Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于清洁和/或净化多种非生物和生物表面的液体组合物,所述表面包括住宅之内和周围的硬质表面、盘碟表面、牙齿、人和动物皮肤、汽车和车辆表面等。更具体地讲,本发明涉及包含适用于清洁和/或净化的颗粒的液体擦洗组合物。
发明背景
包含研磨剂组分的擦洗组合物如粒状组合物或液体(包括凝胶、糊剂类型)组合物是本领域熟知的。此类组合物用于清洁和/或净化多种表面;尤其是用于趋于变污且难以去除污渍和污垢的那些表面。
在当前已知的擦洗组合物中,最受欢迎的组合物基于具有从球形变化至不规则形状的磨粒。最常见的磨粒是无机物如碳酸盐、粘土、二氧化硅、硅酸盐、页岩灰、珍珠岩和石英砂,或有机聚合物小珠如聚丙烯、PVC、三聚氰胺、脲、聚丙烯酸酯和衍生物,并且呈现为具有膏状稠度的磨粒悬浮于其中的液体组合物形式。
当前已知的此类擦洗组合物的表面安全特征是不充分的,作为另外一种选择,具有充分表面安全特征的组合物显示出不佳的清洁性能。实际上,由于存在非常硬的磨粒,这些组合物可能损坏即刮伤它们所施加的表面。实际上,配制人员需要在良好清洁/净化性能却以显著表面损伤为特征,或降低清洁/净化性能而以可接受的表面安全特性为特征之间进行选择。此外,消费者意识到,当前已知的此类擦洗组合物在至少在某些应用领域(例如硬质表面清洁)内是过时的。
因此,本发明的目的是提供适于清洁/净化多种表面的液体清洁和/或净化组合物,所述表面包括非生物表面和生物表面,如住宅之内和周围的硬质表面、盘碟表面、口腔的硬组织和软组织(如牙齿、齿龈、舌和颊面)、人和动物皮肤等,其中所述组合物提供良好的清洁/净化性能,同时提供良好的表面安全特性。
已发现,根据本发明的组合物可满足上述目的。
根据本发明的组合物的优点在于,它们可用于清洁/净化由多种材料制成的非生物表面和生物表面,所述材料如有釉或无釉的瓷砖、釉质、不锈钢、聚乙烯树脂、无蜡聚乙烯树脂、油毡、三聚氰胺、玻璃、塑料、涂漆表面、人和动物皮肤、毛发、口腔的硬组织和软组织(如牙齿、齿龈、舌和颊面)等。
本发明的另一个优点在于,在本文的组合物中,所述颗粒可以非常低的含量配制,同时仍提供上述有益效果。实际上,一般来讲就其它技术而言,需要高含量的磨粒以达到良好的清洁/净化性能,从而造成配方和工艺成本高、清洗和最后清洁型材困难、以及清洁/净化组合物的美观性和舒适手感有限。
发明概述
本发明涉及包含聚氨酯泡沫颗粒作为研磨剂和悬浮助剂的液体清洁和/或净化组合物,其中所述聚氨酯泡沫由二异氰酸酯单体和多元醇形成;其中所述二异氰酸酯单体为芳族二异氰酸酯单体,并且选自甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯氨基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、MDI的聚合形式、TDI的聚合形式、以及它们的混合物。
本发明还包括用包含研磨剂清洁颗粒的液体清洁和/或净化组合物清洁和/或净化表面的方法,其中使所述表面与所述组合物接触,优选地其中将所述组合物施用到所述表面上。

发明详述
液体清洁/净化组合物
本发明所述的组合物被设定为用于多种非生物和生物表面的清洁剂/净化剂。优选地,本文的组合物适用于清洁/净化表面,所述表面选自非生物表面、生物表面。
在一个优选的实施方案中,本文的组合物适于清洁/净化非生物表面,所述非生物表面选自住宅硬质表面;盘碟表面;如皮革或合成皮革的表面;和机动车辆表面。
在高度优选的实施方案中,本文的组合物适于清洁住宅硬质表面。
所谓“住宅硬质表面”在本文中是指通常存在于住宅之内和周围如厨房、浴室等的任何类型的表面,如由不同材料制成的地板、墙壁、瓷砖、窗户、碗橱、洗碗池、淋浴器、淋浴间塑化帘、洗衣盆、WC、夹具和配件等,所述材料如陶瓷、聚乙烯树脂、无蜡聚乙烯树脂、油毡、三聚氰胺、玻璃、任何塑料、塑化木材、金属、或任何涂漆或上漆或密封表面等。住宅硬质表面还包括家用电器,包括但不限于冰箱、冷冻机、洗衣机、自动烘干机、烤箱、微波炉、洗碗机等。此类硬质表面可存在于私人住宅以及商业、机构和工业环境中。
所谓“盘碟表面”在本文中是指存在于盘碟清洁中的任何类型的表面,如盘碟、餐具、切板、平底锅等。此类盘碟表面可存在于私人住宅以及商业、机构和工业环境中。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,本文的组合物适于清洁/净化生物表面,所述生物表面选自人的皮肤;动物皮肤;人的毛发;动物毛发;和牙齿。
根据本发明的组合物为与固体或气体相对的液体组合物。液体组合物包括具有与水类似粘度的组合物以及增稠组合物如凝胶和糊剂。
在本文一个优选的实施方案中,本文的液体组合物为含水组合物。因此,它们可包含按所述组合物的总重量计65%至99.5%,优选75%至98%,并且更优选80%至95%的水。
在本文另一个优选的实施方案中,本文的液体组合物大部分为非水性组合物,然而它们可包含按所述组合物的总重量计0%至10%,优选0%至5%,更优选0%至1%,并且最优选0%的水。
在本文一个优选的实施方案中,本文的组合物为中性组合物,并因此具有在25℃下测定的6-8,更优选6.5-7.5,甚至更优选7的pH。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,组合物具有优选高于pH 4的pH,或者具有优选低于pH 9的pH。
因此,本文的组合物可包含适宜的碱和酸以调节pH。
适用于本文的碱为有机碱和/或无机碱。适用于本文的碱为苛性碱,例如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和/或氢氧化锂、和/或碱金属氧化物如氧化钠和/或氧化钾或它们的混合物。优选的碱是苛性碱,更优选氢氧化钠和/或氢氧化钾。
其它适宜的碱包括氨、碳酸铵、所有可得的碳酸盐(如K2CO3、Na2CO3、Ca2CO3、Mg2CO3等)、链烷醇胺(如单乙醇胺)、脲和脲衍生物、多胺等。
当存在时,此类碱的典型含量按所述组合物的总重量计为0.01%至5.0%,优选0.05%至3.0%,并且更优选0.1%至0.6%。
本文的组合物可包含酸以将其pH降至所需程度,尽管存在酸(如果有的话),本文的组合物将保持它们的如上文所述的中性至碱性(优选碱性)pH。适用于本文的酸为有机酸和/或无机酸。优选用于本文的有机酸具有小于6的pKa。适宜的有机酸选自柠檬酸、乳酸、乙醇酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸和己二酸、以及它们的混合物。所述酸的混合物可以商品名DCS从BASF商购获得。适宜的无机酸选自盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、以及它们的混合物。
当存在时,此类酸的典型含量按所述组合物的总重量计为0.01%至5.0%,优选0.04%至3.0%,并且更优选0.05%至1.5%。
在根据本发明的一个优选实施方案中,本文的组合物为增稠组合物。优选地,当用具有4cm 2°度不锈钢锥形锭子的AR 1000型(由TAInstruments提供)流变仪(自0.1至100sec-1线性递增,最长8分钟)测定时,本文的液体组合物具有在20s-1和20℃下至多7500cps,更优选5000cps至50cps,还更优选2000cps至50cps,并且最优选1500cps至300cps的粘度。
在根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方案中,本文的组合物具有与水类似的粘度。所谓“与水类似的粘度”在本文中是指与水的粘度接近的粘度。优选地,当使用配备锭子2的DV II型Brookfield数字式粘度计测定时,本文的液体组合物具有在60rpm和20℃下至多50cps,更优选0cps至30cps,还更优选0cps至20cps,并且最优选0cps至10cps的粘度。
研磨剂清洁颗粒
本文的液体清洁和/或净化组合物包含通过剪切和/或粒化聚氨酯泡沫形成的研磨剂清洁颗粒。
已令人惊奇地发现,本发明的研磨剂清洁颗粒即使在较低的含量下,如按所述组合物的总重量计优选0.1%至20%,优选0.1%至10%,更优选0.5%至5%,甚至更优选0.5%至2%的所述研磨剂清洁颗粒,也显示出良好的清洁性能。
用于本发明的颗粒优选地为白色和/或透明的。可通过使用适宜的染料和/或颜料来改变颗粒的颜色。此外,可使用适宜的颜色稳定剂来稳定所需颜色。
在一个优选的实施方案中,研磨剂清洁颗粒优选地为非滚动的。作为另外一种选择,在另一个优选的实施方案中,所述研磨剂清洁颗粒优选地是锋利的。
实际上,申请人已发现,非滚动和/或锋利的研磨剂清洁颗粒提供良好的污垢移除效果。
本文的研磨剂清洁颗粒是非球形的。
所谓“非球形”在本文中是指具有不同于球的形状并且具有低于0.75的形状因数(FF)。优选地,本文的研磨剂清洁颗粒具有低于0.6,最优选低于0.50的形状因数(FF)。
所谓“形状因数(FF)”在本文中是指定义给定颗粒与常规球形形状不同程度的尺寸指标,尤其强调了不规则表面形貌(例如表面粗糙度),由ASTM F1877-05(2009年6月)第11.3.6章定义,其中:FF=4*π*表面积÷周长2;其中“表面积”是指颗粒的表面积,而“周长”为颗粒的外周线。
本文的非球形颗粒优选地具有锋利边缘,并且每个颗粒具有至少一个具有凹曲度的边缘或表面。本文的非球形颗粒优选地具有众多锋利边缘,并且每个颗粒具有至少一个具有凹曲度的边缘或表面。非球形颗粒的锋利边缘由尖端半径低于20μm,优选低于8μm,最优选低于5μm的边缘定义。尖端半径由拟合边缘端点曲率的虚圆的直径定义。

在一个优选的实施方案中,研磨剂清洁颗粒具有10μm至1000μm,优选50μm至500μm,更优选100μm至350μm,并且最优选150至250μm的平均ECD。
磨粒尺寸对于获得有效清洁性能而言也是关键,但是具有小粒度例如通常低于10微米的过量研磨剂群尽管以清洁剂中每颗粒负载的颗粒数高为特征,但是相对于清洁却以抛光作用为特征,这是小粒度所固有的。另一方面,具有过多大粒度例如高于1000微米的研磨剂群不递送最佳的清洁功效,因为清洁剂中每颗粒负载的颗粒数显著降低,这是大粒度所固有的。此外,过小的粒度不适用于清洁剂中/不适用于清洁任务,因为在实践中,大量小颗粒通常难以从各种表面拓扑上去除,这需要使用者费力去除,否则使得表面具有可见颗粒残余。另一方面,过大颗粒非常易于目视察觉,或在处理或使用清洁剂时提供不佳的触觉体验。因此,申请人在本文限定递送最佳清洁性能和使用体验的最佳粒度范围。
磨粒具有由它们的面积当量直径(ISO 9276-6:2008(E)部分7)(还称为圆当量直径ECD(ASTM F1877-05部分11.3.2))定义的尺寸。粒群的平均ECD计算为根据测量和计算排除面积当量直径(ECD)低于10微米的颗粒数据后,至少10,000颗粒,优选大于50,000颗粒,更优选大于100,000颗粒的粒群中每个颗粒各自ECD的平均。平均数据从基于体积的测量对基于数目的测量得出。
在一个优选的实施方案中,研磨剂清洁颗粒由聚氨酯泡沫制得,所述聚氨酯泡沫是在催化剂、控制泡孔结构的材料和表面活性剂的存在下,由二异氰酸酯单体与多元醇之间的反应形成的,其中二异氰酸酯单体可以是芳族和/或脂族的。通过改变一种或多种二异氰酸酯单体和多元醇的类型,并且通过加入其它物质以改变它们的特性,可制得不同密度和硬度的聚氨酯泡沫。可使用其它添加剂来改善聚氨酯泡沫的稳定性以及聚氨酯泡沫的其它特性。用于本发明的聚氨酯泡沫颗粒需要足够硬以提供良好的清洁性能,而不损伤其上已施用所述组合物的表面。
在一个优选的实例中,用于本发明的研磨剂清洁颗粒的尺寸在使用期间变化,尤其是经历显著的尺寸缩减。因此,所述颗粒在液体组合物中以及在使用过程开始时保持视觉或触觉可察觉以提供有效清洁。随着清洁过程的进行,磨粒分散或破碎成较小颗粒,并且变得肉眼不可见或触觉不可察觉。
虽然聚氨酯泡沫的特性主要由多元醇的选择决定,但是二异氰酸酯也有一定的影响。由芳族二异氰酸酯制得的聚氨酯泡沫在光照射下泛黄,而由脂族二异氰酸酯制得的那些是颜色稳定的。由于包含芳族二异氰酸酯的聚氨酯泡沫变色,因此优选使用颜色稳定剂如Ti2O2。然而,申请人已发现,通过将脂族与芳族二异氰酸酯单体混合,并且保持芳族二异氰酸酯单体含量低于二异氰酸酯重量的60%,优选低于50%,并且更优选低于40%,可提供颜色稳定的聚氨酯泡沫颗粒以用作本发明中的清洁研磨剂。
适用于本文的二异氰酸酯单体为芳族二异氰酸酯单体,优选地选自甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯氨基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、MDA的聚合形式、TDI的聚合形式、以及它们的混合物。
多元醇的选择对泡沫的颜色稳定性不具有显著影响,但是对泡沫硬度和生物降解能力具有较大影响。
适用于本文的多元醇的实例优选地选自蓖麻油和/或大豆油(包括乙氧基化油或丙氧基化油,包括磺化油);糖和多糖,如葡萄糖、蔗糖、右旋糖、乳糖、果糖、淀粉、纤维素;糖醇,如二醇、甘油、赤藓醇、苏糖醇、阿拉伯糖醇、木糖醇、核醣醇、甘露糖醇、山梨醇、己六醇、艾杜糖醇、异麦芽糖醇、麦芽糖醇、乳糖醇、氢化葡萄糖和三羟甲基丙烷。
常用的多元醇还由先前多元醇(包括甲苯二胺的衍生物)与二乙醇胺和环氧丙烷的反应获得(不完全实例为“蔗糖”丙氧基化物)。
其它适用于本文的多元醇为乙二醇和聚合衍生物如聚乙二醇,丙二醇和聚合衍生物如聚丙二醇、四甲撑二醇和聚合衍生物如聚四亚甲基二醇。
聚酯多元醇也是适宜的多元醇和聚酯多元醇,由酸(己二酸、琥珀酸、十二烷酸、壬二酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸)和醇(乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2-CH3-1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、二甘醇、1,6-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油)的反应获得。不完全实例为聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯。
其它适宜的多元醇为疏水型多元醇,如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和共聚物衍生物如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯酸多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、衍生自与多元醇如己二醇反应的碳酸二甲酯的多元醇、曼尼期(mannich)多元醇和胺封端多元醇、和聚己内酯多元醇、以及它们的混合物。有时期望先前醇的混合物实现聚氨酯泡沫的适宜化学和机械特性。
用于本文的优选多元醇选自聚丙二醇、具有分子量为400至4000的聚四亚甲基二醇、大豆油和蓖麻油、以及它们的混合物。
最优选的多元醇选自乙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四亚甲基二醇、聚己内酯二醇、聚(己二酸亚乙基)二醇、聚(己二酸六亚甲基)二醇、蓖麻油、大豆油、糖和多糖、以及它们的混合物。
多元醇的选择影响聚氨酯泡沫的生物降解能力和硬度。例如,为了实现能够生物降解的泡沫的制备,优选选择的多元醇为任选地与天然多元醇(如糖和糖醇衍生物、蓖麻油、以及它们的混合物)混合的亲水性多元醇,如基于己二醇或基于己内酯的多元醇和/或包含可裂解酯或羧酸酐官能团的多元醇,如基于己二酸酯的多元醇。
在一个优选的实施方案中,通过使用分子量为400至4000并且选自聚己内酯二醇、聚乙二醇、聚(己二酸亚乙基)二醇、聚(己二酸六亚甲基)二醇以及它们的混合物的多元醇,来制备能够生物降解的聚氨酯泡沫。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,通过使选自聚己内酯二醇、聚乙二醇、聚(己二酸亚乙基)二醇、聚(己二酸六亚甲基)二醇以及它们的混合物的多元醇与聚合的MDI反应,来制备能够生物降解的聚氨酯泡沫,所述聚合的MDI不包含MDI单体以使有害单体例如二苯氨基甲烷单体(MDA)的生成最小化,所述有害单体是磨粒分解的结果。作为另外一种选择,制备能够生物降解的聚氨酯泡沫的优选途径是使选自聚己内酯二醇、聚乙二醇、聚(己二酸亚乙基)二醇、聚(己二酸六亚甲基)二醇以及它们混合物的多元醇与聚合的TDI反应,所述聚合的TDI不包含TDI单体以使有害单体例如甲苯二酰胺(TDA)的生成最小化,所述有害单体是磨粒分解的结果。
制备能够生物降解的聚氨酯泡沫的另一种优选途径是使选自聚己内酯二醇、聚乙二醇、聚(己二酸亚乙基)二醇、聚(己二酸六亚甲基)二醇以及它们混合物的多元醇与胺酯化/碳二亚胺化MDI或聚合的MDI反应,所述胺酯化/碳二亚胺化MDI或聚合的MDI不包含MDI单体以使有害单体例如二苯氨基甲烷单体(MDA)的生成最小化。制备能够生物降解的聚氨酯泡沫的另一种优选途径是使选自聚己内酯二醇、聚乙二醇、聚(己二酸亚乙基)二醇、聚(己二酸六亚甲基)二醇以及它们混合物的多元醇与胺酯化/碳二亚胺化TDI或聚合的TDI反应,所述胺酯化/碳二亚胺化TDI或聚合的TDI不包含TDI单体以使有害单体例如甲苯二酰胺(TDA)的生成最小化。
所谓术语MDI的聚合形式和TDI的聚合形式是指异氰酸酯官能度高于2.4,更优选高于2.7,并且最优选高于3的MDI和TDI二异氰酸酯的聚合形式。此外,在25℃下采用Brookfield方法测得,MDI和TDI二异氰酸酯的聚合形式具有优选高于200cps,更优选高于400cps,最优选高于700cps的粘度,而二异氰酸酯的聚合形式不包含MDI或TDI的单体。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,通过使疏水性预聚合的二异氰酸酯例如:预反应的MDI和/或预反应的TDI或聚合的MDI和/或聚合的TDI与疏水性多元醇反应,并且使所述预聚合的二异氰酸酯与亲水性和/或能够生物降解的多元醇反应,来制备能够生物降解的聚氨酯泡沫。
所谓术语预聚合的二异氰酸酯是指其中多元醇已与过量二异氰酸酯反应的反应产物。作为另外一种选择,这些预聚合物可随后胺酯化/碳二亚胺化。
预聚合的二异氰酸酯的实例为与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和共聚物衍生物预反应的MDI或聚合的MDI,所述共聚物衍生物如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯酸多元醇、聚碳酸类多元醇、衍生自与多元醇如己二醇反应的碳酸二甲酯的多元醇、曼尼期(mannich)多元醇和胺封端的多元醇、以及聚四亚甲基二醇、聚六亚甲基二醇或聚十二亚甲基二醇。优选的亲水性或能够生物降解的多元醇的实例为任选地与天然多元醇(如糖和糖醇衍生物、纤维素衍生物、蓖麻油、以及它们的混合物)混合的基于己二醇或基于己内酯的多元醇和/或包含可裂解酯或羧酸酐官能团的多元醇如基于己二酸酯的多元醇。
作为另外一种选择,使用具有刚性分子结构的低分子量多元醇将提高聚氨酯泡沫的整体硬度。通常用于制备硬聚氨酯泡沫的多元醇具有低于2000,优选低于1500,并且更优选低于1000的平均分子量(Mw)。尤其优选使用蔗糖、乙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇(Mw>400)、以及它们的混合物。
作为另外一种选择,在发泡过程中加入生物活性或能够生物降解的材料,也是获得所得聚氨酯泡沫充分生物降解能力的方式。尤其优选加入木质素、糖蜜、多羟基链烷酸酯、聚交酯、聚己内酯、或氨基酸。
类似地,为了提高聚氨酯泡沫的硬度,优选使用醇(或胺)官能含量高的多元醇。由OH数(以mg KOH/g多元醇为单元)定义的多元醇官能度高于150,优选高于200,最优选高于300。
当在pH低于4和pH高于9下配制组合物时,水解稳定性是聚氨酯泡沫的优选特征。提供水解稳定性的多元醇优选地为聚碳酸酯。
此外,研磨剂清洁颗粒可由聚氨酯泡沫制得,所述聚氨酯泡沫由芳族二异氰酸酯和脂族二异氰酸酯单体与多元醇的混合物形成。适宜的脂族二异氰酸酯选自六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPI)、赖氨酸或赖氨酸酯二异氰酸酯(LDI)、先前的三聚体、以及它们的混合物。
存在两种主要的聚氨酯泡沫变体:其中一种为大多数泡孔保持闭合并且内含一种或多种气体,另一种为具有大部分开孔的体系。在本发明中,开孔结构是优选的泡沫变体,具有最少的悬垂壁膜残余物。所期望的泡孔结构与根据应用所需的最佳粒度直接相关,例如大泡孔尺寸更适于获得较大的粒度,反之亦然。
图3a为显示具有壁膜的闭孔聚氨酯泡沫的电子显微镜图像,而图3b为显示根据本发明所述的无壁膜的开孔聚氨酯泡沫的电子显微镜图像。
申请人已发现,使用磨粒将获得良好的清洁效果,所述磨粒由密度高于100kg/m3,并且甚至至多500kg/m3的聚氨酯泡沫制得。然而,申请人已惊奇地发现,使用密度低于100kg/m3,更优选50kg/m3至100kg/m3,并且最优选50kg/m3至5kg/m3的聚氨酯泡沫,可获得显著更好的清洁效果。
适用于本文的优选研磨剂清洁颗粒足够硬以提供良好的清洁/净化性能,同时提供良好的表面安全特性。
本发明中优选的研磨剂清洁颗粒在HV维氏硬度方面具有3至50kg/mm2,优选4至25kg/mm2,并且最优选5至15kg/mm2的硬度。
维氏硬度测试方法:
根据标准方法ISO 14577-1、ISO 14577-2、ISO 14577-3,在23℃下测定维氏硬度HV。由至少2mm厚的原材料实心段块来测定维氏硬度。通过使用由CSM Instruments SA(Peseux,Switzerland)制造的Micro-Hardness测试仪(MHT),来实施维氏硬度微压痕测量。
根据ISO 14577指导,测试表面应平坦和光滑,具有小于最大压头穿透深度5%的粗糙度(Ra)值。就200μm最大深度而言,这相当于Ra值小于10μm。根据ISO 14577,此类表面可由任何适宜的方法制得,所述方法可包括用新的锋利切片机或手术刀片切割测试材料段块,打磨、抛光或通过将熔融材料浇铸在平坦光滑的铸件模样上,并且使其在测试前完全固化。

作为另外一种选择,本发明中的研磨剂清洁颗粒硬度也可根据莫氏硬度标度表示。优选地,莫氏硬度包含在0.5和3.5之间,并且最优选在1和3之间。莫氏硬度标度是用于测定化合物相对于已知硬度化合物的硬度的国际认可的标度,参见“Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology”(Kirk-Othmer,第4版,第1卷第18页)或Lide,D.R(编辑)的“CRCHandbook of Chemistry and Physics”第73版(Boca Raton,Fla.:The RubberCompany,1992-1993)。许多MOHS测试套件是可商购获得的,包含具有已知莫氏硬度的材料。为测定和选择具有选定莫氏硬度的磨料,推荐用未成形颗粒例如用球形或颗粒形状的磨料实施莫氏硬度测量,因为成型颗粒的MOHS测量将产生不正确的结果。
优选地通过选择低Mw的反应物,尤其是低Mw的多元醇,通过使用高官能度多元醇提高交联密度,通过使用过量二异氰酸酯和/或通过使用适当的催化剂以有利于二异氰酸酯的反应,来获得优选的泡沫硬度。
用于本发明的聚氨酯泡沫优选地具有不可测的相变(例如玻璃化转变温度或熔融温度)或显著高于使用温度的相变温度。优选地相变温度比使用温度高至少20℃,优选40℃。
之后,由任何适宜方式将所得泡沫削减成根据本发明所述的研磨剂清洁颗粒,其中所述研磨剂清洁颗粒具有至少10μm的平均ECD。
为了有利于泡沫削减成颗粒,泡沫优选具有足够的脆度,例如在应力下,泡沫几乎不具有变形趋势,并且易于断裂。通常,增加交联,降低多元醇的分子量,和/或增加聚氨酯结晶度,获得非常脆的泡沫。
在一个优选的实例中,用于本发明的研磨剂聚氨酯颗粒在液体组合物储存于容器中时保持可见,而在有效清洁过程中,磨粒分散或破裂成更小的颗粒,并且变得肉眼不可见。
将泡沫削减成本文研磨剂清洁颗粒的一种适宜方法是碾磨或研磨泡沫。其它适宜的方法包括使用削蚀工具如具有集尘器的高速削蚀轮,其中轮表面上雕刻图案,或涂覆有磨砂纸等,以促使泡沫形成本文的研磨剂清洁颗粒。
作为另外一种选择并且在本文高度优选的实施方案中,所述泡沫可分多个阶段削减成颗粒。首先,通过手工斩切或切割,或使用机械工具如上伏辊例如得自S Howes,Inc.(Silver Creek,NY)的2036型,可将大块泡沫破碎成几厘米尺寸的片。在第二阶段,使用推进器或锯齿盘分散工具搅拌团块,所述分散工具造成泡沫释放出内含的水,并且形成分散于水相中的聚合物颗粒液体浆液。在第三阶段,采用高剪切搅拌器(如得自IKA Works,Inc.(Wilmington,NC)的Ultra Turrax定子转子搅拌器)将原浆液粒度缩减成清洁颗粒所需的粒度。
优选地,经由碾磨或研磨操作获得的研磨剂清洁颗粒为不具有泡孔结构的单一颗粒。
悬浮助剂
存在于本文组合物中的研磨剂清洁颗粒在液体组合物中为固体颗粒。所述研磨剂清洁颗粒可悬浮于液体组合物中。然而,此类研磨剂清洁颗粒不稳定地悬浮于所述组合物中,并且沉降或浮在组合物顶部上,也完全在本发明范畴内。在这种情况下,使用者不得不在使用前通过搅拌(例如摇晃或搅动)所述组合物,暂时悬浮所述研磨剂清洁颗粒。
然而,本文优选研磨剂清洁颗粒稳定地悬浮于本文的液体组合物中。因此,本文的组合物包含悬浮助剂。
本文的悬浮助剂可为专门选择以提供研磨剂清洁颗粒在本发明液体组合物中的悬浮液的化合物如结构剂,或为还提供另一种功能的化合物如增稠剂或表面活性剂(如本文别处所述)。
本文可使用任何适宜的有机和无机悬浮助剂,所述有机和无机悬浮助剂在清洁/净化组合物和其它洗涤剂或化妆品组合物中通常用作胶凝剂、增稠剂或悬浮剂。实际上,适宜的有机悬浮助剂包括多糖聚合物。除此之外或作为供选择的替代方案,本文可使用聚羧酸酯聚合物增稠剂。而且,除此之外或作为上文供选择的替代方案,还可使用层状硅酸盐片,例如锂蒙脱石、膨润土或蒙脱石。
适宜的可商购获得的层状硅酸盐为购自Rockwood Additives的 或
适宜的聚羧酸酯聚合物增稠剂包括(优选轻度)交联的聚丙烯酸酯。尤其适宜的聚羧酸酯聚合物增稠剂为可以商品名从Lubrizol商购获得的Carbopol。
适用于本文的多糖聚合物包括取代的纤维素材料如羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素,琥珀酰聚糖和天然存在的多糖聚合物如黄原胶、结冷胶、瓜尔胶、刺槐豆胶、黄蓍胶、琥珀酰葡聚糖胶、或它们的衍生物、或它们的混合物。黄原胶可以商品名Kelzan T从Kelco商购获得。
优选地本文的悬浮助剂为黄原胶。在可供选择的实施方案中,本文的悬浮助剂为聚羧酸酯聚合物增稠剂,优选(优选轻度)交联的聚丙烯酸酯。在本文高度优选的实施方案中,液体组合物包含多糖聚合物或其混合物(优选黄原胶)与聚羧酸酯聚合物或其混合物(优选交联的聚丙烯酸酯)的组合。
作为优选的实例,黄原胶的含量按所述组合物的总重量计优选介于0.1%至5%之间,更优选0.5%至2%,甚至更优选0.8%至1.2%。
任选成分
根据本发明所述的组合物可包含多种任选成分,其取决于所旨在的技术有益效果和所处理的表面。
适用于本文的任选成分包括螯合剂、表面活性剂、自由基清除剂、香料、表面改性聚合物、溶剂、助洗剂、缓冲剂、杀菌剂、水溶助长剂、着色剂、稳定剂、漂白剂、漂白活化剂、泡沫控制剂如脂肪酸、酶、污垢悬浮剂、增白剂、抗隔离剂、分散剂、颜料和染料。
有机溶剂
本文的组合物包含有机溶剂或其混合物作为任选但高度优选的成分。
本文的组合物包含按所述组合物的总重量计0%至30%,更优选约1.0%至约20%,并且最优选约2%至约15%的有机溶剂或其混合物。
适宜的溶剂可选自:具有约4至约14个碳原子,优选约6至约12个碳原子,并且更优选约8至约10个碳原子的脂族醇、醚和二醚;二醇或烷氧基化二醇;二醇醚;烷氧基化芳族醇;芳族醇;萜烯;以及它们的混合物。最优选脂族醇和二醇醚溶剂。
式R-OH的脂族醇为适宜的溶剂,其中R为具有约1至约20个,优选约2至约15个,并且更优选约5至约12个碳原子的直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的烷基。适宜的脂族醇为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、或它们的混合物。在脂族醇中,乙醇和异丙醇因为它们的高蒸汽压和无残余物的趋势而是最优选的。
适用于本文的二醇符合式HO-CR1R2-OH,其中R1和R2独立地为H或C2-C10饱和或不饱和的脂族烃链或环。适用于本文的二醇为十二烷二醇和/或丙二醇。
在一个优选的实施方案中,至少一种二醇醚溶剂混入本发明的组合物中。尤其优选的二醇醚具有连接一至三个乙二醇或丙二醇部分的末端C3-C6烃,以提供适宜的疏水度以及优选的表面活性。基于乙二醇化学性质的可商购获得的溶剂的实例包括购自Dow Chemical的一乙二醇正己基醚(Hexyl基于丙二醇化学性质的可商购获得的溶剂的实例包括以商品名和购自Arco的丙醇和丁醇的二丙二醇和三丙二醇衍生物。
在本发明的上下文中,优选的溶剂选自一丙二醇一丙基醚、二丙二醇一丙基醚、一丙二醇一丁基醚、二丙二醇一丙基醚、二丙二醇一丁基醚;三丙二醇一丁基醚;乙二醇一丁基醚;二乙二醇一丁基醚、乙二醇一己基醚、和二乙二醇一己基醚、以及它们的混合物。“丁基”包括正丁基、异丁基、和叔丁基。一丙二醇和一丙二醇一丁基醚是最优选的清洁溶剂,并且以商品名和获得。二丙二醇一叔丁基醚可以商品名从Arco Chemical商购获得。
在尤其优选的实施方案中,纯化清洁溶剂以使杂质最小化。此类杂质包括醛、二聚体、三聚体、低聚物和其它副产物。已发现,这些不利地影响产品气味、香料溶解度和最终结果。本发明人还已发现,包含低含量醛的常见商业溶剂可造成某些表面不可逆且不可修复的泛黄。通过纯化清洁溶剂以最小化或消除此类杂质,减少或消除了表面损伤。
本发明中可使用萜烯,虽然它不是优选的。适用于本文的萜烯为单环萜烯、二环萜烯和/或无环萜烯。适宜的萜烯为:右旋柠檬烯;蒎烯;松油;萜品烯;萜烯衍生物如薄荷醇、萜品醇、香叶醇、百里酚;以及香茅或香茅醇型成分。
适用于本文的烷氧基化芳族醇符合式R-(A)n-OH,其中R为具有约1至约20个,优选约2至约15个,并且更优选约2至约10个碳原子的烷基取代或无烷基取代的芳基,其中A为烷氧基,优选丁氧基、丙氧基和/或乙氧基,并且n为约1至约5,优选约1至约2的整数。适宜的烷氧基化芳族醇为苯氧基乙醇和/或苯氧基丙醇。
适用于本文的芳族醇符合式R-OH,其中R为具有约1至约20个,优选约1至约15个,并且更优选约1至约10个碳原子的烷基取代或无烷基取代的芳基。例如,适用于本文的芳族醇为苄醇。
表面活性剂
本文的组合物可包含非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂、或它们的混合物。适宜的表面活性剂是选自具有包含8至18个碳原子的疏水链的非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的那些。适宜表面活性剂的实例描述于McCutcheon的第1卷“Emulsifiers and Detergents”北美版(McCutcheon Division,MC PublishingCo.,2002)中。
优选地,本文的组合物包含按所述组合物的总重量计0.01%至20%,更优选0.5%至10%,并且最优选1%至5%的表面活性剂或其混合物。
非离子表面活性剂高度优选用于本发明的组合物中。适宜的非离子表面活性剂的非限制性实例包括醇烷氧基化物、烷基多糖、氧化胺、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物、含氟表面活性剂、和基于硅的表面活性剂。优选地,所述含水组合物包含按所述组合物的总重量计0.01%至20%,更优选0.5%至10%,并且最优选1%至5%的非离子表面活性剂或其混合物。
适用于本发明的优选非离子表面活性剂类型为烷基乙氧基化物。本发明的烷基乙氧基化物为直链或支化的,并且疏水性尾基中包含8个碳原子至16个碳原子,并且亲水性头基中包含3个环氧乙烷单元至25个环氧乙烷单元。烷基乙氧基化物的实例包括由Shell Corporation(P.O.Box 2463,1ShellPlaza,Houston,Texas)提供的以及由CondeaCorporation(900Threadneedle P.O.Box 19029,Houston,TX)提供的 更优选的烷基乙氧基化物在疏水性尾基中包含9至12个碳原子,并且在亲水性头基中包含4至9个氧化物单元。最优选的烷基乙氧基化物为以商品名购自Shell Chemical Company的C9-11EO5。非离子乙氧基化物还可衍生自支化醇。例如,醇可由支化烯烃给料如丙烯或丁烯制得。在一个优选的实施例中,支化醇为2-丙基-1-庚醇或2-丁基-1-辛醇。适宜的支化醇乙氧基化物为以商品名Lutensol XP 79由BASFCorporation生产和销售的2-丙基-1-庚基EO7/AO7。
另一类适用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂为烷基多糖。此类表面活性剂公开于美国专利公开4,565,647、5,776,872、5,883,062、和5,906,973中。在烷基多糖中,优选包含五碳和/或六碳糖环的烷基聚葡糖苷,更优选包含六碳糖环的那些,并且最优选其中六碳糖环衍生自葡萄糖的那些,即烷基多葡糖苷(“APG”)。APG链长中的烷基取代基优选地为包含8至16个碳原子的饱和或不饱和的烷基基团,其中平均链长为10个碳原子。C8-C16烷基多葡糖苷可从多个供应商处商购获得(例如,表面活性剂可得自Seppic Corporation(75Quai d’Orsay,75321Paris,Cedex 7,France),而和可得自Cognis Corporation(Postfach 130164,D40551,Dusseldorf,Germany))。
另一类适用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂是氧化胺。氧化胺,尤其是在疏水性尾基中包含10个碳原子至16个碳原子的那些,由于它们在即使低于0.10%的含量下也具有强清洁特性和效力,因此是有益的。此外,C10-16氧化胺,尤其是C12-C14氧化胺,是优异的香料增溶剂。用于本文的供选择的非离子净化剂表面活性剂是烷氧基化醇,在所述醇的疏水烷基链中通常包含8至16个碳原子。典型的烷氧基化基团是丙氧基或与丙氧基组合的乙氧基,形成烷基乙氧基丙氧基化物。上述化合物可以商品名从Rhodia(40Rue de la Haie-Coq F-93306,Aubervilliers Cédex,France)商购获得,以及以商品名从Shell Chemical商购获得。
还适用于本文的是环氧乙烷与疏水相的缩合产物,所述疏水相由环氧丙烷与丙二醇缩合形成。这些化合物中的疏水部分优选地具有1500至1800的分子量,并且将表现出水不溶性。向该疏水部分中加入聚氧乙烯部分,趋于总体上增加分子的水溶解度,并且所述产物的液体特性被保留下来,达到其中聚氧乙烯含量为缩合产物总重量的约50%的程度,这相当于缩合最多40摩尔的环氧乙烷。这类化合物的实例包括由BASF销售的某些市售表面活性剂。化学上,此类表面活性剂具有结构(EO)x(PO)y(EO)z或(PO)x(EO)y(PO)z,其中x、y和z为1至100,优选3至50。已知为良好润湿表面活性剂的表面活性剂是更优选的。表面活性剂及其特性(包括润湿特性)的描述可见于得自BASF的题目为“BASF Performance的小册子中。
其它适宜却不优选的非离子表面活性剂包括烷基酚的聚环氧乙烷缩合物,例如具有包含6至12个碳原子的直链或支化构型的烷基的烷基酚与环氧乙烷的缩合产物,所述环氧乙烷的含量等于5至25摩尔环氧乙烷每摩尔烷基酚。上述化合物中的烷基取代基可衍生自低聚丙烯、二异丁烯,或衍生自其它异辛烷、正辛烷、异壬烷或正壬烷来源。其它可用的非离子表面活性剂包括衍生自天然源如糖的那些,并且包括C8-C16正烷基葡萄糖酰胺表面活性剂。
适用于本文的阴离子表面活性剂均为本领域技术人员通常已知的那些。优选地,用于本文的阴离子表面活性剂包括烷基磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐、C6-C20烷基烷氧基化直链或支化的二苯醚二磺酸盐、或它们的混合物。
适用于本文的烷基磺酸盐包括式RSO3M的水溶性盐或酸,其中R为C6-C20直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的烷基,优选C8-C18烷基,并且更优选C10-C16烷基,并且M为H或阳离子,例如碱金属阳离子(例如钠、钾、锂)、或铵或取代的铵(例如甲基铵阳离子、二甲基铵阳离子、和三甲基铵阳离子以及季铵阳离子,如四甲基铵和二甲基哌啶阳离子、以及衍生自烷基胺如乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺的季铵阳离子、以及它们的混合物等等)。

C14-C16烷基磺酸盐的实例为购自Hoechst的可商购获得的烷基芳基磺酸盐的实例为得自Su.Ma.的月桂基芳基磺酸盐。尤其优选的烷基芳基磺酸盐为可以商品名商购自Albright&Wilson的烷基苯磺酸盐。
适用于本文的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂符合式R1SO4M,其中R1代表烃基,选自包含6至20个碳原子的直链或支链烷基,和烷基中包含6至18个碳原子的烷基苯基。M为H或阳离子,例如碱金属阳离子(例如钠、钾、锂、钙、镁等)、或铵或取代的铵(例如甲基铵阳离子、二甲基铵阳离子、和三甲基铵阳离子以及季铵阳离子,如四甲基铵和二甲基哌啶阳离子、以及衍生自烷基胺如乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺的季铵阳离子、以及它们的混合物等等)。

两性离子表面活性剂代表本发明范畴内的另一类优选的表面活性剂。
在宽的pH范围内,两性离子表面活性剂在同一分子上既包含阳离子基团又包含阴离子基团。典型的阳离子基团是季铵基,尽管也可使用其它荷上正电的基团如硫基和基。典型的阴离子基团是羧酸根和磺酸根,优选磺酸根,然而可使用其它基团如硫酸根、磷酸根等。这些净化剂的一些常见实施例描述于以下专利文献中:美国专利公开2,082,275、2,702,279和2,255,082。
两性离子表面活性剂的具体实例为以商品名购自McIntyre Company(24601Governors Highway,University Park,Illinois60466,USA)的3-(N-十二烷基-N,N-二甲基)-2-羟基丙基-1-磺酸盐(月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱)。另一种具体的两性离子表面活性剂为以商品名 购自McIntyre的C12-14酰胺基丙烯(羟基丙烯)磺基甜菜碱。其它非常有用的两性离子表面活性剂包括烃基例如脂肪亚烷基甜菜碱。高度优选的两性离子表面活性剂为由Albright&Wilson生产的椰油基二甲基甜菜碱另一种同样优选的两性离子表面活性剂为由McIntyre生产的椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱
另一类优选的表面活性剂包括由两性表面活性剂组成的组。一种适宜的两性表面活性剂是C8-C16酰氨基亚烷基甘氨酸盐表面活性剂(‘两性甘氨酸盐’)。另一种适宜的两性表面活性剂是C8-C16酰氨基亚烷基丙酸盐表面活性剂(‘两性丙酸盐’)。其它适宜的两性表面活性剂可由以下表面活性剂代表,如十二烷基β-丙氨酸、N-烷基牛磺酸(如根据美国专利公开2,658,072中的指导,经由十二烷基胺与羟乙基磺酸钠反应制得的那些)、N-高级烷基天冬氨酸(如根据美国专利公开2,438,091中的指导制得的那些)、和以商品名出售并且描述于美国专利公开2,528,378中的产品。
螯合剂
一类可用于本文的任选化合物包括螯合剂或它们的混合物。螯合剂可以按所述组合物的总重量计0.0%至10.0%,优选0.01%至5.0%范围内的量混入本文的组合物中。
适用于本文的膦酸盐螯合剂可包括1-羟乙基二膦酸碱金属盐(HEDP)、亚烷基聚(亚烷基膦酸盐)、以及氨基膦酸盐化合物,包括氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)(ATMP)、氨基三亚甲基膦酸盐(NTP)、亚乙基二胺四亚甲基膦酸盐和二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸盐(DTPMP)。膦酸盐化合物可以它们的酸形式存在,或作为在它们部分或所有酸性官能团上具有不同阳离子的盐存在。优选用于本文中的膦酸盐螯合剂是二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸盐(DTPMP)和1-羟乙基二膦酸碱金属盐(HEDP)。此类膦酸盐螯合剂可以商品名从Monsanto商购获得。
多官能取代的芳族螯合剂也可用于本文组合物中。参见1974年5月21日公布的授予Connor等人的美国专利3,812,044。酸形式的此类优选化合物是二羟基二磺基苯,如1,2-二羟基-3,5-二磺基苯。
优选用于本文的可生物降解的螯合剂是乙二胺N,N′-二琥珀酸、或其碱金属盐、或碱土金属盐、或铵盐或取代的铵盐、或它们的混合物。乙二胺N,N′-二琥珀酸(尤其是(S,S)异构体)已详尽地描述于1987年11月3日授予Hartman和Perkins的美国专利4,704,233中。乙二胺N,N′-二琥珀酸可例如以商品名从Palmer Research Laboratories商购获得。
适用于本文的氨基羧酸盐包括乙二胺四乙酸盐、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸盐、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸盐(DTPA)、N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸盐、氨三乙酸盐、乙二胺四丙酸盐、三亚乙基四胺六乙酸盐、乙醇二甘氨酸、丙二胺四乙酸(PDTA)和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA),为它们的酸形式或者为它们碱金属盐、铵盐和取代铵盐形式。尤其适用于本文的氨基羧酸盐是二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、丙二胺四乙酸(PDTA)和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA),所述丙二胺四乙酸可以例如商品名从BASF商购获得。
用于本文的其它羧化物螯合剂包括水杨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙二酸或它们的混合物。
自由基清除剂
本发明的组合物还可包含自由基清除剂或其混合物。
适用于本文的自由基清除剂包括熟知的取代的一羟基和二羟基苯以及它们的类似物、烷基和芳基羧酸盐、以及它们的混合物。优选用于本文的此类自由基清除剂包括二叔丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、对苯二酚、二叔丁基对苯二酚、一叔丁基对苯二酚、叔丁基羟基苯甲醚、苯甲酸、甲苯酸、儿茶酚、叔丁基儿茶酚、苄胺、1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基)丁烷、没食子酸正丙酯、或它们的混合物,并且高度优选二叔丁基羟基甲苯。此类自由基清除剂如N-丙基没食子酸盐可以商品名从Nipa Laboratories商购获得。
当使用时,自由基清除剂在本文中的含量按所述组合物的总重量计通常为至多10%,并且优选0.001%至0.5%。自由基清除剂的存在可有助于本发明组合物的化学稳定性。
香料
适用于本文的香料化合物和组合物为例如EP-A-0957156第13页题目为“Perfume”的段落中所描述的那些。本文的组合物可包含香料成分或它们的混合物,其量按所述组合物的总重量计为至多5.0%,优选0.1%至1.5%。
染料
根据本发明的液体组合物可以是有色的。因此,它们可包含染料或它们的混合物。
组合物的递送形式
本文的组合物可包装于本领域技术人员已知的多种适宜包装中,如倾倒液体组合物的塑料瓶、挤压瓶或配备触发喷涂器以喷雾液体组合物的瓶子。作为另外一种选择,根据本发明的糊剂状组合物可包装于软管中。
在本文可供选择的实施方案中,将本文的液体组合物浸渍到基底上,所述基底优选地为柔性薄片或一块材料形式如海绵。
适宜的基底为织造或非织造片材、基于纤维素材料的片材、海绵或具有开孔结构的泡沫例如聚氨酯泡沫、纤维素泡沫、三聚氰胺泡沫等。
清洁表面的方法
本发明包括用根据本发明的液体组合物清洁和/或净化表面的方法。本文适宜的表面描述于上文标题“液体清洁/净化组合物”下。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述表面涂覆有根据本发明的组合物,优选地,其中将所述组合物施用到所述表面上。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,本文的方法包括将根据本发明的液体组合物从包含所述液体组合物的容器中分配出来(例如通过喷雾、倾倒、挤压),从而清洁和/或净化所述表面的步骤。
本文的组合物可为其纯形式或其稀释形式。
所谓“其纯形式”应当理解为将所述液体组合物不经历任何稀释直接施用到待处理表面上,即将本文的液体组合物施用到根据本文所述的表面上。
所谓“稀释形式”在本文中应当理解为使用者通常用水稀释所述液体组合物。在使用前,将液体组合物稀释至为至多其水重量10倍的典型稀释水平。通常推荐的稀释水平为10%组合物的水稀释液。
可使用在本文稀释或纯组合物中浸泡的适当工具如拖把、纸巾、刷子(例如牙刷)或布料,来施用本文组合物。此外,施用在所述表面上后,可使用适当的工具,在所述表面上搅拌所述组合物。实际上,可使用拖把、纸巾、刷子或布料擦拭所述表面。
本文方法还可包括冲洗步骤,优选在所述组合物施用后。“冲洗”在本文中是指在本发明液体组合物施用在所述表面的步骤之后,直接用显著量的适宜溶剂(通常为水)接触用根据本发明所述方法清洁和/或净化的表面。所谓“显著量”在本文中是指每m2表面介于0.011t.至11t.之间的水,更优选每m2表面介于0.11t.至11t.之间的水。
在本文高度优选的实施方案中,清洁/净化方法为用根据本发明的液体组合物清洁住宅硬质表面的方法。

实施例24至27由下列方式制得:

1.一种液体清洁和/或净化组合物,所述组合物包含:
a) 按所述组合物的重量计0.5%至5%的能够生物降解的聚氨酯泡沫颗粒作为研磨剂;和
b) 悬浮助剂,
其中所述聚氨酯泡沫由聚合的二异氰酸酯i)和多元醇ii)形成;其中
所述聚合的二异氰酸酯i)选自聚合的甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚合的二苯氨基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)以及它们的混合物,其中所述聚合的异氰酸酯不包含TDI和/或MDI单体;且
所述多元醇ii)选自聚乙二醇、聚己内酯二醇、聚(己二酸亚乙基酯)二醇、聚(己二酸亚己基酯)二醇以及它们的混合物,
其中所述聚氨酯泡沫颗粒:
(i) 为非球形的且具有低于0.6的形状因数;

4.如权利要求1所述的液体清洁和/或净化组合物,其中所述清洁组合物负载在清洁基底上,其中所述基底为纸材或非织造毛巾或擦拭物或海绵。
5.一种用如权利要求1所述的液体清洁和/或净化组合物清洁和/或净化表面的方法,其中使所述表面与所述组合物接触。
