本发明涉及一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理方法及装置，其中方法包括：1)PC向WEB服务器上传文件；2)WEB服务器判断该文件是否为XML文件，若为是，执行步骤3)，若为否，WEB服务器将验证失败信息发回给PC；3)WEB服务器将接收到的文件导入数据库服务中；4)判断是否导入成功，若为是，执行步骤5)，若为否，将文件保存在失败文件夹中，将操作信息写入日志中，并把导入失败信息发回给PC等步骤；其中装置包括PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器。与现有技术相比，本发明具有能综合管理各个托运订单，准确及时的将客户的托运单上传情况的反馈给客户等优点。

本发明涉及一种托运单数据处理方法，尤其是涉及一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理方法及装置。
背景技术
传统的托运单处理，需要由单证手工整理，在现在物流业规模越来越大的环境下，凸显出这种处理方式速度慢、错误率高和工作量大等缺点。而且手工处理在分发时对错误的反馈周期长，对错误的修改能力弱。
在日新月异的互联网时代，这种手工计算的模式已经远远满足不了市场发展带来的需求。市场对这种业务模式提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理方法及装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)PC向WEB服务器上传文件；
2)WEB服务器判断该文件是否为XML文件，若为是，执行步骤3)，若为否，WEB服务器将验证失败信息发回给PC；
3)WEB服务器将接收到的文件导入数据库服务中；
4)判断是否导入成功，若为是，执行步骤5)，若为否，将文件保存在失败文件夹中，将操作信息写入日志中，并把导入失败信息发回给PC；
5)数据服务器将文件保存在历史文件夹中；
6)WEB服务器将上传成功信息发回给PC。
一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理装置，其特征在于，包括PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器，所述的PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器依次连接。
所述的PC设有多个。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有能综合管理各个托运订单，准确及时的将客户的托运单上传情况的反馈给客户，更省时方便，具有良好的可操作性。

实施例
如图1所示，一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤101、PC向WEB服务器上传文件；
步骤102、WEB服务器判断该文件是否为XML文件，若为是，执行步骤103，若为否，WEB服务器将验证失败信息发回给PC；
步骤103、WEB服务器将接收到的文件导入数据库服务中；
步骤104、判断是否导入成功，若为是，执行步骤105，若为否，将文件保存在失败文件夹中，将操作信息写入日志中，并把导入失败信息发回给PC；
步骤105、数据服务器将文件保存在历史文件夹中；
步骤106、WEB服务器将上传成功信息发回给PC。
如图2所示，本发明的硬件设备包括PC 1、代理服务器2、第一防火墙3、Internet4、第二防火墙5、WEB服务器6、数据库服务器7，所述的PC 1、代理服务器2、第一防火墙3、Interne 4、第二防火墙5、WEB服务器6、数据库服务器7依次连接。

Claims (3)

1.一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)PC向WEB服务器上传文件；
2)WEB服务器判断该文件是否为XML文件，若为是，执行步骤3)，若为否，WEB服务器将验证失败信息发回给PC；
3)WEB服务器将接收到的文件导入数据库服务中；
4)判断是否导入成功，若为是，执行步骤5)，若为否，将文件保存在失败文件夹中，将操作信息写入日志中，并把导入失败信息发回给PC；
5)数据服务器将文件保存在历史文件夹中；
6)WEB服务器将上传成功信息发回给PC。
2.一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理装置，其特征在于，包括PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器，所述的PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器依次连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种托运单数据智能导入信息处理装置，其特征在于，所述的PC设有多个。
