技术领域

背景技术
需要定期静脉用药的病人通常装有静脉(IV)端口,来避免需要单独注射。通常仅需要一种药物,这是通过具有在针筒内工作的推杆的标准注射器来传送的。首先将标准金属针附连至注射器。针穿过橡胶密封隔膜插入到容纳药物的小瓶内。将正确的药物量抽吸入针筒内,然后从小瓶移除针。对于一些类型的IV端口,针必须在注射器能连接到IV端口之前从注射器移除。这对执行该程序的医护工作者具有针刺伤的风险。一些类型的IV端口接纳针,但是在注射器附连至端口和从端口移除时均存在针刺伤的风险。

发明内容

本发明能不用针吸取药物,以便避免在针移除时的针刺伤的风险。在使用中,当注射器已被充填时移除刺穿元件的远端。该操作不存在针刺风险并且减小了污染的可能性。如果能经由IV端口将药物立即传送给病人,那可以直接将注射器附连至IV端口。如果注射器需要输送到病人,那么输送盖被附连以密封内容物。为了注射,将输送盖移除并且标准针被附连。为了通过IV端口传送,将输送盖移除并且将注射器附连至IV端口。外凹部和内台阶部的配置能用最小的力来移除远端,同时确保了干净地折断,从而减小塑料颗粒进入针筒并污染药物的风险。因此,对于单种药物的IV传送和对于通过在无针端口处的IV传送或者通过注射传送的已混合的药物来说,能容易地使用单个简单的产品而没有针刺伤或污染的风险。

针筒1的近端11是敞开的并且设置有抓握凸缘12。远端设置有刺穿元件3和也与针筒1一体地形成的中空圆柱形套环13。套环13围绕刺穿元件3的近端并且与其间隔开。套环13的内表面设置有内螺纹14,从而形成标准卢尔锁装置,并且允许输送盖30(如图7中所示)或标准金属注射针(未示出)的密封连接。
如在图4-6中最佳地看到的,刺穿元件3是大体圆柱形的元件,其具有锥形盲孔15,盲孔15的敞开近端16与针筒1的内部连通。元件3具有在其封闭的远端的坚固锋利的刺穿尖端17(尖端17具有减小的直径),和在尖端17的基部处的一对相对的液体入口孔18。入口孔18在孔15的封闭端通向孔15的内部,并且布置成允许液体沿着尖端17的侧部轴向流动并径向地直接进入孔15内。刺穿元件3在邻近其近端16并在远离套环13的自由端间隔开的位置处,具有外部成形的凹部19,以减小元件3的壁的厚度。在孔15的直径上也存在小量的减小,以便孔15在该位置处的台阶部21对应于凹部19并与凹部19相对。凹部19和台阶部21限定了分离面,当施加横向力时远端在该分离面处折断。凹部19和台阶部21的形状在远端部分22与余下的近端部分23之间限定了固有的折断角度。线20示出了远端部分和近端部分分离的位置,刺穿元件3的远端部分22以这种方式被容易地移除。凹部19和台阶部21的这种配置使得盖的壁在分离面处具有相对小的径向厚度,以便需要相对小的力来干净地折断远端部分22,从而减小产生塑料颗粒并落入针筒1内的风险。刺穿元件3的余下部分23从套环13稍微突出,并且形成了用于支撑(随后通过螺纹14密封地附连的)输送盖30、静脉(IV)端口(未示出)或金属针(未示出)的毂部。如图4中所示,保护盖4具有突出部24,突出部24以与卢尔锁针相同的方式接合在螺纹14中。保护盖4与刺穿元件3附连就位,以对其进行保护直到使用注射器。
输送盖30具有与内螺纹14对应的外螺纹,以便盖30与注射器密封地接合。
针筒1、刺穿元件3和套环13由聚碳酸酯模制成一体件。聚碳酸酯能被模制成有足够的刚度,以形成锋利的刺穿尖端17,并且还能使远端部分22容易地折断。尖端17不会适于刺破皮肤,因此不能用于向人和动物体内的直接注射。但是,其能刺穿通常用于密封液体药物小瓶的橡胶隔膜。保护盖4和输送盖30也可以是聚碳酸酯,尽管保护盖4可替代性地是聚丙烯。
针筒1组装有推杆2和在组装过程中被机械地附连的保护盖4。因此图4中示出了使用之前的注射器。为了使用,移除保护盖4,并且使用刺穿尖端17刺穿容纳液体药物的小瓶的密封件。推杆2被收回以向上吸取给定量的药物,穿过入口孔18进入孔15中,然后进入筒体5。然后从小瓶移除刺穿元件3。如果需要混合的药物,对另一种药物重复该过程,直到在筒体5中存在所有必要的药物。然后使用保护盖4来向刺穿元件3的远端施加横向力以沿着线20折断远端部分22,如图6中所示。然后将输送盖30拧到针筒1上以密封内容物。将充填好的注射器运送至病人,在这里移除输送盖30并附连标准卢尔锁金属针,以能对病人进行注射。替代性地,如果要通过IV端口传送药物,就移除输送盖30并将注射器附连至IV端口。在任一种情况下,然后可以安全地处置注射器。
如果通过IV端口传送单种药物,那注射器的充填可以由病人进行。在该种情况下,在刺穿元件3的远端部分22被移除之后,可以将注射器立即附连至IV端口,不需要输送盖30。
图8-11示出了保护盖4的改进,这些改进能使保护盖4用于移除并保持刺穿元件3的可移除远端部分22,相应的附图标记应用于相应的相应的部件。
在图8中,保护盖4具有比图4的盖更大的轴向长度。在其远端处,盖具有端部敞开的移除凹部31,凹部31由整体壁32与初始放置在刺穿元件3上方的近端凹部33分开。壁32确保了盖4对刺穿元件3的保护功能被维持。
移除凹部31被成形为与刺穿元件3的可移除的远端部分22的轮廓相一致。因此,凹部31具有与尖端17对应的直径减小的大体锥形的部分34,部分34通向孔35(其直径向敞开端增加),以对应于从尖端17到凹部19的增加的直径部分。在敞开端处,孔的直径再次减小,因此端部36对应于凹部19的形状。其他方面,图8的盖与图4的盖相同,具有接纳在套环13中的突出部24。
在使用中,将图8的盖4拧下并移除,以便能使药品通过刺穿元件3被吸入针筒1内。在该过程结束时,为了去除远端部分22,将盖4倒置,并且移除凹部31放置在刺穿元件3上方,同时远端部分22插入凹部31内,直到直径减小的端部36卡扣进入凹部19,以将远端部分22捕获在凹部31内。然后可向盖4施加横向力,以便移除远端部分22。将远端部分22保留在凹部31中,以便可以将这二者一起处置。当然,这意味着相当小的远端部分不必要单独被处置,并且不存在其丢失的危险。
图9和10示出了图8的盖4的改进。在图9和10中,盖在远端处具有放大部37,放大部37包括径向向外并且在远端延伸的截头圆锥部38和沿凹部31的长度在大约中间处的终止的轴向延伸返回部39。返回部39具有轴向压花40以使其容易抓握。截头圆锥部38形成了用于将刺穿元件3的尖端17引导进入凹部31的漏斗部41。当盖放置在尖端17上方时漏斗部41还用于保护用户的手指。漏斗部41具有径向肋42(示出了六个,但能提供任何合适的数量)以有助于防止尖端17滑出漏斗部41。
盖4的主要部分的外表面设置有周向抓握轮廓43。其与压花40一起有助于拧下盖4并将其放置在刺穿元件3上方,以用于去除远端部分22。
其他方面图9和10的盖的结构与图8的相同。操作也相同,但是图9和10的特征提供了便于使用的优点。
图11示出了非常类似于图9和10的盖的盖4。在图11中,盖的近端部处的突出部24由与套环13的内螺纹14对应的双线外螺纹45替代。这能通过一次转动实现盖4的安装和移除,而不是突出部24所需要的两次转动。其他方面图11的盖的结构和操作与图9和10的相同。
在任意的实施方式中,套环13上的卢尔锁装置可以用标准卢尔滑动装置代替,在标准卢尔滑动装置中通过相应的锥形表面实现连接。
在所有实施方式中注射器制造容易并廉价,因为其具有很少的元件,但是其提供了以简单有效的方式为注射器充填不同液体药物的能力,同时减小了针刺伤和污染的风险。在药物通过IV端口的传送的情况下是尤其有用的,因为无论是充填注射器还是通过IV端口的传送根本不需要针。因此整个过程是无针的。
Claims (20)
1.一种注射器,其包括针筒(1)和与所述针筒(1)一体地形成的刺穿元件(3),所述针筒具有在其中可滑动并密封接合的推杆(2),所述刺穿元件(3)具有与针筒的远端连通的孔(15)和在所述刺穿元件的远端(22)处的刺穿尖端(17)和孔口(18),所述针筒(1)的远端还具有用于密封连接输送盖(30)、静脉端口或注射针的装置(13,14),所述刺穿元件(3)的远端(22)是可移除的,其特征在于,刺穿元件(3)的远端具有外凹部(19)和相应的内台阶部(21),以限定用于所述远端(22)的分离面(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中所述刺穿元件(13)的远端(22)通过施加大体横向的力的被移除。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射器,其中单独的保护盖(4)被设置,以初始地保护所述刺穿元件(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注射器,其中所述保护盖(4)是可移除的以能吸取药物,然后用于施加力来移除刺穿元件(3)的远端(22)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的注射器,其中所述保护盖(4)在保护盖的远端处构造有端部敞开的移除凹部(31),所述移除凹部与安装在刺穿元件(3)上方的用于保护的在保护盖的近端处的凹部(33)分开。
6.根据权利要求5所述的注射器,其中在保护盖(4)的远端处的所述移除凹部(31)安装在刺穿元件(3)的远端(22)上方。
7.根据权利要求6所述的注射器,其中所述保护盖(4)用于施加力,以移除所述刺穿元件(3)的远端(22)并将被移除的端部保留在移除凹部(31)中以用于处置。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的注射器,其中所述移除凹部(31)被成形为与所述刺穿元件(3)的远端(22)的轮廓相一致。
9.根据权利要求3-8中任一项所述的注射器,其中所述盖(4)的远端设置有放大部(37)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的注射器,其中所述放大部(37)包括通向所述移除凹部(31)的漏斗部(41),以对刺穿元件(3)的可移除的远端(22)提供引导。
11.根据权利要求10所述的注射器,其中所述漏斗部(41)具有一个或多个导向肋(42)。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的注射器,其中用于连接输送盖(30)、静脉端口或注射针的装置(13,14)是卢尔锁连接部件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的注射器,其中所述针筒(1)的远端设置有围绕刺穿元件(3)的中空圆柱形套环(13)并且设置有具有标准卢尔锁形式的内螺纹(14)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的注射器,其中所述输送盖(30)设置有标准卢尔锁形式的相应的外螺纹。
15.根据权利要求12或13所述的注射器,其中所述保护盖设置有标准卢尔锁形式的相应的外螺纹(4,5)。
16.根据权利要求12或13所述的注射器,其中所述保护盖(4)设置有用于与所述内螺纹接合的突出部(24)。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的注射器,其中所述刺穿元件(3)布置成在其远端(22)被移除之后,其近端(23)保持在针筒(1)上并用作用于输送盖(30)、静脉端口或针的内部的支撑毂部。
18.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的注射器,其中所述刺穿元件(3)在其远端处具有两个孔口(18)。
19.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的注射器,其中所述注射器针筒和刺穿元件由合适的塑料材料模制成一体件。
20.根据从属于权利要求13时的权利要求19所述的注射器,其中模制的一体件还包括中空圆柱形套环。
