Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴流式风扇,尤其是用于机动车中散热器模块的轴流式风扇。
背景技术
专利文献EP1892421A2示出用于机动车的散热器模块的常见轴流式风扇。该轴流式风扇配备用于将风扇叶轮与驱动电动机相连接的轮毂,该驱动电动机设计成基本上盆形并且具有端部区域和基本上圆柱形的圆周区域。作为改良方案建议,该连接装置设计成扭转刚度低的。但常见的轴流式风扇存在结构长度大的缺点。这与对于平坦的散热器模块持续不断的需求是相悖的。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用于尤其是平坦的散热器模块,并且建议一种具有权利要求1所述特征的轴流式风扇的技术方案。
按本发明的轴流式风扇有利的设计方案和扩展方案在各从属权利要求中给出。

具体实施方式
按图1至图3,按本发明的轴流式风扇的第一实施形式包括一带有刚性耦连的风扇叶轮6的电动机1。为此,风扇叶轮6与电动机1的磁极转子2固定连接。风扇叶轮6的各接片、磁极转子2的多个固定舌3、磁极转子2中的各凹处4,5和一些紧固螺钉9以下列详细描述的方式有助于这种连接。
按图1的分解图,风扇叶轮6具有圆柱形构造的用于容纳电动机1的圆柱盆形的磁极转子2的内部区域。通过在磁极转子2与风扇叶轮6的圆柱形表面之间合适的紧配合,它相对电动机轴定心对中地且防倾翻地定向。此外,风扇叶轮6沿轴向贴靠到多个分布在磁极转子的圆周上的固定舌3。相关的接触面优选位于垂直于转轴线延伸的平面中,该平面向后错移到磁极转子2的底部区域的表面后方。由此,风扇叶轮6可以没有部件布置在由磁极转子2的底部区域预先规定的平面之前。这是轴流式风扇特别短的结构长度必要的前提条件。在风扇叶轮6上的一些开槽的覆盖接片7设计用于,覆盖在固定舌3旁边的、由制造工艺决定的凹处4并且防止异物进入电动机1的内部。此外,一些牢固设计的传动接片8设置在风扇叶轮6上。该传动接片8嵌接到磁极转子2中的一些第二凹处5中。由此,防止风扇叶轮6相对磁极转子2转动。通过三个紧固螺钉9避免风扇叶轮6从磁极转子2不期望地松脱。这些紧固螺钉9如附图所示地优选设置在固定接片3与风扇叶轮6之间的接触面之内。
在按本发明的轴流式风扇可选的第二实施形式中,按图4和图5在磁极转子2’边缘区域内设置固定舌3’。与此相应地,对应的支承面位于风扇叶轮6'的下侧。在此去掉在第一实施形式中由制造工艺决定的第一凹处4。与此相应地,也不需要设置覆盖接片。通过更多更小的传动接片8'传递扭矩,所述传动接片8’嵌接到在磁极转子2’的底部区域的边缘处加深的凹处中。
在按本发明的轴流式风扇的两种前述的实施形式中,明显以同样的方式提供有利的和成本低的可能性,电动机1的磁极转子2通过简单的冲压或拉伸工艺由板坯制造。在优选的第一实施形式中,固定舌3可以通过在底部区域中延伸的、内部向外翻卷的C形冲切件提供。在第二实施形式中,磁极转子2的固定舌3由局部区段切除的凸缘区域形成。

Claims (7)

1.一种轴流式风扇,该轴流式风扇具有一带有磁极转子(2)的电动机(1)和安设在该磁极转子(2)上的风扇叶轮(4),其中所述磁极转子(2)具有圆柱盆形的结构,所述风扇叶轮(3)以完全或局部圆柱形的部分适配地推套到所述圆柱盆形的结构上,其特征在于,所述风扇叶轮(6)完全在由所述磁极转子(2)的所述底面预先给定的平面后方。
2.按权利要求1所述的轴流式风扇,其特征在于,所述风扇叶轮(3)固定在一些固定舌(3)上,所述固定舌(3)在垂直于所述电机轴线(A)延伸的平面中突出所述磁极转子(2)的圆周。
3.按权利要求2所述的轴流式风扇,所述固定舌(3)布置在所述磁极转子(2)的底部的表面的后方。
4.按权利要求3所述的轴流式风扇,其特征在于,所述固定舌(3)以微小的距离布置在所述磁极转子(2)的底部之后。
5.按权利要求3所述的轴流式风扇,所述固定舌(3)布置在所述磁极转子(2)的边缘区域内。
6.按前述权利要求之一所述的轴流式风扇,其特征在于,所述电动机(1)的扭矩通过所述磁极转子(2)中的一些第二凹处(5)传递到容纳于这些第二凹处(5)中的、所述风扇叶轮(6)的传动接片上。
7.按前述权利要求之一所述的轴流式风扇,其特征在于,所述磁极转子(2)能够通过冲压或拉伸工艺由板材制造并且在此所述固定舌(3)由向外翻卷的底面侧冲切件形成。
