背景技术
使用正排量气泵来给内燃机增压和为其它目的提供空气在本领域是已知的。当用作汽车增压器时,这种泵可以包括壳体,该壳体具有转子腔以及空气进入和排出通道。在增压器的腔中,一对相互啮合的或交错的转子旋转,以便泵送通过进入通道吸入的空气和随后通过排出通道排出空气。

装置82通过使用具有多个不同传动比的可切换的齿轮组实现可选择的多个速度。此外,装置82可以使用例如无级变速器(CVT)或电动变速器(EVT)的机构来在规定范围内连续改变输入速度,如本领域技术人员已知的。与不可选择的直接驱动的输入驱动装置11相比,本文所设想的可选择速度的输入驱动装置11B通常要求提高的润滑。然而,由正时齿轮36和38所供应的加压流体可以足够满足输入驱动装置11B的提高的润滑要求,且不需要额外供应的润滑。因此,输入驱动装置11B的特征在于没有由在增压器组件10B外部的源所提供的润滑。
尽管详细说明了用于实施本发明的最佳方式,但熟悉本发明所涉及的领域的人会意识到,用于实践本发明的各种可供选择的设计和实施例都在所附权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种正排量泵(10),包括:
壳体(12),该壳体(12)具有用于允许较低压力入口空气进入的入口(66)和用于将较高压力出口空气排出到内燃机的出口(68);
相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56),相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子旋转地布置在壳体(12)中并设置成将较低压力入口空气转变成较高压力出口空气以供应至内燃机;
相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38),相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮分别相对于相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)固定,用于防止相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)之间接触;
啮合的第一和第二旋转件(36A,38A),其中第一旋转件(36A)和第二旋转件(38A)啮合,并且所述啮合的第一和第二旋转件(36A,38A)与啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)结合使用;
第一支承板(52A),该第一支承板(52A)设置成将相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)与相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)分隔开;
盖件(53),该盖件(53)具有流体入口(72)和流体出口(74),其中,所述第一支承板(52A)与所述盖件(53)结合来封装所述第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)以及啮合的第一和第二旋转件(36A,38A);和
输入驱动装置(11),输入驱动装置(11)适于被正转矩以与内燃机(2)的速度成比例的速度旋转地驱动,并设置成驱动相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,由相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)产生的润滑流体流润滑输入驱动装置(11),并且输入驱动装置(11)的特征在于没有由在泵外部的源提供的润滑。
3.如权利要求2所述的泵,其特征在于,输入驱动装置(11)包括装置(82),该装置(82)构造成多速度比机构和无级变速机构中的一个,以便在输入驱动装置(11)与相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)之间提供可选择的速度比。
4.如权利要求2所述的泵,其特征在于,由相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)所产生的润滑流体流与输入驱动装置(11)的速度成比例。
5.如权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,由相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)所产生的润滑流体流连通到设置在壳体(12)外部的装置(76)。
6.如权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)的齿(39)设置成产生润滑流体流。
7.如权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)、以及相互啮合的第一旋转件和第二旋转件(36A,38A)设置成产生润滑流体流。
8.一种内燃机(2),包括:
燃烧室(4);
具有旋转轴线(X)的正排量泵(10),所述泵包括:
壳体(12),该壳体(12)具有用于允许较低压力入口空气进入的入口(66)和用于将较高压力出口空气输送到燃烧室(4)的出口(68);
相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56),相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子旋转地布置在壳体(12)中并设置成将较低压力入口空气转变成较高压力出口空气;
相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38),相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮分别相对于相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)固定,用于防止相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)之间接触;
啮合的第一和第二旋转件(36A,38A),其中第一旋转件(36A)和第二旋转件(38A)啮合,并且所述啮合的第一和第二旋转件(36A,38A)与啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)结合使用;
第一支承板(52A),该第一支承板(52)设置成将相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)与相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)分隔开;

其中,由相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38)以及啮合的第一和第二旋转件(36A,38A)产生的润滑流体流润滑输入驱动装置(11);和
其中,输入驱动装置(11)的特征在于没有由在正排量泵(10)外部的源提供的润滑。
9.如权利要求8所述的内燃机,其特征在于,第一旋转流体密封件和第二旋转流体密封件(62,64)沿着旋转轴线(X)相对于相互啮合的第一转子和第二转子(54,56)布置在壳体(12)中;并且流体被从在正排量泵(10)外部的源提供给相互啮合的第一正时齿轮和第二正时齿轮(36,38),从而当旋转轴线(X)设置成基本上与重力方向平行时,第一旋转流体密封件和第二旋转流体密封件(62,64)不浸没在流体中。
