However, the automatic pesticide spraying system has the disadvantages that the water pump and the pesticide box are welded or screwed and are not easy to disassemble, if the spraying system is stopped for a long time, pesticide in the spraying system is deposited at the bottom of the pesticide box and is not easy to stir the pesticide, and the pesticide deposition causes the concentration imbalance of the pesticide and influences the control effect of crop diseases, insects and weeds.

Detailed Description
For clearly expressing the technical concept of the present invention, the technical solution of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pesticide liquid mixing system is composed of a pesticide box 11, a water pump 12, a control box 25, a third liquid conveying pipe 23, a return pipe 24 and a spray pipe 15, and the specific structure of the pesticide liquid mixing system is described in this embodiment by only taking the control box 25 and the water pump 12 as an example of being installed on the top of the pesticide box 11. Obviously, the control box 25 and the water pump 12 may be installed at any position of the medicine box according to different use requirements. A first infusion tube 21 and a second infusion tube 22 are arranged in the control box 25, the first infusion tube 21 is provided with a liquid spraying port 211, a liquid returning port 212 and a liquid inlet 213, the liquid inlet 213 is arranged between the liquid spraying port 211 and the liquid returning port 212, a water inlet of the second infusion tube 22 extends into the medicine box 11 and is close to the bottom of the medicine box 11, and a water outlet of the second infusion tube 22 is connected with a water inlet of the water pump 12. The inlet of the return pipe 142 is connected to the return port 212 of the first transfer pipe 21, and the outlet thereof extends into the medicine boxes 11 and approaches the bottoms of the medicine boxes 11. The water inlet of the third infusion tube 23 is connected with the water outlet of the water pump 12, and the water outlet of the third infusion tube 23 is connected with the liquid inlet 213 of the first infusion tube 21. The liquid spraying port 211 of the first liquid conveying pipe 21 is communicated with the spraying pipe 15 through a water pipe, and the spraying pipe 15 is provided with a water spraying port 151.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water pump 12 pumps the chemical liquid in the medicine box 11 through the second liquid transport tube 22, and pumps the chemical liquid into the first liquid transport tube 21 through the liquid inlet 213 of the first liquid transport tube 21, and a part of the chemical liquid in the first liquid transport tube 21 is pumped into the nozzle 15 through the liquid outlet 211 and is sprayed to the crops through the water outlet of the nozzle 15; the other part of the liquid medicine in the first liquid conveying pipe 21 is pumped into the return pipe 24 through the return port 212, is sprayed into the medicine box 11 from the water outlet of the return pipe 24, and collides with the liquid medicine in the medicine box, so that the liquid medicine at the bottom of the medicine box 11 is driven to rise, the liquid medicine at the upper part of the medicine box sinks, and the liquid medicine in the medicine box automatically circulates up and down, thereby realizing the stirring effect.
In another embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the medicine boxes 11 are extended downward at both ends thereof with first projecting portions 41 and second projecting portions 42, the first projecting portions 41, the second projecting portions 42 communicating with the medicine boxes 11. When the medicine boxes are mounted, a clamping groove 44 is formed between the first projecting portion 41 and the second projecting portion 42 and the medicine boxes 11, and the clamping groove 44 can be clamped on a vehicle or an airplane on which the fixing frame 45 is mounted, so that the medicine boxes are prevented from shaking. Further, the first projecting portion 41 and the first projecting portion 32 communicate through the communication pipe 43, the outlet of the return pipe 24 extends from the medicine box 11 into the first projecting portion 41, and the inlet of the second transfer pipe 22 extends from the medicine box 11 into the first projecting portion 41. When the water pump 12 pumps the liquid medicine from the first protrusion 41, the second protrusion 42 can continuously supply the liquid medicine to the first protrusion 41 through the connection pipe 43, and the liquid medicine in the first protrusion is stirred by the impact force generated by the backflow of the liquid medicine injected through the backflow pipe 24, thereby achieving the purpose of stirring the liquid medicine.
In another embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, the return pipe 24 is composed of a first branch pipe 51 and a second branch pipe 52, a water outlet of the first branch pipe 51 extending into the first projecting portion 41 of the medicine box 11, and a water outlet of the second branch pipe 52 extending into the second projecting portion 42 of the medicine box 11. The water outlet of the second infusion tube 22 is connected to the communication tube 43, the water inlet 221 of the second infusion tube 22 is disposed on the sidewall of the second infusion tube, and the water inlet 221 of the second infusion tube 22 is close to the bottom of the first protrusion 41. The water pump 12 pumps the liquid medicine in the medicine box to the first liquid conveying pipe, a part of the liquid medicine in the first liquid conveying pipe simultaneously sprays the backflow liquid medicine to the first bulge 41 and the second bulge 42 correspondingly through the first branch pipe 51 and the second branch pipe 52 of the backflow pipe 24, and simultaneously stirs the liquid medicine in the medicine box, so that the concentrations of the upper layer liquid medicine and the bottom layer liquid medicine in the medicine box are kept consistent.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to adjust the flow rate of the return pipe, a flow rate adjusting valve (not labeled in the figure) is arranged on the pipeline between the liquid inlet and the return port of the first liquid conveying pipe; in order to detect the pressure of the liquid medicine in the first infusion tube, a pressure gauge (not marked in the figure) is arranged on a pipeline between the liquid inlet and the liquid spraying port of the first infusion tube. In order to facilitate cleaning of the residual pesticide liquid inside the pesticide box, the communicating pipe is provided with a drain valve 53.

one end of the first infusion tube is provided with a backflow port, the other end of the first infusion tube is provided with a liquid spraying port, and the middle part of the first infusion tube is provided with a liquid inlet;
the water outlet of the second liquid conveying pipe is connected with the water inlet of the water pump, and the water inlet of the second liquid conveying pipe extends into the medicine box;
the water inlet of the third infusion tube is connected with the water outlet of the water pump, and the water outlet of the third infusion tube is connected with the liquid inlet of the first infusion tube; wherein,
the water inlet of the return pipe is connected with the return port of the first liquid conveying pipe, the water outlet of the return pipe extends into the medicine box, and the water inlet of the spray pipe is connected with the liquid spraying port of the first liquid conveying pipe.

A pesticide liquid mixing system according to claim 1, wherein a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion are arranged at two ends of the pesticide box in a downward direction, and the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion are respectively communicated with the pesticide box; the first protruding part is communicated with the second protruding part through a communicating pipe; the water inlet of the second infusion tube extends into the first protruding portion from the medicine box, and the water outlet of the return tube extends into the first protruding portion from the medicine box.
3. A pesticide and liquid mixing system as set forth in claim 2 wherein the second liquid conveying pipe is communicated with the communicating pipe, and the water inlet is provided in a side wall of the second liquid conveying pipe.

A pesticide liquid mixing system according to claim 3, wherein the return pipe comprises a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe, a water outlet of the first branch pipe extends into the first projecting portion of the pesticide box, and a water outlet of the second branch pipe extends into the second projecting portion of the pesticide box.
5. A pesticide and liquid mixing system as set forth in claim 4 wherein the communicating tube is provided with a drain valve.
6. The pesticide and liquid mixing system as set forth in claim 5, wherein a flow regulating valve is provided on a pipe between the liquid inlet and the return port of the first liquid transfer pipe.
7. The pesticide liquid mixing system as set forth in claim 6, wherein a pressure gauge is provided on a pipe between the liquid inlet of the first liquid transport pipe and the liquid ejection port.
