技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料罐,其具备:积存燃料的第一积存部及第二积存部;跨所述第一积存部及所述第二积存部配置,通过负压产生部来移送所述燃料的虹吸管;与所述虹吸管的至少一方的开放端连接的燃料导入构件。
背景技术
为了向内燃发动机供给燃料,而使用燃料罐。例如,在4WD(四轮驱动)车或FR(发动机前置·后轮驱动)车中,为了避开通过中心的传动轴,而采用一种罐底部的车宽方向中央向上方凹陷的所谓鞍型燃料罐。
鞍型燃料罐通常被划分成积存燃料的第一积存部及第二积存部,并且在所述第一积存部及所述第二积存部分别安装有燃料汲取用系统。因此,与2WD(二轮驱动)车相比,需要两台的燃料汲取用系统,从而存在成本高涨且大型化这样的问题。
因此,例如已知有日本特开平10-61515号公报所公开的燃料罐水平均衡装置。如图11所示,该装置具备具有两个分割划分部1a、1b的燃料罐1,通过虹吸管2将所述分割划分部1a、1b内的燃料水平保持为相等。
在分割划分部1b配设有燃料泵模块3,并且在所述燃料泵模块3的出口设有旁通压力调节器4。在该调节器4的出口连结有导管5,通过所述导管5向喷射泵6的喷嘴6a供给液体燃料。喷射泵6通过向喷嘴6a供给的液体燃料而动作,从虹吸管2的各燃料抽吸部2a、2b通过所述虹吸管2内而移送燃料。
由此,能够通过虹吸管2将分割划分部1a、1b内的燃料水平保持为相等,并且能够利用一个燃料水平传感器7来监视车辆内的整体燃料水平。
在上述的燃料罐1中,虽然未图示,但各燃料抽吸部2a、2b具备流量阀组装体,所述组装体由过滤器和隔膜来驱动。过滤器由具有细孔的柔 性的材料构成,并且在湿润状态下通过液体燃料的毛细管作用来阻止空气的流动。因此,在各燃料抽吸部的入口没有液体燃料时,通过过滤器的液体毛细管进行密封,来阻止空气流动。
然而,在上述的燃料罐1中,具备具有细孔的过滤器、隔膜等驱动部,并且具备流量阀组装体,从而结构部件多且结构复杂。因此,除了成本高涨之外,还存在生产率及耐久可靠性下降这样的问题。而且,燃料由于通过具有细孔的过滤器,因此压损增大,虹吸移送速度下降,并且可能会发生尘埃引起的孔眼堵塞或破损等。
此外,上述的燃料罐1的过滤器是液体过滤器结构,因此当所述过滤器不在湿润状态下而在干燥状态下时,无法得到密封功能。由此,无法阻止空气流动,从而存在无法得到稳定的虹吸效果这样的问题。例如,仅分割划分部1a存在燃料时,虹吸效果不起作用,无法使分割划分部1a、1b的液面均等。
发明内容
本发明用于解决此种问题,其目的在于提供一种能够通过简单且经济的结构得到所希望的虹吸效果,并有效地使用罐内的燃料的燃料罐。
本发明涉及一种燃料罐,其具备:积存燃料的第一积存部及第二积存部;跨所述第一积存部及所述第二积存部配置,通过负压产生部来移送所述燃料的虹吸管;与所述虹吸管的至少一方的开放端连接的燃料导入构件。
在该燃料罐中,燃料导入构件设有:用于从罐内向虹吸管以及从所述虹吸管向所述罐内导入燃料的开口部;在气体氛围中通过来自所述虹吸管的液压进行变位,而能够打开所述开口部的盖部;由于所述罐内的燃料液面的上升而在所述燃料中浮起,使所述盖部变位,从而使所述开口部打开的浮动构件。
在本发明中,当罐内为气层(气体氛围)时,若虹吸管成为液层(液体氛围),则在来自所述虹吸管的液压的作用下,盖部进行变位而打开开口部。因此,不会受到浮动构件的尺寸(重量)的影响,而在气体氛围中能够可靠地使开口部打开,能够从虹吸管向罐内良好地导入燃料。
而且,浮动构件由于罐内的燃料液面的上升而在燃料中浮起,使盖部变位,从而能够使开口部打开。因此,即使发生因供油等引起的急剧的燃料液面的上升,也能够利用浮动构件的浮力使盖部变位,而可靠地使开口部打开。由此,能顺利地完成燃料从罐内向虹吸管的导入。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的第一实施方式涉及的燃料罐10构成鞍型燃料罐,搭载于未图示的车辆。在燃料罐10的车宽方向(箭头A方向)大致中央底部设有向上方弯曲的鞍部14,通过该鞍部14来形成主罐部(第一积存部)16及副罐部(第二积存部)18。
在主罐部16配置有燃料泵模块20。构成该燃料泵模块20的燃料泵22具备汲取用喷射泵24,且在出口侧连接有压力调节器26,其中该汲取用喷射泵24具有在主罐部16的内表面16a的底部开口的燃料吸引口24a。
压力调节器26经由燃料配管28向未图示的发动机供给燃料F,且设 有吸入用分支配管30。在分支配管30的前端(下端)设有作为负压产生部的吸入用喷射泵32。
在燃料罐10内,跨主罐部16及副罐部18的各内表面16a、18a的各底部而配置有虹吸管34。在虹吸管34的上部侧中途设有三向接头36,在所述三向接头36设有具备逆流防止阀38的吸引用连接部36a。吸入用管路40的一端与该连接部36a连接,并且所述吸入用管路40的另一端与吸入用喷射泵32的吸引侧(负压侧)连接。
在虹吸管34的主罐部16侧的开放端34a连接有燃料导入构件42a。如图2~图4所示,燃料导入构件42a具有:配置在承受板44上的基台部46;朝向铅垂上方而一体成形在所述基台部46的一端部上的接头部48。在接头部48连接虹吸管34的开放端34a。
在基台部46的上表面46a形成有圆形形状的开口部50。开口部50用于从燃料罐10内(主罐部16内)向虹吸管34导入燃料F以及从所述虹吸管34向所述燃料罐10内(主罐部16内)导入燃料F。
在燃料导入构件42a内形成有大致L字状的通路52。在构成该通路52的内壁面且在开口部50与虹吸管34的开放端34a之间设有用于顺畅地引导燃料F的锥状引导面54a、54b及54c。
开口部50通过盖部56进行开闭,并且所述盖部56在主罐部16内的气体氛围中通过来自虹吸管34的液压而进行变位,从而能够将开口部50打开。盖部56具有一对臂部58,一对所述臂部58的端部经由支轴60而被一对支承部62支承为摆动自如,其中这一对支承部62形成在基台部46的上表面46a上。
在支轴60上支承有位于一对臂部58之间的摆动构件64。在摆动构件64一体成形有臂部66,该臂部66配置在臂部58的下方,并沿着与所述臂部58交叉的方向延伸,并且在所述臂部66的两端形成有向上方鼓出的插入部68。插入部68插入到浮动构件70的孔部72,从而将所述浮动构件70安装于摆动构件64。
浮动构件70具有大致U字状,在中央侧设有凹部74,并且在所述凹部74配置有能够摆动的盖部56。当盖部56独立摆动而打开开口部50时,凹部74构成用于从所述开口部50向主罐部16导入燃料F的开口。浮动 构件70具有比盖部56大的浮力,由于燃料罐10内的液面Fs的上升而在燃料F中浮起,从而以支轴60为支点向上方摆动。
通过摆动构件64的臂部66和盖部56的臂部58构成卡合机构76。当浮动构件70摆动时,臂部66与臂部58抵接,使盖部56与所述浮动构件70一体地向上方摆动,从而该卡合机构76具有将开口部50打开的功能。
如图1所示,在虹吸管34的副罐部18侧的开放端34b连接有燃料导入构件42b。燃料导入构件42b与上述的燃料导入构件42a同样地构成,对同一结构要素标注同一参照符号,而省略其详细说明(参照图2~图4)。而且,也可以仅使用燃料导入构件42a、42b中的至少任一方。
在燃料泵模块20设有用于对积存在主罐部16中的燃料F的液面Fs的位置进行检测的浮子80。
以下,说明如此构成的燃料罐10的动作。
当对构成燃料泵模块20的燃料泵22进行驱动时,积存在主罐部16中的燃料F在汲取用喷射泵24的作用下被从燃料吸引口24a移送(吸引)。
燃料F从压力调节器26经由燃料配管28向发动机供给,另一方面,经由分支配管30向吸入用喷射泵32供给,从而在吸入用管路40产生负压。吸入用管路40经由三向接头36与虹吸管34连通,从而燃料F被该虹吸管34内吸引。
虹吸管34中,例如一方的开放端34a配置在积存于主罐部16中的燃料F内,并且另一方的开放端34b配置在没有燃料F的副罐部18,被盖部56闭塞(参照图5)。
因此,当在吸入用喷射泵32的作用下,燃料F被虹吸管34内吸引时,通过燃料导入构件42a的开口部50及通路52而从所述虹吸管34的一方的开放端34a吸起的该燃料F被向所述虹吸管34的另一方的开放端34b侧移送。
在开放端34b连接有燃料导入构件42b,配置有所述燃料导入构件42b的副罐部18内成为气层(气体氛围)。因此,浮力大即重量大的浮动构件70抵抗来自虹吸管34的液压而维持在开口部闭塞位置。
另一方面,比浮动构件70轻量的盖部56在来自虹吸管34的液压的作用下以支轴60为支点而向铅垂上方独立地(与浮动构件70独立地)摆动。因此,开口部50打开,主罐部16侧的燃料F从虹吸管34经由所述开口部50被向副罐部18侧输送。由此,发挥虹吸管34产生的虹吸功能。
此时,浮动构件70被维持在闭塞位置,但在所述浮动构件70上形成有凹部74,来避开盖部56及开口部50。因此,燃料F被从开口部50经由凹部74向副罐部18顺畅地导入。如上所述,通过虹吸管34的虹吸功能,而主罐部16内的燃料F及被移送到副罐部18的燃料F的各液面Fs配置在相同高度位置。
然而,向燃料罐10内进行供油时,例如,当向主罐部16内供给燃料F而引起液面Fs的急剧上升时,浮力大的浮动构件70由于所述液面Fs的上升而在燃料F中浮起,从而以支轴60为支点向上方摆动。
因此,在摆动构件64上设置的臂部66与盖部56的一对臂部58抵接,使所述臂部58向上方摆动。即,盖部56通过卡合机构76而与浮动构件70一体地向上方进行摆动变位(参照图6)。由此,开口部50打开,能够从主罐部16经由虹吸管34向副罐部18导入燃料F。
这种情况下,在第一实施方式中,如图5所示,在副罐部18内为气层(气体氛围)时,若虹吸管34成为液层(液体氛围),则在来自所述虹吸管34的液压的作用下,盖部56独立地进行变位,从而将开口部50打开。因此,能得到如下的效果,即,不会受到浮动构件70的尺寸(重量)的影响,而在气体氛围中能够可靠地使开口部50打开,从而能够从虹吸管34向副罐部18内良好地导入燃料F。
另一方面,例如当由于主罐部16内的液面Fs的上升,浮动构件70在燃料F中浮起而进行摆动时,通过卡合机构76使盖部56进行摆动变位,从而使开口部50打开。而且,如上所述,该浮动构件70自身的重量不会影响盖部56的开闭,从而浮动构件70可以设定成大的形状,来得到充分的浮力。
因此,即使由于因供油等引起的急剧的液面Fs的上升而对盖部56产生大的水压的情况下,也可以利用浮动构件70的浮力来使所述盖部56摆动,从而能够可靠地使开口部50打开。由此,能顺利地实现燃料从主罐部16内向虹吸管34的导入。
而且,在燃料导入构件42a、42b中,如图4所示,在构成通路52的内壁面且在开口部50与虹吸管34之间设有用于引导燃料F的锥状引导面54a~54c。因此,能够使燃料F沿着弯曲的通路52顺畅且可靠地流通,从而具有更加有效地完成燃料的导入作业这一优点。
而且,燃料导入构件42a设置在主罐部16的底部,从而使积存在所述主罐部16内的燃料F不会多量残留而能够良好地进行虹吸。
尤其是在第一实施方式中,在主罐部16配置有燃料导入构件42a,另一方面,在副罐部18配置有燃料导入构件42b。由此,具有能够从主罐部16及副罐部18这双方有效地实现残留的燃料F的虹吸作用这样的优点。
图7是本发明的第二实施方式涉及的构成燃料罐的燃料导入构件90a、90b的简要立体说明图。
需要说明的是,对与第一实施方式涉及的燃料罐10相同的结构要素标注相同的参照符号,并省略其详细的说明。而且,在以下说明的第三实施方式中,也同样地省略其详细的说明。
如图7及图8所示,插入部94向上方鼓出而形成在构成燃料导入构件90a、90b的盖部92的圆盘状的中央部,在所述插入部94安装有辅助浮动构件96。辅助浮动构件96比浮动构件70轻量,在气体氛围中通过来自虹吸管34的液压而与盖部92一体摆动,从而使开口部50打开,另一方面,辅助浮动构件96设定成对于水压(液体氛围)能发挥充分的浮力。
浮动构件70安装于摆动构件98,并且在所述摆动构件98和盖部92构成有卡合机构100。卡合机构100具有:棒体102,其与支轴60平行地设置于盖部92;按压部104,其设置于摆动构件98,当该摆动构件98摆动到规定的角度时,与所述棒体102卡合而使所述盖部92摆动。
在如此构成的第二实施方式中,能得到与上述的第一实施方式同样的效果。
图9是本发明的第三实施方式涉及的构成燃料罐的燃料导入构件110a、110b的简要立体说明图。
如图9及图10所示,构成燃料导入构件110a、110b的浮动构件112在高度方向上具有大的尺寸,并且在内部形成有凹部114。该凹部114设定为将盖部92收容成能够在规定的角度范围内摆动的尺寸。
在如此构成的第三实施方式中,能得到与上述的第一及第二实施方式 同样的效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种燃料罐,其具备:
积存燃料的主罐部(16)及积存所述燃料的副罐部(18);
跨所述主罐部(16)及所述副罐部(18)配置,通过负压产生部(32)来移送所述燃料的虹吸管(34);
与所述虹吸管(34)的至少一方的开放端(34a)连接的燃料导入构件(42a),
所述燃料罐(10)的特征在于,
所述燃料导入构件(42a)设有:
用于从所述主罐部(16)或所述副罐部(18)内向所述虹吸管(34)以及从所述虹吸管(34)向所述主罐部(16)或所述副罐部(18)内导入所述燃料的开口部(50);
在所述主罐部(16)内或所述副罐部(18)内为气层时,通过来自所述虹吸管(34)的液压进行变位,而能够打开气层侧的所述开口部(50)的盖部(56);
由于所述主罐部(16)或所述副罐部(18)内的燃料液面的上升而在所述燃料中浮起,使所述盖部(56)变位,从而使所述开口部(50)打开的浮动构件(70),
所述浮动构件(70)的底部位于至少比所述开口部(50)低的位置,
所述浮动构件(70)具有使所述盖部(56)单独地变位而向所述主罐部(16)内或所述副罐部(18)内导入所述燃料用的凹部(74),
所述盖部(56)与所述浮动构件(70)独立地变位而使所述开口部(50)开闭自如,且所述浮动构件(70)向上方变位时,所述盖部(56)也向上方变位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料罐,其特征在于,
所述浮动构件(70)具有在所述盖部(56)独立地变位而将所述开口部(50)打开时用于从所述开口部(50)向所述主罐部(16)内或所述副罐部(18)内导入所述燃料的凹部(74)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃料罐,其特征在于,
所述盖部(56)及所述浮动构件(70)分别构成为能够以支轴(60)为支点而独立地摆动,并且,
所述燃料罐具备在所述浮动构件(70)摆动时使所述盖部(56)一体地摆动的卡合机构(76)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃料罐,其特征在于,
所述盖部(92)设有比所述浮动构件(70)轻量的辅助浮动构件(96)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃料罐,其特征在于,
在所述燃料导入构件(42a)的内壁面且在所述开口部(50)与所述虹吸管(34)之间设有用于引导所述燃料的锥状引导面(54a~54c)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃料罐,其特征在于,
所述燃料导入构件(42a)至少设置在所述主罐部(16)或所述副罐部(18)中的一方的底部。
