技术领域
本发明涉及一种编码器内的联轴装置。
 
背景技术
编码器联轴器是一种将编码器与电机轴连在一起的装置，多数采用玻璃纤维材料制成，为了保证其具有一定的柔性及平衡性，在联轴器的轴向部位采用螺纹式结构。此类联轴器虽然性能较佳，但是存在制造过程复杂、维修成本高的缺陷。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、维修成本低的新型编码器联轴装置。
一种新型编码器联轴装置， 连接在编码器轴和电机轴之间；所述新型编码器联轴装置为橡胶软管，其两端分别套设在编码器轴和电机轴的轴端表面。
本发明通过利用橡胶软管的柔性及方便套设在轴体上的特性，实现编码器轴和电机轴之间的连接，具有制造维护成本低的有益效果。
