本发明涉及一种治疗中老年习惯性便秘的中药，属中药技术领域。
背景技术：
西医看来，中老年习惯性便秘是常见病，病因复杂，治疗方法也有许多种。但总体看来疗效不稳定，不理想。
中医认为，中老年习惯性便秘多由热结肠腑及肠燥津枯所致。大肠传导失职，但与其它脏腑之功能失常也密切相关。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术之不足，提供一种疗效好，疗程短，治愈率高，能够有效地治疗中老年习惯性便秘的中药。
为实现上述目的，一种治疗中老年习惯性便秘的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量的原料药物配比的组分组成：紫苑20-25g，火麻仁20-25g，杏仁10-15g，桃仁10-15g，枳实10-15g，厚朴10-15g，元参15-20g，生地黄20-25g，寸冬15-20g，大黄6-9g，当归15-20g，何首乌15-20g。
本发明配制简单，成本低，疗效快，治愈率高，无任何副作用。
本发明中药：紫苑，辛，苦，微温，入肺经，化痰止咳，润肺下气；火麻仁，甘，平，入脾胃大肠经，润肠通便；杏仁，苦，辛，温，有小毒，入肺大肠经，止咳平喘，润肠通便；桃仁，苦，甘，平，入心肝大肠经，破瘀行血，润燥滑肠；枳实，苦，微寒，入脾胃大肠经，破气消积，行气除痞；厚朴，苦，辛，温，入脾胃肺大肠经，苦能下气，辛能散结，温能燥湿，能下有形之实满，又能散无形之湿满；元参，苦，咸，微寒，入肾肺经，滋阴润燥，降火消毒；生地黄，甘，苦，寒，入心肝肾经，清热滋阴，生津止渴；寸冬，甘，微苦，微寒，入肺心胃经，润肺清心，养胃生津，津液不足，肠燥便秘最为常用；大黄，苦，寒，入胃大肠脾肝心包经，清肠通便，泻火解毒，逐瘀通经；当归，甘，辛，苦，温，入肝心脾经，补血调经，活血止痛，润肠通便；何首乌，苦，甘，涩，微温，入肝肾经，补肝肾，益精血，通便，用于血虚津亏，肠燥便秘。上述诸药合用，润肺下气，清热润肠，又能增液通便，用于治疗中老年习惯性便秘，疗效好，疗效稳定。
制备、服用方法：取本发明方药用凉水浸泡30分钟，用武火煎沸后改用文火煎沸30分钟，滤出100ml；第二遍先用武火煎沸，再改用文火煎沸40分钟，滤出100ml，两遍混合共200ml，每日早晚饭前半小时温服。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明：
实施例1：一种治疗中老年习惯性便秘的中药，是由下列重量的原料药物配比组成：紫苑20-25g，火麻仁20-25g，杏仁10-15g，桃仁10-15g，枳实10-15g，厚朴10-15g，元参15-20g，生地黄20-25g，寸冬15-20g，大黄6-9g，当归15-20g，何首乌15-20g。取本发明方药用凉水浸泡30分钟，用武火煎沸后改用文火煎沸30分钟，滤出100ml；第二遍先用武火煎沸，再改用文火煎沸40分钟，滤出100ml，两遍混合共200ml，每日早晚饭前半小时温服。
实施例2：一种治疗中老年习惯性便秘的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量配比为：紫苑20g，火麻仁20g，杏仁15g，桃仁15g，枳实10g，厚朴10g，元参15g，生地黄20g，寸冬20g，大黄6g，当归15g，何首乌20g。制法同上。
临床疗效总结：
一、一般资料：本发明中药多年来应用于临床，共治疗65例，男35例，女30例，年龄50-60岁28例，60岁以上的37例。病程最短的4个月，最长的10年。疗效标准：治愈：临床症状消失，随访半年以上未复发46例；好转：临床症状消失，但停药后1个月内又复发15例；无效：治疗2个疗程未见好转4例。本发明药方每天1剂药，水煎服，10剂为1疗程，最多治疗2个疗程。总有效率93.8％。
二、诊断标准：根据临床表现，就可诊断。中老年习惯性便秘，大便数日不通，粪质干燥，坚硬或解而不畅，甚则腹部胀痛难忍，便中带血。
典型病例：
病例1：于××，男，58岁，干部。1998年6月就诊，患中老年习惯性便秘5年，服中西药物多种，疗效不稳定，经病友介绍，给服本发明方20剂，病愈，随访5年，未复发。
病例2：刘××，女，67岁，农民。2001年7月就诊。患中老年习惯性便秘3年，一直服用牛黄解毒片和果导片。初服有效，后无效。给服本发明方20剂，病愈，随访7年未复发。

1.一种治疗中老年习惯性便秘的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量的原料药物配比的组分组成：紫苑20-25g，火麻仁20-25g，杏仁10-15g，桃仁10-15g，枳实10-15g，厚朴10-15g，元参15-20g，生地黄20-25g，寸冬15-20g，大黄6-9g，当归15-20g，何首乌15-20g。
