The invention discloses a novel tunnel type microwave drying method and device used in the textile dyeing and finishing industry. The method of tunnel microwave drying yarn is to place the yarn to be dried in a tunnel microwave dryer for drying. During the drying process, the temperature and humidity values in the dryer box are dynamically detected online. The yarn continuous tunnel microwave drying device mainly includes a transmission system, a microwave suppression zone, a resonant cavity, a support frame, a moisture and heat removal system and a control system. Compared with the existing drying equipment, the present invention has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, low cost, and high degree of automation, and solves the problems of low productivity, poor drying quality, high maintenance cost, and high energy consumption of the existing drying equipment. The yarn continuous tunnel type microwave drying method and device of the present invention are mainly used for drying bobbin yarn rolls in the dyeing and finishing industry.
