本发明涉及营养食品领域,具体是一种青苹果罐头及其制备方法。
背景技术
青苹果就是颜色是青的苹果,青的果酸含量高,有利于美容,苹果都一样,不管是红的青的黄的都是一样的,它的颜色不同是因为它们的品种不同,不同的品种有不同的口味和特点,像是:”果实色泽鲜艳,全面浓红;果肉黄白色,果肉硬度9.6kg/cm2,肉质细脆、多汁。青苹果含有大量的维生素、矿物质和丰富的膳食纤维,特别是果胶等成分,除了具有一般苹果之补心益气、益胃健脾等功效外,其止泻效果尤佳,慢性腹泻、神经性结肠炎、小儿腹泻患者可经常食用。医学认为苹果具有生津止渴、润肺除烦、健脾益胃、养心益气、润肠、止泻、解暑、醒酒等功效。所以苹果还有减肥、排毒、美白的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种青苹果罐头及其制备方法,将水果通过自然发酵方法产生罐头,该青苹果罐头具有美容去脂的功效。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:青苹果罐头,以质量份数计,其组成为:青苹果400-600份,冰糖300-400份,柠檬200-250份。
青苹果罐头的制备方法,步骤如下:1)将青苹果去胡留皮,柠檬去蒂后,均切成3-5mm片;2)将青苹果片、柠檬片和冰糖依次放入玻璃瓶中;3)重复步骤2)至玻璃瓶的4/5处,将瓶口密封,置于15-25℃温度下,发酵14-15天。
所述步骤3)的密封是先用保鲜纸密封后再盖瓶盖。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的罐头有助于清肠胃、排毒及调整消化系统运作,而富含维生素C的青苹果具有美容去脂的功效。

实施例1
青苹果罐头,以质量份数计,其组成为:青苹果400份,冰糖300份,柠檬200份。
青苹果罐头的制备方法: 1)将青苹果去胡留皮,柠檬去蒂后,均切成3-5mm片;2)将青苹果片、柠檬片和冰糖依次放入玻璃瓶中;3)重复步骤2)至玻璃瓶的4/5处,将瓶口密封,置于15-25℃温度下,发酵14天。
制备过程中的注意事项,1、选购外型完美的新鲜水果,避免外皮受损的水果;2、为了避免蔬果沾农药,可以洗净风干后去皮;3、确保容器清洗干净,而且务必晒干或风干;4、制备时刀具、沾板都要保持干净,不能碰到水、油,以免发霉。
实施例2
青苹果罐头,以质量份数计,其组成为:青苹果600份,冰糖400份,柠檬250份。制备方法同实施例1。

2.如权利要求1所述的青苹果罐头的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:1)将青苹果去胡留皮,柠檬去蒂后,均切成3-5mm片;2)将青苹果片、柠檬片和冰糖依次放入玻璃瓶中;3)重复步骤2)至玻璃瓶的4/5处,将瓶口密封,置于15-25℃温度下,发酵14-15天。
3.根据权利要求2所述的青苹果罐头的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)的密封是先用保鲜纸密封后再盖瓶盖。
