Abstract
一种添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品，包括羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯胶、甘油、普鲁兰多糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、调味剂、烟草提取物，其特征在于：该烟草制品中还添加有沙棘制剂。本发明主要是针对目前卷烟燃烧对环境的影响及二手烟对非吸烟人群的危害和烟草消费者的切实需求，而提供的一种可以通过含化方式得到等同吸食卷烟满足感的新型无烟气烟草制品，配方配伍合理，制品使用方便，将沙棘制剂的载体和能带给消费者的满足感的烟草成分有机结合到一起，既能满足卷烟消费者的感官需求，享受到沙棘给人体带来的医疗保健功效，还能完全消除烟气对非吸烟人群的危害，达到吸烟无害于环境的目的，在弥补国内同类产品研究上的不足等方面将具有重要意义。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于烟草领域，具体地讲是一种添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品，它具有基本等同吸食卷烟的功能。
背景技术
随着对卷烟消费者健康的日益关注，传统的卷烟消费方式，由于卷烟抽吸过程中烟草燃烧、裂解和蒸馏而产生的烟气中含有危害人体的物质，非吸烟人群的被动吸烟也主要是由卷烟燃烧产生的侧流烟气造成的，吸烟越来越受到社会各界的批评及限制。但是，由于烟草的独特魅力，全世界吸烟人群的总数仍有上升趋势。因而，在认识吸烟有害健康的同时，研究开发既能满足烟草消费人群的需要，又能减少吸烟对公众危害的更为安全的烟草消费产品显得尤为必要。
本案申请人曾申请了一种含有烟草成分的爽口片，属于一种新的含化型烟草制品，包括有羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯胶、甘油、普鲁兰多糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、调味剂以及烟草提取物混合制备而成，其公开号为CN101862024A，该发明既可消除烟气对非吸烟人群的危害，还能满足卷烟消费者的需求和无害于环境的目的。
沙棘，是植物和其果实的统称。植物沙棘为胡颓子科沙棘属，是一种落叶性灌木，国内分布于华北、西北、西南等地。沙棘为药食同源植物。沙棘的根、茎、叶、花、果，特别是沙棘果实含有丰富的营养物质和生物活性物质。专家赋予沙棘为“维生素宝库”的美称，认为它是21世纪最有希望的保健和医药品之一。现代医学研究，沙棘具有止咳化痰、健胃消食、活血散瘀之功效。可降低胆固醇，缓解心绞痛发作，还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用。目前，鲜见有将沙棘及其提取物应用到卷烟产品中的报道，尤其是尚未见有添加沙棘或其提取物的无烟气烟草制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的正是基于上述原因而研制开发出的卷烟以外的其他形式的烟草制品──添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品，为喜食卷烟的消费者提供一类新产品，消费者可以通过含化这种新型无烟气烟草制品而得到等同吸食卷烟的满足感，同时还可以享受到沙棘给人体带来的医疗保健功效，更重要的是可以避免吸烟对环境的危害，减少非吸烟人群吸入二手烟的可能，做到吸烟无害于环境。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本发明的添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品，包括羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯胶、甘油、普鲁兰多糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、调味剂、烟草提取物，其中：该烟草制品中还添加有沙棘制剂，沙棘制剂添加量为整个烟草制品原料重量的5-40%，最佳添加量为5-20%。
所述的沙棘制剂可以是粉碎研磨筛分后的粉末，或者是将沙棘粉碎，用水加热提取后得到的沙棘提取液；也可以是沙棘的提取液经分离、浓缩、干燥后的精制物，或由此制成的颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、滴丸剂、糖浆剂等；还可以是沙棘与优质茶叶加工成的细末状沙棘茶。
本发明在食用时，烟草的有效成分经唾液溶解后通过口腔粘膜吸收，同时还可以享受到沙棘给人体带来的医疗保健功效。食用时间、频率以及多少取决于个人的喜好。
在本发明的启示下，沙棘制剂还可应用于硬质糖型、胶基型、巧克力型无烟气烟草制品中，以得到不同种类的烟草制品。
本发明主要是针对目前卷烟燃烧对环境的影响及二手烟对非吸烟人群的危害和烟草消费者的切实需求，而提供的一种可以通过含化方式得到等同吸食卷烟满足感的新型无烟气烟草制品。此新型制品借鉴目前市场上热销食品的生产工艺及配方，可使卷烟消费者方便的使用。本发明优点在于配方配伍合理，制品使用方便，将沙棘制剂的载体和能带给消费者的满足感的烟草成分有机结合到一起，既能满足卷烟消费者的感官需求，享受到沙棘给人体带来的医疗保健功效，还能完全消除烟气对非吸烟人群的危害，达到吸烟无害于环境的目的。
本发明在减少吸烟对健康的危害、应对世界烟草的发展趋势以及丰富国内烟草制品的种类，弥补国内在同类产品研究上的不足等方面将具有着重要的意义。
具体实施方式
本发明以下结合实施例做进一步描述，但并不限制本发明。
实施例1
在爽口片型无烟气烟草制品原料中添加粉末状沙棘茶5%，以料：水为 1:4的比例混匀，上爽口片成膜设备，通过烘膜、切片、包装成为添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品。使用时，将成品放于舌面与上颚之间含化，劲头适中，口腔刺激减轻，略带甜味，余味舒适。
实施例2
在爽口片型无烟气烟草制品原料中添加添加沙棘提取物5%，以料：水为 1:4的比例混匀，上爽口片成膜设备，通过烘膜、切片、包装成为添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品。使用时，将成品放于舌面与上颚之间含化，劲头适中，口腔刺激轻，带甜味，余味舒适。
实施例3
在爽口片型无烟气烟草制品原料中添加沙棘精制物（占原料比例15%），以料：水为 1:4的比例混匀，上爽口片成膜设备，通过烘膜、切片、包装成为添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品。使用时，将成品放于舌面与上颚之间含化，劲头适中，口腔刺激轻，略带甜味，余味尚舒适。
Claims (3)
1.一种添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品，包括羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯胶、甘油、普鲁兰多糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、调味剂、烟草提取物，其特征在于：该烟草制品中还添加有沙棘制剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品，其特征在于：沙棘制剂添加量为整个烟草制品原料重量的5-40%，最佳添加量为5-20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的添加沙棘制剂的爽口片型无烟气烟草制品，其特征在于：所述的沙棘制剂可以是粉碎研磨筛分后的粉末，或者是将沙棘粉碎，用水加热提取后得到的沙棘提取液；也可以是沙棘的提取液经分离、浓缩、干燥后的精制物，或由此制成的颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、滴丸剂、糖浆剂等；还可以是沙棘与优质茶叶加工成的细末状沙棘茶。
