Abstract
本发明涉及一种多功能预混合液体饲料,用乳化剂和助乳化剂将维生素、氨基酸、亚油酸三类主要功能成分有机体地配合制备而成的一种稳定的液体预混合饲料。本发明借助表面活性剂吐温80、吐温80及助乳化剂混合可以有效分散脂溶性维生素、亚油酸,同时碱性氨基酸溶液也有助于维生素B2的预分散,通过相互融合,即得到均一、稳定、澄明的三合一多功能预混合液。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,涉及一种多功能预混合液体饲料。
背景技术
维生素,是动物维持正常生理功能必不可上的有机化合物,对于体内的代谢活动具有重要的调节作用,维生素可以通过调节代谢,促进生长、增强动物抗病和抗应急能力,尽管对维生素的需要是微量的,但是肌体本身难以合成出足量的维生素,而饲料中的含量也是有限的,不能够满足养殖业对于所饲喂动物快速、健康生长的需要,因此,制备含多种维生素的预混合饲料势在必然。维生素通过调节动物的代谢过程,增强动物体质、抗病、抗应急、催肥、改善自身品质等。维生素A可以调节肝脏代谢功能,使畜禽精神饱满,食欲旺盛。维生素D可以增强畜禽产品骨骼发育,特别是快速生长的畜禽产品,是很必需的。维生素E可以增强动物的抗应急能力,提高蛋鸡的产蛋率;维生素K可以调节血液循环系统,具有杀菌防腐功能;维生素B可以消炎,改善禽类的外观品质。
氨基酸可以补充动物营养,平衡蛋白质代谢。赖氨酸、蛋氨酸可以提高饲料的利用率,促进动物生长,改善畜禽的肉质,赖氨酸还可以促进小肠对于钙质的吸收,较少畜类腹泻,增强肾功能。色氨酸可以增强畜禽的抗病、抗应急能力。苏氨酸对禽畜的生长发育、强化催肥、催奶,产蛋均有明显的促进作用。必须氨基酸可以补充营养、平衡代谢、提高饲料利用率、促生长、抗应急、改善营养品质等功效,相对来说制备成均一的水溶液比较容易,但一般是仅含氨基酸成分的预混合制品。亚油酸素具有增强畜禽的免疫功能,降低脂肪含量,改善肉质,提高产奶量和产蛋品质等功效,可以提高畜禽动物的免疫能力,并且能够降低脂肪含量,提高肉质,提高奶牛的产奶量,亚油酸在畜禽产品中的积累,提高了产品的营养价值,有益于饮食健康。但是三类有效成分的有效配合并制备成均一的多功能液体预混合饲料,是养殖业健康发展所期望的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种多功能预混合液体饲料添加剂及其制备方法,本饲料添加剂对畜禽具有良好的补充作用。

而且,所述的维生素包括维生素A、D、E、B2中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
而且,所述的氨基酸包括蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明制备的纳米级预混合液体饲料可以与水以任意比例混溶,动物食用方便,食用量易于调节,能有效地对畜禽动物起到保健、促生长、改善肉质及禽类产品的品质,预混合饲料中不添加任何抗氧化成分,食用安全环保。
2、本发明借助表面活性剂吐温80、吐温80及丙二醇和甘油混合可以有效分散脂溶性维生素、亚油酸,同时碱性氨基酸溶液也有助于维生素的预分散,形成均匀的预混料。
