本发明属于畜禽早期饲养管理的技术领域,涉及一种犊牛生长的日粮配方,特别是涉及一种能明显促进中国黄牛犊牛生长发育的日粮配方。
背景技术
黄牛的生长发育是通过细胞增殖与细胞增大以及细胞外液的增加而实现的。黄牛生长发育最快的阶段是出生后2月龄内,如此迅速增长主要靠优质乳汁供给营养,所需的粗蛋白质应基本上是真蛋白质,其消化率应达到94%以上。犊牛肌肉组织的生长主要集中于8月龄前,如初生至8月龄肌肉组织的生长系数为53;8~12月龄为1.7;到1.5岁时降为1.2。肌肉的生长在出生后主要是肌肉纤维体积的增大,并随着年龄的增长,肉的纹理变粗,故老龄牛肉质粗硬。脂肪的比例在初生时占胴体的90%。1岁以内仍增加不多,以后逐渐增加,年龄越大则脂肪的百分率越高。因此,提高黄牛经济效益主要表现在日增重方面,充分利用黄牛的生长规律,根据黄牛在不同的生长阶段的生长特点,配制和饲喂不同营养水平和类型的日粮,使其在规定的年龄内达到屠宰体重,这是生产优质、高档牛肉的重要因素。
刚出生犊牛瘤胃在生理和代谢功能上均未发育完全,瘤胃不具有成年动物器官高度角质化程度。瘤胃的发育可分为瘤胃容量的增加和瘤胃绒毛的生长,初生犊牛瘤胃体积约占四个胃的1/3,以后随着消化功能的完善最终瘤胃约占四个胃总体积的4/5。瘤胃容积的增加并不能刺激瘤胃绒毛的生长,只有当瘤胃发酵发生才能促进瘤胃上皮的发育,说明刺激瘤胃绒毛正常发育需要短链脂肪酸的存在。犊牛断奶前肠道的发育主要受到初乳和常乳中生长因子的作用。断奶后瘤胃发育过程和小肠发育变化主要受到日粮能量采食量和日粮能量浓度的影响。肠道随着代谢能采食量显著变化,并受营养水平高度影响。使用等能代料和颗粒料的研究表明日粮的物理形态对小肠发育的影响不大。
犊牛的饲料主要有三种,即全乳、代乳料(粉)和以谷物为主的精料。但是在饲喂犊牛时,往往并不是一直都只用一种饲料饲喂。生产特殊饲喂的犊牛主要是用全乳或代乳料饲喂,一般代乳料中包含了几乎所有的乳蛋白,并添加维生素和矿物质以保证营养平衡;但犊牛常常还需要提供饮水和谷物等固体饲料。非特殊饲喂的(谷物饲喂的)犊牛在前6~8时也需要吃奶或代乳料,其间还也需要饮水和干草等;6~8周以后,犊牛即可用以玉米为主谷物饲料饲喂。
目前,国内有关家畜代乳料的研究十分活跃,成果也时有报导,这些成果在促进畜牧业朝“两高一优”方面发展起到了积极的推动作用。Follenweider和Metz等1991年认为胴体肉色的深浅是衡量肉品品质的重要指标,胴体上的色素沉积受到牛品种、年龄以及日粮等诸多因素的影响。为了使生产出的小牛肉颜色苍白,生产者则严格控制日粮种固体饲料(纤维素)和铁的摄入,于是就用铁含量很低的牛奶或奶粉或其他代乳品饲喂,而且犊牛圈中不铺放任何垫草和铺垫物,甚至牛圈的围栏均用非铁质器材围成。但是,仅用全乳饲喂而引起的铁的严重缺乏,不仅造成牛的贫血,加之饲料单一、耗氧量降低,抗病力降低等则会出现生长速度严重低下。铁是催化机体氧化作用的多种酶的组成部分或重要辅基,Robyh等1993年研究证实铁缺乏的犊牛其相关酶的活性降低,于是体内的无氧酵解和乳糖循环加剧,使得能量消耗增加,铁缺乏组犊牛的末体重和平均日增重均显著低于铁充足组,而且铁缺乏组犊牛对胰岛素的敏感性升高。G.A.J.Miltenburg等1992年研究了育肥前7周饲料中铁含量对肉色的影响,发现屠宰后肌肉中铁和色素含量受育肥前7周代乳品中铁含量的影响较大。在传统的饲养方式下,在犊牛的整个长达6个月的育肥期,犊牛仅用代乳料为基础的液体饲料饲喂,而不饲喂任何固体物质,这样对犊牛的影响很大。仅饲喂代乳品不仅影响瘤胃的生理发育,而且也抑制了咀嚼和反刍这些饲喂固体饲料犊牛的正常行为的形成。而且,这种仅饲喂液体饲料的犊牛瘤胃内常形成毛球,会影响犊牛的消化活动。在小牛肉生产中也常见因瘤胃乳头过度角化而影响其消化的。但是这饲养方式允许小牛肉成苍白色,而苍白色是消费者和市场专家评价小牛肉的主要指标。欧洲理事会出于动物福利考虑,颁布了一个97/2/EC规范,规定了8~20周龄的犊牛日粮中纤维素性饲料的最小供给量,但其中对于纤维素性饲料的没有特殊规定。G.Cozzi等2002年就比较了补饲两种不同的纤维性饲料——甜菜渣和麦秸对小牛肉犊牛生产性能、瘤胃发育以及胴体和肉质的影响,发现补饲甜菜渣组的犊牛的日增中极显著增加(P<0.01),补饲固体饲料的犊牛健康状况也要优于仅饲喂代乳品组;而且,G.Cozz等认为肉色与饲料中铁含量没有直接关系,而是取决于动物对饲料中铁的利用能力。粗饲料的供应情况对犊牛的行为和福利都有很大的影响。根据Koojiman等1991年的研究可知,在饲养过程中让犊牛自由采食干草可以减少犊牛的舔癖,但是玉米青贮方面的功效则较小。然而,如果粗饲料中纤维含量太高,如秸秆,则往往能使犊牛的皱胃创伤。如果犊牛的日粮种缺乏足够的粗饲料,往往会造成慢性的应激。S.Mattiello等2002年的研究了仅饲喂代乳料、代乳料+麦秸和代乳料+甜菜渣三种饲喂条件下犊牛的行为和生理变化,结果表明,粗饲料对犊牛养成安全的行为习惯有重要作用。J.N.Kaufhold等2000年研究了饲喂频率对进食后体内代谢和激素水平的影响,发现16h内饲喂6次以上和每天仅饲喂两次这两种饲喂频率下采食量和日增重差异不显著,但是两组的代谢和内分泌水平差异显著。全乳饲喂和代乳品饲喂方式下,全液体饲料的饲喂也会给犊牛造成一系列的消化问题。Wiepkma等1987年发现,只饲喂牛乳而不饲喂粗饲料会抑制瘤胃发育。Cozzi等2002年研究并比较了饲喂液体+干草、液体饲料+甜菜渣和仅喂代乳料犊牛的发育情况,发现干草可促进瘤胃的发育,而甜菜渣能促进网胃的发育,均比饲喂代乳料组效果好。Morisse等在1999年和2000年指出饲喂颗粒饲料也能促进犊牛瘤胃的发育。Di Giancamillo等2003年发现饲喂固体饲料的牛大部分时间采食饲料和反刍,而至饲喂液体饲料的犊牛则多数时间在添舐他可以接触到的任何物品。Welchman和Baust 1987年发现饲喂代乳料会使犊牛幽门部形成病状隆起。Wipkema等1987年对60头单笼饲养的犊牛的研究发现,约2/3的犊牛皱胃壁上出现了可视创伤。
在国际奶牛业发达的国家和地区,多用代乳料和开食料组合对犊牛实施早期断奶。在我国利用开食料对犊牛进行早期断奶已经取得成功,并为广大奶牛场所采用。而代乳料却迟迟未能得到应用,主要原因是养殖户对用代乳料培育犊牛认识不足。然而,随着我国奶牛业集约化生产,牛场生产、管理水平的提高及人民对优质牛肉需求量的持续增长,这就需要开发经济适用的代乳料来喂犊牛。另外,中国黄牛约存栏1亿多头,但都存在产奶量低的问题,甚至难以满足犊牛的需要。因此,开发犊牛代乳料研究,无疑具有很强的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明根据犊牛营养需要和自身代谢情况,在不断研究改进代乳料配方的基础上,研制出适于中国黄牛犊牛生长发育的代乳料,该代乳料能够明显提高犊牛的生长发育速度。
实现上述目的的一种技术解决方案是:一种犊牛代乳料,其特征在于,该代乳料由全脂奶粉、大豆浓缩蛋白粉、玉米蛋白粉、干乳清粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、油脂、磷酸氢钙、石粉、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、食盐、乳化剂、香味剂、预混料组成,其中预混料由玉米、小麦、玉米、酒精糟、小麦麸、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、米糠、葵花粕、石粉、磷酸氢钙、锡、食盐、多微组成。

本发明的代乳料已应用于秦川牛等中国黄牛群体中,在犊牛时期,通过应用代乳料使其体重、体高、体长、胸围、胸深、腰角宽等生长发育指标均显著提高,取得了明显的促进生长,提高发育的效果。

实验和应用:
(1)实验牛选择及分组
本实验犊牛选择西安大农畜牧科技技术有限公司秦川牛养殖基地初生重25kg左右个体大小一致的秦川牛10~20日龄犊牛36头,随机分为3组,分别为全乳组、精料组、代乳料组,每组12头。
(2)饲养管理
犊牛出生后采取单栏饲养,各组奶公犊统一饲喂常乳5日。5日后,全乳组试验全期饲喂全乳,并补充部分精料;精料组以牛乳为基础饲喂购置陕西正大公司的犊牛精料;代乳组用配制的代乳料饲喂。三个组日喂代乳料量是体重的8%~12%,每天饲喂3次,乳和代乳料温度在38℃~40℃,从15日龄起自由饮水,自由采食干草,其它管理措施和免疫程序按肉牛饲养常规进行。
(3)指标测定
2.2.1生长情况测定
每15日按组逐头测定体尺指标,称重,观察牛群健康状况,并统计增重。
测定的性状包括:体长,从肩胛前缘(肱骨突)到同侧坐骨结节后缘间的距离;体高,又称鬐甲高,是自鬐甲最高点到地面的垂直高度;腰高,又称十字部高,为两腰角连线中点至地面的垂直高度;尻长,又称臀长,为腰角前缘至坐骨结节后缘间的距离;腰角宽,两腰角外缘间的距离;胸深,肩胛后缘胸部上、下之间的距离;胸围,在肩胛骨后缘处作一垂线,用卷尺饶一周测量;坐骨端宽,也称臀端宽或尻宽,为两坐骨结节外缘间的宽度。
(4)数据分析
数据处理采用Microsoft 2003Excel整理数据,用SPSS 13.0对试验数据进行统计分析,用One-way ANOVA进行单因素方差分析。

实验得到的数据,经过处理后,结果如下:

上表可以看出,代乳料组的秦川犊牛腰角宽是随着月龄的增加而增加的,在2.0~2.5月龄时显著高于全乳组和精料组(P<0.05)。
另外,经实验测定分析,得知代乳料组的秦川犊牛的腰高、尻长和坐骨端宽在0.5~4.0月龄与全乳组和精料组无显著关系(P>0.05)。
综上结果,在秦川犊牛时期,通过应用代乳料,秦川牛的体重、体高、体长、胸围、胸深、腰角宽等生长发育指标均明显提高。
Claims (4)
1.一种促进犊牛生长发育的代乳料,其特征在于,该代乳料由全脂奶粉、大豆浓缩蛋白粉、玉米蛋白粉、干乳清粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、油脂、磷酸氢钙、石粉、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、食盐、乳化剂、香味剂、预混料组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的预混料,其特征在于,该预混料由玉米、小麦、玉米、酒精糟、小麦麸、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、米糠、葵花粕、石粉、磷酸氢钙、锡、食盐、多微组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的预混料,其特征在于,该代乳料组成成分的比例分别是:全脂奶粉10%、大豆浓缩蛋白粉19.5%、玉米蛋白粉10%、干乳清粉9%、玉米淀粉10.2%、葡萄糖10%、油脂12.3%、磷酸氢钙4%、石粉1.6%、蛋氨酸0.4%、赖氨酸1.3%、食盐0.3%、乳化剂0.5%、香味剂9.4%、预混料1.5%,合计100%。
4.如权利要求1和2所述的预混料,其特征在于,该预混料组成成分的比例分别是:玉米30%、小麦10.34%、玉米酒精糟10%、小麦麸10%、花生粕10%、玉米蛋白粉12%、米糠7.06%、葵花粕4.6%、石粉2.67%、磷酸氢钙1.59%、锡0.9%、食盐0.8%、多微0.04%,合计100%。
