技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽油杆配件，尤其涉及一种可有效提高抽油杆工作稳定性的新型导向配件 ，属于石油配件技术领域。
背景技术
抽油杆为空心细长杆件，其上接总杆，下接抽油泵，主要起到传递动力的作用；抽油杆材质一般是高碳钢表面镀硬铬,在油管内通过内螺纹锁扣一根根的连接起来，一直延伸到地下油层处的活塞上,通过上下往复运动来泵油。
抽油杆在油管内上下往复运动过程中，由于油液的压力以及管道的实际状况，会发生与油管碰撞和摩擦的现象，降低了抽油杆的使用寿命和工作稳定性。通常，人们会在相邻抽油杆上安装扶正器，但是，扶正器只能安装在抽油杆的端部，安装的数量和位置受到限制，无法确保超长型抽油杆在工作时的稳定性，因此，还存在改进和完善的需要。
发明内容
针对上述需求，本发明提供了一种抽油杆导向用配件，该配件安装在抽油杆上，其数量和安装位置可根据抽油杆长度和实际工作条件确定，可有效提高抽油杆工作时的稳定性。
本发明是一种抽油杆导向用配件，该配件包括外壳体、外圈、滑轮以及紧固组件，所述的外圈主体、滑轮以及紧固组件均安装在外壳体内，所述的外圈沿圆周方向开设槽口，所述的滑轮上部伸出外圈，所述的紧固组件安装在外圈内。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的外圈与滑轮之间通过转轴连接，滑轮的滚动方向与抽油杆的移动方向一致。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的滑轮可选用陶瓷材料，其数量为6-8个。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的紧固组件由弹簧、定位螺钉和定位块组成。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的定位螺钉穿过外圈上开设螺纹孔与定位块连接，旋合后产生的压力促使定位块紧压抽油杆外壁。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的弹簧用于连接外圈和定位块，其预紧力可使定位块紧贴外圈内壁。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的定位块为弧形轴瓦结构，内表面上设置锯齿形齿条。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的定位块的数量一般为2-4块，有特殊需要时可以增设至6块。
在本发明一较佳实施例中，所述的配件可安装在抽油杆的端部以及中段处，数量一般为4-12个。

本发明中提及的抽油杆导向用配件的外圈2与滑轮3之间通过转轴连接，滑轮3的滚动方向与抽油杆的移动方向一致，该结构可有效提高抽油杆上下滑动的稳定性，提高抽油杆使用寿命；滑轮3一般采用陶瓷材料，该材料具有耐蚀和耐磨的特点，其数量为6-8个。

1.一种抽油杆导向用配件，其特征在于，该配件包括外壳体、外圈、滑轮以及紧固组件，所述的外圈、滑轮以及紧固组件均安装在外壳体内，所述的外圈沿圆周方向开设槽口，所述的滑轮上部伸出外圈，所述的外圈与滑轮之间通过转轴连接，滑轮的滚动方向与抽油杆的移动方向一致，所述的紧固组件安装在外圈内，所述的紧固组件由弹簧、定位螺钉和定位块组成，所述的定位螺钉穿过外圈上开设螺纹孔与定位块连接，旋合后产生的压力促使定位块紧压抽油杆外壁，所述的弹簧用于连接外圈和定位块，其预紧力使定位块紧贴外圈内壁，所述的定位块为弧形轴瓦结构，内表面上设置锯齿形齿条。
