Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于汽车的塑料连接器及其制造方法,其主要是先制备料A和料B,然后干燥后按配比混合,加入到已经升温的注塑机里,通过设定注塑机不同段的注射压力、速度、注射时间及注射胶量,同时设定好最后的保压压力及保压速度已达到最佳的注塑工艺,得到最终合格产品。本发明解决了注塑成型的用于汽车的塑料连接器在成型时产品易出现拉白、断裂、韧性差、强度低等物理性能缺陷,同时本注塑工艺稳定性,所得产品质量稳定,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的塑料连接器及其制造方法,属于汽车制造技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,汽车的使用量在不断增加,系统信号传输的连接插头包括有非整体式金属或塑胶插身,在塑胶插身内设有导线接触组件,在塑胶插身的另一端设有一连接插件,连接插件组合接触组件插设在塑胶插身的另一端,上述结具有装配不方便、定位不准确、连接不稳定、连接强度不够和影响接触性能等缺点。
发明内容
为了缓解现有技术的不足和缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于汽车的塑料连接器及其制造方法,本发明解决了注塑成型的用于汽车的塑料连接器在成型时产品易出现拉白、断裂、韧性差、强度低等物理性能缺陷,同时本注塑工艺稳定性,所得产品质量稳定,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
用于汽车的塑料连接器,其是由下述重量份的原料混合造粒再加工而得:A料50-60,B料45-55;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66 45-50,黄色粉0.04-0.06,ABS高胶粉 15-20,聚己酸内酯4-6,苯基三乙氧基硅烷0.7-0.8,抗氧剂1010 0.3-0.5,二苯胺0.1-0.3,硬脂酸钙0.7-0.9;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66 50-60,玻璃纤维10-20,改性凹凸棒土5-10,ABS高胶粉 10-15,ASA树脂9-11,聚己酸内酯2-3,乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 0.5-0.7,抗氧剂1010 0.5-0.8,氧化聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8,二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡0.1-0.3。
用于汽车的塑料连接器的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)料A的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料A的所有原料,然后置于高混机中混合3-6min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制加工温度在250-280℃,螺杆转数在400-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料A;
(2)料B的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料B的所有原料,取B料的除玻璃纤维以外各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,玻璃纤维从侧喂料口按重量份加入双螺杆挤出机,控制加工温度在250-275℃,螺杆转数在400-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料B;
(3)混合注塑:
将料A和料B按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为110-120℃,干燥时间为3-5小时,然后加入到注塑机里;设置注塑机加热段的温度:第一段285±5℃,第二段280±5℃,第三段270±5℃,第四段265±5℃,第五段260±5℃;注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
a、第一段采用48-52Mpa的中压、45-55m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为1.0-1.5秒,注射胶量至产品的78-80%;
b、第二段采用58-65Mpa的中压、45-55m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为0.5-1.0秒,注射胶量至产品水口的100%;
(4)最后成型、脱模,即得。
所述的改性凹凸棒土的制备工艺为:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡凹凸棒土1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明解决了注塑成型的用于汽车的塑料连接器在成型时产品易出现拉白、断裂、韧性差、强度低等物理性能缺陷,同时本注塑工艺稳定性,所得产品质量稳定,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:用于汽车的塑料连接器,其是由下述重量份的原料混合造粒再加工而得:A料50-60,B料45-55;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66 45-50,黄色粉0.04-0.06,ABS高胶粉 15-20,聚己酸内酯4-6,苯基三乙氧基硅烷0.7-0.8,抗氧剂1010 0.3-0.5,二苯胺0.1-0.3,硬脂酸钙0.7-0.9;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66 50-60,玻璃纤维10-20,改性凹凸棒土5-10,ABS高胶粉 10-15,ASA树脂9-11,聚己酸内酯2-3,乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 0.5-0.7,抗氧剂1010 0.5-0.8,氧化聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8,二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡0.1-0.3。
用于汽车的塑料连接器的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)料A的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料A的所有原料,然后置于高混机中混合3-6min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制加工温度在250-280℃,螺杆转数在400-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料A;
(2)料B的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料B的所有原料,取B料的除玻璃纤维以外各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,玻璃纤维从侧喂料口按重量份加入双螺杆挤出机,控制加工温度在250-275℃,螺杆转数在400-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料B;
(3)混合注塑:
将料A和料B按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为110-120℃,干燥时间为3-5小时,然后加入到注塑机里;设置注塑机加热段的温度:第一段285±5℃,第二段280±5℃,第三段270±5℃,第四段265±5℃,第五段260±5℃;注塑段成型工艺参数如下:

所述的改性凹凸棒土的制备工艺为:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡凹凸棒土1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末。

1.一种用于汽车的塑料连接器,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料混合造粒再加工而得:A料50-60,B料45-55;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66 45-50,黄色粉0.04-0.06,ABS高胶粉 15-20,聚己酸内酯4-6,苯基三乙氧基硅烷0.7-0.8,抗氧剂1010 0.3-0.5,二苯胺0.1-0.3,硬脂酸钙0.7-0.9;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA66 50-60,玻璃纤维10-20,改性凹凸棒土5-10,ABS高胶粉 10-15,ASA树脂9-11,聚己酸内酯2-3,乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷 0.5-0.7,抗氧剂1010 0.5-0.8,氧化聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8,二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡0.1-0.3;
所述的改性凹凸棒土的制备工艺为:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡凹凸棒土1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的用于汽车的塑料连接器的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)料A的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料A的所有原料,然后置于高混机中混合3-6min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制加工温度在250-280℃,螺杆转数在400-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料A;
(2)料B的制备:
按组成原料的重量份称取料B的所有原料,取B料的除玻璃纤维以外各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min,得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中,玻璃纤维从侧喂料口按重量份加入双螺杆挤出机,控制加工温度在250-275℃,螺杆转数在400-500rpm,熔融后挤出造粒即得料B;
(3)混合注塑:
将料A和料B按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为110-120℃,干燥时间为3-5小时,然后加入到注塑机里;设置注塑机加热段的温度:第一段285±5℃,第二段280±5℃,第三段270±5℃,第四段265±5℃,第五段260±5℃;注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
