Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温水聚氨酯,该一种耐高温水聚氨酯同时具备常规聚氨酯优良的物理新能的聚氨酯材料,一种耐高温水聚氨酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、乙二醇己二酸酯混聚酯二醇、1,4-丁二醇、三乙烯二胺制得,本发明在矿物油种有着很强的稳定性,可用于诸如冶金、采矿、隧道掘进机等水乙二醇介质广泛应用的行业中,在水乙二醇中其耐高温性可达到90度。其尤其适合应用于海水、HFA\HFB等防火耐压液和生物降解液压油。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温水聚氨酯。
背景技术
聚氨酯是由多异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇或/及小分子多元醇、多元胺或水等扩链剂或交联剂等原料制成的聚合物。通过改变原料种类及组成,可以大幅度地改变产品形态及其性能,得到从柔软到坚硬的最终产品。聚氨酯制品形态有软质、半硬质及硬质泡沫塑料、弹性体、油漆涂料、胶粘剂、密封胶、合成革涂层树脂、弹性纤维等,广泛应用于汽车制造、冰箱制造、交通运输、土木建筑、鞋类、合成革、织物、机电、石油化工、矿山机械、航空、医疗、农业等许多领域。
普通的聚氨酯材料不耐高温水解,在高温水的工况环境中很容易分解造成密封失效。因此开发一种耐高温水聚氨酯同时具备常规聚氨酯优良的物理新能的聚氨酯材料具有非常重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温水聚氨酯,该一种耐高温水聚氨酯同时具备常规聚氨酯优良的物理新能的聚氨酯材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐高温水聚氨酯,按质量分数计由以下组分组成:
所述的一种耐高温水聚氨酯内添加有染料。
按质量分数计,所述的乙二醇己二酸酯混聚酯二醇用量优选为30.5。
按质量分数计,所述的1,4-丁二醇用量优选为16.5。
本发明中,采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯作为该一种耐高温水聚氨酯的基料,其配比可改变聚氨酯材料的硬度,采用乙二醇己二酸酯混聚酯二醇作为一种耐高温水聚氨酯的辅料,其配比可改变聚氨酯材料的韧性、柔软性,采用1,4-丁二醇作为一种耐高温水聚氨酯的的辅料,其配比可改变聚氨酯材料的韧性、柔软性。
由于异氰酸酯的种类繁多,依据产品的用途不同选用不同的异氰酸酯,如甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),分为2,4和2,6两种异构体,混合比例为80/20(TDI-80)和65/35(TDI-65)两种,可用于软质到硬质泡沫制品;多亚甲基对苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI),它含有三官能度,可用于热固型的硬质泡沫、混炼及浇铸PU制品。本发明中选用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯作为基料,因其自身性质适用于半硬和硬质聚氨酯弹性体制品,除此之外,由于二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在矿物油种有着很强的稳定性,因此,本发明产品可用于诸如冶金、采矿、隧道掘进机等水乙二醇介质广泛应用的行业中,在水乙二醇中其耐高温性可达到90度,其尤其适合应用于海水、HFA\HFB等防火耐压液和生物降解液压油。
