本发明涉及一种生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料,其组成原料的重量份如下:聚碳酸酯56-75份,ABS树脂15-25份,ABS-g-MAH相容剂2-4份,增韧剂MBS3-8份,阻燃剂KSS5-7份,环氧树脂0.1-0.5份,复合抗氧剂B2250.1-0.3份。用本发明材料加成出的机车电容器壳体具有重量轻,成本低,不易变形和抗电强度大的特点。

一种生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料
技术领域
本发明涉及工程塑料领域,具体涉及一种生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料。
背景技术
目前用于动力机车上的电容器,其外壳外壳通常采用不锈钢或ABS工程塑料制成。前者壳体笨重,且成本高,易生锈,又极易产生壳体击穿和拉火现象,正逐渐被ABS材料所替代。而ABS材料壳体虽然重量轻,但是这种材料制成的壳体的壁厚必须在5cm以上,否侧抗变形温度低,易变形,但是壁太厚时,加工难度增大,生产时废品多,合格率低,增大了生产成本,同时ABS材料易吸水,导致电容器壳体绝缘性能降低,抗电强度下降。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明提供了一种生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料,采用本改性聚碳酸酯材料注塑而成的机车电容器壳体具有加工性能好,不易变形和抗电强度大的特点。
为实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料,其特征在于:其组成原料的重量份如下:
聚碳酸酯56-75份,ABS树脂15-25份,ABS-g-MAH相容剂2-4份,增韧剂MBS3-8份,阻燃剂KSS 5-7份,环氧树脂0.1-0.5份,复合抗氧剂B225 0.1-0.3份。 
所述的生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料,其特征在于:其组成原料的重量份如下:
聚碳酸酯70份,ABS树脂22份,ABS-g-MAH相容剂3份,增韧剂MBS 5份,阻燃剂KSS 6份,环氧树脂0.4份,复合抗氧剂B225 0.3份。 
所述的生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
   (1)分别称取各原材料;
   (2)将称取的原材料按照配方比例混合均匀;
   (3)将混合料投入到干燥机里进行干燥,干燥温度为75-85℃,干燥时间为4-6小时;
   (4)将干燥好的混料投入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出机的机筒温度为210-270℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的改性聚碳酸酯材料,具有兼有聚碳酸酯材料和ABS材料的双重特点,采用本改性聚碳酸酯材料注塑而成的机车电容器壳体具有加工性能好,不易变形和抗电强度大的特点。
具体实施方式
一种生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料,其组成原料的重量份如下:
聚碳酸酯70份,ABS树脂22份,ABS-g-MAH相容剂3份,增韧剂MBS 5份,阻燃剂KSS 6份,环氧树脂0.4份,复合抗氧剂B225 0.3份。 
生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
   (1)分别称取各原材料;
   (2)将称取的原材料按照配方比例混合均匀;
   (3)将混合料投入到干燥机里进行干燥,干燥温度为80℃,干燥时间为6小时;
   (4)将干燥好的混料投入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒,挤出机的机筒温度为210-270℃。
实验数据
   本发明的改性聚碳酸酯材料和ABS材料的特性对比如下表:

  由上表可以看出,改性聚碳酸酯的抗拉强度、抗弯强度、缺口冲击韧度都明显优于ABS材料,热变形温度和玻璃化温度高于ABS材料,吸水率低于ABS材料。
因此用本发明的改性聚碳酸酯材料加工 成的电容器壳体强度好,是ABS材料壳体2-3倍,不易变形,抗电强度大,可以使用的温度范围广,且加工性能好,尺寸稳定性好,没有缩壁现象,壳体的壁厚加工不受影响,可以按需要来增加壳体的壁厚,同时具有壳体重量轻,成本低的特点。

1.一种生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料,其特征在于:其组成原料的重量份如下:
聚碳酸酯56-75份,ABS树脂15-25份,ABS-g-MAH相容剂2-4份,增韧剂MBS  3-8份,阻燃剂KSS 5-7份,环氧树脂0.1-0.5份,复合抗氧剂B225 0.1-0.3份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酯材料,其特征在于:其组成原料的重量份如下:
聚碳酸酯70份,ABS树脂22份,ABS-g-MAH相容剂3份,增韧剂MBS 5份,阻燃剂KSS 6份,环氧树脂0.4份,复合抗氧剂B225 0.3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的生产机车电容器壳体的改性聚碳酸酯材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
