Abstract
The invention discloses a material bag vacuum packaging all-in-one machine. The machine comprises an emptying funnel, a bag placing box, a conveying device and an air sucking sealed device, wherein an opening is arranged at the upper end of the bag placing box, the emptying funnel is arranged on the upper portion of the opening, a bag hide rolling shaft, a bag hide forming reel, a material bag side folding sealing device and a material bag bottom sealing cutting device are arranged in the bag placing box, the conveying device is located on the lower portion of the opening of the lower end of the bag placing box, and the air sucking sealed device is located at the outlet end of the conveying device and consists of an air sucking machine and a top sealing device. Coal, rare earth, kaolin, chemical raw materials, seafood, meat, agricultural and sideline products and the like mean that some products are easy to chemically react with oxygen in the air in the transportation and storage processes, and further cause the phenomena of spontaneous combustion, oxidation, decay, environmental pollution and the like. the bottom edge sealing and cutting device of the material bag consists of a bottom edge sealing device and a cutting device, wherein the bottom edge sealing device is a group of transverse sealing clamping plates and is positioned below the vertical sealing clamping plates; the cutting device is a group of cutting knives and is positioned below the transverse sealing clamping plate;
the conveying device is positioned below the opening at the lower end of the bag placing box;
the air suction sealing device is positioned at the outlet end of the conveying device and consists of an air suction machine and a top edge sealing device.
Preferably, the top edge sealing device is composed of a left concave plate and a right concave plate, and the upper end of the inner side edge of each concave plate is provided with a sealing area.
Preferably, the lower end of the concave plate is provided with a lifting clamping plate.
Preferably, the lower end of the concave plate is also provided with a roller.
Preferably, the side edge sealing device, the bottom edge sealing device and the top edge sealing device all adopt a glue spraying mode, and the glue spraying devices are arranged at the side edge sealing device, the bottom edge sealing device and the top edge sealing device.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the material bagging and vacuum packaging all-in-one machine according to the embodiment of the present invention at least comprises a material feeding funnel 1, a bag feeding box, a conveying device 10 and an air suction sealing device, wherein the material feeding funnel 1 is connected with the bag feeding box;
an opening is arranged at the upper end of the bag placing box, and the placing funnel 1 is arranged above the opening;
a bag leather rolling shaft 2, a bag leather forming winding drum 3, a material bag side edge folding and sealing device and a material bag bottom edge sealing and cutting device are arranged in the bag placing box; wherein,
the bag skin forming winding drum is flat at the upper end, is internally rolled into a cylinder shape at two sides of the lower end, and is provided with a side opening; the upper end of the bag cover forming winding drum is provided with the bag cover rolling shaft, and the upper part of the lower end cylindrical opening corresponds to the upper end opening of the bag placing box;
the material bag side folding and sealing device consists of a folding device 4, a pressing device 5 and a side sealing device 7, wherein the folding device is two groups of folding clamping plates which are respectively positioned at two edges of a cylindrical side opening at the lower end of the bag skin forming winding drum; the pressing device is a group of pressing clamping plates which are arranged below the edge folding clamping plates; the side sealing device is a group of vertical sealing clamping plates and is positioned below the pressing clamping plates;
the bottom edge sealing and cutting device of the material bag consists of a bottom edge sealing device 8 and a cutting device 9, wherein the bottom edge sealing device is a group of transverse sealing clamping plates and is positioned below the vertical sealing clamping plates; the cutting device is a group of cutting knives and is positioned below the transverse sealing clamping plate; the cutting edge of the cutting device is wavy or triangular, and the edge of the cut bag is wavy or triangular, so that the bag can be torn conveniently.
The conveying device 10 is positioned below the opening at the lower end of the bag placing box, and automatic quantitative weighing equipment is further arranged on the conveying device to quantitatively weigh the mass of the materials; guard rails 21 are further arranged on two sides of the conveying device to prevent the material bags from turning over laterally.
The air suction sealing device is positioned at the outlet end of the conveying device and consists of an air suction machine 12 and a top edge sealing device 11. The lower end of the concave plate is provided with a lifting splint 14. When the top edge of the bagged easily-oxidized material is sealed, the lifting clamping plate can lift the bag from the bottom of the easily-oxidized material bag as much as possible, and the bag is favorably and completely vacuumized.
The lower end of the concave plate is also provided with a roller 22, which is convenient for holding and loosening the easily oxidized material bag.
When the easily oxidized material bag is sealed, the side edge sealing device, the bottom edge sealing device and the top edge sealing device adopt glue spraying modes, and glue spraying devices are arranged at the side edge sealing device, the bottom edge sealing device and the top edge sealing device.
As shown in fig. 3, the glue spraying device is composed of a glue cylinder and a nozzle, the glue cylinder is provided with an opening, the nozzle 18 passes through the opening and is exposed outside the glue cylinder 16, a fixing plate 17 is arranged in the glue cylinder, and the fixing plate is connected with the nozzle through a spring 19; the nozzle opening is a cross opening.
The top end of the rubber cylinder 16 is provided with a nozzle cover 20 which is provided with a cross opening corresponding to the nozzle opening.
When the glue spraying device sprays glue, the nozzle is extruded outwards under pressure, the spring extends, the nozzle is propped against the cross-shaped opening of the nozzle cover, the head is exposed, and the glue is sprayed out and spread in the glue area. When the glue spray is stopped, the spring contracts to pull the nozzle back into the nozzle hood. The cross-shaped opening in the nozzle hood returns to its original position to prevent dust from entering the nozzle.
In addition, when the easily-oxidized material bag is sealed, the side edge sealing device, the bottom edge sealing device and the top edge sealing device can also adopt a hot-melt bonding mode. The hot melting mode does not need a glue spraying device.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the bag leather is rolled on the bag leather rolling shaft, the bag leather rolls down from the bag leather rolling shaft to enter the bag leather forming winding drum, and the lower end of the bag leather forming winding drum is cylindrical, so that the bag leather is rolled into a cylinder after entering the cylinder. Because the circumference of the tube shape is less than the length of the bag cover, two edges of the bag cover can extend out from the side opening at the lower end of the bag cover forming drum, the edges of the bag cover after extending out respectively fall into a group of edge folding clamping plates, and the edge folding clamping plates bend the edges of the bag cover for a certain distance for sealing the side edges; in the hem side seal position entered into the pressfitting splint, the pressfitting splint made the seal position on both sides to press close to, then the nozzle spouts gluey to the inboard at seal position, then enters into the side seal splint, accomplishes sealedly.
At the beginning, the bottom edge of the cylindrical bag after the bag skin is formed is not sealed, so the bottom edge of the bag is sealed by the bottom edge sealing splint. And then, discharging the formed bag to enable the bag to be filled with a set amount of easily-oxidized materials, then, feeding the bag below the formed bag to a conveying device, starting metering by an electronic pump on the conveying device, stopping discharging by a discharging hopper 1 when the set amount is reached, and simultaneously cutting the bag and sealing the bottom edge of the next bag.
The cut bag filled with the oxidizable material enters the suction sealing device along with the conveying device. The concave plate in the top edge sealing device is spliced, the bag is completely supported under the action of the lifting clamping plate, then the air in the bag is sucked to be empty by the air sucking machine, the top edge of the bag is sealed at the same time, and the bag is conveyed to the placing area after being sealed.

the bottom edge sealing and cutting device of the material bag consists of a bottom edge sealing device and a cutting device, wherein the bottom edge sealing device is a group of transverse sealing clamping plates and is positioned below the vertical sealing clamping plates; the cutting device is a group of cutting knives and is positioned below the transverse sealing clamping plate;
the conveying device is positioned below the opening at the lower end of the bag placing box;
the air suction sealing device is positioned at the outlet end of the conveying device and consists of an air suction machine and a top edge sealing device.
2. The bagging and vacuum bagging machine of claim 1 wherein the top edge sealing means comprises a left and right concave plate, and a sealing area is provided at the upper end of the inner edge of each concave plate.
