Abstract
一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇的两端分别设一具有固定孔的固定部,该风扇固定装置包括用于容置该风扇的固定架、穿设于该两固定部的固定孔的固定柱及两套设于该固定柱的弹性元件,该固定柱的两端分别抵接于该固定架的侧壁,该固定柱凸设一凸缘,该两弹性元件分别位于该凸缘的两侧与对应的固定部之间。本发明风扇固定装置利用该固定柱将风扇固定于该固定架的同时,当发生震动而使该风扇移动时,由于会迫使该两弹性元件发生弹性变形,从而可防震,不致使该风扇与该固定架发生碰撞。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
电子设备常利用风扇来进行散热。一般,风扇装设于固定架后一并固定于电子设备内。但是,由于风扇的叶片离固定架较近,当风扇在转动中发生震动时,风扇的叶片很可能碰撞到固定架,从而损坏风扇的叶片。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可防震的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇的两端分别设一具有固定孔的固定部,该风扇固定装置包括用于容置该风扇的固定架、穿设于该两固定部的固定孔的固定柱及两套设于该固定柱的弹性元件,该固定柱的两端分别抵接于该固定架的侧壁,该固定柱凸设至少一凸缘,该两弹性元件分别位于该凸缘的两侧与对应的固定部之间。
本发明风扇固定装置利用该固定柱将风扇固定于该固定架的同时,当发生震动而使该风扇移动时,由于会迫使该两弹性元件发生弹性变形,从而可防震,不致使该风扇与该固定架发生碰撞。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
请参照图1,本发明风扇固定装置1的较佳实施方式用于固定一风扇10,该风扇10的两端分别设一方形的固定部12,每一固定部12于四角分别设一固定孔14。每一固定部12的固定孔14分别对应另一固定部12的一固定孔14。
该风扇固定装置1包括一固定架20、两防震结构28及若干垫片70。每一防震结构28包括一固定柱30、两弹性元件40、两垫圈50及两固定套60。
该固定架20设有一用于容置该风扇10的空腔22。
每一固定柱30的中部凸设两环形的凸缘32。每一固定柱30于两端处分别凹设一环形的卡槽34,并于末端分别形成一卡固部36。
本实施方式中,每一弹性元件40是一螺旋弹簧。
请参照图2,每一垫圈50设有一穿设孔52。
该两固定套60由塑胶材料制成,用于减震。每一固定套60呈柱形,沿轴向设一容置孔62,并于一端设一可卡置于相应的卡槽34的凸出部64。
这些垫片70由塑胶材料制成,用于减震。
请参照图3及图4,将该两防震结构28组设于该风扇10的呈对角设置的固定孔14时,让每一固定柱30的两卡固部36分别穿入对应的两弹性元件40及对应的两垫圈50的穿设孔52内,从而让该两弹性元件40及该两垫圈50套设于该固定柱30。将每一防震结构28的固定柱30的一卡固部36从该风扇10的两固定部12之间穿入一固定部12的固定孔14,并向该两固定部12的外侧推动该固定柱30,使相应的弹性元件40发生弹性变形而收缩,当该固定柱30的另一卡固部36对准另一固定部12的对应的固定孔14时,该弹性元件40回复弹性而迫使该固定柱30的另一卡固部36穿入另一固定部12的对应的固定孔14。这时,该两弹性元件40分别位于该两凸缘32与对应的垫圈50之间,且该两垫圈50分别抵接于该两固定部12的内侧,而该固定柱30的两卡固部36则分别突出该两固定部12的外侧。让每一固定柱30的两卡固部36分别穿入对应的两固定套60的容置孔62内,该两固定套60的凸出部64则分别卡置于相应的卡槽34内,而让该两固定套60分别固设于该固定柱30的两端。
将这些垫片70贴于该风扇10的外侧。让该风扇10置于该固定架20的空腔22内,这时,这些垫片70分别置于该风扇10与该固定架20的侧壁之间,而套设于该两固定柱30的固定套60分别抵接于该固定架20的相应侧壁。
当发生震动时,不仅可利用这些垫片70及固定套60来防震,且当该风扇10沿该两固定柱30移动时,由于会迫使该两弹性元件40发生弹性变形,从而也可防震,不致使该风扇10与该固定架20的侧壁发生碰撞。
在其他的实施方式中,该两防震结构28也可分别安装于该风扇10的每一固定部12的同侧的两固定孔14内。当然,也可在该风扇10的每一固定部12的三个角或四个角的固定孔14内分别安装一防震结构28,这样,当该风扇10固定于该固定架20内时更可利用这些弹性元件40及固定套60来防震,以便更可靠地保护该风扇10。另外,也可只在该风扇10的每一固定部12的一个角的固定孔14内安装一防震结构28
在其他的实施方式中,每一固定柱30上也可只凸设一凸缘32,这时,对应的两弹性元件40便分别位于该凸缘32的两侧与该风扇10的对应的固定部12之间。当然,该两弹性元件40也可分别套设于该风扇10的两固定部12与对应的固定套60之间。
Claims (10)
1.一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇的两端分别设一具有固定孔的固定部,该风扇固定装置包括用于容置该风扇的固定架、穿设于该两固定部的固定孔的固定柱及两套设于该固定柱的弹性元件,该固定柱的两端分别抵接于该固定架的侧壁,该固定柱凸设至少一凸缘,该两弹性元件分别位于该凸缘的两侧与对应的固定部之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该风扇固定装置还包括两套设于该固定柱并分别与该两固定部的内侧相接触的垫圈,该两弹性元件分别位于该凸缘的两侧与对应的垫圈之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该风扇固定装置还包括两分别套设于该固定柱的两端并抵接于该固定架的侧壁的固定套。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定柱于两端处分别凹设一卡槽,并于末端分别形成一卡固部,每一固定套设一容置对应的卡固部的容置孔及一卡置于相应的卡槽的凸出部。
5.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该两弹性元件是两螺旋弹簧。
6.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该风扇固定装置还包括若干置于该风扇与该固定架之间的垫片。
7.一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇的两端分别设一具有固定孔的固定部,该风扇固定装置包括用于容置该风扇的固定架、穿设于该两固定部的固定孔的固定柱、两分别套设于该固定柱的两端并抵接于该固定架的侧壁的固定套及两套设于该固定柱的弹性元件,该两弹性元件位于该两固定部与相对的固定套之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定柱于两端处分别凹设一卡槽,并于末端分别形成一卡固部,每一固定套设一容置对应的卡固部的容置孔及一卡置于相应卡槽的凸出部。
9.如权利要求7所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该两固定套由塑胶材料制成。
10.如权利要求7所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该两弹性元件是两螺旋弹簧。
