Abstract

本发明提供了一种背光模组及液晶显示器。该背光模组包括：导光板，包括入光面以及与入光面相邻的出光面和底面，该出光面设有开槽；胶框，用于收容导光板，并包括与入光面相邻设置的第一侧壁、从第一侧壁延伸至出光面上方的第一延伸部以及从第一延伸部朝向出光面延伸的第一凸台，该第一凸台嵌入开槽且压持于出光面上。通过上述装置，本发明的背光模组能够使胶框与导光板紧密结合，防止胶框和导光板之间产生间隙，有效的避免了漏光现象的发生。

Description

一种背光模组及液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及背光模组，具体而言涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示器。
背景技术
由于液晶显示器具有轻薄、耗电少、无辐射等优点，广泛应用于笔记本电脑、移动电话、数字相机、显示终端以及仪器仪表等电子设备。由于液晶本身不发光，因而需要背光模组为其提供面光源。而导光板是背光模组中的重要组件，用以引导光源发出光束的传输方向，将线光源或点光源转换成面光源出射。
图1是现有技术的背光模组的结构示意图。如图1所示，在现有的背光模组中，胶框101与导光板102的配合方式通常是：通过在胶框101上设置凸台1011，并利用凸台1011压住导光板102的出光面，进而实现导光板102的定位。然而，如图2所示，当胶框101发生变形时，凸台1011与导光板102的出光面之间会出现配合上的间隙，导致光源发出的光直接从该间隙出射，进而导致液晶显示时的亮线现象。
综上所述，当前迫切需要提供一种背光模组及液晶显示器，以解决因胶框101变形使得凸台1011与导光板102的出光面出现配合上的间隙而容易产生的漏光问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组及液晶显示器，以解决现有技术存在的因胶框变形使得定位凸台与导光板的出光面出现配合上的间隙而容易产生漏光问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种背光模组，包括：导光板，包括入光面以及与入光面相邻的出光面和底面，该出光面设有开槽；胶框，用于收容导光板，并包括与入光面相邻设置的第一侧壁、从第一侧壁延伸至出光面上方的第一延伸部以及从第一延伸部朝向出光面延伸的第一凸台，该第一凸台嵌入开槽且压持于出光面上；光源，设置于第一侧壁和入光面之间。
其中，开槽的尺寸及形状设置成使得在胶框变形时第一凸台卡置于开槽内。
其中，背光模组进一步包括用于支撑光源的光源支架。
其中，光源支架包括用于支撑光源的第二侧壁、从第二侧壁延伸至底面下方的第二延伸部以及从第二延伸部朝向底面延伸且支撑底面的第二凸台。
其中，背光模组进一步包括用于支撑第二延伸部的背板。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的另一个技术方案是：提供一种液晶显示器，包括上一技术方案中的背光模组。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的另一个技术方案是：提供一种背光模组，包括：光源、导光板及胶框，胶框包括压持于导光板的出光面上的凸台，出光面上设置有开槽，凸台嵌入开槽，光源设置于导光板和胶框之间。
其中，开槽的尺寸及形状设置成使得在胶框变形时凸台卡置于开槽内。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的另一个技术方案是：提供一种液晶显示器，包括上一技术方案中的背光模组。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的背光模组能够使胶框与导光板紧密结合，防止胶框和导光板之间产生间隙，有效的避免了漏光现象的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
图3是本发明实施例的背光模组的结构示意图。如图3所示，本实施例的背光模组包括胶框301、导光板302、光源303、光源支架304以及背板305。该导光板302具有入光面3021以及与入光面3021相邻的出光面3022和底面3023，并且出光面3022设有开槽3024。该胶框301用于收容导光板302，包括与入光面3021相邻设置的第一侧壁3011、从第一侧壁3011延伸至出光面3022上方的第一延伸部3012以及从第一延伸部3012朝向出光面3022延伸的第一凸台3013，该第一凸台3013嵌入开槽3024并且压持于出光面3022上。
该光源303设置于第一侧壁3011与入光面3021之间，具体可为线光源（如冷阴极荧光管）或者点光源（如LED）。光源支架304用于支撑光源303。在本实施例中，该光源支架304包括用于支撑光源303的第二侧壁3041、从第二侧壁3041延伸至底面3023下方的第二延伸部3042以及从第二延伸部3042朝向底面3023延伸且支撑底面3023的第二凸台3043。光源支架304优选由高导热性材料（如铝）制成，以对光源303产生的热量进行散热。在其他实施例中，光源支架304也可以采用其他形式或省略。
背板305支撑光源支架304的第二延伸部3042，并与胶框301形成以用于收容导光板302、光源303以及光源支架304的容置空间。背板305与导光板302的底面3023相邻的表面上可设置反射层或反射片，用于将自底面3023漏出的光反射回导光板302中，防止光外漏，以增加光的使用效率。
如图4所示，在本发明中，开槽3024的尺寸及形状优选设置成使得在胶框301变形时第一凸台3013卡置于开槽3024内。胶框301是一种具有弹性且易变形的构件，其主要用于支撑并保护背光模组的内部材料。该背光模组在发生震动、撞击、摔落等状况时，胶框301极易发生形变。通过上述结构，可确保胶框301的第一凸台3013在胶框301变形时依然可以卡置于导光板302的开槽3024中，避免了胶框301和导光板302之间产生配合上的间隙，避免了液晶显示器显示时的亮线现象。
当然，本领域技术人员根据上文的技术启示，可以想到将胶框和导光板设置成其他形式，只需在导光板的出光面上设置开槽，并将胶框的压持于上述导光板的出光面上的凸台嵌入开槽，即可实现本发明的目的。此处，开槽的尺寸及形状同样优选设置成使得在胶框变形时凸台卡置于开槽内。
本发明进一步提供一种液晶显示器，其包括上述实施例的背光模组，此处不再赘述。
通过上述方式，本发明的背光模组能够使胶框与导光板紧密结合，防止胶框和导光板之间产生间隙，有效的避免了漏光现象的发生。

Claims (9)

1.一种背光模组，其特征在于，所述背光模组包括：
导光板，所述导光板包括入光面以及与所述入光面相邻的出光面和底面，所述出光面设有开槽；
胶框，所述胶框用于收容所述导光板，所述胶框包括与所述入光面相邻设置的第一侧壁、从所述第一侧壁延伸至所述出光面上方的第一延伸部以及从所述第一延伸部朝向所述出光面延伸的第一凸台，所述第一凸台嵌入所述开槽且压持于所述出光面上；
光源，设置于所述第一侧壁和所述入光面之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述开槽的尺寸及形状设置成使得在所述胶框变形时所述第一凸台卡置于所述开槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述背光模组进一步包括用于支撑所述光源的光源支架。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述光源支架包括用于支撑所述光源的第二侧壁、从所述第二侧壁延伸至所述底面下方的第二延伸部以及从所述第二延伸部朝向所述底面延伸且支撑所述底面的第二凸台。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述背光模组进一步包括用于支撑所述第二延伸部的背板。
6.一种液晶显示器，其特征在于，所述液晶显示器包括如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的背光模组。
7.一种背光模组，其特征在于，所述背光模组包括光源、导光板及胶框，所述胶框包括压持于所述导光板的出光面上的凸台，所述出光面上设置有开槽，所述凸台嵌入所述开槽，所述光源设置于所述导光板和所述胶框之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组，其特征在于，所述开槽的尺寸及形状设置成使得在所述胶框变形时所述凸台卡置于所述开槽内。
9.一种液晶显示器，其特征在于，所述液晶显示器包括如权利要求7-8任意一项所述的背光模组。
