Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种由弹性材料制成的膝关节绷带,该膝关节绷带具有对应于膝盖骨的护垫,在护垫的至少一侧上,所述绷带设置有柔性的稳定杆,该稳定杆沿绷带的长度方向延伸。
背景技术
这种绷带在文献DE 3637879A1中得以展示和描述。该绷带具有带状弹簧杆,该带状弹簧杆几乎沿着绷带的整体长度延伸,并且特别地,能够在膝关节弯曲时支撑膝关节。
这种膝关节绷带依靠绷带材料的弹性或多或少紧紧地环绕膝关节,这会导致绷带的使用和将绷带向上滑过脚后跟和膝关节的操作变得困难,并且均要施加一个相当大的力。为了便于这种膝关节绷带的使用,根据文献WO00/49982已经提供了一种膝关节绷带,在该膝关节绷带的上边缘具有一个或多个环结,以使用手指抓住这些环结并且将绷带拉升,借此,缝合到环结上的绷带能够被拉升并能够滑过膝盖。为了这个目的,环结和膝关节绷带的弹性材料之间的连接必须非常结实可靠,以使得该环结不会在提升绷带时脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在绷带材料具有所需安全性的情况下便于膝关节绷带的使用。根据本发明,此目的通过孔眼得以解决,该孔眼包括位于远离稳定杆的一侧的增厚部。在此,使用一种具有双重作用的稳定杆,即,一方面,该稳定杆能够稳定膝关节,另一方面,稳定杆具有容易抓住的抓紧部并且能够直接将施加给抓紧部的提升力传递给绷带材料,以有助于所述目的中绷带的使用。稳定杆置入设置在绷带上的袋内,该袋提供了稳定杆连接到绷带材料上的足够牢固的连接,以使得来自抓紧部的提升力可以很好地分布在绷带材料上,并且因此,在使用中不会受到特别高的附加应力。

在抓紧部上施加提升力时,该提升力能够以这种方式施加在绷带的整体长度上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,膝关节绷带1包括由弹性纺织材料制成的袜筒部2。该袜筒部2在其两个端部具有两个边缘3和4,该两个边缘3和4能够提升绷带的滑动安全性。并且,生产所述边缘3和4的材料比袜筒部2的材料的张力更低,以能够在各自位置上仅轻微地压紧用户的腿。在膝关节的前侧,袜筒部2中插入有具有护垫5的异型插入物,所述插入物由例如泡沫材料或硅胶等材料组成并且具有实质的弹性。护垫5通过覆盖物覆盖在袜筒部2的内侧,该覆盖物例如通过在其边缘6胶接的方法连接在袜筒部2上。护垫5能够在其中心位置自由移动,并且膝盖骨7能够基本上适应在该区域。因此,膝盖骨7能够被护垫5包围。在这个程度内所配置的膝关节绷带实质上和公知的方式相关。
绷带1具有紧挨护垫5的两个稳定杆8和9,该两个稳定杆8和9基本上延伸穿过绷带的整体长度,并且使得绷带1在长度方向不缩短的情况能在腿上使用。每个稳定杆8和9均置于袋(pocket)中,该袋通过边缘区域10和11分别胶接在绷带1的材料上。根据所需要的稳定强度,绷带1也可以只具有一个稳定杆。

每个稳定杆8、9在其上端包括抓紧部14,抓紧部14包括孔眼12、13,其中在绷带使用以及使用手指沿腿部提升绷带时,抓紧部14能够使得绷带1被抓紧,从而,由于通过对抓紧部14施加相应的提升力整体提升绷带1,因此通过抓紧部14和稳定杆8、9能够便于绷带1的使用。借此,不需要其他装置,能够平稳地提拉绷带1穿过脚、小腿和膝盖,并进入最终位置。
因此,容纳在袋中的稳定杆8、9通过各自的袋被紧紧地收纳,从而稳定杆8、9的边缘区域10、11均形成为环绕状窄带,该环绕状窄带直接连接到绷带的材料上,例如通过焊接或胶接。
图2单独地展示了具有抓紧部14的稳定杆9,该抓紧部14具有孔12。抓紧部14由弹性材料制成,实际的稳定杆9插入该抓紧部14的下端,并且以通过提拉试验的方式被抓紧部14的材料紧紧地抓紧。稳定杆9由螺旋弹簧的平面压缩式卷圈构成,以使得稳定杆9在避免受到轴向延伸的同时能够获得弯曲时的实质弹性,因此,用在绷带1上的稳定杆9也能弯曲。

Claims (4)
1.膝关节绷带(1),该膝关节绷带由弹性材料制成并且具有对应于膝盖骨的护垫,所述膝关节绷带在所述护垫的至少一侧具有柔性的稳定杆(8、9),其特征在于,所述稳定杆(8、9)具有抓紧部(14)并且被置入袋中,该袋设置在所述膝关节绷带(1)上,并且在边缘区域(10、11)和位于膝盖骨上方的所述绷带的端部,所述袋牢固地连接在所述膝关节绷带的材料上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节绷带,其特征在于,所述稳定杆(8、9)基本上连续地焊接在所述膝关节绷带(1)的材料上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的膝关节绷带,其特征在于,所述抓紧部(14)形成为孔眼(12、13),在该孔眼中具有穿过该孔眼的孔的通道,该通道大致垂直于所述膝关节绷带的材料。
