efficiency operation of the air conditioner.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for controlling the outdoor fan of an air conditioner according to the environmental wind direction comprises the steps of firstly detecting the environmental wind direction, setting the rotation direction of the outdoor fan to be positive rotation when the environmental wind is blown to an air outlet from an air inlet of an outdoor unit, and discharging the air from the air outlet; when the ambient wind is blown from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet, the direction of the outdoor fan is reversed, and the ambient wind is blown out from the air inlet.
As a preferred judgment method of the ambient wind direction, the wind outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forward is set as the X-axis direction, the ambient wind speed is detected, and when the component of the ambient wind speed on the X-axis is a positive value, it is judged that the ambient wind is blown to the wind outlet from the wind inlet of the outdoor unit; and when the component of the ambient wind speed on the X axis is a negative value, judging that the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet.
When the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is controlled, aiming at different types of the outdoor fan, the following four preferable speed regulation modes are provided:
1. when the outdoor fan is a stepless speed change fan, the rotating speed R of the outdoor fan can be calculated and generated by the following formula:
when V isF<At the time of A, the first-time-series,
when V isFWhen the ratio is more than or equal to A, R = 0;
wherein, VF: the absolute value of the component of the ambient wind speed in the air outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forwards;
a: in order to meet the heat exchange requirement of the outdoor unit heat exchanger, a preset wind speed value passing through the surface of the heat exchanger is set;
RH: the maximum rotating speed of the outdoor fan;
RL: minimum rotation speed of the outdoor fan.
Further, when ambient wind blows from an air inlet of the outdoor unit to an air outlet, the value of A is 1.5-3.0 m/s; and when the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet, the value of A is 4.5-6.0 m/s.
2. When the outdoor fan is a multi-stage speed regulation fan, firstly, the rotating speed R of the outdoor fan is calculated by using the rotating speed calculation formula of the outdoor fan, and then the gear of the outdoor fan is determined according to the rotating speed R; and if the rotating speed R is between two wind speeds, selecting the wind speed of the larger one of the two gears to operate.
3. When the outdoor fan is a three-stage speed-regulating fan, if the ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet and the ambient wind speed is in an ascending trend, the absolute value V of the component in the air outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forwards is determined according to the ambient wind speedFDetermining the gears of the outdoor fan as follows:
if VF≤V11,V11If the value is taken between 1.0 and 1.5m/s, setting the gear of the outdoor fan as a high gear, and controlling the outdoor fan to run at a high speed, wherein the rotating speed corresponding to the high gear can be taken within the range of 820 to 880 rpm;
if V11<VF≤V12,V12If the value is 1.5-2.0 m/s, the gear of the outdoor fan is set to be a middle gear, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at a medium speed, and the rotating speed corresponding to the middle gear can be controlledTaking values within the range of 650-720 rpm;
if V12<VF≤V13,V13If the value is taken between 2.0 and 3.0m/s, setting the gear of the outdoor fan as a low gear, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a low speed, wherein the rotating speed corresponding to the low gear can be taken within the range of 450 to 550 rpm;
if VF>V13And controlling the outdoor fan to stop.
If the ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet and the ambient wind speed is in a descending trend, then
If the current outdoor fan is stopped, and VF>V14,V14If the value is between 1.5 and 2.0m/s, the outdoor fan is kept in a shutdown state;

when V is16<VF≤V15,V16When the value is between 0.5 and 1.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a medium speed;
when V isF≤V16And when the fan runs, the outdoor fan is controlled to run at a high speed.
If the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet and the ambient wind speed is rising, then
When V isF≤V21,V21When the value is between 4.0 and 4.5m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a high speed;
when V is21<VF≤V22,V22When the value is between 4.5 and 5.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a medium speed;
when V is22<VF≤V23,V23Between 5.0 and 6.0m/sWhen the value is taken, the outdoor fan is controlled to run at a low speed;
when V isF>V23And when the fan is stopped, the outdoor fan is controlled to stop.
If the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet and the ambient wind speed is in a descending trend, then
If the current outdoor fan is stopped, and VF>V24,V24If the value is between 4.5 and 5.0m/s, the outdoor fan is kept in a shutdown state;
if VFDown to V24Then the outdoor fan is controlled to start and is at V25<VF≤V24,V25When the value is between 4.0 and 4.5m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a low speed;
when V is26<VF≤V25,V26When the value is between 3.5 and 4.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a medium speed;
when V isF≤V26And when the fan runs, the outdoor fan is controlled to run at a high speed.
4. When the outdoor fan is a single-speed fan, V is setFThe absolute value of the component of the ambient wind speed V in the air outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forwards is
a. If the ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet and the ambient wind speed is rising, then

When the ambient wind direction is opposite to the air outlet wind direction of the traditional air conditioner, the outdoor fan is controlled to stop or reversely rotate, so that the air quantity can be prevented from being reduced, even the air quantity can be improved, and the heat exchanger can fully exchange heat; when the environment wind direction is opposite to the air outlet wind direction of the traditional air conditioner, the outdoor fan is controlled to stop or the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced, the heat exchange efficiency is ensured, and meanwhile, the running power of the whole air conditioner can be reduced, and the efficient and energy-saving effects are achieved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment is directed at the current air conditioner, the air outlet direction of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is fixed, and the outdoor environment wind direction has strong randomness, so that the heat exchange effect of the outdoor unit is influenced.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to realize intelligent adjustment of the direction of the outdoor fan, in this embodiment, a measuring instrument 2 for detecting an ambient wind direction is added to an outdoor unit of the air conditioner, a detection signal representing the ambient wind direction is generated by the measuring instrument 2 and transmitted to a main control board in the outdoor unit, and then a main control program is used to determine an appropriate air outlet direction of the outdoor fan, so as to realize direction change control of the outdoor fan.
For the current air conditioner, the air outlet 4 of the outdoor unit is generally disposed on the front panel 3 of the outdoor unit casing, as shown in fig. 4, the air inlet is generally disposed on the back panel of the outdoor unit casing, the outdoor fan 5 is installed in the casing, when the outdoor fan rotates forward, the air is sucked by the air inlet, and the air is discharged from the air outlet 4. In order to avoid the influence of the wind from the outdoor fan 5 on the measuring instrument 2, the measuring instrument 2 is preferably installed outside the outdoor unit casing and on the top plate 1 of the casing to ensure the accuracy of the detection of the ambient wind direction. In view of the overall appearance of the outdoor unit, the measuring instrument 2 is preferably installed at the middle of the top plate 1 of the casing, as shown in fig. 5.
Of course, the measuring instrument 2 may be installed in other parts of the outdoor unit, as long as it can ensure sufficient contact with the outdoor environment and avoid the air inlet and the air outlet of the outdoor unit, and the embodiment is not limited to the above example.
The wind direction detection signal detected and output by the measuring instrument 2 is transmitted to the controller on the outdoor unit main control panel, the controller generates a control signal for controlling the outdoor fan to turn according to the environmental wind direction, the control signal is output to the driving circuit, and then the driving control of the outdoor fan is realized through the driving circuit, so that the automatic adjustment of the air outlet direction of the outdoor fan is realized.
In order to enhance the heat exchange effect, when the ambient wind blows to the air outlet of the outdoor unit, that is, the ambient wind direction is opposite to the wind outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forward, for example, in the case of the right direction as shown in fig. 1, the outdoor fan is controlled to rotate backward, and the air is sucked from the air outlet and discharged from the air inlet of the outdoor unit. At this time, the ambient air and the air discharged by the outdoor fan are blown to the heat exchanger in the outdoor unit together, so that the air quantity passing through the heat exchanger is increased, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. On the contrary, when the ambient wind blows toward the air inlet of the outdoor unit, that is, the ambient wind direction is opposite to the air outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forward, for example, in the same condition as shown in fig. 2, the outdoor fan is controlled to rotate forward, and the air is sucked from the air inlet of the outdoor unit and is exhausted from the air outlet. At the moment, the ambient wind blows to the heat exchanger in the outdoor unit, the outdoor fan absorbs the heat emitted by the heat exchanger and releases the heat to the outside atmosphere, and the heat exchange speed is accelerated through the double pipes.
In order to meet the reversing requirement of the outdoor fan, for the variable frequency air conditioner, a three-phase alternating current fan can be selected as the outdoor fan and used for radiating heat of the heat exchanger. As shown in fig. 6, in order to realize the driving control of the three-phase ac fan, the present embodiment designs a frequency converter and reversing switches K1 and K2 in the driving circuit. The three-phase alternating current power supply U, V, W output by the frequency converter is transmitted to the power supply end of the three-phase alternating current fan through reversing switches K1 and K2. The reversing switches K1 and K2 are preferably designed by using an ac contactor to perform a circuit, receive switch control signals generated and output by the controller according to the environmental wind direction, and further change the time sequence of a three-phase ac power supply applied to the three-phase ac fan by controlling the switching-on of the reversing switch K1 and the switching-off of the reversing switch K2 (or the switching-on of the reversing switch K2 and the switching-off of the reversing switch K1), so that the reversing control of the three-phase ac fan is realized.
In order to ensure safe power supply, two groups of alternating current contactors K1 and K2 need to be designed in an interlocking manner in circuit design, namely, a normally closed contact of an alternating current contactor K2 is connected in series in a coil power supply loop of an alternating current contactor K1, and a normally closed contact of an alternating current contactor K1 is connected in series in a coil power supply loop of an alternating current contactor K2, so that only one group of time sequence alternating current power supplies are transmitted to a power supply end of a three-phase alternating current fan at the same time, and the three-phase alternating current fan is controlled to rotate forwards or reversely.
In order to improve the heat exchange effect and reduce the power consumption of the outdoor fan, the outdoor unit of this embodiment is further provided with a wind speed detection device, which is preferably embedded in the measuring instrument 2, that is, the wind speed/direction measuring instrument is selected and installed on the top plate 1 of the outdoor unit casing, so as to meet the requirement of synchronous detection of the ambient wind direction and the ambient wind speed.
The wind speed detection signal detected and output by the wind speed/wind direction measuring instrument is transmitted to the outdoor unit controller, the controller generates a rotating speed control signal according to the wind speed, the rotating speed control signal is output to the frequency converter in the driving circuit, the frequency of the alternating current power supply output to the outdoor fan is changed by the frequency converter, and then the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is intelligently adjusted.
Of course, the outdoor fan may also adopt a dc fan to perform system design, and the phase sequence and the current magnitude of the power supply transmitted to the dc fan are changed by the driving circuit, so as to adjust the rotation direction and the rotation speed of the dc fan.
Based on the above-mentioned structural design of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, a detailed description will be given below of a specific control method of the direction and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner with reference to fig. 7.
And S701, controlling the air conditioner to start to operate, and selecting an operation mode, namely a cooling operation mode or a heating operation mode.
S702, starting a wind speed/wind direction measuring instrument, and detecting the wind direction and the wind speed of the outdoor environment;
in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the detection of the outdoor ambient wind direction is determined by using a component of the ambient wind speed V in the wind outlet direction when the outdoor fan is rotating in the normal direction, as shown in fig. 3. Setting an air outlet on the front panel of the outdoor unit casing and an air inlet on the back panel, of course, the air inlets may also be simultaneously set on the left and right side panels of the casing, setting the air outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forward (i.e. the outdoor fan sucks air through the air inlet of the outdoor unit and the corresponding outdoor fan rotates when the air outlet discharges air) as the direction of the X axis, and calculating the component V0 of the ambient wind speed V on the X axis, i.e. V0= V × cos α, where V is the absolute value of the ambient wind speed. If the component V0 is a negative value, it is determined that the ambient air is blown from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet, i.e., the direction of the ambient air is opposite to the direction of the air outlet when the outdoor fan rotates forward. Fig. 1 shows a limit situation in which the ambient wind direction is directly opposite to the wind outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forward, that is, an included angle between the ambient wind direction and the wind outlet direction is 180 °, at this time, V0= -V, and the wind speed blowing to the outdoor unit is the maximum. If the component V0 is a positive value, it is determined that the ambient air is blown from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet, i.e., the direction of the ambient air is opposite to the direction of the air outlet when the outdoor unit is rotating forward. Fig. 2 shows a limit condition that the ambient wind direction is consistent with the wind outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forward, that is, an included angle between the ambient wind direction and the wind outlet direction is 0 °, and at this time, V0= V.
The absolute value V of the component V0 is used in the present embodiment for the wind speed of the environmental wind blown into the outdoor unitFAnd (4) performing representation.
S703, determining the steering direction of the outdoor fan according to the environmental wind direction;
in this embodiment, in order to make full use of the ambient air to exchange heat with the heat exchanger in the outdoor unit, when detecting that the ambient air is blown to the air inlet from the air outlet of the outdoor unit, that is, when component V0 is a negative value, the outdoor fan is controlled to reverse, and air is sucked from the air outlet, and the air inlet exhausts air, so that the air outlet direction of the outdoor fan is opposite to the ambient air direction and blows to the heat exchanger together, thereby improving the heat exchange effect.
On the contrary, when it is detected that the ambient wind is blown from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet, that is, the component V0 is a positive value, the outdoor fan is controlled to rotate forward, so that the outdoor fan sucks air from the air inlet, and the air outlet discharges air, that is, the air outlet direction is the X-axis direction shown in fig. 3, and at this time, the air outlet direction of the outdoor fan is opposite to the ambient wind direction, so that the heat exchange speed of the heat exchanger can be increased.
S704, determining the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the wind speed of the environment wind;
in this embodiment, the types of the outdoor fans selected by different air conditioners are different, some fans are selected by stepless speed change fans, some fans are selected by multistage speed regulation fans, and some fans are selected by single speed fans. Therefore, for different types of outdoor fans, the present embodiment proposes the following preferable speed regulation modes:
(1) when the outdoor fan is a stepless speed change fan, the rotating speed R of the outdoor fan can be calculated by the following formula:
when V isF<At the time of A, the first-time-series,
when V isFAnd when the pressure is larger than or equal to A, R =0, namely the outdoor fan is stopped.
Wherein,
a is a preset wind speed value passing through the surface of the heat exchanger to meet the heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit, and the wind speed value A can be obtained through tests. As a preferred design scheme of this embodiment, when ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet, the value of a is preferably between 1.5m/s and 3.0 m/s; when the ambient air is blown to the air inlet from the air outlet of the outdoor unit, the value of A is preferably 4.5-6.0 m/s.
RHIs the maximum rotational speed of the outdoor fan; this value RHCan be obtained by searching a technical manual of the fan.
RLIs the minimum rotational speed of the outdoor fan; this value RLOr can be obtained by searching a technical manual of the fan.
Considering that the heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger can be met only by utilizing the ambient wind even if the outdoor fan is not started under the condition that the outdoor ambient wind speed is larger, the embodiment is set as VFWhen the air temperature is more than or equal to A, namely the ambient air blown into the outdoor unit can meet the heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit, the overall power consumption of the air conditioner is reduced by controlling the outdoor fan to stop, and the design requirement of energy conservation and consumption reduction is met.
(2) When the outdoor fan is a multi-stage speed regulation fan (namely, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at a plurality of different rotating speeds by setting a plurality of gears), the following two rotating speed control strategies can be adopted:
one is as follows: firstly, the rotating speed R of the outdoor fan is calculated by using the rotating speed calculation formula of the stepless speed change fan in the step (1), and then the gear of the outdoor fan is determined according to the rotating speed R. Because the rotating speeds corresponding to different gears of the multistage speed regulation fan are different, if the calculated rotating speed R is just between two gears of wind speeds, the wind speed of the larger gear of the two gears is selected to operate, and the heat exchange requirement is fully ensured.
In the same way, when VFAnd when the power consumption is more than or equal to A, controlling the outdoor fan to stop so as to reduce the power consumption of the whole machine.
The second is that: the environment wind speed is divided into a plurality of intervals, and the outdoor fan is set to operate at different gears according to different intervals. Taking the three-level speed regulation fan as an example for specific explanation, namely, the outdoor fan can operate at three gears of high, medium and low, the specific control strategy is as follows:
if the ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet, that is, the component V0 is a positive value and the ambient wind speed is in an ascending trend, the absolute value V of the component of the ambient wind speed V in the X-axis direction is determined according to the absolute value V of the component of the ambient wind speed V in the X-axis directionFThe gear of the outdoor fan is determined as follows, and is shown in combination with fig. 8:
if the ambient wind speed is low, make VF≤V11,V11If the value is taken between 1.0 and 1.5m/s, setting the gear of the outdoor fan as a high gear, and controlling the outdoor fan to run at a high speed, wherein the rotating speed corresponding to the high gear can be taken within the range of 820 to 880 rpm;
if the ambient wind speed rises, make VFExceeds V11When is, i.e. V11<VF≤V12,V12And if the value is taken between 1.5 and 2.0m/s, setting the gear of the outdoor fan as a middle gear, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a medium speed, and controlling the rotating speed corresponding to the middle gearThe value can be taken within the range of 650-720 rpm;
if the ambient wind speed continues to rise, the V is enabledFExceeds V12When is, i.e. V12<VF≤V13,V13If the value is taken between 2.0 and 3.0m/s, setting the gear of the outdoor fan as a low gear, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a low speed, wherein the rotating speed corresponding to the low gear can be taken within the range of 450 to 550 rpm;
if the ambient wind speed increases, make VFBeyond V13I.e. VF>V13And controlling the outdoor fan to stop, and directly utilizing the ambient wind to exchange heat for the heat exchanger.
If the ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet, but the ambient wind speed is in a descending trend, the rotating speed control strategy of the outdoor fan is as follows:
if the current outdoor fan is stopped, and VF>V14,V14If the value is between 1.5 and 2.0m/s, the outdoor fan is kept in a shutdown state;
if the ambient wind speed decreases, make VFDown to V14Then controlling the outdoor fan to start, and when V is15<VF≤V14,V15When the value is taken between 1.0 and 1.5m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a low gear and a low speed;
if the ambient wind speed continues to drop, the V is enabled16<VF≤V15,V16If the value is between 0.5 and 1.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a medium-gear medium speed;
if the ambient wind speed decreases, make VF≤V16And controlling the outdoor fan to run at high speed in high gear.
Thirdly, if the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet, namely the component V0 is a negative value, and the ambient wind speed is in an ascending trend, the absolute value V of the component of the ambient wind speed V in the X-axis direction is determinedFThe gear of the outdoor fan is determined as follows, and is shown in combination with fig. 9:
when ambient wind speed is low, i.e. VF≤V21,V21When the value is taken between 4.0 and 4.5m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a high speed at a high level;
when the ambient wind speed rises, the V is enabled21<VF≤V22,V22When the value is taken between 4.5m/s and 5.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a medium-gear medium speed;
when the ambient wind speed continues to rise, the V is enabled22<VF≤V23,V23When the value is between 5.0 and 6.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a low gear and a low speed;
and when the ambient wind speed rises sufficiently, i.e. VF>V23And when the heat exchanger is in use, the outdoor fan is controlled to stop, and the ambient air is directly utilized for heat exchange of the heat exchanger.
If the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet and the ambient wind speed is in a descending trend, then
If the current outdoor fan is stopped, and VF>V24,V24When the value is between 4.5 and 5.0m/s, the outdoor fan is kept in a shutdown state, and ambient air is still used for heat exchange of the heat exchanger;
if the ambient wind speed decreases, make VFDown to V24Then the outdoor fan is controlled to start and is at V25<VF≤V24,V25When the value is between 4.0 and 4.5m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a low gear and a low speed;
when the ambient wind speed is reduced, the V is enabled to be26<VF≤V25,V26When the value is between 3.5 and 4.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a medium-gear medium speed;
and when the ambient wind speed drops to a lower level, i.e. VF≤V26And when the heat exchanger is in use, the outdoor fan is controlled to run at high speed at high level so as to ensure the heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger.
In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the system, the following two points should be considered in the rotation speed control of the outdoor fan:
firstly, to prevent frequent switching of the rotational speed of the outdoor fan, V11Should not be less than V16,V12Should not be less than V15,V13Should not be less than V14,V21Should not be less than V26,V22Should not be less than V25,V23Should not be less than V24. If the outdoor fan is a multi-stage speed-regulating fan or a stepless speed-changing fan, the air speed is allowed to be changed only after the outdoor fan continuously operates for a period of time at a certain air speed.
Secondly, under the condition of reverse rotation of the outdoor fan, the critical condition value V of each interval is set21、V22、V23、V24、V25、V26Should be larger than the critical condition value V of each interval under the condition of positive rotation of the outdoor unit11、V12、V13、V14、V15、V16And at least 2-3 times greater, or even greater. This is mainly due to the following two factors:
a. when the ambient wind direction is opposite to the wind outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forwards, the effective wind quantity passing through the outdoor unit heat exchanger is smaller than the effective wind quantity when the ambient wind direction is opposite to the wind outlet direction when the outdoor fan rotates forwards;
b. the refrigerant flow of the outdoor heat exchanger is generally considered during refrigeration, namely when the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode, the refrigerant passes through the inner row and the outer row, and the outlet air and the refrigerant flow direction are opposite under the condition that the outdoor fan rotates forwards, and the heat exchange coefficient is large; and under the condition of reverse rotation of the outdoor fan, the flow direction of the outlet air is consistent with that of the refrigerant, and the heat exchange coefficient is small. Therefore, in order to meet the heat exchange requirement, the air quantity needs to be increased. Of course, this can be disregarded in the case of a single row of heat exchangers.
(3) When the outdoor fan is a single-speed fan, that is, the fan can only operate at a unique fixed rotation speed, the operation mode of the fan can be controlled according to the second control strategy of the multistage speed regulation fan in the step (2), the difference is that the judgment is performed under the conditions of shutdown and high-speed operation, and when the judgment is high, medium and low gears, the operation is performed according to the outdoor fan. Namely, it is
If the ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet, that is, the component V0 is a positive value, and the ambient wind speed is in an increasing trend, then
When ambient wind speed is low, i.e. VF≤V13,V13When the value is taken between 2.0m/s and 3.0m/s, controlling the outdoor fan to start to operate;
when the ambient wind speed rises, the V is enabledF>V13When the heat exchanger is in use, the outdoor fan is controlled to stop, and the ambient air is directly utilized to exchange heat for the heat exchanger;
if the ambient wind blows from the air inlet of the outdoor unit to the air outlet and the ambient wind speed is in a descending trend, the ambient wind speed is controlled to be lower than the air inlet of the outdoor unit
If the current outdoor fan is stopped, and VF>V14,V14If the value is between 1.5 and 2.0m/s, the outdoor fan is kept in a shutdown state;
if the ambient wind speed decreases, make VFDown to V14Controlling an outdoor fan to start and operate, and exchanging heat for the heat exchanger together with ambient wind;
thirdly, if the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet, namely the component V0 is negative and the ambient wind speed is in an ascending trend, then
When the ambient wind speed is lower, VF≤V23,V23When the value is taken between 5.0m/s and 6.0m/s, controlling an outdoor fan to start to operate and operate at a fixed rotating speed;
when the ambient wind speed rises, the V is enabledF>V23When the outdoor unit is in use, the outdoor fan is controlled to stop, and the ambient air directly exchanges heat with the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit;
if the ambient wind blows from the air outlet of the outdoor unit to the air inlet and the ambient wind speed is in a descending trend, then
If the current outdoor fan is stopped, and VF>V24,V24If the value is between 4.5 and 5.0m/s, the outdoor fan is kept in a shutdown state;
if the ambient wind speed decreases, make VFDown to V24And controlling the outdoor fan to start and operate to blow air and exchange heat for the heat exchanger.
S705, judging whether a stop instruction is received or not, and if the stop instruction is not received, returning to the step S703 to circularly execute the steering and rotating speed control of the outdoor fan; and if a shutdown instruction is received, controlling the whole outdoor unit to shut down.
The embodiment aims at the working environment of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the control strategy is designed for the rotating speed and the steering of the outdoor fan, so that the power consumption of the outdoor unit can be effectively reduced on the premise of meeting the heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit, and the efficient operation of an air conditioner product is realized.
It is understood that the above description is only one preferred embodiment of the present invention, and that several modifications and improvements can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and improvements should be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
