一种能够清楚区分接线位置、直观显示带电情况的电源端子带电显示器,包括横向的导体绝缘板,导体绝缘板的后端设计有绝缘手柄和零排,绝缘手柄和零排分别与导体绝缘板垂直连接,绝缘手柄和零排后部固定连接有铜质压接片,铜质压接片一部分位于导体绝缘板内,导体绝缘板上固定连接有指示灯,指示灯与绝缘手柄相对应,指示灯与铜质压接片相连接。

本发明涉及一种显示器,尤其涉及一种电源端子带电显示器。
背景技术
    无论是检修维护还是施工安装,都要进行低压电源施工安装、接临时电源等辅助工作,从事过检修、安装的电工都应知道,目前低压配电屏屏后电源接线位置较多,馈线端子排列密集匀称,不易区分,由于临时电源接线比较频繁,查找对应接线端子位置不明确,是否带电不直观,这样不仅费时费力,且稍有疏忽会造成错接线的严重后果,危及人身设备安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够清楚区分接线位置、直观显示带电情况的电源端子带电显示器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种电源端子带电显示器,包括横向的导体绝缘板,其特征是:导体绝缘板的后端设计有绝缘手柄和零排,绝缘手柄和零排分别与导体绝缘板垂直连接,绝缘手柄和零排后部固定连接有铜质压接片,铜质压接片一部分位于导体绝缘板内,导体绝缘板上固定连接有指示灯,指示灯与绝缘手柄相对应,指示灯与铜质压接片相连接。
此结构中,指示灯为LED指示灯。
此结构中,指示灯分别为A相黄色指示灯、B相绿色指示灯和C相红色指示灯。
本发明的优点效果在于:本发明,原理简单,便于安装,能够使电屏后电源出线投、切位置一目了然,直观显示带电情况,电源相别、出线间隔更加清晰,从而提高配电屏施工安全性,缩短插线、接线时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明如图1、2、3、4、5所示,一种电源端子带电显示器,包括横向的导体绝缘板6,其特征是:导体绝缘板6的后端设计有绝缘手柄2和零排7,绝缘手柄2和零排7分别与导体绝缘板6垂直连接,绝缘手柄2和零排7后部固定连接有铜质压接片1,铜质压接片1一部分位于导体绝缘板6内,导体绝缘板6上固定连接有指示灯,指示灯与绝缘手柄2相对应,指示灯与铜质压接片1相连接。
在本实施例中,指示灯为LED指示灯。
在本实施例中,指示灯分别为A相黄色指示灯3、B相绿色指示灯4和C相红色指示灯5。
A相黄色指示灯3、B相绿色指示灯4和C相红色指示灯5代表三相四线交流电中的A、B、C三相。
A相黄色指示灯3、B相绿色指示灯4和C相红色指示灯5并联,然后通过铜质压接片插接入三相四线交流电中的相线,其中绝缘手柄上的铜质压接片与三相四线交流电中A、B、C三相的相线相对应,零排上的铜质压接片与三相四线交流电中的零线相对应。
A相黄色指示灯3、B相绿色指示灯4和C相红色指示灯5按上述接线方法安装在接低压配电屏屏后端子一侧的馈线回路,回路送电后利用自身电源电压与该馈线相间导通后点亮A相黄色指示灯3、B相绿色指示灯4和C相红色指示灯5,从达到该馈线带电指示的目的。
A相黄色指示灯3、B相绿色指示灯4和C相红色指示灯5三只组成一组,三只指示灯的其中一极分别为馈线端子A、B、C三相的接线端,另一极并接后分别接成零排接入该路馈线零线端子。
本电源端子带电显示器适用于压接备用馈线间隔的空端子一侧,也适用于已压接电缆出线的端子一侧。
本电源端子带电显示器是利用馈线自身电源导通后点亮LED指示灯,增加相色指示,从而使每路电源相间更加清晰醒目、直观。
本电源端子带电显示器与端子压接部分采用优质的铜质压接片形式,适合与不同截面线径导线并联压接,确保接触良好。
本电源端子带电显示器所配压接端子型号为普通常见端子,电源端子带电显示器外观尺寸可根据端子外观尺寸定做加工,适用于各种配电屏电源端子馈出回路安装使用。

Claims (3)

1.一种电源端子带电显示器,包括横向的导体绝缘板(6),其特征是:导体绝缘板(6)的后端设计有绝缘手柄(2)和零排(7),绝缘手柄(2)和零排(7)分别与导体绝缘板(6)垂直连接,绝缘手柄(2)和零排(7)后部固定连接有铜质压接片(1),铜质压接片(1)一部分位于导体绝缘板(6)内,导体绝缘板(6)上固定连接有指示灯,指示灯与绝缘手柄(2)相对应,指示灯与铜质压接片(1)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源端子带电显示器,其特征在于:所述指示灯为LED指示灯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电源端子带电显示器,其特征在于:所述指示灯分别为A相黄色指示灯(3)、B相绿色指示灯(4)和C相红色指示灯(5)。
