Abstract
本发明涉及一种拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座设计,主要系包括一散热座体、一组以上的发光二极管及一灯罩,特别是指该散热座体系由铝(铜)金属一体拉伸成型,使其形成一端呈内凹封闭面且另一端为中空开口的铝(铜)金属座体,该内凹封闭面系可容置一组以上的发光二极管,并供结合一透光灯罩,又其进一步可于内凹封闭面的内端壁开设复数个嵌孔,再于灯罩边壁的对应端设有复数个嵌钩,使两构件可呈匹配嵌合,或亦可于内凹封闭面更拉伸形成一凸台,利用凸台不同角度的结合面以供容置复数个发光二极管。
Description
技术领域
本发明系提供一种发光二极管灯座设计,系包括一散热座体、一组以上的发光二极管及一灯罩,尤指散热座体系由铝(铜)金属一体拉伸成型为一端呈内凹封闭面而另一端呈中空开口的铝(铜)金属座体。
背景技术
习知的发光二极管灯座,主要系包括一散热座体、一结合件、一组以上的发光二极管及一灯罩等构件,该散热座体(即外罩壳体)一般系呈两端均为开口的杯形壳罩,上端大开口的边壁系预先内折形成一环沟槽,以供一断面呈ㄇ形的结合件可利用边壁插植于该环沟槽,形成相互的匹配黏合,使结合件系横置黏合于散热座体的上端大开口,进而于结合件的表面容置一个以上的发光二极管,再将灯罩黏贴结合于散热座体的内端壁以组成一发光二极管的灯座,又散热座体下端的小开口,则系结合一灯帽接头,以提供电性连接。
上述习知发光二极管灯座,由于散热座体与结合件系采单纯黏合,因此构件之间很容易发生松脱摇晃的情形,以致整体结构的稳固性不佳,尤其是容置于结合件表面的发光二极管,由于热温必须间接通过结合件才能再传递到散热座体以进行散热,故其散热效果并不理想,无法达成快速散热的目的。
发明内容
本发明之主要目的,乃在于提供一种拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座设计,系包括一散热座体、一组以上的发光二极管及一灯罩,尤指该散热座体系由铝(铜)金属一体拉伸成型而为一端具有内凹封闭面且另一端为中空开口的铝(铜)金属座体,该内凹封闭面系容置一个以上的发光二极管,并可结合一透光灯罩,内凹封闭面系一体成型于散热座体,故无发生松脱摇晃可能,且发光二极管的热温可直接传递到散热座体,因此具有更快速散热功效,整体构件的装配亦更精简方便。
本发明之次要目的,乃在于提供一种拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座设计,所述一体拉伸成型的散热座体,系可于内凹封闭面的内端壁开设复数个嵌孔,并于灯罩边壁的对应端亦设有复数个嵌钩,因此使两构件可匹配嵌合,形成更为稳固的结合。
本发明之另一目的,乃在于提供一种拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座设计,所述一体拉伸成型的散热座体,其系于内凹封闭面开设一个以上的锁孔,并用以配合螺栓贯穿而简易锁固于散热座体下端的灯帽接头。
本发明之又一目的,乃在于提供一种拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座设计,所述一体拉伸成型的散热座体,系可于内凹封闭面拉伸形成一凸台,并利用凸台不同角度的结合面以供容置复数个发光二极管,使复数发光二极管具有更多角度的投射效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1至图5所示,本发明拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座的较佳实施例,其主要包括一散热座体1、一组以上的发光二极管2及一灯罩3,其中:
散热座体1,系由铝(铜)金属通过一体拉伸成型,使其形成一端呈内凹封闭面11且另一端为中空开口12的铝(铜)金属座体,该内凹封闭面11的内端壁系可开设复数个嵌孔111,所述内凹封闭面11并可开设一个以上的锁孔112,用以配合相对应的螺栓4可贯穿而简易锁固于散热座体1下端的灯帽接头5;
一组以上的发光二极管2,系供容置设于散热座体1的内凹封闭面11;
灯罩3,系为透光材质,包括但不限于玻璃或塑料等具有透光性的材质,该灯罩3并可于边壁的对应端设有复数个嵌钩31,用以匹配嵌合于散热座体1的嵌孔111,形成稳固结合;
依上述构件,其系将螺栓4贯穿铝(铜)金属散热座体1的锁孔112,以供锁固套置于散热座体1下端的灯帽接头5,进而将灯罩3套置于散热座体1,藉灯罩3边壁的复数个嵌钩31对应嵌合于散热座体1的嵌孔111,即可快速组成一发光二极管灯座,由于内凹封闭面11系一体成型于散热座体1,故无松脱摇晃可能,且发光二极管2的热温可直接传递到散热座体1,故具有快速散热功效,整体构件装配亦极为精简。
如图6及图7所示,系本发明的另一实施例,其系针对一体拉伸成型的散热座体1a再施以变化,特别是在散热座体1a的内凹封闭面11a更拉伸形成一中空凸台13a,且该凸台13a具有不同角度的结合面,而分别可供容置结合发光二极管2,以使复数发光二极管2具有更多不同角度的投射效果。上述中空凸台13a,并可预设一穿线孔131a,用以提供发光二极管2的接脚导线通过。
上述图6及图7的实施例中,并揭露该一体拉伸成型的散热座体1a,系可于底端的中空开口12a内壁面设置螺合段121a,而于灯帽接头5a的对接位置设有相对的螺合段51a,藉此即可将灯帽接头5a直接以螺合方式锁固于散热座体1a的下端。
依据本发明的设计精神,如上述实施例中,关于散热座体1(1a)与灯罩3的嵌合构造,于必要时,散热座体1(1a)的嵌孔111及灯罩3的嵌钩31,其亦可加以省略,而改采黏接结合或其它适配结构以组成,例如图8及图9显示的又一种不同实施例,即已省略嵌孔或嵌钩设计,使散热座体1b系由铝(铜)金属一体拉伸成型而形成一端的内凹封闭面11b,该内凹封闭面11b为全部封闭,惟保留内端壁可供与灯罩3b施以套接黏合。
同理可知,如图10及图11的再一种不同实施例,主要也是比照图6、图7实施例,但省略其中的嵌孔或嵌钩设计,使散热座体1c系由铝(铜)金属一体拉伸成型而形成一端的内凹封闭面11c,该内凹封闭面11c为全部封闭,惟保留内端壁可供与灯罩3c形成套接黏合。
本发明中散热座体与灯罩的结合,除了可使用嵌合或黏合方式以达到组合效果,当然亦可通过螺合方式或其它简易的适配结构,而达到同样的结合目的。本发明不但具有结构精简及容易组配的优点,且于热温传递的散热效果更显得直接快速。
以上所述,仅是本发明结构较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座,其包括一散热座体、一组以上的发光二极管及一灯罩,其特征在于:
散热座体,由铝或铜金属通过一体拉伸成型,使其形成一端呈内凹封闭面且另一端为上大下小的中空开口的铝或铜金属座体,内凹封闭面拉伸一体成型于金属座体,该金属座体的壁面由内凹封闭面的壁面反向弯折一体延伸而成;
一组以上的发光二极管,系供容置设于散热座体的内凹封闭面;
灯罩,系透光材质,该灯罩系结合于散热座体;
依上述构件,系将灯罩套置结合于散热座体,以组成一发光二极管灯座。
2.如权利要求1所述拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座,其特征在于:该散热座体系于内凹封闭面的内端壁开设复数个嵌孔,而灯罩系于边壁的对应端设有可匹配结合嵌孔的复数个嵌钩。
3.如权利要求1所述拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座,其特征在于:该散热座体系于内凹封闭面开设一个以上的锁孔,并配合相对应的螺栓贯穿而套置锁固一灯帽接头。
4.如权利要求1所述拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座,其特征在于:该散热座体的内凹封闭面系拉伸形成一中空凸台,且该凸台具有不同角度的结合面,而分别容置结合复数发光二极管。
5.如权利要求4所述拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座,其特征在于:该凸台系设有一穿线孔。
6.如权利要求1所述拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座,其特征在于:该散热座体系于中空开口的内壁面设置螺合段。
7.如权利要求1所述拉伸成型的发光二极管灯座,其特征在于:该灯罩系黏接结合于散热座体。
