Event reminding method for sharing same schedule by different users
Technical Field
The invention relates to an event reminding method of a tablet computer, in particular to an event reminding method which can only remind an event of a current user according to different users when a public tablet computer is provided with only one schedule.
Background
In recent years, due to the development of touch technology, many electronic products (such as mobile phones, digital photo frames, tablet computers, and the like) with screens have been reduced in number, even without buttons, the touch screens are directly used as input units, so that the size of the electronic products can be greatly reduced, and the learning threshold of users can be reduced by a visual sliding control mode, thereby creating fashionable fashion popular images. Among them, with the advent of pushing iPad in 1 month and 27 days 2010 by apple inc (apple inc.), the tablet pc is becoming popular, and the current tablet pc has various functions such as internet browsing, e-mail receiving and sending, e-book watching, audio or video playing, and game playing, and is lighter than a notebook pc in overall weight, and is convenient and space-saving in use, so it is popular among consumers.
As mentioned above, the tablet computer has the following advantages compared to the notebook computer:
(1) the user can directly operate the tablet computer without turning the screen and the keyboard open as the notebook computer, so the tablet computer is convenient to operate and does not occupy too much operating space;
(2) the user can carry the tablet personal computer with him, and still can directly operate the tablet personal computer when standing or walking, and can display the data thereon for other people to watch;
(3) the user can intuitively select pictures, replace pictures or write data by fingers without additional devices such as a mouse or a joystick.
Therefore, many people often adopt the tablet computer to replace the original notebook computer so as to conveniently process the work or record the daily journey of the individual. In view of this, some companies also start to configure a common tablet computer, so that multiple supervisors or multiple business personnel can record related work content or their trip plans into the common tablet computer, so that the supervisors or the business personnel can view the work progress at any time, or a secretary or an assistant can remind the supervisors or the business personnel of the related trip items. However, the current tablet pc is still a serious problem when it is used as a public device, firstly, the current tablet pc is generally designed to be used by a single person, so that only a person operating the tablet pc can browse all recorded items in the schedule, which results in poor privacy of the public tablet pc, secondly, after setting an event in the schedule, a general person usually adds a reminding function to the event, so that the tablet pc can remind the user of the predetermined event in advance, however, when a user is currently using the tablet pc briefing, if the reminding function preset by another person is just sounded, not only the meeting progress is destroyed, but also an unprofessional bad impression is given, and finally, when the reminding function rings, the content of the event is usually displayed together, so that, although an irrelevant third person peeps, but still view the content of the event, thereby reducing the willingness of people to use a common tablet computer.
As described above, it is obvious that many problems are encountered when the current tablet pc is used as a public device, and the convenience of the tablet pc cannot be effectively brought into play, although an enterprise can change the notebook pc to be used as a public device, after all, the notebook pc can set up a plurality of users, and each user has a dedicated corresponding schedule table, so that the events and the reminding function on the schedule table can only appear after the corresponding user finishes the login operation of the notebook pc, but as mentioned above, the notebook pc is not as convenient as the tablet pc, in addition, each user has a dedicated schedule table, and thus, it will certainly occupy more storage space, and the capacity of the storage unit (such as a hard disk and a flash memory) is increased, so that the purchase cost of the business is greatly increased, and when the secretary needs to check the schedule of each supervisor, the contents of the schedule tables in the notebook computer must be checked one by one and recorded separately, so that the shared schedule can be arranged conveniently (such as meeting, business trip, etc.), which undoubtedly increases the workload of the secretary and slows down the work efficiency.
In view of this, it is an urgent need of those in the industry to solve the problem of the conventional tablet pc, so that the tablet pc has a better and highly-confidential event reminding function, does not occupy too much storage space, and is convenient for specific people (such as secretaries and assistants) to view the schedule of multiple supervisors or businesses at a time.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the fact that the original tablet computer is still focused on personal use, when the tablet computer is used as a public device for multiple users, a part of problems are derived, and privacy of users is damaged, the inventor finally researches and designs an event reminding method for different users to share the same schedule through long-term diligent research and experiments, so that the tablet computer has higher convenience and confidentiality through the method, and requirements of different enterprises are met.
According to one aspect of the present invention, an event reminding method for sharing a schedule by different users is provided, which is mainly applied to a tablet computer, so that the tablet computer can still maintain high privacy under the condition that a schedule is shared by multiple users, and only reminding event information of a current user appears, the tablet computer is internally provided with a schedule and a plurality of user accounts, each user account is respectively corresponding to a user name and identification data, the schedule is stored with at least one item information, the item information comprises a reminding time period, a corresponding user name and event content, so that after receiving login information transmitted by an input unit, the tablet computer can read the user name and the identification data included in the login information, and under the condition that the user name and the identification data are simultaneously in accordance with any user account therein, allowing the matched user account to complete the login procedure, and then judging whether the schedule table has item information matched with the user name of the user account or not by the tablet computer according to the user name of the user account; and under the condition that the schedule is judged to have the item information conforming to the user name, judging whether the current time conforms to the reminding time period of the item information, and under the condition that the current time conforms to the reminding time period of the item information, generating reminding information and displaying the reminding information on a display unit.
Preferably, the tablet computer performs the following steps to generate the transaction information:
receiving a newly added event message transmitted by an input unit;
reading event content included in the newly added event information;
receiving a reminding time message transmitted by an input unit;
reading a reminding time period included in the reminding time information;
receiving a piece of appointed user information transmitted by the input unit; and
and reading a user name included in the appointed user information, converting the event content, the reminding time period and the user name into item information, and storing the item information into a travel list.
Preferably, the tablet computer performs the following steps to generate the transaction information:
receiving a newly added event message transmitted by an input unit;
reading event content included in the newly added event information;
receiving a reminding time message transmitted by an input unit;
reading a reminding time period included in the reminding time information;
reading the name of a currently logged-in user; and
and converting the event content, the reminding time period and the user name into item information, and storing the item information into a schedule.
Preferably, the reminder is a pop-up window.
Preferably, the reminder information further comprises an audible prompt.
Preferably, the tablet computer prohibits the user account from completing the login procedure in a state that the user name and the identification data are not simultaneously matched with any user account therein.
Preferably, the identification data comprises a password, a fingerprint, an eye mask or a binocular distance.
The invention has the advantages that: under the condition that a plurality of people use the tablet computer, the tablet computer can read and display the reminding information of the corresponding event from the schedule according to the current user, so that the privacy of other people can be effectively protected. In addition, the tablet computer only uses one schedule, so that the capacity of occupied storage space can be reduced, and because all events of people are recorded in the schedule, a special person such as a secretary or an assistant can use a special account number to view all items in the schedule at one time, and can plan and arrange items such as meetings, business trips and the like of each person according to the free time.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to an event reminding method for sharing the same schedule by different users, which is applied to a tablet personal computer, wherein the tablet personal computer can be used as public equipment of members of a company or a family, and each member has a user account. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a tablet computer according to the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, a schedule 11 and a plurality of user accounts 13 are set in a storage unit 10 of the tablet pc 1, wherein each user account 13 is established in the tablet pc 1 by the following steps of 'adding new user', and referring to fig. 2A, the tablet pc 1 executes the following steps of 'adding new user':
(101) receiving a new user information from an input unit 15 (e.g., touch screen, external keyboard), and entering step (102);
(102) reading a user name 131 included in the new user information, and entering the step (103);
(103) receiving a selection group message from the input unit 15, entering step (104);
(104) adding the user name 131 into the corresponding group 132 built in the tablet computer 1 according to the group 132 (such as family, friend, colleague, department) included in the selected group information, and entering step (105);
(105) receiving an identification data message from the input unit 15, proceeding to step (106); and
(106) an identification data 133 (e.g., password, fingerprint, etc.) in the identification data information is read, and the identification data 133 is associated with the user name 131 to form a user account 13.
As described above, when the user wants to use the tablet pc 1 in the future, the user can complete the login procedure by clicking the user account 13 (shown as the icon I in fig. 2B) on the display unit 17 of the tablet pc 1 and inputting the corresponding user name 131 and identification data 133, i.e., the user can use the tablet pc 1 with the selected user account 13. It should be particularly noted that although the present invention is illustrated in the drawings as being divided into the input unit 15 and the display unit 17, for convenience, the input unit 15 and the display unit 17 can be integrated into a whole (e.g. a touch screen), or can be divided into two units (e.g. the input unit 15 is an external keyboard or button, and the display unit 17 is a display screen or a touch screen), in addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, the manufacturer can change the step of 'adding a new user' of the tablet computer 1, and omit the steps (103) and (104), so that the user only needs to set the user name 131 and the identification data 133 to reduce the time consumed by the user on the 'adding a new user', and further, because the identification data 133 used in the present invention can adopt a password, a fingerprint, an eye mask or a binocular interval, etc. according to the design requirements of the manufacturer, and according to the nature of the different identification data 133, the tablet computer 1 can also employ a corresponding input unit 15, such as: when the identification data 133 is a password, the input unit 15 may be a physical keyboard or a virtual keyboard for a user to input characters, symbols or drawing graphics; when the identification data 133 is a fingerprint, the input unit 15 may be a fingerprint identifier; when the identification data 133 is an eye mask, the input unit 15 may be an iris identification module; the input unit 15 of the present invention is described as long as the user can provide the predetermined identification data 133 through the input unit 15.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, after the user account 13 selected by the user completes the login procedure, the user can execute a step of 'new reminder event' in the schedule 11 through the tablet computer 1 to schedule or record the schedule predetermined by the user, referring to fig. 3, the tablet computer 1 will execute the following step of 'new reminder event':
(201) receiving a newly added event message from the input unit 15, proceeding to step (202);
(202) reading event content 111 included in the newly added event information, and entering step (203);
(203) receiving a reminding time message transmitted from the input unit 15, and entering the step (204);
(204) reading the reminding time period 113 (such as 9 to 10 am) included in the reminding time information, and entering the step (205);
(205) receiving a designated user message from the input unit 15, entering step (206); and
(206) the user name 131 included in the designated user information is read, and the event content 111, the reminding time period 113 and the user name 131 are converted into the event information 110 to be stored in the schedule table 11.
As described above, the user can add a plurality of event information 110 to the schedule 11 to remind himself at an appropriate time. However, in other embodiments of the present invention, the manufacturer can change the 'new reminder event' step of the tablet computer 1, and modify the aforementioned steps (205) and (206) into the following steps (207) and (208):
(207) reading the name 131 of the currently logged-in user; and
(208) the event content 111, the reminding time period 113 and the user name 131 are converted into the event information 110 and stored in the schedule table 11.
Therefore, the manufacturer can properly adjust the step of 'newly adding reminding event' according to different product requirements or using habits of users, so as to effectively distinguish differences among different products and conform to using modes of users with different national conditions, and the description is given.
Then, referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the preferred embodiment, when the user uses the tablet pc 1, he can input his/her user name 131 and identification data 133 through the input device 15 to smoothly log his/her user account 13 into the tablet pc 1, and then the tablet pc 1 searches each item information 110 in the schedule 11 according to the currently logged-in user name 131 and determines whether each item information 110 has the item information 110 including the currently logged-in user name 131. If at least one item information 110 in each item information 110 of the schedule 11 includes the currently logged-in user name 131, the tablet pc 1 will determine whether the current time is within the reminding time period 113 of the item information 110, for example: when the current time is 44 minutes at afternoon and the reminding time period 113 of the event information 110 is 30 to 6 minutes at afternoon, the tablet computer 1 generates a reminding message to display the event content 111 of the event information 110 on the display unit 10 (for example, a pop-up window appears) so as to remind the current user of the current event to be handled (for example, purchasing articles, meeting, going on business trip, etc.). In addition, since the user name 131 in each item information 110 is the primary condition for generating the reminder information in the tablet computer 1, and must be matched with the currently logged-in user name 131, it is able to avoid the embarrassing situation that other users have event reminders when the current user uses the tablet computer 1, and it is able to effectively protect the personal privacy of each user.
To clearly disclose the event reminding method of the present invention, the following description is made only with respect to the processing flow of the tablet computer 1, please refer to fig. 4:
(301) receiving a login message from the input unit 15;
(302) reading the user name 131 and the identification data 133 included in the login information;
(303) judging whether the user name 131 and the identification data 133 in the login information conform to the user name 131 and the identification data 133 of one of the established user accounts 13, if so, entering a step (304), otherwise, ending the process;
(304) allowing the matched user account 13 to complete the login procedure, and entering step (305);
(305) judging whether the schedule 11 has the item information 110 which is in accordance with the user name 131 of the user account 13, if so, entering a step (306), otherwise, returning to the step (305);
(306) judging whether the current time accords with the reminding time period 113 of the item information 110, if so, entering the step (307), otherwise, returning to the step (306); and
(307) generates a reminding message and displays the reminding message on the display unit 17.
Thus, when the tablet computer 1 belongs to a company or a family member, the schedule 11 displays the reminding information of the corresponding event only according to the current user, and as for other user accounts 13 which have reached the reminding time period 113 but have not completed logging in the program, no prompt appears on the tablet computer 1, so that the event reminding method can achieve the effect of managing the multi-person event by the same schedule 11, enable an operator to occupy a large amount of storage space without arranging a plurality of schedules 11 in the tablet computer 1, and effectively protect the privacy of other people. In addition, the user can additionally set a special user account 13 for a specific person (such as a secretary and an assistant), so that the specific person can know the schedule plan of all persons by only checking one schedule 11, and the events such as meetings or business trips of each person can be quickly arranged without needing to check the schedule of each person one by one and complete the arrangement after additional recording as in the conventional notebook computer.
Hereinbefore, specific embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings. However, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and substitutions can be made to the specific embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
