Abstract
The invention discloses an achieving method and a system for management of cloud computing devices. The system comprises a device Master, a device Agent, and a network management server, wherein the device Master is used for receiving and storing information of the cloud computing devices managed by the Master and uploading the information to the device Agent; and the device Agent is used for storing the received information of the cloud computing devices and uploading information to the network management server which is used for obtaining and storing the information of the cloud computing devices from the device Agent. Through adoption of the technical scheme, inconvenience due to manual intervention can be avoided, and the working efficiency can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a network management technology, in particular to a method and a system for realizing cloud computing equipment management.
Background
Cloud computing products have been increasingly used in the business product field. The essence of cloud computing is a distributed system which is formed by the cooperative organization of a plurality of devices and completes computing tasks together, and the distributed system has the advantages of simple capacity expansion, low capacity expansion cost and the like. The number of devices in cloud computing is not determined, and the devices need to be increased or decreased at any time according to the traffic.
Currently, the existing cloud computing adopts a traditional device management system, which usually only includes a network management server and cloud computing devices, wherein the network management server is responsible for managing the cloud computing devices, and each cloud computing device is regarded as a network element. However, the network management server can only manage a known fixed number of network elements, and when the network elements are added or deleted, the network management server needs to modify the information of the network elements, such as alarms and performance statistics, through manual operation. However, the number of cloud computing devices is not fixed and may vary with the traffic, and therefore, using a conventional device management system, adding or deleting information such as alarms and performance statistics of network elements requires manual intervention, which undoubtedly brings huge workload, thereby reducing work efficiency and bringing considerable inconvenience.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a method and a system for implementing cloud computing device management, which solve the inconvenience caused by manual intervention and improve the work efficiency.

The basic idea of the invention is: the equipment Master receives and stores the equipment information of the cloud computing equipment managed by the equipment Master, and then uploads the equipment information to the equipment Agent; and the network management server acquires and stores the equipment information of the cloud computing equipment through the equipment Agent. Therefore, when the cloud computing equipment is increased or decreased, the equipment Master uploads the updated equipment information of the cloud computing equipment to the equipment Agent, and then the equipment Agent transmits the equipment information to the network management server.

The relevant device information uploaded to the network management server by the device Agent can be the device full information of all cloud computing devices currently managed by the device Master, namely the device information of the cloud computing devices which are added currently is contained or the device information of the cloud computing devices which are deleted currently is removed on the basis of the device information sent to the network management server before the device Agent; the device information of the currently added cloud computing device or the device information of the deleted cloud computing device may also be used.

As can be seen from the foregoing description of the embodiments, through the implementation scheme of the present invention, an indefinite number or a number of cloud computing devices that change over time in cloud computing can be managed conveniently. The device Agent and the network management server adopt the current universal SNMP to transmit information, so that the device Agent can be conveniently accessed into various network management servers, and the usability and the expandability are good.
