可用于本发明的固体微粒载体包括沸石类(例如沸石4A或沸石X),及其他铝硅酸盐或硅酸盐(例如硅酸镁、硅酸钙、硅酸钠)、云母、膨润土、硅藻土、海泡石、天然的粘土或改性的粘土(比如以商标“Laponite XG”出售的粘土)、滑石、纯的二氧化硅或经过处理的二氧化硅、纤维素、海藻酸盐、甲壳质、壳聚糖、淀粉(例如粒状淀粉或天然淀粉)、硫酸钙、碳酸钙、硫酸钠、乙酸钠、硫酸镁、磷酸盐(例如粉末状的或颗粒状的三聚磷酸钠)、碳酸氢钠、过硼酸钠、柠檬酸钠、木粉及碳水化合物,比如纤维素衍生物例如羧甲基纤维素钠或糖例如乳糖、葡萄糖或麦芽糖糊精(例如以商标“Glucidex IT”出售的麦芽糖糊精)。软载体优于硬载体,使得粒状清洁剂组合物摸上去感觉柔软。通常,固体微粒载体是能够吸收体液比如皮脂的载体。载体可包括不同载体的混合物,例如用于提高吸收性的硅酸钙和淀粉。

本文可使用的非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷可以油、蜡、树脂或树胶的形式,可以用有机部分改性,且可溶于或不溶于液体组合物。它们可以是挥发性的或不挥发性的。还可使用不同非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷的任何组合或混合物。与用于制备它们的方法一样,这样的非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷是本领域的技术人员所熟知的,且它们中的许多可商购。弹性体聚有机硅氧烷不形成本文可使用的聚有机硅氧烷的部分。

不挥发性的非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷可以由聚烷基硅氧烷、聚芳基硅氧烷、聚烷基芳基硅氧烷、聚有机硅氧烷树胶和树脂、用有机官能团改性的聚有机硅氧烷及其混合物例示。
聚烷基硅氧烷的实例是在25℃下具有5mm2/s-2500000mm2/s,可选择地10mm2/s-1000000mm2/s的粘度的包含三甲基甲硅烷基端基的聚二甲基硅氧烷(CTFA名称聚二甲基硅氧烷)。同时合适的是包含二甲基硅醇端基的聚二甲基硅氧烷(CTFA名称聚二甲基硅氧烷醇)。
有用的聚烷基芳基硅氧烷可选自在25℃下具有10-50000mm2/s的粘度的直链和支链的聚二甲基甲基苯基硅氧烷和聚二甲基二苯基硅氧烷。
非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷可以树胶的形式。树胶通常是单独使用或结合溶剂使用的具有200,000和1,000,000范围内的分子量的聚二有机硅氧烷。 这种溶剂可选自挥发性的聚有机硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)油、异链烷烃、烃溶剂或其混合物。

有机改性的聚有机硅氧烷的一个类型是包含聚乙基烯氧基和/或聚丙基烯氧基,任选地包含C6-C24烷基及取代的或未被取代的胺基例如C1-C4氨基烷基的聚有机硅氧烷(氨基官能的聚有机硅氧烷)。

在上面的氨基官能的聚有机硅氧烷中,R4通常是具有2-20个碳原子的亚烷基,比如亚乙基、亚丙基、-CH2CHCH3-、亚丁基、-CH2CH(CH3)CH2-、1,5-亚戊基、1,6-亚己基、3-乙基-1,6-亚己基、1,8-亚辛基和十亚甲基。
R1的具体实例是CH2CH2CH2NHCH2CH2NH2和-CH2CH(CH3)CH2NHCH2CH2NH2或它们的盐。此类盐的实例包括烷基羧酸盐、芳基羧酸盐、卤化物盐(比如氯化物和溴化物)及胺与有机酸的其他中和产物。

可用于本文的其他有机改性的聚有机硅氧烷是水溶性或水可分散的聚有机硅氧烷聚醚组合物。这些还被称为聚氧化烯聚有机硅氧烷共聚物、 聚有机硅氧烷聚(氧化烯)共聚物、聚有机硅氧烷二醇共聚物或聚有机硅氧烷表面活性剂。这些可以是直链耙(linear rake)或接枝类型的材料,或其中B是硅氧烷聚合物嵌段且A是聚(氧化烯)基团的ABA类型和ABn类型。聚(氧化烯)基团可由聚环氧乙烷、聚环氧丙烷或混合的聚环氧乙烷/聚环氧丙烷基团组成。其他氧化物比如环氧丁烷或苯醚也是可能的。

还可加入粘合剂以提高颗粒的稳定性。粘合剂的实例是聚羧酸酯例如聚丙烯酸或其部分钠盐或丙烯酸的共聚物例如与顺丁烯二酸酐的共聚物、聚氧化烯聚合物(比如聚乙二醇,其可被熔化应用或作为水溶液应用)、牛脂醇与环氧乙烷的反应产物或纤维素醚(特别是水溶性或水可膨胀的纤维素醚比如羧甲基纤维素钠)或糖浆粘合剂比如Polysorb70/12/12或LYCASIN 80/55HDS麦芽糖醇糖浆或Roclys C1967S麦芽糖糊精溶液。
聚羧酸酯粘合剂是水溶性的聚合物、共聚物或其盐。它们具有按重量计至少60%的具有以下通式的区段(segment):
其中,A、Q和Z各自选自由氢、甲基、羧基、羧甲基、羟基和羟甲基组成的组,M是氢、碱金属、铵或取代的铵,且v是30-400。通常,A是氢或羟基,Q是氢或羧基且Z是氢。合适的聚合的聚羧酸酯包括不饱和的单体酸例如丙烯酸、顺丁烯二酸、顺丁烯二酸酐、反丁烯二酸、衣康酸、乌头酸、中康酸、柠康酸和亚甲基丙二酸的聚合产物。与较少量的不包括羧酸的单体材料比如乙烯基甲基、乙烯基甲基醚、苯乙烯及乙烯的共聚作用不会损害本发明的聚羧酸酯的使用。根据聚羧酸酯的类型,这个水平可保持为低的,或水平可达到按重量计总的聚合物或共聚物的40%。
聚羧酸酯粘合剂是具有在25℃以mPa.s计的50-10,000,可选择地2,000-8,000的平均粘度及1,000-500,000,可选择地3,000-100,000,可选择地15,000-80,000的分子量的聚丙烯酸酯。聚羧酸酯粘合剂的实例是具有30∶1至2∶1的丙烯酸酯区段与顺丁烯二酸酯区段或反丁烯二酸酯区段比率 的丙烯酸酯/顺丁烯二酸酯共聚物或丙烯酸酯/反丁烯二酸酯共聚物或它们的钠盐。
粘合剂在沉积到载体上之前与液体组合物混合,或可选择地同时或在液体载体之后沉积到载体微粒上,或在两个时间沉积到载体微粒上。在任何情况下,粘合剂应是被溶解或熔化的液体。粘合剂可以按重量计粒状干燥组合物的0.1-10%使用。
粒状干燥组合物可包含其他成分或添加剂物质,比如香料、香精、着色剂比如染料、精油、沉积剂比如改进添加剂物质从干燥清洁剂沉积到毛发或皮肤上的聚季化合物、缓冲剂、稳定剂、蛋白质、防腐剂、去头屑剂、消毒剂、二醇、多元醇比如丙三醇和丙二醇、维生素和/或它们的衍生物、定型剂、防晒剂、保湿剂、油组分、润肤剂、酯类、神经酰胺、舒缓成分、止汗药、恶臭掩蔽剂(malodor sequestrant)、表面活性剂、氨基酸衍生物、抗氧化剂、植物性药材、抗微生物剂和硅酮弹性体。此类成分可在造粒之前混合到液体组合物中或在造粒之前与固体微粒载体组合物混合或它们可混合到粒状干燥组合物中。
本文有用的去头屑剂包括化合物比如吡啶硫酮盐,硒化合物比如二硫化硒,及可溶的去头屑剂。
本文有用的毛发染色剂包括氧化毛发染色剂、非氧化染色剂及半永久性染色剂。氧化染色剂渗入毛发,并在氧化剂的作用下通过由氧化聚合作用引起的颜色形成而通过化学方法将颜色给予毛发。非氧化染色剂用于半永久性或非永久性的毛发染色。半永久性或非永久性染色剂有时也称为直接染料。半永久性染色通常使人的毛发着色持续多达6次随后的洗发剂洗涤,尽管大部分颜色常常在2次或3次洗涤后失去。半永久性毛发染色组合物通常作为单一组分产品提供,且除了直接染料外还可包含各种添加剂。

pH调节剂可用于将粒状干燥组合物的pH调节在4-9范围内,可选择地在5-7范围内。任何水溶性的酸比如羧酸或无机酸是合适的。合适的酸包括无机酸比如盐酸、硫酸和磷酸,一元羧酸比如乙酸和乳酸,及多元羧酸比如丁二酸、己二酸和柠檬酸。
典型的颜料是氧化铁和二氧化钛,其可以0.1-30wt.%,可选择地0.5-20wt.%,可选择地0.8-10wt.%的量存在于干燥粒状组合物中。
加入各种防腐剂比如尼泊金酯类、BHT、BHA等或任何常用的防腐剂可能是期望的。

维生素是人(和其他有机体)为了保持健康与安康必需摄入的饮食部分的一类有机化合物。一些维生素在局部应用时还具有有益的效果并为此是各种个人护理制剂中的受欢迎成分,期望维生素在将制剂应用到皮肤或毛发后从制剂释放出来。
维生素包括各种不同的有机化合物比如醇类、酸类、甾醇类及醌类。它们可划分成两个溶解度组:脂溶性维生素和水溶性维生素。在个人护理制剂中具有效用的脂溶性维生素包括视黄醇(维生素A)、麦角钙化醇(维生素D2)、胆钙化醇(维生素D3)、植物甲萘醌(维生素K1)及生育酚(维生素E)。在个人护理制剂中具有效用的水溶性维生素包括抗坏血酸(维生素C)、硫胺(维生素B1)、烟酸(尼克酸)、烟酰胺(维生素B3)、核黄素(维生素B2)、泛酸(维生素B5)、生物素、叶酸、吡哆醇(维生素B6)及氰钴维生素(维生素B12)。

干燥粒状组合物可包含一种或多种水溶性软化剂,例如,较低分子量的脂肪族二醇比如丙二醇和丁二醇;多元醇比如丙三醇和山梨醇;及聚氧化乙烯聚合物比如聚乙二醇200。所采用的水溶性软化剂的具体类型和量取决于所期望的组合物的美学特征,且易于被本领域的技术人员确定。
在干燥粒状组合物中可使用有机黄油,比如芒果油、可可油、牛油树脂。通常将这些黄油加入到液体组合物中并可经历加热步骤以使其在加入到液体组合物之前熔化,或可加热液体组合物以允许黄油的熔化。
本文还可使用聚有机硅氧烷弹性体。聚有机硅氧烷弹性体可与分散在低极性的有机溶剂比如异十二烷中的聚有机硅氧烷油结合。聚有机硅氧烷弹性体可具有接枝到聚有机硅氧烷弹性体主链上的烷基、聚醚、胺或其他有机官能团。在US 5811487、US 5880210、US 6200581、US 5236986、US 6331604、US 6262170、US 6531540及US 6365670中教导了合适的聚有机硅氧烷弹性体。
可包含的用于角质基质的特定护理的典型另外成分包括但不限于舒缓成分,例如芦荟;清爽成分,例如乳酸薄荷酯;及香精。
为了产生粒状干燥组合物,使液体组合物与固体微粒载体组合物在混合器中接触,在混合器中,液体组合物的液滴与载体微粒附聚。例如,接触可以是在造粒混合器、挤压机、压实器中或在高剪切混合器或低剪切混合器中。通常使液体组合物与固体微粒载体组合物在造粒混合器中接触,在造粒混合器中,使所附聚的产物保持微粒的形式。造粒混合器通常是高剪切混合器比如EirichTM平锅造粒机、SchugiTM混合器、Paxeson-KellyTM双 核搅拌器、Lodige犁头混合器、AerometicTM流化床造粒机或PharmaTM滚筒混合机或Glatt 流化床体系。在大多数造粒混合器中,在搅动固体微粒载体组合物或使其流态化的同时,使液体组合物喷涂到固体微粒载体组合物上。可选择地,可将液体组合物倒入混合器中而不是喷涂。
通常从混合器收集干燥粒状组合物并包装。可将来自立式连续造粒混合器的产品供给到冷却和/或干燥颗粒并使它们流化以运输到包装位置的流化床。在造粒混合器的出口处,颗粒的分布可包括微粉和过大的材料。例如,微粉可在与流化床冷却器结合的过滤器中和/或在分级单元中回收并与供给到混合器的新鲜微粒一起再次循环。可收集过大的材料、将其碾碎并在流化床中与粒状产品混合。

造粒混合器的一种形式是立式连续造粒混合器,其包括在管状外壳之内旋转的叶片且具有固体微粒载体组合物的入口和液体组合物喷雾入口,以便在叶片的上方接触固体微粒载体组合物。叶片安装在与外壳平行并在外壳内旋转的基本上垂直的轴上。叶片具有距外壳的内壁的预定空隙。与液体接触使微粒附聚成颗粒;通过吸收碰撞微粒的动能,液体起到了粘合剂的作用。叶片将固体微粒和颗粒维持在运动中并防止附聚成太大的颗粒。在US 4767217、EP 744215及WO 03/059520中描述了这样的立式连续造粒混合机的实例。立式连续造粒混合机技术具有在混合室中的停留时间非常短的优势,例如1秒钟,这提供了高吞吐量的可能性。
用于产生粒状干燥组合物的液体组合物的重量与固体微粒载体组合物的重量的比例可在宽范围内变化。通常,这个比例至少是1∶99且可多达80∶20,或者,如果所产生的颗粒是稳定的且在运输时在其所经受的力下不会进一步附聚,这个比例甚至更高。可选择地,供给到混合器中的液体组合物的重量与固体微粒载体组合物的重量的比例是在5∶95-80∶20的范围内。
因此,干燥后在所产生的干燥粒状组合物中非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷与 固体微粒载体的重量比是在2∶98-80∶20的范围内,可选择地在4∶96-40∶60的范围内,可选择地在15∶85-75∶25的范围内。颗粒的平均粒径通常是0.01-2mm,可选择地是0.02-1.5mm。通常干燥粒状组合物包括至少80wt%(可选择地90wt%,可选择地95wt%)的固体微粒载体和非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷。
为了确保用液体组合物的大多数成分充分覆盖固体微粒载体组合物,固体微粒载体组合物通常是在使成分的挥发风险最小化的条件下处理。这可通过选择低挥发性的成分比如不挥发性的聚有机硅氧烷来完成,或通过在低温下工作来完成。
粒状干燥组合物可用作角质基质比如毛发或皮肤的干燥清洁剂。通过喷洒或喷涂或使用涂布器比如刷子或海绵可使粒状干燥组合物沉积到毛发上。它可进一步停留在毛发上并吸收皮脂且使添加剂物质沉积(如果需要)。可通过擦拭或吹气来进一步将其从毛发去除。然后,毛发可像平时一样处理。
通过喷洒或喷涂或使用涂布器比如刷子或海绵可使粒状干燥组合物沉积到皮肤上。可将其进一步散布并摩擦到皮肤上以释放护理剂。可通过吹风、碰擦或任何其他方便的方式来进一步将其从皮肤去除。
为了更容易地在角质基质上应用,干燥粒状组合物可悬浮在推进剂中并通过气溶胶应用。推进剂材料的选择不是关键,且可产生需要的压力的任何无毒性物质可用于完成驱动挥发性液体和干燥粒状组合物离开气溶胶容器的基本机械功能。气溶胶罐中通用的所有推进剂都适合用于这种应用。许多有机物质或其混合物可充当推进剂。具有在-30℃-82℃范围内的的沸点的液体可与粒状干燥组合物一起用作挥发性液体。具有合适性能的化合物包括酯类比如乙酸乙酯和乙酸甲酯,酮类比如甲基乙基酮和丙酮,烃类比如直链烷烃、丁烷、戊烷和己烷,环烃类比如环丙烷、环丁烷、环戊烷及环己烷,支链烃类比如2,2-二甲基丙烷、甲基戊烷、二甲基戊烷和二甲基丁烷,醇类比如乙醇和异丙醇,醚类比如二甲醚、二乙醚、二异丙醚、乙基甲基醚、异丙基甲基醚、丙基甲基醚、正丁基甲基醚、叔丁基甲基醚及异丁醇甲基醚、正丙基乙基醚、异丙基乙基醚、异丁基乙基醚、叔 丁基乙基醚和2-丁醇乙基醚。可使用压缩气体,比如氮气、二氧化碳、空气。
粒状干燥组合物的应用一般为角质基质例如皮肤和毛发提供调节的益处。根据本发明在毛发上使用粒状干燥组合物所获得的益处通常包括吸收皮脂、调节毛发、成卷、软化、易于梳通(detangling)、有亮泽或发亮、保护或维持颜色、定型、强化、使添加剂物质沉积。在皮肤上使用粒状干燥组合物所获得的益处包括体液吸收、湿度管理、添加剂物质沉积、皮肤柔软、柔顺、保湿、润肤(emolliency)。
而且,粉末形式提供了便利(易于运输)、新产品格式且防腐剂不是强制性的。
实施例
包括以下的实施例以阐述本发明的实施方式。本领域的技术人员应理解,在以下的实施例中所公开的技术代表发明人所发现的能够在本发明的的实践中很好地起作用的技术。然而,按照本公开,本领域的技术人员将理解,在公开的特定实施方式中可做出许多改变并仍然能获得同样的或类似的结果而没有脱离本发明的精神和范围。除非另有说明,所有百分比都是以wt.%计。
用于产生实施例的造粒方法
将含有聚有机硅氧烷和任选的其他添加剂的液体溶液非常缓慢地倒入高剪切混合器中,在该混合器中放置有固体微粒载体。连续搅拌混合物直到得到微粒材料。然后,在50℃下使微粒材料经过Aeromatic流化床,持续10分钟。在下表中描述干燥组合物。
对粉末进行评估
将橄榄油用作“人造”皮脂。橄榄油包含大量的甘油三脂和脂肪酸,这是天然皮脂的主要成分。测量皮脂吸收的速度:在3克橄榄油的表面上涂0.5克的干燥粒状组合物。测量粉末完全润湿所需要的时间。结果以秒表示。
粒状干燥组合物的感官感觉:要求参与者用他们的手指触摸粉末并将它们与商购的干燥清洁剂产品(等级划分为基线0)相比较或在指定时,与固体微粒载体相比较进行评级。与参照相比,更柔软的感官感觉记录为“+”。相反,如果粒状干燥组合物没有那么柔软,则记录为“-”。

将从Laboratoires Klorane商购的“温和干燥洗发剂(Gentle Dry Shampoo)”产品用作参照。它由稻米淀粉、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝、锂蒙脱石、燕麦麦粉、高岭土、二氧化硅、环糊精和香精(香料)组成。结果在表1中给出。

Claims (21)
1.一种粒状干燥组合物,其包括能够吸收体液的固体微粒载体,和非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中所述组合物包括至少80wt%的固体微粒载体和非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷。
3.根据任何前述权利要求所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中所述组合物另外包含选自香料、香精、着色剂、精油、沉积剂、缓冲剂、稳定剂、蛋白质、防腐剂、去头屑剂、消毒剂、二醇、多元醇、维生素和/或它们的衍生物、定型剂、防晒剂、保湿剂、油组分、润肤剂、酯类、神经酰胺、舒缓成分、止汗药、恶臭掩蔽剂、表面活性剂、氨基酸衍生物、抗氧化剂、植物性药材、抗微生物剂、调节剂和硅酮弹性体的添加剂物质。
4.根据任何前述权利要求所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中所述组合物另外包含粘合剂。
5.根据任何前述权利要求所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中所述固体微粒载体包括沸石、铝硅酸盐、硅酸盐、云母、膨润土、硅藻土、海泡石、天然粘土或改性粘土、滑石、纯的二氧化硅或经过处理的二氧化硅、纤维素及其衍生物、海藻酸盐、甲壳质、壳聚糖、淀粉及其衍生物、硫酸盐、木粉或碳水化合物或其混合物。
6.根据任何前述权利要求所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中所述颗粒的平均粒径是0.02-1.5mm。
7.根据任何前述权利要求所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中在干燥后产生的所述干燥粒状组合物中,聚有机硅氧烷与固体微粒载体的重量比在2∶98至80∶20范围内。
8.根据任何前述权利要求所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中所述非弹性体聚硅氧烷是有机改性的聚硅氧烷。
9.根据权利要求8所述的粒状干燥组合物,其中所述非弹性体聚硅氧烷是氨基官能的聚有机硅氧烷。
10.一种用于制备根据权利要求1所述的粒状干燥组合物的方法,包括使包含液体非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷的组合物与固体微粒载体组合物接触,其中所述固体微粒载体能够吸收体液,其中所述接触是在使得所述液体组合物与所述载体附聚以产生附聚产物的条件下;在附聚的过程中,使所述附聚产物保持颗粒形式。
11.一种用于制备根据权利要求1所述的粒状干燥组合物的方法,包括使包含液体非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷的组合物与固体微粒载体组合物接触,其中所述固体微粒载体能够吸收体液,其中所述接触是在使得所述液体组合物与所述载体附聚以产生附聚产物的条件下;所述附聚产物随后形成颗粒。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其中供给到混合器的所述载体的平均粒径在1微米和250微米之间。
13.根据权利要求10、11或12所述的方法,其中将所述液体组合物喷涂到所述载体上。
14.根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其中所述非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷是有机改性的聚硅氧烷。
15.根据权利要求10、11或14所述的方法,其中所述非弹性体聚有机硅氧烷是氨基官能的聚有机硅氧烷。
16.根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其中所述液体组合物是以乳液的形式。
17.一种清洁角质基质的方法,包括将根据权利要求1所述的组合物应用到所述角质基质及之后从所述角质基质除去所述组合物。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述组合物通过喷洒或喷涂或用涂布器沉积到角质基质上。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述组合物通过喷涂沉积。
20.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述基质是毛发。
21.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中添加剂物质从所述组合物沉积到所述角质基质上。
