Description
本发明涉及用于有效且环境友好地防治动物有害物(animalpest)——例如昆虫和/或不想要的螨虫——的氟虫双酰胺(flubendiamide)和有益物种(beneficial species)的结合物,其包括称为氟虫双酰胺的3-碘-N’-(2-甲磺酰基-1,1-二甲基乙基)-N-{4-[1,2,2,2-四氟-1-(三氟甲基)乙基]-邻甲苯基}邻苯二酰胺和至少一类有益物种。
3-碘-N’-(2-甲磺酰基-1,1-二甲基乙基)-N-{4-[1,2,2,2-四氟-1-(三氟甲基)乙基]-邻甲苯基}邻苯二酰胺(氟虫双酰胺)的杀昆虫和杀螨作用及其作为害虫防治剂的适用性已长期为人所知,并首次记载于EP-A-1006107。还已知氟虫双酰胺的活性可通过将其与其他化学品——例如杀虫剂——结合而提高。例如,EP-A-1380209和WO 2004/034786描述了包括氟虫双酰胺和其他杀虫剂的结合物的增强的活性。通过添加铵盐或鏻盐来提高氟虫双酰胺的杀昆虫和杀螨活性也已经有记载(WO2007/068357)。

目前已发现氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物避免了上述缺点并且还是高效的。

当使用本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物用于防治动物有害物、即作为杀昆虫剂和/或杀螨剂时,氟虫双酰胺的施用率可根据施用类型在相对较宽的范围内变化。在处理植物部位(如叶)时,施用率为0.1至1000g/ha、优选1至500g/ha、特别优选10至300g/ha。当通过浇灌或滴灌施用时,特别是与无土基质结合时,施用率为0.01至50mg/植株、优选0.1至10mg/植株、特别优选0.5至5mg/植株。
在预防性施用中,本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物用于保护植物在处理后的一段时间内免受动物有害物的侵袭。
在治疗性施用中,本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物用于使植物摆脱动物有害物的侵扰。
在本发明结合物的治疗性和预防性施用中,处理生长在无土基质上的一年生或多年生作物植物均是有利的。这里,氟虫双酰胺通过处理栽培基质(cultivation substrate)而有利地施用。以此方式,本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物可简单并有效地使用,且氟虫双酰胺可以更低剂量使用。
对栽培基质施用的含义理解为使氟虫双酰胺与无土基质相接触。其特别地可为通过喷雾、浇水法、侧施(side dressing)、淋喷(showerdrenching)、顶喷(overhead drenching),或通过滴灌,即与灌溉系统结合施用。将活性化合物加入植物根系周围的水相可通过例如漂浮法、箱式法(box method)或稻田法。

制剂中可使用粘合剂,例如:羧甲基纤维素;以及粉末、颗粒或胶乳形式的天然及合成聚合物,如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇及聚乙酸乙烯酯;以及天然磷脂,如脑磷脂和卵磷脂,以及合成磷脂。
可使用着色剂,例如:无机颜料,如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝;以及有机着色剂,如茜素着色剂、偶氮着色剂和金属酞菁着色剂;以及微量营养物质,如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
其它可用的添加剂有香料、任选经改性的矿物油或植物油、蜡和营养物(包括微量营养物),例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
还可存在稳定剂,例如低温稳定剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂或者其它改善化学和/或物理稳定性的试剂。
由市售可得制剂制得的使用形式的活性化合物含量可在较宽范围内变化。总活性化合物浓度或使用形式中各活性化合物的活性化合物浓度在0.000001至97重量%活性化合物范围内、优选在0.0001至80重量%范围内、特别优选在0.001至65重量%并且非常特别优选在0.01至50重量%范围内。
本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物可以其市售可得制剂以及由所述制剂与其它活性化合物混合而制备的使用形式而存在,所述其它活性化合物例如杀昆虫剂、引诱剂、消毒剂、杀细菌剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、杀真菌剂、生长调节物质、除草剂、安全剂、肥料或化学信息物质。
也可与其他已知活性化合物混合,所述其他已知活性化合物例如除草剂、肥料、生长调节剂、安全剂、化学信息物质;或与改进植物特性的试剂混合。
在本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物中,氟虫双酰胺还可以其市售可得制剂以及由所述制剂与增效剂混合制备的使用形式而存在。增效剂是提高活性化合物作用而加入的增强剂本身不必具有活性的化合物。
当用作杀虫剂时,本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物还可以其市售可得制剂以及由所述制剂与抑制剂混合制备的使用形式而存在,所述抑制剂降低活性化合物在使用后于植物环境中、植物部位表面上或植物组织中的降解。
所述化合物以适于使用形式的常规方式使用。
所有植物和植物部位均可依据本发明处理。植物的含义在这里应理解为所有的植物及植物种群,例如需要的和不需要的野生植物或作物植物(包括天然存在的作物植物)。作物植物可以是可通过常规育种和优选法或者通过生物技术和基因工程法或者通过前述方法的结合而获得的植物,包括转基因植物并包括可受或不受品种物权(varietalproperty rights)保护的植物品种。优选处理一年生或多年生作物植物。植物部位的含义应理解为植物所有的地上及地下部位及植物器官,例如芽、叶、花和根,可提及的实例为叶、针叶、茎、干、花、子实体、果实和种子以及根、块茎和根茎。植物部位也包括采收物以及无性与有性繁殖物,例如果实、种子、插枝、块茎、根茎、幼枝、种子、珠芽(bulbil)、扦插条和纤匐枝。
除了上述无土基质的处理之外,根据本发明用氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物对植物及植物部位进行的处理,通过常规处理方法直接进行或者将所述结合物作用于其周围、环境或贮存空间而进行,所述常规处理方法例如浸渍、喷雾、蒸发、弥雾、撒播、涂抹、有益物种的接种或施用、或注射。
在一种优选实施方案中,处理了野生植物物种和植物栽培种或通过常规生物学育种(例如杂交法或原生质体融合法)得到的那些及其部位。在另一种优选实施方案中,处理了由基因工程得到的转基因植物和植物栽培种及其部位,所述基因工程例如反义或共抑制技术、RNA干扰——RNAi——技术,如果合适与常规方法相结合(遗传修饰生物)。术语“部位”或“植物的部位”或“植物部位”在上文已作解释。
特别优选地,根据本发明处理各自市售可得或正在使用中的植物栽培种的植物。植物栽培种的含义理解为具有新特性(“性状”)且已通过常规育种、通过诱变或借助于重组DNA技术得到的植物。作物植物例如可以是可通过常规育种和优选法或者通过生物技术和基因工程法或者通过前述方法的结合而获得的植物,包括转基因植物并包括可受或不可受品种物权保护的植物品种。
因此,本发明的处理方法还可用于处理遗传修饰生物(GMO),例如植物或种子。遗传修饰植物(或转基因植物)为其中异源基因已被稳定地纳入基因组的植物。表述“异源基因”主要表示在植物体之外提供或组装的基因,并且当将其引入核、叶绿体或线粒体基因组时会通过表达感兴趣的蛋白质或多肽或者通过下调或沉默存在于植物内的(一种或多种)其他基因(例如使用反义技术、共抑制技术或RNAi技术[RNA干扰])而赋予转化植物新的或改良的农学或其它特性。位于基因组中的异源基因还称为转基因。由其在植物基因组中的具体位置而定义的转基因,称为转化或转基因株系(transformation ortransgenic event)。
优选根据本发明处理的植物和植物品种包括具有赋予这些植物特别有利、有用的性状的遗传物质的所有植物(通过育种和/或生物技术手段获得)。
还可根据本发明处理的植物和植物品种为对一种或多种非生物胁迫因素具有抗性的那些植物。非生物胁迫条件可包括,例如,干旱、低温曝露、热曝露、渗透胁迫、水涝、提高的土壤含盐量、提高的矿物曝露、臭氧曝露、强光曝露、有限的氮营养素利用度、有限的磷营养素利用度或避荫。
还可根据本发明处理的植物和植物品种是以提高的产率特性为特征的那些植物。所述植物产率的提高可由例如以下因素产生:改良的植物生理、生长和发育,例如用水效率、持水效率、改善的氮利用、提高的碳素同化作用、改良的光合作用、提高的发芽率和加速成熟。产率还可受改良的植物构型(plant architecture)(在胁迫和非胁迫条件下)的影响,所述植物构型包括:提早开花、对杂种种子生产的开花控制、秧苗活力、植株大小、节间数和节间距、根系生长、种子大小、果实大小、荚大小、荚数量或穗的数量、每个荚或穗的种子数量、种子质量、提高的种子饱满度、减少的种子传播、减少的荚开裂和抗倒伏性。其他产率特性包括种子组成(例如碳水化合物含量、蛋白质含量、油含量和油的组成)、营养价值、抗营养化合物的减少、改良的可加工性和更好的储存稳定性。
可根据本发明处理的植物为已经表达出杂种优势(heterosis,hybridvigour)特性的杂种植物,所述杂种优势特性通常使得产率更高、活力更强、更加健康以及对生物和非生物胁迫因素具有更好的抗性。这类植物通常是通过使自交雄性不育亲代系(母本)与另一个自交雄性能育亲代系(父本)杂交而制成的。杂种种子通常采收自雄性不育植株,并卖给种植者。雄性不育植物有时候(例如在玉米中)可通过去雄花穗(即机械去除雄性繁殖器官或雄性花朵)而制备,但是更经常的是,雄性不育性是由植物基因组中的遗传决定因子产生的。该情况下,尤其是当种子为待从杂种植株采收的所需产品时,通常有用的是确保包含负责雄性不育性的遗传决定因子的杂种植物中的雄性能育性完全恢复。这可通过确保父本具有适当的育性恢复基因来实现,该基因能够恢复含有负责雄性不育性的遗传决定因子的杂种植物的雄性能育性。负责雄性不育性的遗传决定因子可位于细胞质中。细胞质雄性不育性(CMS)的实例例如描述于芸苔属种(Brassica species)中(WO 1992/005251、WO1995/009910、WO 1998/27806、WO 2005/002324、WO 2006/021972和US 6,229,072)。然而,负责雄性不育性的遗传决定因子也可位于核基因组中。雄性不育植物也可通过植物生物技术方法例如基因工程而获得。获得雄性不育植物的一种特别有用的方式描述于WO 89/10396中,其中,例如,核糖核酸酶(如芽孢杆菌RNA酶)选择性地表达于雄蕊的绒毡层细胞中。然后能育性可通过核糖核酸酶抑制剂(如芽孢杆菌RNA酶抑制剂)在绒毡层细胞中的表达来恢复(例如WO 1991/002069)。
可根据本发明处理的植物或植物品种(通过植物生物技术方法如基因工程获得)为除草剂耐受性植物,即对一种或多种给定的除草剂耐受的植物。这类植物可通过遗传转化或通过选择含有赋予这种除草剂耐受性的突变的植物而获得。
除草剂耐受性植物有例如草甘膦(glyphosate)耐受性植物,即对草甘膦或其盐类除草剂耐受的植物。例如,草甘膦耐受性植物可通过用编码5-烯醇丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸合酶(EPSPS)的基因转化植物而获得。这种EPSPS基因的实例为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonellatyphimurium)细菌的AroA基因(突变体CT7)(Comai等人,Science(1983),221,370-371)、土壤杆菌属属种(Agrobacterium sp.)细菌的CP4基因(Barry等人,Curr.Topics Plant Physiol.(1992),7,139-145)、编码矮牵牛(petunia)EPSPS的基因(Shah等人,Science(1986),233,478-481)、编码番茄EPSPS的基因(Gasser等人,J.Biol.Chem.(1988),263,4280-4289)或编码蟋蟀草属(Eleusine)EPSPS的基因(WO 2001/66704)。其也可为经突变的EPSPS,例如EP-A 0837944、WO 2000/066746、WO 2000/066747或WO 2002/026995中所述。草甘膦耐受性植物也可通过表达编码草甘膦氧化还原酶的基因而获得,如US 5,776,760和US 5,463,175所述。草甘膦耐受性植物也可通过表达编码草甘膦乙酰转移酶的基因而获得,如例如WO 2002/036782、WO 2003/092360、WO 2005/012515和WO 2007/024782中所述。草甘膦耐受性植物也可通过选择含有天然存在的上述基因的突变的植物而获得,如例如WO 2001/024615或WO 2003/013226中所述。
其它对除草剂具有抗性的植物为,例如对抑制谷氨酰胺合酶的除草剂——如双丙氨膦(bialaphos)、草丁膦(phosphinothricin)或草铵膦(glufosinate)——具有耐受性的植物。这类植物可通过表达解毒除草剂的酶或抵抗抑制作用的谷氨酰胺合酶突变体而获得。一种有效的这类解毒酶是例如编码草丁膦乙酰转移酶的酶(例如来自链霉菌属属种(Streptomyces species)的bar或pat蛋白质)。表达外源草丁膦乙酰转移酶的植物已描述于,例如US 5,561,236、US 5,648,477、US 5,646,024、US 5,273,894、US 5,637,489、US 5,276,268、US 5,739,082、US 5,908,810和US 7,112,665。
其它除草剂耐受性植物还有对抑制羟苯基丙酮酸双加氧酶(HPPD)的除草剂耐受的植物。羟苯基丙酮酸双加氧酶是催化对-羟基苯基丙酮酸(HPP)转化成尿黑酸的反应的酶。根据WO 1996/038567、WO 1999/024585和WO 1999/024586,对HPPD抑制剂耐受的植物可用编码天然存在的抗性HPPD酶的基因、或编码经突变的HPPD酶的基因进行转化。对HPPD抑制剂的耐受性也可通过用编码某些即便天然HPPD酶受HPPD抑制剂的抑制却仍能形成尿黑酸的酶的基因对植物进行转化而获得。这类植物和基因在WO 1999/034008和WO 2002/36787中有描述。植物对HPPD抑制剂的耐受性除了用编码HPPD耐受性酶的基因外,还可通过用编码预苯酸脱氢酶的基因对植物进行转化而改进,如WO 2004/024928中所述。
其他除草剂抗性植物为对乙酰乳酸合酶(ALS)抑制剂具有耐受性的植物。已知的ALS抑制剂包括例如磺酰脲类、咪唑啉酮类、三唑并嘧啶类、嘧啶氧基(硫代)苯甲酸酯类和/或磺酰基氨羰基三唑啉酮除草剂。已知ALS酶(也称为乙酰羟酸合酶,AHAS)的不同突变能赋予对不同除草剂和不同组除草剂的耐受性,例如Tranel和Wright,Weed Science(2002),50,700-712以及US 5,605,011、US 5,378,824、US 5,141,870和US 5,013,659中所述。磺酰脲耐受性植物和咪唑啉酮耐受性植物的生产已描述于US 5,605,011、US 5,013,659、US 5,141,870、US 5,767,361、US 5,731,180、US 5,304,732、US 4,761,373、US 5,331,107、US 5,928,937和US 5,378,824;以及国际公布文本WO 1996/033270。其它的咪唑啉酮耐受性植物还描述于,例如WO 2004/040012、WO 2004/106529、WO 2005/020673、WO 2005/093093、WO 2006/007373、WO 2006/015376、WO 2006/024351和WO 2006/060634。其它磺酰脲和咪唑啉酮耐受性植物还描述于例如WO 2007/024782。
对咪唑啉酮和/或磺酰脲耐受的其它植物可通过诱变、通过在除草剂的存在下对细胞培养的选择、或通过诱变育种而获得,如例如US 5,084,082中对大豆、WO 1997/41218中对稻、US 5,773,702和WO 1999/057965中对甜菜、US 5,198,599中对莴苣或WO 2001/065922中对向日葵所述。
还可根据本发明处理的植物或植物品种(通过植物生物技术方法如基因工程获得)为昆虫抗性转基因植物,即对某些目标昆虫侵袭具有抗性的植物。这类植物可通过遗传转化获得,或通过选择含有赋予这种昆虫抗性的突变的植物而获得。
在本文中,术语“昆虫抗性转基因植物”包括含有至少一种转基因的任何植物,所述转基因包含编码以下物质的编码序列:

当然,本文所用昆虫抗性转基因植物还包括含有编码上述1至8类中任何一项的蛋白的基因的组合的任何植物。在一个实施方案中,昆虫抗性植物含有多于一种的编码上述1至8类中任一项的蛋白的转基因,以扩展所作用的目标昆虫种类的范围;或者通过使用对相同目标昆虫种类具有杀虫活性但具有不同作用方式(例如结合至昆虫的不同受体结合位点)的不同蛋白,延迟昆虫对植物抗性的产生。
还可根据本发明处理的植物或植物品种(通过植物生物技术方法如基因工程获得)对非生物胁迫因素具有耐受性。这类植物可通过遗传转化或通过选择包含赋予这种胁迫抗性的突变的植物而获得。特别有用的胁迫耐受性植物包括以下植物:
a.包含能够降低植物细胞或植物中聚(ADP-核糖)聚合酶(PARP)基因的表达和/或活性的转基因的植物,如WO 2000/004173或EP 04077984.5或EP 06009836.5中所述。
b.包含能够降低植物或植物细胞中PARG编码基因的表达和/或活性的增强胁迫耐受性的转基因的植物,例如WO 2004/090140中所述;
c.含有编码烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸补救生物合成途径(salvage biosynthesis pathway)的植物功能性酶的增强胁迫耐受性的转基因的植物,所述酶包括烟酰胺酶、烟酰酸磷酸核糖基转移酶、烟酸单核苷酸腺苷酸转移酶、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸合成酶或烟酰胺磷酸核糖基转移酶,如例如EP 04077624.7或WO 2006/133827或PCT/EP07/002433中所述。
还可根据本发明处理的植物或植物品种(通过植物生物技术方法如基因工程获得)表现出收获产品的数量、品质和/或贮存稳定性的改变以及/或者收获产品中特定成分性质的改变,例如:

还可根据本发明处理的植物或植物品种(通过植物生物技术方法如基因工程获得)为纤维特性改变了的植物,例如棉花植物。这类植物可通过遗传转化或通过选择含有赋予这种改变的纤维特性的突变的植物而获得,这类植物包括:

f)具有改变的反应活性的纤维(例如通过N-乙酰葡糖胺转移酶基因(包括nodC)以及几丁质合酶基因的表达)的植物,例如棉花植物,如WO 2006/136351中所述。
还可根据本发明处理的植物或植物品种(通过植物生物技术方法如基因工程而获得)为具有改变的油分布(profile)特性的植物,例如油菜或相关的芸苔属植物。这类植物可通过遗传转化或通过选择含有赋予这种改变的油特性的突变的植物而获得,这类植物包括:
a)产生具有高油酸含量的油的植物,例如油菜植物,如例如US 5,969,169、US 5,840,946或US 6,323,392或US 6,063,947中所述;
b)产生具有低亚麻酸含量的油的植物,例如油菜植物,如US 6,270,828、US 6,169,190或US 5,965,755中所述;
c)产生具有低水平的饱和脂肪酸的油的植物,例如油菜植物,如例如US 5,434,283中所述。

氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物还适用于防治在家庭领域、卫生以及贮存产品保护中的动物有害物,特别是昆虫、蛛形纲动物及螨类,其发现于封闭空间内,所述封闭空间例如住所、工厂车间、办公室、交通工具舱室等。它们对于敏感和抗性的物种及全部发育阶段具有活性。这些有害物包括:

氟虫双酰胺可施用于气雾剂、无压喷雾产品,例如泵喷雾及雾化器喷雾剂、自动弥雾系统、雾化剂、泡沫剂、凝胶剂中;用于具有由纤维素或塑料制成的蒸发剂片、液态蒸发剂、凝胶和膜蒸发剂的蒸发器产品、推进器驱动的蒸发器,无动力或无源(passive)蒸发系统;用于捕蛾纸、捕蛾袋和捕蛾胶中;作为颗粒剂或粉末剂、用于抛撒的饵料中或毒饵站(bait station)中。
用于作物保护的制剂实例在以下给出,氟虫双酰胺的使用不限于这些制剂。
a)粉剂通过混合10重量份的氟虫双酰胺和90重量份的作为惰性物质的滑石并将该混合物在锤式打磨机中粉碎而得到。
b)易分散于水中的可湿性粉剂通过混合25重量份的氟虫双酰胺、64重量份的作为惰性物质的包含高岭土的石英、10重量份的木素磺化钾以及1重量份的作为润湿剂和分散剂的油酰甲基牛磺酸钠并将该混合物在针式盘磨机(pinned-disc mill)中研磨而得到。
c)易分散于水的分散浓缩剂(dispersion concentrate)通过混合20重量份的氟虫双酰胺与6重量份的烷基酚聚乙二醇醚(X 207)、3重量份的异十三醇聚乙二醇醚(8EO)和71重量份的石蜡矿物油(沸程例如约255至277℃以上)并将该混合物在球磨机中研磨至细度小于5微米而得到。
d)乳油由15重量份的氟虫双酰胺、75重量份的作为溶剂的环己烷和10重量份的作为乳化剂的氧乙基化壬基酚得到。
e)水分散性颗粒剂通过混合75重量份的氟虫双酰胺、10重量份的木素磺化钙、5重量份的十二烷基硫酸钠、3重量份的聚乙烯醇和7重量份的高岭土,将该混合物在在针式盘磨机中研磨并将粉末在流化床中通过喷雾上作为颗粒化液体的水而颗粒化而得到。
f)水分散性颗粒剂还可通过在胶体磨中均化并预粉碎25重量份的氟虫双酰胺、5重量份的2,2’-二萘基甲烷-6,6’-二磺酸钠、2重量份的油酰甲基牛磺酸钠、1重量份的聚乙烯醇、17重量份的碳酸钙和50重量份的水,随后将该混合物在玻珠研磨机中研磨并将所生成的悬浮液在喷雾塔中通过单物质喷嘴(single-substance nozzle)雾化和干燥而得到。
本发明的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种结合物的良好杀昆虫和杀螨作用由以下实施例可见。尽管单个活性化合物或有益物种表现出的作用较弱,但结合物表现出的作用超过各作用的简单加和。
当氟虫双酰胺和有益物种结合物的作用超过活性化合物或有益物种单独施用时的作用总和时,杀昆虫剂和杀菌剂的协同效应总是存在。
给定的两种活性化合物的结合物的预期作用可使用S.R.Colby,Weeds 15(1967),20-22的公式如下计算:
如果
x是当活性化合物A以mg/ha、m mg ai/植株的施用率或m ppm浓度使用时,以未经处理的对照组的%表示的杀灭率,
Y是当有益物种以n动物或n单位施用率使用时,以未经处理的对照组的%表示的杀灭率,且
E是当活性化合物A和有益物种B以m ppm、m mg ai/植株或g/ha和n动物或单位施用率使用时,以未经处理的对照组的%表示的杀灭率,
则
如果实际的杀昆虫或杀螨的杀灭率超过计算值,则该结合物的杀灭率具有超加和性,即存在协同效应。在这种情况下,实际观察到的杀灭率必定会超过使用上式计算的预期杀灭率(E)的值。
本发明通过以下实施例作更详细的示例说明,但不限于此。
实施例A
桃蚜试验(浇灌施用)
溶剂:7重量份二甲基甲酰胺
乳化剂:2重量份烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚
为制备适合的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,并将该浓液用含乳化剂的水稀释至所需浓度。
将受到桃蚜(Myzus persicae)严重侵扰的甘蓝(Brassica oleracea)植株用所需浓度的活性化合物制剂进行浇水处理。
施用后,以指定量加入捕食性蝽(Macrolophus caliginosus)。经过所需时间段后,确定害虫杀灭率,以%计。100%表示所有蚜虫被杀灭;0%表示无蚜虫被杀灭。
将确定的杀灭率代入Colby公式(见上文)。
在本试验中,以下氟虫双酰胺和捕食性蝽的结合物与单独施用的组分相比表现出协同增强的活性;然而,本专利申请不限于该结合物。

小菜蛾试验(在岩棉上浇灌施用)

为制备适合的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,并将该浓液用水稀释至所需浓度。
对甘蓝(Brassica oleracea)植株用所需浓度的活性化合物制剂进行浇水并用小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)幼虫进行侵染。
经过所需时间段后,确定害虫杀灭率,以%计。100%表示所有毛虫被杀死;0%表示无毛虫被杀死。在本试验中,施用于无土基质的氟虫双酰胺表现出令人惊奇地良好内吸性药效。

Claims (10)
1.氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物,其包括氟虫双酰胺和至少一种选自以下的有益物种:捕食性螨、线虫、真菌、细菌或病毒品系以及选自蜘蛛目或亚目、螨目或亚目、革翅目或亚目、膜翅目或其亚目、鞘翅目或亚目、脉翅目或亚目、缨翅目或亚目、异翅目或亚目、双翅目或亚目、半翅目或亚目、革翅目或亚目和/或寄螨目或其亚目及草蛉亚目的昆虫或蛛形纲动物。
2.权利要求1的结合物,其中所述至少一种有益物种选自捕食性螨、线虫、异翅目、草蛉亚目、膜翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目。
3.如权利要求1或2中限定的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物用于防治一年生或多年生作物上动物有害物的用途。
4.权利要求3的用途,其中所述一年生或多年生作物选自棉花、梨果、核果、坚果、玉米、稻和大豆。
5.权利要求3或4的用途,其中所述一年生或多年生作物为温室作物并且/或者栽培于无土基质上。
6.权利要求5的用途,其中所述无土基质选自泥炭藓、椰子纤维、岩棉、浮石、膨胀粘土、粘土颗粒、膨胀塑料、蛭石、珍珠岩、人造土或其结合物。
7.防治动物有害物的方法,其特征在于将权利要求1或2中限定的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物在不同时间和/或位置作用于动物有害物。
8.权利要求7的方法,其中使氟虫双酰胺与栽培基质接触并将有益物种施用于一年生或多年生作物植物上。
9.权利要求1或2的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物用于减少每个种植季的施用次数的用途。
10.权利要求1或2的氟虫双酰胺和有益物种的结合物用于减少杀昆虫剂和/或杀螨剂在采收物上和环境中的总残留量的用途。
