技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承。
背景技术
现有的磁悬浮轴承的结构一般是固定在转轴和轴承座上的磁体的磁力方向是与转轴的轴线平行的,这样的磁悬浮轴承只能在转轴的轴向起作用,在径向就不能起作用了,受磁体性质所决定,采用单纯的磁体要在径向采用磁悬浮,在技术上是不容易实现的,即使能实现,受磁体间的干扰,磁悬浮的磁体也是比较弱。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种能实现径向悬浮且悬浮作用力大的磁悬浮轴承。
本发明是这样实现的,包括固定在转轴支撑端的活动磁体构件、固定在轴承座上的固定磁体构件,其特别之处在于活动磁体构件包括套接固定在转轴支撑端上的内圆环状永磁体和内圆环状导磁极铁,内圆环状永磁体和内圆环状导磁极铁间隔层叠在一起,相邻两内圆环状永磁体的磁力方向相反且磁力方向与转轴轴向平行,固定磁体构件包括固定在轴承座上的外圆环状永磁体和外圆环状导磁极铁,外圆环状永磁体和外圆环状导磁极铁套在内圆环状永磁体和内圆环状导磁极铁外,外圆环状永磁体和外圆环状导磁极铁间隔层叠在一起,相邻两外圆环状永磁体的磁力方向相反且磁力方向与转轴轴向平行,位于同一平面上的内圆环状永磁体和外圆环状永磁体的厚度相同且磁力方向相同,位于同一平面上的内圆环状导磁极铁和外圆环状导磁极铁的厚度相同。使用时,在内圆环状导磁极铁和外圆环状导磁极铁的作用下,内永磁体的轴向的磁力和外永磁体的轴向的磁力被挤压导向内圆环状导磁极铁径向侧面和外环状导磁极铁的径向侧面,而相对的内圆环状导磁极铁径向侧面和外环状导磁极铁的径向侧面的极性是相同,要么同时南极,要么同时北极,这样,就形成了径向的磁悬浮作用力,由于转轴和轴承座的材料通常是导磁的铸铁或者钢,因此,容易形成磁屏蔽,除了导向并集中到相对的内圆环状导磁极铁径向侧面和外环状导磁极铁的径向侧面外,磁力几乎没有向外发散损失,使得内圆环状导磁极铁径向侧面和外环状导磁极铁的径向侧面的磁力强,保证了具有足够的磁悬浮力。
这里,在转轴两端的转轴支撑端均设置有活动磁体构件和固定在轴承座上的固定磁体构件,在活动磁体构件外侧的内圆环状永磁体外侧面设置轴向圆环状永磁体,轴向圆环状永磁体固定在轴向轴承座上,轴向圆环状永磁体的磁力方向与活动磁体构件外侧的内圆环状永磁体的磁力方向相反。这样,转轴就能获得轴向及径向的磁悬浮轴承,同时,保证了活动磁体构件、固定在轴承座上的固定磁体构件不会移位。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有能实现径向悬浮且悬浮作用力大的优点。

如图1所示,本发明包括固定在转轴支撑端1的活动磁体构件2、固定在轴承座3上的固定磁体构件4,其特别之处在于活动磁体构件2包括套接固定在转轴支撑端1上的内圆环状永磁体2a和内圆环状导磁极铁2b,内圆环状永磁体2a和内圆环状导磁极铁2b间隔层叠在一起,相邻两内圆环状永磁体2a的磁力方向相反且磁力方向与转轴5轴向平行,固定磁体构件4包括固定在轴承座3上的外圆环状永磁体4a和外圆环状导磁极铁4b,外圆环状永磁体4a和外圆环状导磁极铁4b套在内圆环状永磁体2a和内圆环状导磁极铁2b外,外圆环状永磁体4a和外圆环状导磁极铁4b间隔层叠在一起,相邻两外圆环状永磁体4a的磁力方向相反且磁力方向与转轴5轴向平行,位于同一平面上的内圆环状永磁体2a和外圆环状永磁体2b的厚度相同且磁力方向相同,位于同一平面上的内圆环状导磁极铁2b和外圆环状导磁极铁2b的厚度相同。
在转轴5两端的转轴支撑端1均设置有活动磁体构件2和固定在轴承座3上的固定磁体构件4,在活动磁体构件2外侧的内圆环状永磁体2a1外侧面设置轴向圆环状永磁体6,套接在转轴支撑端1的轴向圆环状永磁体6固定在轴向轴承座7上,轴向圆环状永磁体6的磁力方向与活动磁体构件2外侧的内圆环状永磁体2a1的磁力方向相反。
如图2所示,在转轴5的端部与发电机8相连,在转轴5的风叶固定处固定风叶9就构成了风力发电机。

1.一种磁悬浮轴承,其特征在于包括固定在转轴支撑端的活动磁体构件、固定在轴承座上的固定磁体构件,其特别之处在于活动磁体构件包括套接固定在转轴支撑端上的内圆环状永磁体和内圆环状导磁极铁,内圆环状永磁体和内圆环状导磁极铁间隔层叠在一起,相邻两内圆环状永磁体的磁力方向相反且磁力方向与转轴轴向平行,固定磁体构件包括固定在轴承座上的外圆环状永磁体和外圆环状导磁极铁,外圆环状永磁体和外圆环状导磁极铁套在内圆环状永磁体和内圆环状导磁极铁外,外圆环状永磁体和外圆环状导磁极铁间隔层叠在一起,相邻两外圆环状永磁体的磁力方向相反且磁力方向与转轴轴向平行,位于同一平面上的内圆环状永磁体和外圆环状永磁体的厚度相同且磁力方向相同,位于同一平面上的内圆环状导磁极铁和外圆环状导磁极铁的厚度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁悬浮轴承,其特征在于在转轴两端的转轴支撑端均设置有活动磁体构件和固定在轴承座上的固定磁体构件,在活动磁体构件外侧的内圆环状永磁体外侧面设置轴向圆环状永磁体,轴向圆环状永磁体固定在轴向轴承座上,轴向圆环状永磁体的磁力方向与活动磁体构件外侧的内圆环状永磁体的磁力方向相反。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的磁悬浮轴承,其特征在于在转轴的端部与发电机相连,在转轴的风叶固定处固定风叶就构成了风力发电机。
