Detailed Description
In order to make the technical field of the invention better understand the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention is further described in detail with reference to the drawings and the implementation mode.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for answering an incoming call according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method is applied to a communication terminal, and the communication terminal has a display screen, where the method includes:
step 101: receiving a switching instruction after establishing a communication channel with a calling party about a call;
step 102: converting the received voice data of the call of the calling party into text data according to the conversion instruction;
step 103: and displaying the text data on the display screen so that a user can read the text data to determine the content of the call.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the called party is inconvenient to answer the call, a conversion instruction can be sent to the voice recognition unit arranged in the communication terminal, so that the voice recognition unit can convert the voice data called by the calling party into the text data and display the text data on the display screen of the communication terminal, and the content of the call can be determined after the text information is read by the called party.
The called party is inconvenient to answer the call and has various conditions, specifically: if the hearing of the called user is in problem or deaf, the user is inconvenient to answer the call; or the environment where the called user is located is noisy, so that the called user is inconvenient to answer the call; or the called user is in a meeting and is not convenient to answer the call, but the invention is not limited to this.
Wherein the conversion instruction is: the user clicks the conversion instruction generated by the text mode response key; or the switching instruction is generated when the environmental noise value is greater than a preset threshold value, but is not limited thereto.
In another preferred embodiment, before establishing a communication channel with the calling party for the call, the method may further include: receiving an instruction for setting reading starting operation sent by a user, and setting the reading starting operation according to the instruction. For example, the reading operation may be manually set before the user enters the conference room. Namely, the mode of answering the incoming call by the characters is selected. Through this setting process, a voice recognition unit built in the communication terminal can be enabled. After a communication channel with a calling party is established, displaying a 'text answer' key on a display interface of a display screen, receiving a conversion instruction by a communication terminal when a user clicks the key, and converting the received voice data of the call of the calling party into text data according to the conversion instruction; displaying the text data on the display screen so that a user can read the text data and determine the content of the call;
of course, it is possible to enable the voice recognition unit and the noise recognition unit built in the communication terminal through the setting process. After a communication channel with a calling party is established, when a user clicks an answering key, received voice data of the calling party are converted into analog signals, the voice data are played through a receiver, in the process, a microphone collects ambient noise values and sends the ambient noise values to a noise identification unit for comparison, when the ambient noise values are larger than a preset threshold value, a conversion instruction is generated, and the received voice data of the calling party are converted into text data according to the conversion instruction; and displaying the text data on the display screen so that a user can read the text data and determine the content of the call.
Of course, the voice recognition unit and the pressure recognition unit built in the communication terminal can be enabled through the setting process. After a communication channel with a calling party is established, when a user clicks an answering key, received voice data of the call of the calling party are converted into analog signals, the voice data are played through a receiver, in the process, a pressure value of the terminal held by the user is detected and sent to a pressure identification unit for comparison, and when the pressure value is larger than a preset threshold value, a conversion instruction is generated. Converting the received voice data of the call of the calling party into text data according to the conversion instruction; and displaying the text data on the display screen so that a user can read the text data and determine the content of the call. When the pressure value is larger than the preset threshold value, especially when the pressure value on the back of the terminal is larger than the preset threshold value, the user is indicated to be attached to the ear of the terminal, so that the surrounding environment is noisy, and the user cannot hear the voice data played by the receiver. The specific implementation can be realized by arranging a pressure sensor on the back of the communication terminal.
Preferably, after the communication terminal presets the function of starting the reading operation, the method may further include:
in one case, a reading starting instruction sent by a user is received, and reading starting operation is started according to the reading starting instruction.
That is, in this case, before the incoming call is not received, for example, after the communication terminal is turned on, a reading start operation may be set in advance in the communication terminal, so that when a call sent by a calling party is received and a conversion instruction is received, the voice recognition unit automatically converts the voice data of the call into text data according to the conversion instruction and displays the text data on the display screen of the communication terminal, so that the user can determine the content of the call after reading the text data.
In another case, the external environment sound information of the communication terminal is detected, and the reading operation is started when the environment sound information is greater than a preset threshold value.
That is, this situation is suitable for the noisy environment or meeting where the user is located, and it is inconvenient to answer the call when receiving the call sent by the caller, at this time, the reading start operation of the communication terminal may be started, that is, the voice recognition unit built in the communication terminal detects the environmental sound information outside the communication terminal, and when the environmental sound information is greater than the preset threshold, the reading start operation is started, so that when receiving the call sent by the caller and receiving the conversion instruction, the voice recognition unit automatically converts the voice data of the call into text data according to the conversion instruction, and displays the text data on the display screen of the communication terminal, so that the user can determine the content of the call after reading the text data.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the received voice data of the call of the calling party is converted into text data, and two conversion embodiments are described:
one example of a conversion is: carrying out down-conversion and demodulation on the received wireless data of the call to obtain voice digital data of the call; converting the voice digital data of the call into text data through a voice recognition engine;
that is, the received wireless information is down-converted, i.e. demodulated, into a baseband signal, the voice digital signal of the call is extracted from the baseband signal, and then the voice digital signal is input to a voice recognition engine, and the voice digital signal is converted into text data by the voice recognition engine;
another example of a conversion is: recording the voice analog data of the call heard by the receiver earphone into voice digital data through a loop inside the sound card equipment; and converting the voice digital data of the call into text data through a voice recognition engine.
That is, a voice analog signal heard by a receiver earphone of a receiving party is recorded into a voice digital signal through a loop circuit in a sound card, and then the voice digital signal is input into a voice recognition engine which converts the voice digital signal into text data; the specific implementation process is described in detail in the following embodiments, and is not described herein again.
Preferably, the method may further comprise: receiving information replied by a user after reading the text data, and sending the information to a calling party; wherein, the replied information is audio data pre-recorded by the user; or text data replied by the user; or voice data replied by the user through a microphone, and the like, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.
And judging whether the calling party hangs up, if so, stopping the real-time conversion of the voice data and prompting the user to hang up.

The method comprises the following steps:
step 201: when a user receives a call initiated by a calling party, the call is put through (namely, a conversion instruction is started);
step 202: a voice recognition unit built in the communication terminal converts voice data of the call into text data according to the received conversion instruction;
step 203: a voice recognition unit displays (prints) the text data on the display screen;
step 204: the user sees the text data of the call through the display screen and determines the content of the call;
step 205: receiving information replied by a user after reading the text data, and sending the information to a calling party;
in this embodiment, the user may give the calling party a microphone session; or by sending pre-recorded audio data to the calling party; the caller can also be replied to by text data, such as by text messaging or the like. The present embodiment is not limited.
Step 206: judging whether the calling party hangs up, if yes, executing step 207; otherwise, returning to step 202;
