Abstract
The invention relates to a packaging bag with a buffering function. The packaging bag comprises a first buffering air column portion, a second buffering air column portion and a binding strap, wherein the first buffering air column portion consists of multiple air columns, the second buffering air column portion consists of multiple air columns and is connected with the first buffering air column portion to form a containing space for containing articles, and the binding strap is connected with at least one of the first buffering air column portion and the second buffering air column portion and used for hermetically covering an opening of the containing space. The articles can be effectively buffered and protected during conveying by the first buffering air column portion and the second buffering air column portion consisting of the multiple air columns, so that the problem of insufficient shock absorption capacity of small air bag bubbles is solved. In addition, the binding strap can be used for adhesion of labels and can also protect the air columns from being punctured, and further, the binding strap can tightly bind the first buffering air column portion and the second buffering air column portion to prevent articles with different sizes from swaying.

The packaging bag with a cushioning function according to claim 2, wherein the second cushioning air column portion includes a second fixing side and a second opening side, the second opening side is located at the opening of the accommodating space, the second fixing side is located at an end of the second cushioning air column portion deviating from the second opening side, and the second fixing side is fixedly connected with the first fixing side.
4. The packing bag with a cushioning function according to claim 3, wherein one end of the second cushioning air column portion adjacent to the second opening side communicates with the first cushioning air column portion, and the other end of the second cushioning air column portion adjacent to the second opening side is fixedly connected to the other end of the first cushioning air column portion.
5. The packaging bag with a cushioning function according to claim 4, wherein the strap includes:
a fixed end connected with the first fixed side;
and the positioning end can be fixed on the second buffer air column part so as to seal the opening of the accommodating space.
6. The cushioning packaging bag according to claim 5, wherein the positioning end is provided with an adhesive member for fixing the positioning end to the second cushioning air column portion.
7. The packaging bag with a cushioning function according to claim 4, wherein the strap includes:
a fixed end connected with the second fixed side;
and the positioning end can be fixed on the first buffer air column part so as to seal the opening of the accommodating space.
8. The cushioning packaging bag according to claim 7, wherein the positioning end is provided with an adhesive member for fixing the positioning end to the first cushioning air column portion.
9. The packaging bag with a cushioning function as claimed in claim 4, wherein the strap is a plurality of straps, wherein the left and right sides of 2 straps are heat sealed together by themselves, the bottoms of the 2 straps are heat sealed with the bottoms of the first and second cushion air column portions to form a bag body for enclosing the first and second cushion air column portions, and the 3 rd strap includes a fixed end and a positioning end, the fixed end is connected with the first fixed side or the second fixed side, and the positioning end corresponding to the fixed end can be fixed to the second cushion air column portion or the first cushion air column portion to cover the opening of the accommodating space or one of the straps at the opening of the bag body is provided with the positioning end.
10. The packaging bag with the buffering function according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein the strap is made of a plastic film, or is formed by combining a plastic film with paper, cloth, nylon, PET or foam cloth.
11. The packaging bag with a cushioning function according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein a label is provided on the strap, and the label is located on a back surface of the strap.
12. The packaging bag with a cushioning function according to claim 1, further comprising at least one air valve device provided in the first cushioning air column portion or the second cushioning air column portion for inflating the first cushioning air column portion and the second cushioning air column portion.
13. The cushioning packaging bag according to claim 12, wherein the air valve device is an automatic air-stopping air valve or a set of automatic air-stopping air valves which are continuously inflated.
14. The packaging bag with a buffering function as claimed in claim 13, further comprising an inflation channel, wherein the inflation channel is communicated with the first buffering air column part and the second buffering air column part through the air valve device, and an inflation opening of the inflation channel can be provided with an easily inflatable air nozzle.
15. The cushioning packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the first and second cushioning air column portions are formed by laminating 2 plastic outer films and then heat-sealing the laminated films.
16. The cushion-functioning packaging bag according to claim 15, wherein the strap is formed by joining another plastic film to the first cushion air column portion or the second cushion air column portion;
or,
formed by an uninflatable zone provided on the package.
17. The packaging bag with cushioning function according to claim 16, wherein the first and second cushion air column portions are provided with an inflatable region and the non-inflatable region, the inflatable region forms the first and second cushion air column portions, and the plastic outer film of the non-inflatable region is cut to form two independent straps corresponding to the first and second cushion air column portions, respectively.
