Abstract
为了克服当前无极灯的弊端,本发明提供一种新型无汞无极灯,无汞无极灯的泡体包括泡壳和内管,泡壳和普通无极灯相同,内管一端烧结封死,另一端有喇叭口,内管的外部涂有荧光粉,由于内管与功率耦合器的距离较泡壳距离近,所以其需要激活荧光粉的电磁波功率相对较小,内管的喇叭口与泡壳烧结一体与泡体排气抽真空同时进行,不需要泡壳的擦粉和接排气杆的工序,填充氖气和氪气避免了汞的使用,节省了生产成本,降低了无极灯的能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无汞无极灯,属电子、照明行业。
背景技术
目前市场上的无极灯在结构上有高频发生器、耦合器和涂有稀土荧光粉的玻璃泡体组成,其中汞作为激活媒介,在生产过程中,泡体的质量影响无极灯的整体质量,现在工艺多采用外壳内部涂荧光粉的工艺,需要有擦粉和内管接排气杆的工序,同时需要电磁波的功率较大,工艺落后造成无汞无极灯的质量低下,造成生产成本高、污染环境和影响整灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服当前无极灯的弊端,本发明提供一种新型无汞无极灯,无汞无极灯的泡体包括泡壳和内管,泡壳和普通无极灯相同,内管一端烧结封死,另一端有喇叭口,内管的外部涂有荧光粉,由于内管与功率耦合器的距离较泡壳距离近,所以其需要激活荧光粉的电磁波功率相对较小,内管的喇叭口与泡壳烧结一体与泡体排气抽真空同时进行,不需要泡壳的擦粉和接排气杆的工序,填充氖气和氪气避免了汞的使用,节省了生产成本,降低了无极灯的能耗。

具体实施方式
把内管4涂上荧光粉5烘干,将内管4放入泡壳1中,矫正位置,锁紧泡壳1抽真空,并将氖气和氪气混合气2充入泡壳1和内管4中,将泡壳1和内 管4烧结成一体,完成无汞无极灯的生产,将耦合器装入内管4中连接发生器,接通电源就可以实现无极灯的点亮。
本发明的有益效果是:工艺简单、科学,经济实用、环保,且材料易购。

1.无汞无极灯,其特征是:泡体包括泡壳和内管,内管的外部涂有荧光粉。
2.如权利要求1所述,无汞无极灯的特征是:在泡壳和内管中填充有氖气和氪气。
