发热板材模块,其属于板材加工领域。由隔热板、散热板、密封层、发热模块、凸电缆接头和凹电缆接头组成,嵌入板材龙骨之间的隔热板中间制有凹槽,隔热板的凹槽中铺设发热模块,其上为散热板,发热模块的两头分别接有凸电缆接头和凹电缆接头。本发明兼有装饰美观和供热的双重作用,结构简单,可独立拆卸,便于维修,加热位置靠近上层,升温快,传热均匀,保温效果好,拼装使用,施工简单方便。

本发明涉及发热板材模块,其属于板材加工领域。 
背景技术
在室内装修中通常用到装饰板材。由于目前采用的装饰板材只能达到使室内地面较整洁的目的,不具备采暖功能,需铺地热系统,再由地热系统传导到板材,一旦地热系统出现故障就需要拆除整体板材才能维修,并且地热系统整体被封入地下,如何检测问题所在也是很棘手的问题,造成工作费工费时,浪费严重。 
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于要提供发热板材模块,通过拼接组合达到装饰和供热的双重作用。 
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是发热板材模块,由隔热板、散热板、密封层、发热模块、凸电缆接头和凹电缆接头组成,嵌入板材龙骨之间的隔热板中间制有凹槽,隔热板的凹槽中铺设发热模块,其上为散热板,发热模块的两头分别接有凸电缆接头和凹电缆接头。在隔热板与龙骨之间铺设密封层,密封两者之间缝隙,并且散热板左右两边是配合另外一块散热板咬合的凸沟槽和凹沟槽。 
本发明与现有技术产品相比具有以下有益效果:本发明兼有装饰美观和供热的双重作用,结构简单,可独立拆卸,便于维修,加热位置靠近上层,升温快,传热均匀,保温效果好,拼装使用,施工简单方便。

具体实施方式
图1、图2所示的发热板材模块示意图中,其主要结构包括发热板材模块,其特征在于:由隔热板6、散热板1、密封层4、发热模块7、凸电缆接头8和凹电缆接头9组成,嵌入板材龙骨5之间的隔热板6中间制有凹槽,隔热板6的凹槽中铺设发热模块7,其上为散热板1,发热模块7的两头分别接有凸电缆接头8和凹电缆接头9。在隔热板6与龙骨5之间铺设密封层4,密封两者之间缝隙,并且散热板1左右两边是配合另外一块散热板1咬合的凸沟槽2和凹沟槽3。 
多块发热板材通过凸沟槽和凹沟槽组合连接在一起构成牢固稳定的发热板材面,通电后可以起到供热的功能。加热位置靠近上层,升温快,传热均匀,保温效果好。发热对于发热板材嵌入的模块化碳纤维电缆可以随时独立更换或维修,拼装使用,施工简单方便。龙骨和散热板中间夹着密封层,可以防止液体进入到内部造成破坏。 

Claims (2)

1.发热板材模块,其特征在于:由隔热板(6)、散热板(1)、密封层(4)、发热模块(7)、凸电缆接头(8)和凹电缆接头(9)组成,嵌入板材龙骨(5)之间的隔热板(6)中间制有凹槽,隔热板(6)的凹槽中铺设发热模块(7),其上为散热板(1),发热模块(7)的两头分别接有凸电缆接头(8)和凹电缆接头(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发热板材模块,其特征在于:在隔热板(6)与龙骨(5)之间铺设密封层(4),密封两者之间缝隙,并且散热板(1)左右两边是配合另外一块散热板(1)咬合的凸沟槽(2)和凹沟槽(3)。
