Abstract

本发明涉及一种地下连续墙链式成槽机分体挖斗，液压马达以及其驱动的主动齿轮设于成槽机上端，从动轮设于成槽机下端，链条环绕主动齿轮以及从动轮组成的转动系统上，链条由多个链节组成，其特殊之处在于：挖斗由一个斗底和两个侧壁组成，斗底的一端固定于链节A的上端，两个侧壁的一端固定于链节B的下端，链节A与链节B通过销轴销接，当链节A与链节B成180度时，两个侧壁的下端紧靠斗底，侧壁的上端相对于斗底向外倾斜，链式成槽机分体式挖斗出槽时斗底与侧壁自动分离，将泥土从挖斗内自然脱出，无需人工清除。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种挖斗，特别是一种地下连续墙链式成槽机分体挖斗。
二、背景技术：
链式成槽机的工作原理为：液压马达驱动链条环绕成槽刀臂旋转，链条在旋转过程中链条上的挖斗挖取泥土且带出槽外成槽，目前，挖斗挖出的泥土都是靠人工清除，费工费时。
三、发明内容：
本发明弥补了以上挖斗的缺点，提供了一种链式成槽机分体式挖斗。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种链式成槽机分体式挖斗，液压马达以及其驱动的主动齿轮设于成槽机上端，从动轮设于成槽机下端，链条环绕主动齿轮以及从动轮组成的转动系统上，链条由多个链节组成，其特殊之处在于：挖斗由一个斗底和两个侧壁组成，斗底的一端固定于链节A的上端，两个侧壁的一端固定于链节B的下端，链节A与链节B通过销轴销接，当链节A与链节B成180度时，两个侧壁的下端紧靠斗底，侧壁的上端相对于斗底向外倾斜。
本发明具有以下的特点：
链式成槽机分体式挖斗出槽时斗底与侧壁自动分离，将泥土从挖斗内自然脱出，无需人工清除。

五、具体实施方式：
附图1为本发明的一种具体实施例，该实施例液压马达2以及其驱动的主动齿轮1设于成槽机上端，从动轮3设于成槽机下端，链条环绕主动齿轮以及从动轮组成的转动系统上，链条由多个链节组成，其特殊之处在于：挖斗由一个斗底7和两个侧壁8组成，斗底7的一端固定于链节A4的上端，两个侧壁8的一端固定于链节B5的下端，链节A与链节B通过销轴6销接，当链节A与链节B成180度时，两个侧壁的下端紧靠斗底，侧壁的上端相对于斗底向外倾斜。
本发明工作时，液压马达驱动链条逆时针方向转动，挖斗挖土时由于链条拉直两个侧壁紧靠斗底，当链节A、链节B转过主动齿轮时，链节A、链节B成一定角度，侧壁与斗底亦成一定角度分开，将泥土与斗体分离，转过主动齿轮时斗内泥土脱出，落入传送带输送到需放置的地方。

1. 一种链式成槽机分体式挖斗，液压马达（2）以及其驱动的主动齿轮（1）设于成槽机上端，从动轮（3）设于成槽机下端，链条环绕主动齿轮以及从动轮组成的转动系统上，链条由多个链节组成，其特征在于：挖斗由一个斗底（7）和两个侧壁（8）组成，斗底（7）的一端固定于链节A（4）的上端，两个侧壁（8）的一端固定于链节B（5）的下端，链节A与链节B通过销轴（6）销接，当链节A与链节B成180度时，两个侧壁的下端紧靠斗底，侧壁的上端相对于斗底向外倾斜，工作时，液压马达驱动链条逆时针方向转动，挖斗挖土时由于链条拉直两个侧壁紧靠斗底，当链节A、链节B转过主动齿轮时，链节A、链节B成一定角度，侧壁与斗底亦成一定角度分开，将泥土与斗体分离，转过主动齿轮时斗内泥土脱出。
