图1和2图示玻璃酒瓶20,具有主体22、瓶口24以及在瓶口和主体之间延伸的颈部26。瓶口24适用于Stelvin型螺纹盖,且包括一个或多个外螺纹部段28。颈部和瓶口的关键尺寸包括从瓶口的顶表面到颈部中的宽部位的L尺寸和跨过颈部中的宽部位的K直径。(标号“L”和“K”是玻璃容器行业中的标准标号。)K尺寸跨过颈部的Stelvin型盖的裙部卷曲的部分。瓶20还具有在瓶口顶表面和容器基部之间的总高度28。瓶口24具有圆柱形内直径D。

Claims (4)
1. 一种模制适用于软木塞型柱塞盖和Stelvin型螺纹盖中的一个而不是两者的玻璃酒瓶(20或30)的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)成型玻璃型坯,所述玻璃型坯具有临时主体和完成瓶口(24或32),所述完成瓶口定轮廓用于接收软木塞型柱塞盖(26)和Stelvin型螺纹盖中的任一个而不是两者,
(b)将所述步骤(a)中成型的玻璃型坯输送到模制级,以及然后
(c)在所述模制级吹塑模制型坯的临时主体,以形成具有联接到所述瓶口的颈部的玻璃瓶,靠近所述瓶口的所述颈部具有适用于接收Stelvin型螺纹盖的外部(L和K)尺寸和适用于接收软木塞型柱塞盖的圆柱形内部两者。
2. 一种制造玻璃酒瓶的方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)提供玻璃制造机器,具有坯体级和模制级,所述坯体级用于制造型坯,所述型坯具有用于接收软木塞型柱塞盖和Stelvin型螺纹盖中的一个而不是两者的瓶口(24或32),所述模制级用于将所述型坯吹塑成具有由颈部(26)联接到所述瓶口的主体(22)的酒瓶(20或30),
(b)使用所述步骤(a)中提供的所述机器成型玻璃酒瓶,
(c)改型所述机器以具有坯体级和模制级,所述坯体级用于制造型坯,所述型坯具有用于接收所述软木塞型柱塞盖和所述Stelvin型螺纹盖中的另一个的瓶口(24或32),所述模制级用于将所述型坯吹塑成具有所述另一瓶口以及相同主体(22)和颈部(26)的酒瓶(20或30),以及
(d)使用所述步骤(c)中改型的所述机器成型玻璃酒瓶。
