本发明涉及一种全铝制家具柜体，属于家具技术领域。
背景技术
在人们越来越追求生活的今天，室内环境污染一直困扰着我们，特别是作为主要物品的家具污染，更加引起人们的重视。传统的家具柜体一般是由密度板、刨花板或实木做成的木质产品，而木质产品普遍存在甲醛超标的问题，这对于长期生活于室内的人们来说，无疑造成极大的危害，严重影响了人们的健康。且由于木质家具柜体存在防水防火性能较差，易虫蛀，不可回收等缺点，有悖于现今时代所倡导的一种安全环保绿色的生活环境，所以提供一种用于提高人们生活品质的安全环保绿色的家具尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种全铝制家具柜体用于生产一种安全环保绿色的家具。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种全铝制家具柜体，包括横板和竖板，所述横板包括顶板、层板和底板，所述竖板包括旁板、中立板和背板，其特征在于所述横板和竖板之间通过连接件I相连，所述横板包括四个横板边框和芯板，所述竖板包括四个竖板边框和芯板，所述横板边框和竖板边框均包括腹腔和腹腔一侧的卡槽，所述相邻横板边框以及相邻竖板边框之间通过连接件II连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明一种全铝制家具柜体，它能够用作生产一种安全环保绿色的全铝制家具，不存在甲醛超标的问题，而且具有防水防火，防虫蛀，可回收利用，使用寿命长等优点。

参见图1~图6，本发明涉及的一种全铝制家具柜体，包括横板和竖板，所述横板包括顶板、层板和底板，所述竖板包括旁板、中立板和背板，所述横板和竖板之间通过连接件I相连，所述连接件I为三合一连接件或者锁头I，
所述横板包括四个横板边框1和芯板，所述竖板包括四个竖板边框2和芯板，所述横板边框1、竖版边框2和芯板的外表面覆合有一层PVC膜，
所述横板边框1和竖板边框2均包括腹腔和腹腔一侧的卡槽，所述相邻横板边框1以及相邻竖板边框2之间通过连接件II连接，所述连接件II为角码或者锁头II。
所述三合一连接件包括预埋件3.1和连接杆3.2，所述预埋件3.1固定设置于横板边框1的腹腔内，所述预埋件3.1包括安装套及设置于安装套内并与安装套呈旋转配合的锁紧件，所述连接杆3.2一端与竖板边框2相连接，所述连接杆3.2另一端与锁紧件相扣合。
所述安装套外壁的左右两侧为直线段，所述横板边框1的腹腔上侧壁或下侧壁上开设有安装孔，所述安装孔的形状安装套的外壁形状相配合，所述安装孔与横板边框1的腹腔右侧壁之间形成插口，所述安装套顶部设置有端盖，安装套外壁上设置有多个卡齿，所述多个卡齿位于同一水平面上，所述横板边框1的腹腔的上侧壁或下侧壁嵌置于卡齿与端盖之间。
所述锁头I包括卡座I4.1，所述卡座I4.1左侧面上设置有连接部I，所述连接部I上设置有卡头I4.3，所述卡座I4.1的顶部开设有螺孔4.4，所述锁头I的卡座I4.1设置于横板边框1的腹腔内并通过螺钉4.5与横板边框1固定连接，所述锁头I的卡头I4.3安装于竖板边框2的腹腔内并与竖板边框2的腹腔侧壁相卡合。
所述角码包括角码本体5.1，所述角码本体5.1的内侧面上均匀设置有锯齿I5.2，所述角码本体5.1的两个角码翼插装于横板边框1或者竖板边框2的腹腔内。
所述锁头II包括卡座II6.1，所述卡座II6.1的左端通过连接部II连接有卡头II6.3，所述卡座II6.1的正面和背面设有竖直方向的锯齿II6.4，所述卡头II6.3的正面和背面设有水平方向的锯齿III6.5，所述卡头II6.3安装于横板边框1或者竖板边框2的卡槽内，所述卡座II6.1安装于横板边框1或者竖板边框2的腹腔内。
所述芯板由多个芯板单元依次拼接而成，所述芯板单元可以是横向拼接或者纵向拼接，所述芯板单元包括芯板腹腔和设置于芯板单元腹腔的左右两侧外壁的芯板单元卡条和芯板单元卡槽，所述芯板单元卡条和芯板单元卡槽相互匹配，所述芯板单元腹腔上侧内壁和下侧内壁之间设有多个加强筋，相邻两个芯板单元通过芯板单元卡条和芯板单元卡槽匹配拼接。

1.一种全铝制家具柜体，包括横板和竖板，所述横板包括顶板、层板和底板，所述竖板包括旁板、中立板和背板，其特征在于所述横板和竖板之间通过连接件I相连，所述横板包括四个横板边框（1）和芯板，所述竖板包括四个竖板边框（2）和芯板，所述横板边框（1）和竖板边框（2）均包括腹腔和腹腔一侧的卡槽，相邻的横板边框（1）以及相邻的竖板边框（2）之间通过连接件II连接，所述连接件I为三合一连接件，所述连接件II为锁头II，所述三合一连接件包括预埋件（3.1）和连接杆（3.2），所述预埋件（3.1）固定设置于横板边框（1）的腹腔内，所述预埋件（3.1）包括安装套及设置于安装套内并与安装套呈旋转配合的锁紧件，所述连接杆（3.2）一端与竖板边框（2）相连接，所述连接杆（3.2）另一端与锁紧件相扣合，所述安装套外壁的左右两侧为直线段，所述横板边框（1）的腹腔上侧壁或下侧壁上开设有安装孔，所述安装孔的形状与安装套的外壁形状相配合，所述安装孔与横板边框（1）的腹腔右侧壁之间形成插口，所述安装套顶部设置有端盖，安装套外壁上设置有多个卡齿，所述多个卡齿位于同一水平面上，所述横板边框（1）的腹腔的上侧壁或下侧壁嵌置于卡齿与端盖之间，所述锁头II包括卡座II（6.1），所述卡座II（6.1）的左端通过连接部II连接有卡头II（6.3），所述卡座II（6.1）的正面和背面设有竖直方向的锯齿II（6.4），所述卡头II（6.3）的正面和背面设有水平方向的锯齿III（6.5），所述卡头II（6.3）安装于横板边框（1）或者竖板边框（2）的卡槽内，所述卡座II（6.1）安装于横板边框（1）或者竖板边框（2）的腹腔内。
