具体实施方式
用于本发明的用于控制病虫害的组合物中的噻唑菌胺是在美国专利公开号5514643中公开的化合物。该化合物可以由代理商获得或可以通过该公开物中描述的方法生产而获得。
用于本发明的用于控制病虫害的组合物中的阿维菌素是已知的化合物,并且例如在"The Pesticide Manual - 第14版",英国作物保护委员会(BCPC)出版,ISBN1901396142,pp.3中公开。该化合物可以由代理商获得或可以通过已知方法生产而获得。

通过将有效量的噻唑菌胺与阿维菌素施用于病虫害或者病虫害栖息或者可能栖息的植物和土壤的地方,可以控制病虫害。
通过将有效量的噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素施用于植物或用于生长植物的土壤,可以控制病虫害并可以保护植物免受病虫害的损害。作为施用对象的植物的实例包括植物的叶、植物的种子、植物的鳞茎。此处所用的鳞茎指鳞茎、球茎、根茎、块茎、块根和根托。
当施用于病虫害、植物或者用于生长植物的土壤时,噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素可在同一时期分开施用,但是,为了施用简便性,它们通常作为本发明的用于控制病虫害的组合物施用。
本发明的控制方法的实例包括植物叶的处理如叶施用;植物的栽培土地的处理例如土壤处理;种子的处理如种子消毒和种子包衣;以及鳞茎如种子块茎的处理。
本发明的控制方法中植物叶的处理的实例包括应用于植物表面的处理方法,如叶喷雾和主干(trunk)喷雾。在移植前直接吸收到植物的处理方法的实例包括浸泡整个植物或根的方法。可将通过应用固体载体如矿物粉获得的制剂粘附于根部。
本发明的控制方法中的土壤处理方法的实例包括喷雾到土壤上、土壤掺入和化学液体灌注到土壤中(化学液体灌溉、土壤注射和化学液体滴注)。待处理位置的实例包括种植孔、沟、种植孔周围、沟周围、栽培地的整个表面、土壤和植物之间的部分、根之间的区域、主干下方的区域、主沟、生长土壤、育苗盒、育苗盘和苗床。处理时期的实例包括播撒前、播撒时、播撒后立即、育苗期、定植前、定植时以及定植后的生长期。在上述的土壤处理中,活性成分可以同时施用于植物,或者可以将包含活性成分的固体肥料如膏肥施用于土壤。活性成分也可以混入灌溉液中,且其实例包括注入灌溉设施如灌溉管路、灌溉管道和喷洒器(sprinkler),混入犁沟间的漫灌液,和混入水培养基。可选地,灌溉液和活性成分事先混合,并例如用于通过合适的灌溉方法处理,包括上述提及的灌溉方法和其他方法如喷灌和漫灌。

当植物或用于生长植物的土壤用噻唑菌胺与阿维菌素处理时,用于处理的噻唑菌胺与阿维菌素的量可以根据待处理的植物种类、待控制的病虫害的种类和发生频率、制剂形式、处理时期、气候条件等改变,但是每10,000 m2的噻唑菌胺与阿维菌素的总量(下文称为活性成分的量)通常为1-5000g,且优选地2-500g。
乳液、可湿性粉剂和可流动剂通常用水稀释,且之后喷撒用于处理。在这些情况下,噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素的总浓度通常在0.0001-3%重量的范围,优选地0.0005-1%重量。粉剂和颗粒剂通常不稀释而用于处理。
在种子处理中,待施用活性成分的量通常为0.001-10g/kg种子的范围,优选地0.01-3g/kg种子。
本发明的控制方法可用于农业用地如田地、稻田、草地和果园,或用于非农业用地。
本发明可以用来控制用于栽培下列“植物”等的农业用地中的病虫害,且没有不利地影响植物等。

上述“植物”包括以下植物,其通过经典育种方法或遗传工程技术赋予了对HPPD抑制剂例如异噁唑草酮(isoxaflutole)、ALS抑制剂例如咪唑乙烟酸(imazethapyr)或噻吩磺隆(thifensulfuron-methyl)、EPSP合成酶抑制剂如草甘膦(glyphosate)、谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂例如草铵膦(glufosinate)、乙酰基CoA羧化酶抑制剂如稀禾定(sethoxydim)、和除草剂例如溴苯腈(bromoxynil)、麦草畏(dicamba)、2,4- D等的抗性。
通过经典育种方法赋予了抗性的“植物”实例包括对咪唑啉酮类ALS抑制性除草剂如咪唑乙烟酸有抗性的油菜、小麦、向日葵和稻,其已商品化,产品名称为Clearfield(注册商标)。相似地,存在通过经典育种方法赋予了对磺酰脲ALS抑制性除草剂如噻吩磺隆的抗性的大豆,其已经商品化,产品名称为STS大豆。类似地,通过经典育种方法赋予了对乙酰基CoA羧化酶抑制剂例如三酮肟或芳氧基苯氧基丙酸除草剂的抗性的实例包括SR玉米。赋予了对乙酰基CoA羧化酶抑制剂的抗性的植物描述于Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America(Proc. 包含在这种遗传工程植物中的毒素能够赋予对植物特别是对属于鞘翅目、半翅目、双翅目、鳞翅目和线虫的昆虫病虫害的抗性。

前述“植物”还包括应用遗传工程技术生产的作物,其具备产生具有选择性作用的抗病原体物质的能力。
已知PR蛋白等是这种抗病原体物质(PRPs, EP-A-0 392 225)。这种抗病原体物质和产生它们的遗传工程作物描述于EP-A-0 392 225、WO 95/33818、EP-A-0 353 191等中。

制剂实施例1
充分混合0.5份噻唑菌胺、3份阿维菌素、14份聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚、6份十二烷基苯磺酸钙和76.5份二甲苯,从而得到乳液。
制剂实施例2
将两(2)份噻唑菌胺、8份阿维菌素、35份白炭墨和聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸铵盐的混合物(重量比1:1)和55份水混合,并且混合物根据湿研磨法进行细研磨,从而得到可流动制剂。
制剂实施例3

A:未用任何测试化合物处理的植物的疾病发病率

分别制备噻唑菌胺的DMSO溶液和阿维菌素B的DMSO溶液,并将这些溶液混合以制备包含2%重量的噻唑菌胺和1%重量的阿维菌素B的DMSO混合溶液。通过在15-ml锥形管中晃动而混合十(10)μL DMSO混合溶液和1 g黄瓜(Sagamihanjiro)种子,然后使其静置过夜以制备处理的种子。将塑料钵填装以沙土,并在其上面播撒处理的种子,之后用混有腐霉属立枯病病原(畸雌腐霉)的麸皮培养物的沙土覆盖。对播撒的种子进行浇灌,然后在18℃、一定湿度下培养1周。检查萌发黄瓜幼苗的数量,并通过等式1计算疾病发病率。
为了计算控制值,还检查在其中种子未用该测试化合物处理时的疾病发病率。
控制值通过等式2基于由此确定的疾病发病率计算。
结果示于表2中。

分别制备噻唑菌胺的DMSO溶液和阿维菌素的DMSO溶液,并将这些溶液混合以制备包含2%重量的噻唑菌胺和1%重量的阿维菌素的DMSO混合溶液、以及包含1%重量的噻唑菌胺和1%重量的阿维菌素的DMSO混合溶液。通过在50-ml锥形管中晃动而混合二十五(25)μL各自的DMSO混合溶液和10g玉米(Pioneer)种子,然后使其静置过夜以制备处理的种子。将塑料钵填装以沙土,并在其上面播撒处理的种子,之后用混有腐霉属立枯病病原(终极腐霉)的麸皮培养物的沙土覆盖。对播撒的种子进行浇灌,然后在18℃、一定湿度下培养2周,并检查控制效力。作为结果,在用噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素处理的各自种子中观察到用于控制植物疾病的优异效力。
工业实用性
本发明能够提供具有优异活性的用于控制病虫害的组合物和用于有效控制病虫害的方法。
Claims (4)
1.用于控制病虫害的组合物,其包括作为活性成分的噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素,其中噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素的重量比为1:1-2:1的范围。
2.种子处理剂,其包括作为活性成分的噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素,其中噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素的重量比为1:1-2:1的范围。
3.用于控制病虫害的方法,其包括将有效量的噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素施用于病虫害、植物或用于生长植物的土壤,其中噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素的重量比为1:1-2:1的范围。
4.噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素用于控制病虫害的联合应用,其中噻唑菌胺和阿维菌素的重量比为1:1-2:1的范围。
