背景技术

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来详细描述本发明，图1示出的本发明吸收性物品1包括吸收垫2和单独的腰带3。该腰带3为连续的一整条腰带，当物品穿到穿用者身上时，腰带3在大体中间部分与吸收垫2的两个纵向端部4和5可拆卸地相连。
如图3所示，在腰带3的一端，具有由钩-环类紧固件中的钩元件构成的柔性条6，其可以固定到腰带3的外表面8上或固定到布置在外表面8上的环材料上。腰带3为细长矩形形状，包括两个横向隔开的边缘9和10，条6被连接于其间，当然，腰带3的其他形状也是可以想到的。
优选使用无纺布材料来用作腰带3的一侧或两侧，所述无纺材料可以是能与条6的钩元件可释放地连接的材料类型。
图2A示出了本发明吸收性物品1的吸收垫2，在垫2的每个拐角处，设有一个条6’或6”，图2A中示出四个条，其中两个条6’位于端部4，另两个条6”位于端部5。这些条6’，6”用于可释放地连接到腰带3的任一表面8或18上。优选地，这些条6’，6”由与腰带3上的条6相同的材料制成，例如钩元件。
图2B示出吸收垫2的另一可选实施例。吸收垫2的每个腰部都具有两个接片13，接片从腰部的边缘侧向向外延伸，对于一个腰部而言，每侧一个接片13。在每个接片的面对穿用者一侧上设有条6’或6”。这些条6’，6”由与腰带3上的条6相同的材料制成，例如钩元件。这些条6’，6”用于可释放地连接到腰带3的外表面8上。可选地条6’或6”设置在接片13的相反侧上，在这种情况下，条6’；6”用于可释放地连接到腰带的面向穿用者一侧18上。
如图2A和2B清楚所示，吸收垫2是几何对称的结构，其关于纵向中心轴线Y-Y和横向中心轴线X-X都对称，从而将垫2分成两个纵向半部，即第一纵向半部和第二纵向半部。
图2A和2B中的吸收垫包括基体，其具有液体可渗透顶片、液体不可渗透底片和位于其间的吸收芯14。
吸收垫的顶片是使用时与穿戴者身体接触的层。因此，它对于皮肤来说应当是柔软、不刺激和舒适的，并且体液应当能够无阻碍地穿过它。顶片可由例如纺粘的、熔喷的、梳理的、水刺法交缠的、湿法成网的等无纺材料构成。适宜的无纺材料包括天然纤维如木浆或棉纤维，人造纤维如聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、粘胶丝等或天然和人造纤维的混合物。顶片还可包括以结合图案彼此结合的丝束纤维。适于顶片的材料的其它示例是多孔泡沫、有孔塑料膜等。
吸收垫的底片是当垫使用时距离穿戴者身体最远的层。为保护穿戴者的衣服免受污染，它应当是液体不渗透的，但优选透气(即通气的)以允许空气和蒸汽进入和离开吸收垫，这样可减少发生在吸收垫内的温暖潮湿情形。通常，底片为液体不渗透材料如塑料薄膜如聚乙烯或聚丙烯膜，涂敷有液体不渗透材料的无纺材料，阻挡液体穿过的疏水无纺材料，或包括塑料膜和无纺材料的层压品。透气底片材料的示例为多孔聚合物膜，纺粘和熔喷层的无纺层压品，多孔聚合物膜和无纺布的层压品。。
吸收垫的吸收芯14用于接收和容纳液体和其它体液。因此，它典型地包括吸收性材料。普遍存在的吸收性材料的示例是纤维素短纤浆、棉纸层、高吸收性聚合物(所谓的超吸收体SAP)、吸收性泡沫材料、吸收性无纺材料等。将纤维素短纤浆与超吸收体组合在吸收体中是很普遍的。
吸收芯14可包括被设计为改善身体废物处理的一层或多层。
顶片和底片在吸收垫的平面内通常具有类似的延伸范围，而吸收芯14具有略小的延伸范围。顶片和底片围绕吸收芯的外围彼此连接，这样吸收芯14被封闭在顶片与底片形成的封皮内。吸收芯14对中地在吸收垫2中布置。顶片和底片可通过现有技术已知的任何方式如超声波焊接、热焊接或胶粘彼此接合。
定义：
本发明中的“吸收垫”或“垫”的意思仅为举例性的，其实际使用于以下物品：尿布、尿裤、失禁防护品等，用于吸收身体排出物如血、尿、汗、粪便等。
在本发明的实施例中，如图2A和2B所示，吸收芯14也同样关于垫的纵向中心线Y-Y和横向中心线X-X对称，从而吸收芯14也被划分为两个纵向半部，即第一纵向半部11和第二纵向半部12。重要的是，吸收芯在被体液吸湿以前在距横向中心线相同距离上的厚度相同，所述距离垂直于横向中心线测得，也就是说，两个纵向半部具有相同的厚度。在物品吸湿后，由于吸收了液体而使两个纵向半部可能具有不同的厚度。
优选地，在吸收芯的两个纵向半部中，所包含的超级吸收性材料SAP的量不同，因而使在两个半部中分别具有不同的吸收量，具体而言，第一纵向半部包含的SAP量大于第二纵向半部，从而使第一纵向半部的吸收量大于第二纵向半部。
优选地，吸收芯14的第一纵向半部11和第二纵向半部12所含的SAP量被设成使第一半部和第二半部之间的吸收量之比为80∶20，优选为60∶40，更优选为55∶45。
关于吸收芯14，本文中术语“几何对称”指的是不仅吸收芯在X-Y平面内具有对称的外形，而且吸收芯在吸湿前，在距横向中心线X-X相同距离上的厚度也相同，所述距离垂直于横向中心线X-X测得，在吸收芯吸湿后，具有较高吸收量的纵向半部因吸收了更多的流体而比吸收芯的另一纵向半部更厚。
在X-Y平面中“几何对称”的吸收芯也可能在制造过程中由于公差而稍有变化，特别是在压缩吸收芯(卷成卷)时。根据本发明，在X-Y平面中测得的、在距横向中心线X-X相同垂直距离上测得的尺寸的最大差值为5％，这也在本发明的范围内，测量点位于沿X-X线镜像的两个半部内。
因为吸收垫是实质上对称的结构，其可以在任一端朝前或朝后的状态下穿在穿用者身上，并与腰带相连。对物品使用时的定向没有限制。这就为穿用者提供了方便性和舒适性。
采用这种在两个半部具有不同吸收量的对称物品，物品可以使用于不同场合，例如男人/女人，仰卧或俯卧，等等，只需按照需要将较高吸收能力的半部处于朝前或朝后的方向就行。这极大地提高了使用时的灵活性。
因为吸收垫和吸收芯的实质上对称结构，使用者有时难以通过简单地观察就能区分开前半部和后半部，或者说难以区分开高吸收量的半部和低吸收量的半部。为此，在物品的较高吸收量的半部上具有指示装置以向使用者表示出哪个半部是较高吸收量的半部，可选地，也可以在物品上较低吸收量的半部上设置指示装置，虽然并不优选。
优选地，指示装置可包括视觉指示或者触觉指示，或者两种指示都有，视觉指示可以是文字、图形、商标等，这除了指示作用外，还可为物品增加愉悦外观。触觉指示可以是从吸收垫的外表面上设置的凸出或凹进的对象，这对于不能轻易分辨高吸收量半部和低吸收量半部的人例如盲人而言非常有用和方便。
虽然本发明示出腰带两端的连接以及腰带与吸收垫之间的连接是钩-环类连接，但本发明并不限制于此，也可以使用其他方式的连接，例如粘性条和附着区域，卡扣连接等。
尽管本发明就优选实施例进行了描述，但这并不是意味着对本发明的限制，应当理解的是，本发明的保护范围由后附权利要求来限定，在不脱离该范围的前提下，本领域技术人员可进行各种修改。

Claims (15)

1.一种吸收垫，具有基体，所述基体包括液体可渗透顶片和液体不渗透底片，顶片和底片均关于吸收垫的横向中心线和纵向中心线几何对称，该吸收垫具有能将吸收垫可释放地连接到绕穿用者腰部设置的单独腰带上的连接装置，其特征在于，该吸收垫还包括位于顶片和底片之间的吸收芯，所述吸收芯同样关于吸收垫的纵向中心线和横向中心线几何对称，所述吸收芯在纵向上分为第一纵向半部和第二纵向半部，其中所述吸收芯在吸湿之前在距横向中心线相同距离上的厚度相同，所述距离垂直于横向中心线测得，且其中所述第一纵向半部比第二纵向半部具有更高的吸收量。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，该吸收芯的第一纵向半部和第二纵向半部的吸收量之比为80∶20。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，该吸收芯的第一纵向半部和第二纵向半部的吸收量之比为60∶40。
4.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，该吸收芯的第一纵向半部和第二纵向半部的吸收量之比为55∶45。
5.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述吸收芯包括超级吸收材料。
6.如权利要求5所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述吸收芯的第一纵向半部和第二纵向半部中含有导致所述两个纵向半部具有不同吸收量的不同量的超级吸收材料。
7.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，在距横向中心线相同垂直距离上测得的吸收芯的尺寸相差最大为5％。
8.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，要与腰带的背离穿用者一侧相连的所述连接装置设在吸收垫的面向穿用者一侧上。
9.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述连接装置包括设在吸收垫纵向端部的每个拐角处且旨在与设于腰带上的环元件相连的钩元件，或者所述连接装置包括设在吸收垫纵向端部的每个拐角处且旨在与设于腰带上的钩元件相连的环元件。
10.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述连接装置包括位于设在吸收垫纵向端部的每个拐角处旨在与设于腰带上的附着区域相连的粘性件。
11.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述连接装置设在从吸收垫每个腰部向外延伸的各接片上。
12.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述吸收垫的具有较高吸收量的纵向半部上设有指示装置。
13.如权利要求1所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述吸收垫的具有较低吸收量的纵向半部上设有指示装置。
14.如权利要求12或13所述的吸收垫，其特征在于，所述指示装置包括视觉指示装置或触觉指示装置。
15.一种吸收性物品，其包括如前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收垫和单独的腰带，所述吸收垫可释放地连接到所述腰带上。
