珍珠岩外墙保温板及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种珍珠岩外墙保温板及其加工方法,属于建筑领域。
背景技术
现有的珍珠岩外墙保温板由于原材料的局限,导致加工的保温板导热系数较高,而且防火性能不能达到国家要求的标准,对环境存在一定程度的污染。
发明内容
本发明通过对原材料的改进,进而加工出了一种导热系数和防火级别更高的珍珠岩外墙保温板及其加工方法。本发明的技术方案是:
一种珍珠岩外墙保温板,其特征在于,包括如下组份:
珍珠岩  50-70份,粉煤灰20-40份,粘结剂 10-20份,其中,所述的粘结剂为水玻璃或硅烷偶联剂kh550,所述珍珠岩的颗粒大小为0.031~0.045mm,所述的珍珠岩外墙保温板的导热系数为0.04-0.06。
所述的珍珠岩外墙保温板的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、称取各组份原料;
(2)、将各组份原料充分混合后且搅拌均匀;
(3)、置入模具框中进行压制;
(4)、进行烘干;
(5)、即得。
所述的步骤(3)的压强为10-60MPA。
所述的步骤(4)的温度为100-600℃。
本发明的优点是:通过对外墙保温板原材料的改进,同时经过大量的实验和测试,得到的保温板的导热系数更低,防火级别更高,更有利于环境。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种珍珠岩外墙保温板,包括如下组份:
珍珠岩  50份,粉煤灰20份,粘结剂 10份,其中,所述的粘结剂为水玻璃,所述珍珠岩的颗粒大小为0.031,所述的珍珠岩外墙保温板的导热系数为0.04。
通过如下步骤进行加工
(1)、称取各组份原料;
(2)、将各组份原料充分混合后且搅拌均匀;
(3)、置入模具框中进行压制,压强为10Mpa;
(4)、进行烘干,烘干温度为100℃;
(5)、即得。
实施例2:一种珍珠岩外墙保温板,包括如下组份:
珍珠岩  60份,粉煤灰30份,粘结剂 20份,其中,所述的粘结剂为硅烷偶联剂kh550,所述珍珠岩的颗粒大小为0.04mm,所述的珍珠岩外墙保温板的导热系数为0.05。
通过如下步骤进行加工
(1)、称取各组份原料;
(2)、将各组份原料充分混合后且搅拌均匀;
(3)、置入模具框中进行压制,压强为60Mpa;
(4)、进行烘干,烘干温度为400℃;
(5)、即得。
实施例3:一种珍珠岩外墙保温板,包括如下组份:
珍珠岩  70份,粉煤灰40份,粘结剂 15份,其中,所述的粘结剂为水玻璃,所述珍珠岩的颗粒大小为0.045mm,所述的珍珠岩外墙保温板的导热系数为0.06。
通过如下步骤进行加工
(1)、称取各组份原料;
(2)、将各组份原料充分混合后且搅拌均匀;
(3)、置入模具框中进行压制,压强为60Mpa;
(4)、进行烘干,烘干温度为600℃;
(5)、即得。

1.珍珠岩外墙保温板的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、称取各组份原料:珍珠岩  50-70份, 粉煤灰20-40份,粘结剂 10-20份,其中,所述的粘结剂为水玻璃或硅烷偶联剂kh550,所述珍珠岩的颗粒大小为0.031~0.045mm,;
(2)、将各组份原料充分混合后且搅拌均匀;
(3)、置入模具框中进行压制,压强为10-60MPa;
(4)、进行烘干,温度为100-600℃;
(5)、即得,所述的珍珠岩外墙保温板的导热系数为0.04-0.06。
