背景技术：急性腰扭伤大多是由于姿势不正确、用力过度、腰部肌肉用力失衡等所致，患者会出现持续性剧痛、活动时加剧，中医学认为，此病乃跌扑闪挫，导致气滞血瘀、经脉受阻、不通则痛，临床上口服一般镇痛药无效，给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。

本发明采用如下技术方案。每份由含有下列有效组份范围的药物组成：
姜黄3-9克；伸筋草9-15；续断9-15克；独活3-9克；秦艽3-9克；土鳖虫3-9克；三七3-9克；蜈蚣0.6-1克；木香1.5-6克，蜂蜜100克。

姜黄9克；伸筋草9克；续断9克；独活9克；秦艽9克；土鳖虫6克；三七9克；蜈蚣0.6克；木香3克；蜂蜜100克。
本发明主要由姜黄、伸筋草、续断、独活、秦艽、土鳖虫、三七、蜈蚣、木香。姜黄性味辛、苦，寒。具有行气止痛、破瘀消肿之功效，伸筋草性苦，温。归肝经，具有祛风除湿、舒筋活络之功效。续断性苦，温。强筋骨、续折伤，治疗跌打损伤，扭挫伤之功效。独活味辛、苦，微温。具有通痹止痛，主治肌肉关节疼痛。秦艽性苦、辛，平，止痹痛，退虚热，用于肢节酸痛，挛急不遂。土鳖虫性咸，寒。续筋骨，用于腰部扭伤、瘀滞疼痛。三七性甘，微苦。具有散瘀、消肿定痛之功效。蜈蚣性咸，温。具有息风止痉、通络止痛之功效。木香性辛、苦，温。具有行气止痛之功效。
上述组分组成药物的综合药理作用，使得本发明具有显著的技术效果和优点，具有行气止痛，舒筋活络，通痹止痛，治疗跌打损伤、扭挫伤，肢节酸痛、挛急不遂，腰部扭伤、瘀滞疼痛具有效显著果。经临床观察治愈率高达95％以上，具有很高的推广价值。
