技术领域
本发明涉及陆生有害软体动物毒饵领域,特别涉及一种杀灭陆生有害软体动物的毒饵及其制备方法。
背景技术
陆生有害软体动物主要包括植食性蜗牛和蛞蝓,是间歇性的农田有害生物,南方较重。但是近年来,北方由于农业生产结构的变化以及种植模式的改革,尤其是设施农业的发展,使农田小环境发生了很大变化,这类有害生物在北方的发生愈来愈重。蜗牛、蛞蝓常发生于湿度大、郁蔽度好的作物田、蔬菜田、花卉苗圃、草枰及其它园林绿化区带,主要为害是啃食叶片,将叶片咬成圆洞、缺刻;幼苗可被整株食光,造成缺苗断垅;另外二者分泌的粪便、粘液等污染农产品和园林植物表面,直接造成农作物产量损失和品质下降,影响园林花卉的生长和美观。
蜗牛、蛞蝓因其特殊的体壁结构及其体表分泌的黏稠状液,触杀型杀虫剂不能有效穿透到达靶标,所以常用剂型如喷雾用剂型对其无效,使用毒饵防治陆生有害软体动物是最为有效的手段,是目前农业生产上防治植食性蜗牛、蛞蝓的主要方法。市场上商品杀软体动物(杀螺)毒饵的有效成分主要是四聚乙醛和甲硫威、甲萘威等,它们都是神经毒剂,毒性高,对哺乳类动物不安全;另外因杀螺毒饵的饵料一般都是谷物粉,对宠物、鸟类、家禽等都有一定的引诱作用,极易引起误食而中毒死亡,对这些非靶标生物和环境不安全。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明目的在于提供一种开发安全、高效、环境相容性好的杀螺毒饵。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种杀灭陆生有害软体动物的毒饵,含有毒剂1~30%、引诱剂0.1~5%、饵料10~85%、粘结剂1~10%、防腐剂0.1~10%、抗氧化剂0.004~0.1%、防误食助剂0.1~1%、填充剂1~30%;
所述毒剂为选自F2+、F3+的盐类及其络合物或者碱类的一种或几种的混合物,如磷酸铁、磷酸亚铁、硫酸铁、硫酸亚铁、氯化铁、氯化亚铁、氢氧化铁、氢氧化亚铁、复合氨基酸络合铁、赖氨酸络合铁、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠;
所述引诱剂为3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(香兰素)、3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(乙基香兰素)、甲基麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚、香兰香基、环己基氨基磺酸钠(甜蜜素)、天门冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯(甜味素)、乙酰磺胺酸钾(安赛蜜)、Gamma和Delta内酯中的一种或其几种的混合物;
所述饵料为玉米粉、大豆粉、米粉、小麦粉、燕麦粉、马铃薯粉及其它谷物的粉的一种或几种的混合物;
所述粘结剂为淀粉、明胶、琼脂中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸及其钠盐、山梨酸及其钾盐、焦亚硫酸钠(钾)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、脱氢乙酸、丙酸钠(钙)中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述抗氧化剂为抗坏血酸、异抗坏血酸、二丁基羟基甲苯、丙基没食子酸、愈创木脂、L-半胱氨酸氢氯化物中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述防误食助剂为红辣椒粉、苋菜红、苋菜红铝色淀、赤藓红、赤藓红铝色淀、焰红染料、玫瑰红、酸性红、酒石黄、酒石黄铝色淀、坚牢绿FCF、坚牢绿FCF铝色淀、亮蓝FCF(亮蓝),亮蓝FCF铝色淀(亮蓝铝色淀)、靛卡红、靛卡红铝色淀、β-胡萝卜素、叶绿素铜中的一种;
所述填充剂为白碳黑、硅藻土、结晶纤维素、高岭土、滑石粉、沸石中的一种。
在上述方案的基础上,所述毒饵的优选配料及优选配比(以100g为例)为乙二胺四乙酸铁钠6g、引诱剂(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛、3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛各3份,甲基麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚各1.5份,香兰香基1份)1g、玉米粉80.3g、琼脂粉2g、山梨酸0.5g、抗坏血酸0.1g、亮蓝0.1g、滑石粉10g。
一种杀灭陆生有害软体动物的毒饵的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
(1)称量:各组分过80目筛后,按配方比例称量(以100g为例),备用;
(2)琼脂溶化:将琼脂粉加入50ml水,在微波炉中(或其它加热方式)加热至完全溶化,冷却至60℃左右,备用;
(3)混合:将除琼脂外的其它组分混合均匀,用50ml水润湿,再倒入琼脂液中,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)造粒:挤压造粒法造粒,60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干,然后切割成3mm长的颗粒或者挤压成片状,在60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干。
(5)包装:防潮包装。
本发明毒饵组合物可以各种方法用于防治目标包括陆生有害软体动物-蜗牛和蛞蝓等,上述蜗牛、蛞蝓的防治方法的实例是施放有效剂量的本发明毒饵组合物于蜗牛、蛞蝓栖息、为害的地点。当毒饵组合物被按照这样的方法使用时,上述可以放置毒饵组合物的地点的实例包括蔬菜田尤其是十字花科蔬菜田,温室大棚,果园,城市绿化带,住宅区花园,以及其它一切陆生植食性蜗牛和蛞蝓为害出没的地方。使用毒饵组合物的有效剂量取决于该毒饵组合物中杀虫成分的种类和含量。通常本发明毒饵组合物制剂用量是大约0.5-10g/m2,可有效防治目标有害生物。
本发明毒饵组合物适合所有陆生植食性蜗牛、蛞蝓的防治,这些植食性的蜗牛、蛞蝓的实例包括严重危害农、林生产及城市绿化的灰尖巴蜗牛(Bradybaena ravida ravida)、同型巴蜗牛[Brddybaenasimilaris(Ferussac)]、条化蜗牛(Cathaica fasciola)、黄蛞蝓(Limaxflavus)、野蛞蝓(Agriolimax agrestis Linnaeus)以及其它植食性蜗牛、蛞蝓等。
络合铁特别是EDTA铁钠即乙二胺四乙酸铁钠,作为铁营养强化剂广泛用于食品如面粉、酱油、保健品、乳制品和医药用品上,是重要的食品添加剂和医用补铁剂。这样一种理想的补铁剂,对软体动物毒力却很高,且适口性好,蜗牛或蛞蝓没有拒食性,适合做成杀螺毒饵用于防治陆生有害软体动物。由于EDTA铁钠对非靶标生物极其安全,施到环境被靶标生物取食后剩余部分又可以被植物吸收,流失到地上、地下水中也有益无害,环境相容性好,适用于各种蔬菜、水果及花卉上使用,不仅是大田生产中优良的杀螺剂,更是生产有机蔬菜、有机水果等的理想农药。本发明中的毒饵组合物中另一重要的组分是引诱剂,其浓郁的气味能够掩盖吸引蜗牛、蛞蝓趋向取食的蔬菜、花卉及草坪植物气味,吸引周围的蜗牛、蛞蝓趋向毒饵并取食,从而保护作物和绿化植物。这种引诱剂也是食品中常用的食用香精类,是具有浓烈奶香味和香蕉味的香兰素。毒饵中所用的饵料是玉米粉等作物粉,粘合剂则是食用琼脂,所用防腐剂是山梨酸、苯甲酸甲酯等食品用防腐剂。从整个毒饵的组成看,所有组分都是安全无毒的,开发的毒饵符合现代农药发展方向,即高效、低(无)毒、低(无)残留、环境相容性好。
本发明的优点是:毒饵安全,对非靶标生物无害;毒饵降解快,不会污染环境;持续药效高;制作工艺简单。
具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例,对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式详述如下:
实施例1
(1)称取乙二胺四乙酸铁钠6g、引诱剂(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛、3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛各3份,甲基麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚各1.5份,香兰香基1份)1g、玉米粉80.3g、琼脂粉2g、山梨酸0.5g、抗坏血酸0.1g、亮蓝0.1g、滑石粉10g,备用。所有组分在称取前须过80目筛;
(2)将琼脂粉加入50ml水,在微波炉中加热至完全溶化,冷却至60℃左右,备用;
(3)将除琼脂外的其它组分混合均匀,用50ml水润湿,再倒入琼脂液中,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)造粒:挤压造粒法造粒,60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干,然后切割成3mm长的颗粒或者挤压成片状,在60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干。

实施例2
(1)称取乙二胺四乙酸铁钠1g、引诱剂(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛、3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛各3份,甲基麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚各1.5份,香兰香基1份)1g、玉米粉84.3g、琼脂粉2g、山梨酸0.5g、抗坏血酸0.1g、亮蓝0.1g、滑石粉11g,备用。所有组分在称取前须过80目筛;
(2)将琼脂粉加入适量水50ml,在微波炉中加热至完全溶化,冷却至60℃左右,备用;
(3)将除琼脂外的其它组分混合均匀,用50ml水润湿,再倒入琼脂液中,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)造粒:挤压造粒法造粒,60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干,然后切割成3mm长的颗粒或者挤压成片状,在60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干。
(5)包装:防潮包装。
实施例3
(1)称取乙二胺四乙酸铁钠30g、引诱剂(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛、3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛各3份,甲基麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚各1.5份,香兰香基1份)1g、玉米粉61.3g、琼脂粉2g、山梨酸0.5g、抗坏血酸0.1g、亮蓝0.1g、滑石粉5,备用。所有组分在称取前须过80目筛;
(2)将琼脂粉加入50ml水,在微波炉中加热至完全溶化,冷却至60℃左右,备用;
(3)将除琼脂外的其它组分混合均匀,用30ml水润湿,再倒入琼脂液中,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)造粒:挤压造粒法造粒,60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干,然后切割成3mm长的颗粒或者挤压成片状,在60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干。
(5)包装:防潮包装。
对照试验:
田间药效试验(一)
2009年6月15日进行田间药效试验,当天气温平均25.4℃,天气晴朗,试验期间无降水。对照药剂是6%的四聚.甲萘颗粒剂(即是四聚乙醛与甲萘威的混合物所制成的颗粒剂)。0浓度为本发明毒饵的空白对照。

从表1可以看出,在施药24hr后,对照药剂甲萘·四聚颗粒剂防治效果最好,为86.09%,与铁离子化合物饵剂相比,差异显著(p<0.05),在不同浓度的铁离子化合物饵剂中,6%饵剂防治效果最好,24hr防效达到68.5%,而其他浓度铁离子化合物饵剂防治效果则相对较低。48hr结果检查表明:6%铁离子化合物饵剂防效达到了87.64%,略高于甲萘·四聚颗粒剂86.11%的防效,但差异不显著(p>0.05),表明在一定含量范围内铁离子化合物饵剂速效性不强,但持效性较好。1%和30%浓度的饵剂48hr防效则相对较低,仅在50%左右,显著低于6%的浓度。甲萘·四聚颗粒剂48hr防效与24hr几乎没有差异,表明甲萘·四聚颗粒剂持效性较差,中毒后的蜗牛复苏后可能不再取食饵剂。可以看出应用6%的铁离子化合物饵剂在三叶草地上可达到与商品杀螺剂相当的防效。
田间药效试验(二)
试验于2010年9月9日进行,平均气温23.3℃,最高气温25.1℃,最低气温为20.5℃,凌晨降雨,施药于下午进行,此时天气阴;施药翌日降雨量17.2mm,持续时间较长,其它时间以阴天为主,湿度较大。地点:三叶草地。对照药剂为6%四聚乙醛颗粒剂。0浓度为本发明毒饵的空白对照。

表2显示的是铁离子化合物毒饵剂对三叶草地灰巴蜗牛的防治效果。施药1d后,6%四聚乙醛颗粒剂防效为14.36%,显著高于三个浓度的铁离子化合物毒饵剂;药后3d,6%的铁离子化合物毒饵剂的防效为31.36%,略高于商品杀螺剂6%四聚乙醛颗粒剂(29.79%),但差异不显著;药后7d、药后14d,6%和9%铁离子化合物饵剂防效分别为70.12%和75.09%,而四聚乙醛颗粒剂防效皆为65%以下,差异显著。可以看出铁离子化合物持效性较四聚乙醛好,虽然速效性不及四聚乙醛,但最终的防治效果要好于商品杀螺毒饵。
本次的药效试验结果与2009年相比,防效相对较低,14天的最高防效只有76.54%,可能是由于本次试验选择在9月,不同月份中灰巴蜗牛活动能力及取食性存在不同,此外本试验过程中一直有降雨,雨水可能很大程度影响了药剂的药效。

1.一种杀灭陆生有害软体动物的毒饵,其特征在于含有毒剂1~30%、引诱剂0.1~5%、饵料10~85%、粘结剂1~10%、防腐剂0.1~10%、抗氧化剂0.004~0.1%、防误食助剂0.1~1%、填充剂1~30%;
所述毒剂为乙二胺四乙酸铁钠;
所述引诱剂为3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(香兰素)、3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(乙基香兰素)、甲基麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚、香兰香基、环己基氨基磺酸钠(甜蜜素)、天门冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯(甜味素)、乙酰磺胺酸钾(安赛蜜)、Gamma和Delta内酯中的一种或其几种的混合物;
所述饵料为玉米粉、大豆粉、米粉、小麦粉、燕麦粉、马铃薯粉及其它谷物的粉的一种或几种的混合物;
所述粘结剂为淀粉、明胶、琼脂中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸及其钠盐、山梨酸及其钾盐、焦亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钾、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、脱氢乙酸、丙酸钠、丙酸钙中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述抗氧化剂为抗坏血酸、异抗坏血酸、二丁基羟基甲苯、丙基没食子酸、愈创木脂、L-半胱氨酸氢氯化物中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述防误食助剂为红辣椒粉、苋菜红、苋菜红铝色淀、赤藓红、赤藓红铝色淀、焰红染料、玫瑰红、酸性红、酒石黄、酒石黄铝色淀、坚牢绿FCF、坚牢绿FCF铝色淀、亮蓝FCF、亮蓝FCF铝色淀、靛卡红、靛卡红铝色淀、β-胡萝卜素、叶绿素铜中的一种;
所述填充剂为白碳黑、硅藻土、结晶纤维素、高岭土、滑石粉、沸石中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀灭陆生有害软体动物的毒饵,其特征在于所述毒饵的配料及配比为乙二胺四乙酸铁钠6g、引诱剂1g、玉米粉80.3g、琼脂粉2g、山梨酸0.5g、抗坏血酸0.1g、亮蓝0.1g、滑石粉10g;所述引诱剂为3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛、3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛各3份,甲基麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚各1.5份,香兰香基1份。
3.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的杀灭陆生有害软体动物的毒饵的制备方法,其特征是按如下步骤进行:
(1)称量:配方中的各组分过80目筛,然后按比例称取各组分,备用;
(2)琼脂溶化:将琼脂粉加入50ml水,在微波炉中加热至完全溶化,冷却至60℃左右,备用;
(3)混合:将除琼脂外的其它组分混合均匀,用50ml水润湿,再倒入上述琼脂液中,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)造粒:挤压造粒法造粒,60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干,然后切割成3mm长的颗粒或者挤压成片状,在60℃鼓风干燥机烘干或自然条件下阴凉通风处晾干;
(5)包装:防潮包装。
