技术领域
本发明涉及两个电导体的相连，尤其是两个用于承载高电流强度的电导体的连接。
背景技术
在开关设备中有时必须在可彼此相对活动的、承载高电流的电导体之间设置电连接。这种可活动的导体通常通过多个串联和/或并联的接触装置、例如螺旋弹簧触头、簧片式触头(Lamellenkontakte)或类似物彼此相连。
在高电流情况下，在两个或更多个串联的接触系统中由于趋肤效应会导致不均匀的电流分布。电流分布在很大程度上取决于彼此相连导体的几何形状和接触过渡（KontaktUebergang）的几何形状。通过精巧的接触装置布局并不能容易实现平衡性。
不平衡的分布导致各个接触装置或者接触装置的各个接触元件在运行时受到不同的加热。可能的加热基本上决定了接触装置的构造和尺寸确定，因为无论如何都必须避免相关接触装置的过热。
在具有多个接触装置的接触系统情况下，接触装置出于可较容易制造的原因而实施成相同的，因此，其中接触装置的构造和尺寸确定通常是根据最高负荷的接触装置的。接触装置如此放置，使得接触装置的相应加热保持在预给定的限度内。这导致负荷低的接触装置也如同最高负荷的接触装置一样构成。因此，这种接触系统的制造必然造成较高的花费。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务是提供一种具有多个接触装置的接触系统，其中电流均匀分布到接触装置上。
该任务通过根据本发明的接触装置以及通过按照本发明的、用于连接两个电导体的接触系统得到解决。
按照第一方面设置有用于连接导体、尤其是连接用于承载大于100A的高电流强度的导电体的接触装置。按照本发明的接触装置例如可布置在杆状的导体和管状的导体之间。
按照另一方面设置有用于连接两个导体、尤其是连接两个用于承载大于100A的电流强度的强导电体的、具有两个或更多个上述的接触装置的接触系统，所述接触装置布置在两个导体之间。导体构成为可移入彼此，其中，导体的接触装置如此构成，以便在可移入彼此的导体之间的距离中被容纳。
该接触装置具有第一元件和第二元件、尤其是第一环和第二环，所述第一元件和第二元件具有用于容纳第一导体的内槽并且具有用于容纳到空心柱形的第二导体中的外部轮廓，其中所述元件分别具有环绕着内槽的接触元件，所述接触元件在垂直于被所述元件包围的内槽的方向上从相应元件凸出并且在它们之间分别设置有槽，以便容纳相应其它元件的接触元件。
按照另一方面设置有具有第一导体和第二导体的接触系统，所述导体借助上述的接触装置通过第一导体插入到内槽中和接触装置插入到第二导体中彼此电相连。
上述接触系统的理念在于通过接触装置可活动地将两个强导电体彼此相连并且确保电流通过彼此待连接的导体的周缘区域尽可能均匀地分布到导体的接触装置上并且尽可能均匀地分布到两个接触装置上。对此设置成，利用具有互相交叉(ineinanderverschraenkt)的接触元件的接触装置构成接触系统，所述接触元件齿式地互相嵌入。这些元件的接触装置分别包括如此构成的接触元件，即它们在连接状态下互相嵌入并且接触第一导体和第二导体。在此，第一元件的接触元件嵌接在第二元件的两个接触元件之间。
通过以上述方式构成接触系统能够继续使用至今为止的导体几何形状，并且由此能够通过所述接触系统将电流传输实现为尽可能均匀并且具有尽可能小的欧姆耗损。如同用于可活动的导体的接触系统（所述可活动的导体例如安装在隔离开关、接地开关和类似物中），所提出的接触系统同样也能够应用于静止的导体的插接式接触系统。
此外，两个元件的接触元件能够在周向方向（Umlaufrichtung）上具有相同的宽度并且彼此均匀地间隔开。
按照一实施形式，接触元件能够具有第一接触面，以便提供与第一导体的电接触，并且接触元件能够具有第二接触面，以便提供与第二导体的电接触，其中所述接触元件具有倾斜部，所述倾斜部基本上与第一接触面相对并且在元件的内槽方向上以及在与此垂直的方向上延伸。
此外，接触元件能够在第一接触面的方向上拓宽。
这些元件尤其是能够相同地构成。
按照接触系统的另一实施形式，第一元件和第二元件能够分别固定地与第一导体或第二导体连接。
在一优选实施形式中，所述导体其中之一构成为杆状并且所述导体其中之一构成为管状。在导体的相应接触元件在导体之间触碰的那些表面上优选设置有弹簧元件或具有弹性特性的构件，以便在导体之间平衡偏移容差(Versatztolerenzen)和在安装时或在动态接触时使得相对运动(轴向的)成为可能。
为了在导体之间固定接触元件以及彼此相对地固定接触元件，在导体、保护环（Sicherungsringe）和/或由绝缘材料制成的间隔衬套中插入例如径向旋转的沟槽。在安装时接触元件的固定在动态接触情况下（例如在隔离开关、接地开关中）和在静态接触情况下具有重要意义。

具体实施方式
图1示出了接触系统1的透视图，两个导体2，即第一导体21和第二导体22通过所述接触系统1借助导电接触装置彼此相连。导体21、22具有适合用于承载高电流（也就是数百安培的电流）的横截面。在示出的实施例中，彼此待相连的导体21、22具有圆形的横截面或彼此相应的横截面。
图3示出了用于互相插入的导体21、22的接触系统1的示例性构造的横截面图。
在本发明实施例中，第一导体21具有第一直径。第二导体22构成为具有第二直径的管状或者空心柱形，其中第二导体22的内径的大小使得第一导体21的端部可推入或者插入到第二导体22中。如果导体21、22推入彼此，那么第一导体21的外表面71和第二导体22的内表面72彼此间隔开，以便容纳接触装置。导体的横截面优选是圆形的，然而也能够设置成其它的对应横截面。
在导体21、22之间布置有接触系统1。该接触系统1包括第一环31和第二环32，所述环不是固定地（也就是说通过固定部件）彼此相连的。环31、32具有相等的内径和相等的外径。在组装状态下，环31、32在径向方向上的宽度与第一导体21的壳体表面和第二导体22的内表面之间的距离相同。如图所示，在接触状态下环31、32包围着第一导体21。
环31、32中的每一个都配设有多个、在轴向方向上凸出的接触元件4。接触元件4布置在环31、32的周缘部分（einemumlaufendenTeil）8上，所述周缘部分8也构成环31、32的外圆周，其中所述接触元件4在径向方向上从周缘部分8往内凸出。环31、32如此一个在另一个之上地放置，使得接触元件4朝向彼此（zueinanderweisen）并且间歇性地互相嵌入。接触装置4在环31、32处彼此间隔开。因此在环31、32的接触元件4之间分别布置有槽，在组装状态下相应其它环31、32的相应接触元件4可伸入到所述槽内，以便构成接触系统1。接触元件4的距离如此选择，使得布置在相应环31和32处的接触元件4在任何位置都不触碰。在一有利实施形式中，第一导体21的接触元件4之间的距离基本上与第二导体22的待容纳的接触元件4之间的宽度相等。类似地，第二导体22的接触元件4之间的距离基本上与第一导体21的待容纳的接触元件4之间的宽度相等。
在图2a和2b中更清楚地示出了在连接状态下的接触系统1，局部地示出了沿着轴向平行切线的横截面。接触元件4分别具有第一内接触面61和第二外接触面62，在导体21、22的连接状态下，所述接触元件4利用所述第一内接触面61和所述第二外接触面62贴靠在第一导体21的外表面71和第二导体22的内表面72上。
该接触元件4如此形成，使得第一接触面61小于第二接触面62。
在接触状态下，接触元件4在径向方向上能够预张紧，使得所述接触元件4借助力贴靠在第一导体21的外表面71上，以便如此实现改善的电连接。
为了简化环31、32的接合，接触元件4能够在与第一接触面61相对的表面上分别设置有倾斜部9，所述倾斜部9一方面使得导体21、22的相对倾斜运动成为可能并且另一方面作为提供连接时的定位辅助。倾斜部9在环31、32的轴向方向上以及在径向方向上往内延伸并且能够直接连接到周缘部分8上。代替倾斜部9也能够设置弯曲的表面。
在图3中示出了两个与接触系统1相连的导体的横截面图。
在备选的实施形式中，环31、32能够固定地安置在第一导体和/或第二导体21、22上。环31、32借此在导体21、22上构成法兰。然后，第一导体21在其壳体表面上具有环绕的第一法兰31，所述第一法兰31在径向方向上从第一导体21往外凸出。相应地，第二导体22在其内壳体表面上具有相应的法兰32，所述法兰32在径向方向上从第二导体22往内凸出。第一法兰31的外径等于或小于第二导体22的内径。相应地，第二法兰32的内径等于或大于第一导体21的外径，使得导体21、22能够推入彼此。
为了避免相应环31、32的触头4的直接触碰，设置有由绝缘材料制成的、优选构成为环形的间隔件。

Claims (8)

1.用于连接导体(21、22)的接触装置，其中所述接触装置具有第一元件和第二元件(31、32)，所述第一元件和第二元件(31、32)具有用于容纳第一导体(21)的内槽和用于容纳到空心柱形的第二导体(22)中的外部轮廓，其中
所述元件(31、32)分别具有环绕着所述内槽的接触元件(4)，所述接触元件(4)在垂直于被所述元件(31、32)包围的内槽的方向上从相应元件(31、32)凸出并且在接触元件(4)之间分别设置有槽,以便容纳相应另一元件的接触元件，以及
所述接触元件(4)具有第一接触面(61)，以便提供与第一导体(21)的电接触，并且具有第二接触面(62)，以便提供与第二导体(22)的电接触，其中所述接触元件(4)具有倾斜部(9)，所述倾斜部(9)基本上与第一接触面(61)相对放置并且所述倾斜部(9)在元件(31、32)的内槽方向上以及在与元件(31、32)的内槽垂直的方向上延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接触装置，其中所述导体是用于承载高电流强度的导电体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接触装置，其中所述第一元件(31)是第一环，并且所述第二元件(32)是第二环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的接触装置，其中两个元件(31、32)的所述接触元件(4)在周向方向上具有相等的宽度并且彼此均匀地间隔开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接触装置，其中所述接触元件(4)在第一接触面(61)的方向上拓宽。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一项所述的接触装置，其中所述元件(31、32)相同地构成。
7.具有第一导体(21)和第二导体(22)的接触系统(1)，所述第一导体(21)和第二导体(22)借助根据权利要求1至6之一项所述的接触装置通过第一导体(21)插入到所述内槽中以及所述接触装置插入到第二导体(22)中彼此电相连。
8.根据权利要求7所述的接触系统，其中所述第一元件和所述第二元件(31、32)分别固定地与第一导体(21)或第二导体(22)相连。
