The case where the identity information of the product is inconsistent may include: the identity information of the product is not inquired, the verification of the signature information in the identity information of the product fails, the unique code information of the product in the identity information of the product is inconsistent, or a plurality of identical product identity information are found, etc.
In addition, in step 504 of the fifth embodiment, if the accessory information of the product already exists in the anti-counterfeiting data management database, the anti-counterfeiting data management device can also send the accessory information of the product to the anti-counterfeiting terminal device together with the authentication result.
In addition, in the fifth embodiment and the sixth embodiment, the anti-counterfeit data management device may further determine whether the accessory information of the product is abnormal, and if so, may send an alarm to the anti-counterfeit terminal device. The case where the auxiliary information is abnormal may include, but is not limited to: and inquiring the accessory information of the product determined by the anti-counterfeiting data management library to indicate that the product is sold, wherein the circulation path or the sales path of the product does not meet the preset reasonable path requirement, for example, the seller of the product is not a designated seller, and the like.
From the above description, it can be seen that the method, system and apparatus provided by the present invention have the following advantages:
1) the product anti-counterfeiting method and the product anti-counterfeiting system provided by the invention thoroughly change the design idea of the traditional anti-counterfeiting mark, abandon complicated manufacturing process and high manufacturing equipment, build identity information for each product by relying on a mathematical method and a cryptography technology, only need to utilize the existing terminal equipment to install functional software, can effectively check counterfeit products under the condition of not increasing additional hardware, effectively prevent the counterfeit products and products of illegal manufacturers from entering the circulation link, reduce the product anti-counterfeiting cost, improve the universality and are suitable for popularization and promotion.
2) In addition, the invention can provide the product circulation information for manufacturers while performing anti-counterfeiting authentication, and helps the manufacturers improve the efficiency of the supply chain.
3) Meanwhile, depending on the technology, a producer can establish a set of identity information manufacturing process of a universal product with a uniform manufacturing process, a supervision process is a very standard system, the difficulty and complexity of anti-counterfeiting management are greatly reduced, and meanwhile, investment is reduced. Also, the management organization can be used for forming a set of real-time monitoring system for reporting and grading the quality of the counterfeit products by means of the set of system. The method is not at all accessible by any product anti-counterfeiting authentication method adopted before.

Claims (26)
1. An anti-counterfeiting method of a product is characterized in that the method is applied to a system comprising an anti-counterfeiting terminal device, an access navigator and an anti-counterfeiting data management device, identity information of the product is stored in an anti-counterfeiting data management database when the product is produced, and the identity information of the product at least comprises product unique code information and signature information; the method comprises the following steps:
the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment reads the identity information of the product and sends the identity information of the product to the access navigator;
when the access navigator receives the identity information of the product, the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address for managing the identity information of the product is determined, and the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address is replied to the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment;
the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment sends the identity information of the product to the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment according to the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address;
the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment inquires the anti-counterfeiting data management database according to the identity information of the product, if the information consistent with the identity information of the product is not found, the product is identified as counterfeit, otherwise, the product is identified as genuine; and returning the identification result to the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting terminal device is: the mobile terminal with the camera shooting or video recording function or the radio frequency identification RFID equipment with the network communication function.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the product unique code information comprises: a unique product serial number; or, at least one of a product attribute code and a producer code is included in addition to the product unique serial number;
the signature information includes: the signature information of the producer is obtained by digitally signing the unique code information of the product by using a secret key of the producer; or, the product unique code information is digitally signed by using a secret key of a third party supervision organization to obtain signature information of the third party supervision organization; or the signature information of the producer obtained by digitally signing the product unique code information by using the secret key of the producer and the signature information of the third party proctoring organization obtained by digitally signing the product unique code information and the signature information of the producer by using the secret key of the third party proctoring organization.
4. The method according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the determining of the anti-counterfeiting data management device address for managing the identity information of the product is specifically: and determining the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address for managing the identity information of the product according to the corresponding relation between the preset unique code information of the product and the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein identifying the product as counterfeit comprises: identity information of the product is not inquired in the anti-counterfeiting data management database; or,
verifying the signature information in the identity information of the product in a failure mode; or,
the unique code information of the products in the anti-counterfeiting data management database is inconsistent; or,
and searching the identity information of a plurality of same products in the anti-counterfeiting data management database.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the accessory information of the product exists in the anti-counterfeiting data management database, and the accessory information of the product comprises circulation information or sales information of the product, the anti-counterfeiting data management device returns the accessory information of the product to the anti-counterfeiting terminal device together with the authentication result when the anti-counterfeiting data management device identifies that the product is a genuine product.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting terminal device further transmits the accessory information of the product to the anti-counterfeiting data management device together with the identity information of the product; the accessory information of the product comprises circulation information or sales information of the product;
and when the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment identifies that the product is a genuine product, the auxiliary information of the product is stored in the anti-counterfeiting data management database.
8. The method of claim 6 or 7, further comprising: and if the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment determines that the accessory information of the product is abnormal, returning the abnormal information and the identification result to the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the presence of an anomaly in the collateral information for the product comprises: the product auxiliary information indicates that the product is sold, or the circulation path or the sales path of the product does not meet the preset reasonable path requirement.
10. An anti-counterfeiting system for a product, the anti-counterfeiting system comprising: the system comprises anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment, an access navigator and anti-counterfeiting data management equipment;
the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment is used for reading the identity information of the product and sending the identity information of the product to the access navigator; according to the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address replied by the access navigator, the identity information of the product is sent to the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment; receiving an authentication result returned by the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment;
the access navigator is used for determining an anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address for managing the identity information of the product when receiving the identity information of the product, and replying the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment address to the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment;
the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment is used for inquiring in an anti-counterfeiting data management database according to the identity information of the product, identifying the product as counterfeit if the information consistent with the identity information of the product is not found, and identifying the product as genuine if the information is not found; returning the identification result to the anti-counterfeiting terminal equipment;
wherein the identity information of the product is stored in the anti-counterfeiting data management database when the product is produced, and the identity information of the product at least comprises product unique code information and signature information.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the anti-counterfeiting terminal device is: the mobile terminal with the camera shooting or video recording function or the radio frequency identification RFID equipment with the network communication function.
12. The system of claim 10, wherein the product unique code information comprises: a unique product serial number; or, at least one of a product attribute code and a producer code is included in addition to the product unique serial number;
the signature information includes: the signature information of the producer is obtained by digitally signing the unique code information of the product by using a secret key of the producer; or, the product unique code information is digitally signed by using a secret key of a third party supervision organization to obtain signature information of the third party supervision organization; or the signature information of the producer obtained by digitally signing the product unique code information by using the secret key of the producer and the signature information of the third party proctoring organization obtained by digitally signing the product unique code information and the signature information of the producer by using the secret key of the third party proctoring organization.
13. The system according to claim 10, 11 or 12, wherein the access navigator determines the anti-counterfeit data management device address for managing the identity information of the product, specifically according to the correspondence between the preset product unique code information and the anti-counterfeit data management device address, when determining the anti-counterfeit data management device address for managing the identity information of the product.
14. The system of claim 10, wherein the anti-counterfeiting data management device is configured to determine if the identity information of the product is not queried in the anti-counterfeiting data management database; or, the verification of the signature information in the identity information of the product fails; or the unique code information of the products in the anti-counterfeiting data management database is inconsistent; or, if the identity information of a plurality of identical products is found in the anti-counterfeiting data management database, the products are identified as counterfeit products.
15. The system according to claim 10, wherein if the accessory information of the product exists in the anti-counterfeiting data management database, and the accessory information of the product includes circulation information or sales information of the product, the anti-counterfeiting data management device is further configured to return the accessory information of the product to the anti-counterfeiting terminal device together with the authentication result when the product is authenticated as genuine.
16. The system of claim 10, wherein the anti-counterfeiting terminal device is further configured to send the accessory information of the product to the anti-counterfeiting data management device together with the identity information of the product; the accessory information of the product comprises circulation information or sales information of the product;
the anti-counterfeiting data management equipment is also used for storing the accessory information of the product in the anti-counterfeiting data management database when the product is identified as a genuine product.
17. The system according to claim 15 or 16, wherein the anti-counterfeiting data management device is further configured to return abnormal information to the anti-counterfeiting terminal device together with the authentication result when it is determined that the accessory information of the product is abnormal.
18. The system of claim 17, wherein the presence of an anomaly in the collateral information for the product comprises: the product auxiliary information indicates that the product is sold, or the circulation path or the sales path of the product does not meet the preset reasonable path requirement.
19. A method of generating identity information for a product, the method comprising:
generating product unique code information for a product;
carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information by using a preset secret key to obtain signature information;
and attaching the identity information of the product consisting of the unique code information of the product and the signature information to the product, and storing the identity information of the product in an anti-counterfeiting data management database.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the product unique code information comprises: a unique product serial number; alternatively, at least one of the product attribute code and the producer code is included in addition to the product unique serial number.
21. The method of claim 19, wherein said digitally signing the product unique code information with the preset key comprises:
carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information by using a secret key of a producer to obtain signature information of the producer; or,
carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information by using a secret key of a third party supervision organization to obtain signature information of the third party supervision organization; or,
and carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information by using a secret key of a producer to obtain signature information of the producer, and carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information and the signature information of the producer by using a secret key of a third party supervising authority to obtain the signature information of the third party supervising authority.
22. The method of claim 19, 20 or 21, wherein the identity information of the product is in the form of: quickly responding to a QR code, other two-dimensional codes and a radio frequency identification RFID code;
the attaching mode comprises the following steps: printing or sticking.
23. An apparatus for generating identity information of a product, the apparatus comprising:
a unique code generating unit for generating product unique code information for a product;
the signature information generating unit is used for digitally signing the product unique code information by using a preset secret key to obtain signature information;
the information attaching unit is used for attaching the identity information of the product consisting of the product unique code information and the signature information to the product;
and the information acquisition and transmission unit is used for storing the identity information of the product to an anti-counterfeiting data management database.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the product unique code information comprises: a unique product serial number; alternatively, at least one of the product attribute code and the producer code is included in addition to the product unique serial number.
25. The apparatus as claimed in claim 23, wherein the signature information generating unit digitally signs the product unique code information with a key of a producer to obtain the signature information of the producer; or,
carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information by using a secret key of a third party supervision organization to obtain signature information of the third party supervision organization; or,
and carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information by using a secret key of a producer to obtain signature information of the producer, and carrying out digital signature on the product unique code information and the signature information of the producer by using a secret key of a third party supervising authority to obtain the signature information of the third party supervising authority.
26. The apparatus of claim 23, 24 or 25, wherein the identity information of the product is in the form of: quickly responding to a QR code, other two-dimensional codes and a radio frequency identification RFID code;
the attaching mode comprises the following steps: printing or sticking.
