背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,几乎每天人们都在使用洗发剂清洗头发。但目前传统洗发剂存在不足之处:
一、普通市场销售的洗发剂使用月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂基醚硫酸铵等表面活性剂作为主表面活性剂,这些表面活性剂脱脂力强,刺激性大,冲洗头发时不容易冲洗干净,残留的表面活剂日积月累,化学成分中的表面活性剂长期直接与人们的头皮接触,比较容易刺激头顶的皮肤容易造成以下的危害:
皮肤过敏反应:过敏是洗发剂最为常见的危害症状。头皮干、头皮发庠、产生头皮屑、红肿、生疮、发炎等一系列过敏反应,长期使用这种类型洗发剂,造成头部皮肤变得越来越脆弱,越来越敏感,很容易产生过敏反应。
损伤毛囊,导致头发脱落:洗发剂的急、慢性刺激会引起头皮和毛囊的炎症反应,久了会引起毛囊的萎宿,头发由粗变细,最后脱落。
二、传统洗发剂会长时间与头皮接触,因为这是传统洗发剂发泡的方式决定的:传统洗发剂以乳液状形式为主,比较粘稠,使用时通常是将洗发剂挤到手上后即倾倒置于头顶部进行按摩,洗发剂并不能马上发泡,必须经手柔按摩头发或头皮后一段时间后才能产生泡沫,洗发剂大面积与头顶部头皮接触且局部浓度较高时间较长,冲洗头发时,头皮上残留的洗发剂不容易冲洗干净,刺激头皮从而引起头皮和毛囊的炎症反应,日积月累,传统洗发剂中刺激性强的表面活性剂长期直接与人们的头皮接触比较容易刺激头顶的皮肤,因此使产生头屑、脱发和头顶秃发等等发质问题的几率大大增加。
三、随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对洗发剂使用的原料是否安全及是否容易降解日益受到人们关注和重视,不安全的和不易降解表面活性剂原料排泄到自然环境中,容易造成环境污染,破坏生态平衡,不利于环境的保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种泡泡剂型洗发剂,能通过摩丝泵头直接挤出丰富细腻的泡沫,减少洗发剂与头皮接触的时间,以减少化学物质与头皮的接触,达到有效减少头屑、脱发和头顶秃发的机率、节约、环保、无副作用的效果。

一种泡泡剂型洗发剂,所述泡泡剂型洗发剂包括以下组分:月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐(30%)20~40%、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠(30%)20~40%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1~0.5%、乳酸钠1~5%、聚季铵盐-7(40%)1~5%、丙烯酸酯共聚物(30%)2~5%、PEG-12二甲基硅氧烷1~6%、芳香油或香精0.1~1%、柠檬酸0.01~0.3%、防腐剂0.04~1%、去离子水余量;以上各组分含量均为质量百分数,各组分质量百分数之和为100%。

具体实施方式
本发明中所使用的防腐剂为洗发剂通用的一般防腐剂,例如卡松、DMDM乙内酰脲、尼泊金甲酯、脱氢醋酸钠、苯氧乙醇等.
本发明中,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐(30%)是指月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐的固体质量百分含量为30%。月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐同时具备阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的双重表面化学性能。具有优良的洗涤、乳化、分散、润湿、增溶等性能,且起泡力强、易漂洗、pH值使用范围宽广,具有优良的抗静电性、柔软性、对皮肤的刺激性很小,是表面活性剂中对皮肤刺激性最低的品种之一具有舒适感,生物降解性能好,是一种新型的两性表面活性剂,适用于儿童适用于洗发香波、液体洗涤剂等配方。

(2)先将去离子水分成两部分,一份占添加量的90%,一份占添加量10%,分别用两个洁净已消毒的容器盛装。
(3)先将一份占添加量的90%去离子水加入洁净已消毒搅拌缸,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为20~30转/分钟,依次加入除丙烯酸酯共聚物(30%)外原料,搅拌20~30分钟至完全溶解。
(4)先将丙烯酸酯共聚物(30%)加入一份占添加量10%去离子水中搅拌分散5~8分钟至分散均匀,加入搅拌缸,搅拌15~20分钟至完全溶解。用300目滤网过滤出料,即可。

(2)先将去离子水分成两部分,一份占添加量的90%,一份占添加量10%,分别用两个洁净已消毒的容器盛装。
(3)先将一份占添加量的90%去离子水加入洁净已消毒搅拌缸,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为20~30转/分钟,依次加入除丙烯酸酯共聚物(30%)外原料,搅拌20~30分钟至完全溶解。
(4)先将丙烯酸酯共聚物(30%)加入一份占添加量10%去离子水中搅拌分散5~8分钟至分散均匀,加入搅拌缸,搅拌15~20分钟至完全溶解。用300目滤网过滤出料,即可。

表7 感官、理化指标
对实施例1~5通过感官评价法进行功效测评试验。
感官评价法是:将实施例1~5,分别发给100名测试人员对比使用。测试人员使用洗发剂样品时按上述的方法洗头,每种洗发剂各使用两周。测试者根据自己的感觉进行评分,评分标准采用10分制,1分最差,10分最好,分数越高效果越好,最后评价结果取平均值。各种洗发剂使用效果评价结果列于表8。
洗发剂按以下步骤应用:
1.将上述制备完成的泡泡剂型洗发剂,装入带按压摩丝泵头瓶中,拧紧摩丝泵头,备用。
2.具体包括以下几个步骤:
(A)用水将头发润湿。
(B)湿发后,按压摩丝泵头挤出适量泡沫,使洗发泡沫均匀分散在头发上,轻柔按摩后,再以清水冲洗干净。
(C)在所述头发上施用有效量的实施例1~5的泡泡剂型洗发剂,泡泡剂型洗发剂每次在头发上的使用量,按重量计算为3.0~20g,优选为3.0~12g,更优选为3.0~8.0g。
这些步骤可以根据需要重复多次,以达到所寻求的清洁和去屑的功效。
表8 洗发剂使用效果评价
从表8中可以看出本发明洗发方法具有优秀的使用效果,从表8中可看出试用者对此种泡泡洗发剂的使用后头皮的舒适性评价较高,无不舒适和刺激性的反应,也就是说本发明洗发剂具有良好的温和性,能有效地保护头顶的皮肤,减少头屑、脱发和头顶秃发的机率。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。
