Optionally, the MME may carry the measurement information in a sourcetotargetttransparentcontainer message in the handover request, so that the second base station obtains the measurement information from the handover request message after receiving the handover request message.
Specifically, the MME may carry the measurement information in the RRCContainer in the sourcetotargetttransparentcontainer message, or the MME may add a MeasResults cell in the sourcetotargetttransparentcontainer message newly, and carry the measurement information in the MeasResults cell, so that the second base station obtains the measurement information.
For example, the specific content of the MeasResults cell may be the same as or similar to the content of the measresultsnformation element that is generated after the UE completes measurement and meets the 36.331 protocol specification of 3GPP or the measurement result information measresultsnformation element for the target cell, MeasResultEUTRA, and is not limited herein.
506. The second base station receives a switching request message sent by the MME and determines that the UE needs to be switched to the target cell; and acquiring the measurement information from the switching request message, acquiring a measurement result obtained by measuring the target cell by the UE, and determining the quality of a channel between the UE and the target cell according to the measurement result.
507. And the second base station allocates wireless resources for the UE according to the quality of the channel between the UE and the target cell.
For example, the second base station may set an MCS value according to the quality of the channel between the UE and the target cell, and allocate an RB to the UE according to the MCS value, so that the UE communicates with the second base station according to the RB allocated to the UE by the second base station, so that the second base station performs uplink scheduling and/or downlink scheduling on the UE.
It should be noted that, in the LTE system, when performing uplink and downlink scheduling on the UE, it is necessary to set an MCS value according to the communication quality between the UE and the base station, and then allocate an RB to the UE according to the MCS value, thereby completing scheduling of the UE. For example, if the quality of the channel between the UE and the target cell is high, the second base station may set a large MCS value for the UE, allocate fewer RBs to the UE on the premise of ensuring the communication quality, and select a large code rate to implement transmission of signaling and data between the UE and the second base station, so as to ensure the transmission quality and transmission speed of the signaling and data in the communication process.
508. And the second base station sends a switching request confirmation message to an MME, wherein the switching request confirmation message comprises the wireless resource information distributed by the second base station for the UE.
509. After receiving the handover request acknowledgement message, the MME sends a handover command message to the first base station, so as to notify the first base station to handover the UE to the target cell; wherein the handover command message includes radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the user equipment.
510. And the first base station receives the switching request confirmation message and sends a switching indication message to the UE for indicating the UE to be switched to the target cell, wherein the switching indication message comprises the wireless resource information distributed to the UE by the second base station.
511. And the UE receives the switching indication message sent by the first base station, determines the wireless resource allocated to the UE by the second base station according to the wireless resource information, and communicates with the second base station through the wireless resource to switch to the target cell.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for transmitting measurement information, which can solve the problem that the transmission of the measurement information is not timely in the process of switching the existing UE from a source cell to a target cell, further ensure the transmission rate and the transmission accuracy of signaling and data between the UE and a base station controlling the target cell and ensure the communication quality.
The present invention further provides a device for implementing the method for transmitting measurement information provided in the foregoing embodiment, which is described below by way of example, and for details, reference may also be made to the foregoing method embodiment.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 60, which is capable of implementing the operation of the first base station in the foregoing method embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, where the apparatus 60 includes: a first sending unit 601, configured to send measurement information to a second base station controlling a second cell, where the measurement information includes a measurement result obtained by a ue measuring the second cell; the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first sending unit 601 to the second base station, or the measurement information is carried in a handover required message sent by the first sending unit 601 to a mobility management entity MME and a handover request message sent by the MME to the second base station after receiving the handover required message; wherein the device 60 controls a first cell, the first cell being a source cell of the ue, and the second cell being a target cell of the ue.
Optionally, as shown in dotted line part in fig. 6, the apparatus 60 further includes a first receiving unit 602, where:
when the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first sending unit 601 to the second base station, the first receiving unit 602 is configured to receive a handover request acknowledgement message sent by the second base station; wherein, the handover request acknowledgement message carries the radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the user equipment; or, when the measurement information is carried in a handover required message sent by the first sending unit 601 to a mobility management entity MME and a handover request message sent by the MME to the second base station after receiving the handover required message, the first receiving unit 602 is configured to receive a handover command message from the MME, where the handover command message is sent by the MME after receiving a handover request acknowledgement message sent by the second base station; the handover command message includes radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the user equipment, so that the user equipment can communicate with the second base station according to the radio resource information.
Alternatively, the device 60 may be a base station.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention can send the measurement information to the base station of the control target cell in time in the process of switching the UE from the source cell to the target cell, so that the wireless resource information distributed by the base station of the control target cell to the user terminal can be obtained in time, the transmission rate and the transmission accuracy of signaling and data between the UE and the base station of the control target cell can be further ensured, and the communication quality is ensured.
Another embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus 70, which is capable of implementing the operation of the second base station in the foregoing method embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, where the apparatus 70 includes: a second receiving unit 701, configured to receive measurement information from a first base station controlling a first cell, where the measurement information includes a measurement result obtained by a user terminal measuring a second cell; the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station to the device, or the measurement information is carried in a handover required message sent by the first base station to a Mobility Management Entity (MME) and a handover request message sent by the MME to the device after receiving the handover required message; wherein the device 70 controls a second cell, the first cell being a source cell of the ue, and the second cell being a target cell of the ue.
Optionally, as shown in dotted line part in fig. 7, the apparatus 70 further includes a second sending unit 702, where: when the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station to the device 70, the second sending unit 702 is configured to send a handover request acknowledgement message to the first base station; wherein, the handover request acknowledgement message carries the radio resource information allocated by the device 70 to the user equipment, so that the user equipment communicates with the device 70 according to the radio resource information; or, when the measurement information is carried in a handover required message sent by the first base station to a mobility management entity MME and a handover request message sent by the MME to the device 70 after receiving the handover required message, the second sending unit 702 is configured to send a handover request acknowledgement message to the MME, and the MME sends a handover command message to the first base station after receiving the handover request acknowledgement message; wherein, the handover command message includes radio resource information allocated by the device 70 to the ue, so that the ue communicates with the device 70 according to the radio resource information.
Alternatively, the device 70 may be a base station.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention can acquire the measurement result obtained by measuring the target cell by the UE in time in the process of switching the UE from the source cell to the target cell, thereby allocating the wireless resource information to the user terminal in time, ensuring the transmission rate and the transmission accuracy of signaling and data between the UE and the device and ensuring the communication quality.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 80, which is capable of implementing the operation of the MME in the foregoing method embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 80 includes: a third receiving unit 801, configured to receive a handover required message sent by a first base station controlling a first cell, where the handover required message includes measurement information; and a third sending unit 802, configured to send a handover request message to a second base station controlling a second cell, where the handover request message includes the measurement information; the measurement information comprises a measurement result obtained by the user terminal measuring the second cell; the first cell is a source cell of the user terminal, and the second cell is a target cell of the user terminal.
Optionally, the third receiving unit 801 is further configured to receive a handover request acknowledgement message sent by the second base station; the third sending unit 802 is further configured to send a handover command message to the first base station, where the handover command message includes radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the ue, so that the ue communicates with the second base station according to the radio resource information.
Optionally, the apparatus 80 may be a mobility management entity MME.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention can acquire the measurement result obtained by measuring the target cell by the UE from the base station of the control source cell in time and send the measurement result to the base station of the control target cell in the process of switching the UE from the source cell to the target cell, so that the base station of the control target cell can acquire the measurement result in time, the base station of the control target cell can distribute wireless resource information to the user terminal in time, the transmission rate and the transmission accuracy of signaling and data between the UE and the base station of the control target cell are ensured, and the communication quality is ensured.
Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication system, which can implement the foregoing method embodiment, and as shown in fig. 9, the system includes a first base station 901 controlling a first cell, a second base station 902 controlling a second cell, and a mobility management entity MME903, where the first cell is a source cell of a user terminal, and the second cell is a target cell of the user terminal; wherein:
the first base station 901 is configured to send measurement information to the second base station 902, where the measurement information includes a measurement result obtained by a ue measuring the second cell; the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station 901 to the second base station 902, or the measurement information is carried in a handover required message sent by the first base station 901 to a mobility management entity MME903 and in a handover request message sent by the MME903 to the second base station 902 after receiving the handover required message;
the second base station 902 is configured to receive measurement information from the first base station 901, where the measurement information includes a measurement result obtained by a user terminal measuring a second cell; the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station 901 to the second base station 902, or the measurement information is carried in a handover required message sent by the first base station 901 to a mobility management entity MME903 and in a handover request message sent by the MME903 to the second base station 902 after receiving the handover required message;
the MME903 is configured to receive a handover required message sent by the first base station 901, where the handover required message includes measurement information; and sending a handover request message to the second base station 902, the handover request message comprising the measurement information.
For example, the above method embodiment and embodiments of the device 60, the device 70, and the device 80 may be referred to for the communication process and details between the first base station 901, the second base station 902, and the MME903, and details are not described herein again.
The communication system provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that the transmission of the measurement information is not timely in the process of switching the existing UE from the source cell to the target cell, further can ensure the transmission rate and the transmission accuracy of signaling and data between the UE and the base station of the target cell, and ensures the communication quality.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware, and certainly may also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be substantially implemented or a part of the technical solutions contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a hard disk, or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (16)
1. A method for transmitting measurement information, comprising:
a first base station controlling a first cell sends measurement information to a second base station controlling a second cell, wherein the measurement information comprises a measurement result obtained by a user terminal measuring the second cell, and the measurement information is carried in a switching request message sent by the first base station to the second base station, so that the second base station obtains the measurement result obtained by the user terminal measuring the second cell, and allocates wireless resources for the user terminal according to the obtained measurement result;
the first base station receives a handover request confirmation message sent by the second base station, wherein the handover request confirmation message carries the radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the user terminal;
the first base station sends a switching indication message to the user terminal, wherein the switching indication message comprises the wireless resource information allocated to the user terminal by the second base station, so that the user terminal communicates with the second base station through the wireless resource information to be switched to the second cell;
the first cell is a source cell of the user terminal, and the second cell is a target cell of the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the measurement information is included in a measurement result information element in the handover request message.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the measurement result comprises a quality of a channel between the user terminal and the second cell.
4. A method for transmitting measurement information, comprising:
a second base station controlling a second cell receives measurement information from a first base station controlling a first cell, wherein the measurement information comprises a measurement result obtained by a user terminal measuring the second cell, and the measurement information is carried in a switching request message sent by the first base station to the second base station;
the second base station sends a handover request confirmation message to the first base station, wherein the handover request confirmation message carries radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the user terminal according to the measurement result, so that the first base station sends a handover indication message including the radio resource information to the user terminal, and the user terminal communicates with the second base station according to the radio resource information to be handed over to the second cell;
the first cell is a source cell of the user terminal, and the second cell is a target cell of the user terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the measurement information is included in a measurement result information element in the handover request message when the measurement information is carried in the handover request message sent by the first base station to the second base station.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the measurement result comprises the quality of the channel between the user terminal and the second cell.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and the second base station carries out uplink scheduling and/or downlink scheduling on the user terminal according to the measurement information.
8. An apparatus for transmitting measurement information, the apparatus comprising:
a first sending unit, configured to send measurement information to a second base station controlling a second cell, where the measurement information includes a measurement result obtained by a ue measuring the second cell, and the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first sending unit to the second base station, so that the second base station obtains the measurement result obtained by the ue measuring the second cell, and allocates a radio resource to the ue according to the obtained measurement result; the apparatus further comprises:
a first receiving unit, configured to receive a handover request acknowledgement message sent by the second base station; wherein, the handover request acknowledgement message carries the radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the user equipment;
the first sending unit is further configured to send a handover indication message to the ue, where the handover indication message includes the radio resource information allocated by the second base station to the ue, so that the ue communicates with the second base station through the radio resource information to handover to the second cell;
the device controls a first cell, where the first cell is a source cell of the user terminal, and the second cell is a target cell of the user terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the measurement information is included in a measurement result information element in the handover request message.
10. The apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the measurement result comprises a quality of a channel between the user terminal and the second cell.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus is a base station.
12. An apparatus for transmitting measurement information, the apparatus comprising:
a second receiving unit, configured to receive measurement information from a first base station controlling a first cell, where the measurement information includes a measurement result obtained by a user terminal measuring a second cell, and the measurement information is carried in a handover request message sent by the first base station to the device; the apparatus further comprises:
a second sending unit, configured to send a handover request acknowledgement message to the first base station; the handover request confirmation message carries radio resource information allocated by the equipment to the user terminal according to the measurement result, so that the user terminal can communicate with the equipment according to the radio resource information;
the device controls a second cell, where the first cell is a source cell of the ue and the second cell is a target cell of the ue.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the measurement information is included in a measurement result information element in the handover request message.
14. The apparatus according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the measurement result comprises a quality of a channel between the user terminal and the second cell.
15. The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the apparatus performs uplink scheduling and/or downlink scheduling for the ue according to the measurement information.
16. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the apparatus is a base station.
