技术领域
本发明涉及机械系统,具体涉及金属切除机械系统,以及一种用于将刀具固定至机床主轴的设备。
背景技术
在加工中,尤其是金属切除加工,诸如在制造齿轮和其他有齿物件的切削和/或磨削工艺中,已知通过一个或更多延伸到可旋转刀具主轴面中的螺纹螺栓(即夹紧螺栓)将旋转刀具(例如,端面铣刀、端面滚刀、砂轮等等)附接和固定至机床的主轴。
在一些情况下,通过以下方式将旋转刀具固定至机床,即,使螺纹中心夹紧螺栓穿过刀架延伸并且延伸至主轴中,在那里使中心螺栓的末端啮合机床拉杆。拉杆缩回,以在中心螺栓上施加拉动力,因此拉动刀具,使其接触机床主轴,并且将刀具夹紧至机床主轴。
通过上述类型附接手段,可能需要一些类型的工具,诸如手持或气动工具(例如,扳手),以拧紧和/或松开夹紧螺栓。一旦已松开螺栓,如果适用,因为拉杆已前置,所以从机床主轴拆除旋转刀具就可能需要额外工具和/或退出螺丝,以打破刀具和机床主轴之间的接触。该拧紧和/或松开操作可能相当费时,并且因此导致机床停机相当长时间。
随着朝着更高生产力和较短机床停机时间的趋势发展,所以寻求这样一种将刀具固定至主轴的方式,其比现有技术中现在所实行的方式更快,并且涉及更少额外工具。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种能够全部以无工具方式将刀具夹紧至机床主轴,以及帮助从机床主轴拆除刀具的刀具固定装置。

具体实施方式
在详细解释本发明的任何特征和至少一种构造之前,应理解,本发明不限于应用于在下文说明中提出或在附图中示出的构造细节和组件布置。本发明能够为其他构造,并且能够以各种方式实施或执行。同样地,应理解,本文使用的措辞和术语仅为了说明,不应将其视为限制。
图1示出根据本发明的刀具固定装置2。装置2包括轴向延伸的主体部分4,其具有大致圆形横截面,并且包括近端凸缘部分或头部6、杆轴部分8和远端突出物10。位于沿杆轴部分8的长度的预定距离的是多个,优选是三个或更多个球状体12(例如,钢球),这些球状体位于绕杆轴8圆周间隔、优选以等距间距间隔的径向延伸开口17中。由覆盖套管14将球状体12保持在刀具固定装置2中。
刀具固定装置2还包括内部活塞16(图2-4),在活塞16的一端优选通过螺纹将推/拉突出物18附接至该活塞16。活塞可在刀具固定装置2的主体部分4的轴向延伸内部孔5内,在多个位置之间移动,因此由于靠近活塞16的另一端定位的不同活塞直径部分的缘故,迫使球状体12进入径向向外的位置,或者将其从中释放。也就是说,具有第一直径部分d1的前置位置(图1-4中所示),其中迫使球状体12进入其径向向外位置,以及缩回位置(未示出),其中由于具有较小的第二直径部分d2,球状体12可从其径向向外位置向内移动,因此产生腔状区域15,球状体12可至少部分安置于其中。
内部活塞16还可包括密封件20(例如,O形环),其绕内部活塞16的上部部分的外周定位,其中密封件20可在定位在以下位置中,即当活塞16处于前置位置时,密封件20处于孔体5的第一锁定装置22中,而当活塞16处于缩回位置时,密封件20处于孔体5的第二锁定装置24中。可包括咬紧环26,以防止从孔体5无意拆除活塞16,以及防止任何工艺副产品(例如,流体或金属屑)渗入孔体5。
图3和4示出刀具固定装置2处于适当位置,以将旋转刀具30(例如,切削刀、砂轮)固定至机床的刀具主轴32而绕刀具轴线T旋转。位于刀具主轴32中的是拉杆34,其可在刀具主轴32内轴向移动,并且被在其内部端连接至多个抓握指36,抓紧指36位于被固定至机床主轴32的前部的外壳38内。作为替换方式,主轴32和外壳38可作为整件式单元形成。每个抓紧指36都包括头部部分40,一旦刀具夹紧,头部部分40的下侧就接触固位突出物10的径向表面11。
拉杆34可在第一向前位置和缩回位置之间操作,在第一向前位置中,抓紧指36的头部部分40超过外壳38的内部末端39轴向定位,因此允许抓紧指36径向开启,以便允许固位头部10移动到外壳38中。拉杆34到缩回位置的移动导致将抓紧指36拉入外壳38,因此导致抓紧指径向闭合,每个抓紧指36的头部部分40的下侧都由此接触固位突出物10的表面11。
作为操作例子,通过将旋转刀具30放置在刀具主轴32上并且与其紧靠和/或放置在外壳38上,并且拉杆34处于第一向前位置,在活塞16处于缩回位置(即,邻近球状体12的直径d2)时,刀具固定装置2被插入中心开口42,并且通过旋转刀具30的中心孔44,所以凸缘部分6的下侧7靠着轴肩48的外部表面46定位。通过该方式,也将固位头部10插入外壳38中。一旦插入,就将突出物18以及因此将活塞16向内推动至前置位置(即,邻近球状体12的直径d1),因此迫使球状体12径向向外这样的量,即球状体12不能穿过中心孔44,并且因此不能从旋转刀具30拆除刀具固定装置2。然后,将拉杆34移动至缩回位置,因此绕固位头部10闭合抓紧指36,并且将旋转刀具30拉入抵靠刀具主轴32和/或外壳38的夹紧位置。
当拆除旋转刀具30时,将拉杆34移动至第一向前位置,因此从抓紧指36释放固位头部10。然后,拉杆34继续向前运动,直到拉杆的前表面50接触保持头部10的远端表面13,以从刀具主轴32和/或外壳38松开或推开旋转刀具30。因为当球形体12处于受直径d1影响的径向向外位置时,由于刀具固定装置2不能相对于旋转刀具30运动,所以实现了松开旋转刀具30。
可通过以下方式从旋转刀具30拆除刀具固定装置2,即,将突出物18拉动至邻近球状体12的较小直径d2的位置,因此由于较小第二直径部分d2的缘故,使球状体12可从其径向向外位置向内移动,其中球状体12可至少部分位于腔状区域15内。因为球状体12和轴肩48之间的任何接触都将导致球状体12向内移动,所以可将刀具固定装置拉出旋转刀具30,使它们完全穿过中心孔44。
应理解,作为替换方式,可在将旋转刀具放置在刀具主轴上或与其紧靠和/或放置在刀具抓紧器外壳上之前,就将刀具固定装置2定位在旋转刀具中。
通过本发明,将刀具固定装置2拧紧至刀具主轴或使其从刀具主轴松开不需要工具。另外,将旋转刀具从刀具主轴和/或刀具抓紧器外壳松开或推开也不需要工具。
虽然已参考优选实施例描述了本发明,但是应理解,本发明不限于其细节。不偏离附加权利要求的精神和范围,本发明有意包括本领域技术人员应明白的与主旨相关的变型。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于以无工具方式将刀具固定至机床的主轴的设备,所述设备包括:
轴向延伸的主体部分,其具有近端凸缘部分和远端突出物部分,所述主体部分包括轴向延伸的内部孔体;
多个径向延伸的开口,其绕所述主体部分间隔,并且轴向位于所述凸缘部分和所述突出物部分之间的所述主体部分上;
球状体,其位于所述每个开口内,并且可在径向向外位置和向内位置之间在每个所述开口内移动;
内部活塞,其位于所述内部孔体内,并且可在前置位置和缩回位置之间在所述内部孔体内移动;
其中所述前置位置提供邻近所述球状体并且与其接触的所述内部活塞的第一直径,由此迫使所述球状体达到所述径向向外位置,并且其中所述缩回位置提供邻近所述球状体并且与其接触的所述内部活塞的第二直径,由此所述球状体可移动至所述向内位置,
其中所述内部活塞还包括第一末端和第二末端,用于使所述内部活塞移动的推/拉突出物位于所述第一末端并且轴向位于所述凸缘部分外侧,所述第一和第二直径靠近所述第二末端定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述远端突出物部分包括径向接触表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述内部活塞还包括位于所述第一直径和所述突出物之间的密封件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中当将所述刀具固定至所述主轴时,所述凸缘部分的下侧抵靠所述刀具。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中通过位于所述主体部分上的套管将所述球状体保持在所述主体部分中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述开口绕所述主体部分等距间隔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述内部活塞的所述第二直径在所述内部活塞中产生腔状区域,当所述球状体位于所述向内位置时,所述球状体能够至少部分位于所述腔状区域中。
