Technical Field
The invention relates to a television base, in particular to a double-rotating-shaft base of a television.
Background
With the great improvement of the living standard of people, televisions, especially liquid crystal televisions, gradually enter the living field of people as household appliances with thin bodies, large screens, no radiation and high-definition digital display. The earliest television base is formed by fixing two vertical columns which are mutually vertical, so that the television base does not have a rotating function, and the visual angle of the television is naturally not adjustable. With the increasing demand of people for televisions, televisions with rotatable bases are gradually appeared on the market. However, although various rotating bases for televisions are available on the market, the rotating structure of the rotating base is not changed from the original rotating base, that is, a longitudinally arranged bolt is used as a rotating shaft, the bottom plate does not rotate, and a rotating member for fixing the whole television can rotate around the bolt within a certain angle range. Obviously, the television can only rotate a certain angle in the transverse direction, but can not be adjusted in the longitudinal direction, so that the adjustment range of the visual angle of the television is greatly limited. In addition, most of the bases of the prior art televisions are only placed on the desktop on which the television is placed, and no fixing structure is adopted between the bases and the desktop, which causes the disadvantage that the prior art television is easy to be knocked down and hit people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a double-rotating-shaft base of a television, which is characterized in that a rotating shaft is added on the basis of the original structure, and a through hole is added in the base, so that the visual angle adjusting range of the television is widened, the whole television can be fixed on a desktop, and a plurality of defects in the prior art are overcome.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a double-rotating-shaft base of a television comprises a fixed bracket used for fixing the whole television; the fixed bracket comprises a bottom plate, a first bolt, a first anti-skid nut and a first rotating piece; the bottom plate is horizontally arranged, the first bolt is vertically matched in the bottom plate, and a first limiting structure for preventing the first bolt and the bottom plate from rotating relatively is arranged between the first bolt and the bottom plate; the first rotating piece is arranged above the bottom plate and is movably sleeved on the first bolt through the matching of the first anti-skid nut, so that the first rotating piece can rotate by an angle by taking the first bolt as a rotating shaft under the action of external force; the fixed bracket also comprises a second bolt, a second anti-skid nut and a second rotating piece for fixing the whole machine; the second bolt is transversely installed at the upper part of the first rotating piece; the second rotating piece is movably sleeved on the second bolt through the matching of the second anti-skid nut, so that the second rotating piece can rotate at an angle relative to the first rotating piece by taking the second bolt as a rotating shaft under the action of external force; a second limiting structure used for limiting the second rotating piece to rotate within an angle range is further arranged between the second rotating piece and the first rotating piece.
The double-rotating-shaft base also comprises a base, and the base and the fixed support are detachably fixed; the base is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the base can be fixed on the desktop through the matching of the through holes and the fastening screws.
The first rotating piece comprises two first lugs and a base plate, and the bottom ends of the two first lugs are respectively connected with the two sides of the base plate integrally; the base plate is movably sleeved on the first bolt; the second bolt is mounted between the two first lugs.
The second rotating part comprises a vertical plate and a shaft sleeve which are used for fixing the whole machine; the bottom end of the vertical plate is provided with two second lugs, the shaft sleeve is supported and propped between the two second lugs along the transverse direction, and the two second lugs are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two first lugs; the second bolt is movably sleeved in the shaft sleeve and the two second lugs, so that the vertical plate can rotate by taking the second bolt as an axis; the second limiting structure comprises first limiting holes arranged in the two first lugs and first limiting pins transversely arranged at the bottom ends of the two second lugs; the two first limiting pins are respectively correspondingly matched in the two first limiting holes; the two first limiting holes are arc-shaped bar holes respectively, so that the movement of the two first limiting pins is limited within the angle range limited by the arc-shaped bar holes.
The top end of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a plastic gasket which is used for being in contact with the bottom end of the first rotating piece; the first bolt penetrates through the plastic gasket from the bottom end of the bottom plate upwards; a third limiting structure used for limiting the first rotating piece to rotate within an angle range is further arranged between the first rotating piece and the bottom plate; the third limiting structure comprises a second limiting pin arranged at the bottom end of the substrate and a second limiting hole arranged in the bottom plate; the second limiting pin is correspondingly matched in the second limiting hole; the second limiting hole is an arc-shaped strip hole, so that the movement of the second limiting pin is limited within the angle range limited by the arc-shaped strip hole; the plastic gasket is provided with a yielding notch which is positioned on the second limiting pin and correspondingly matched with the second limiting hole.
The bottom plate is provided with a first through hole for a first bolt to pass through, and the first limiting structure comprises a first flat structure arranged on a rod body of the first bolt and a first flat hole structure arranged at the first through hole; the first flat structure of the first bolt is matched with the first flat hole structure of the first through hole.
A fourth limiting structure for limiting the second bolt and the first rotating piece to rotate mutually is arranged between the second bolt and the first rotating piece, and the first lug is provided with a second through hole for the second bolt to pass through; the fourth limiting structure comprises two second flat structures arranged at two ends of the rod body of the second bolt and second flat hole structures arranged at the two second through holes; the two second flat structures of the second bolt are respectively correspondingly matched with the second flat hole structures of the corresponding second through holes.
The fixed support also comprises a plurality of elastic gaskets, and the threaded section of the first bolt is used for pressing at least one elastic gasket between the first anti-skid nut and the substrate through the first anti-skid nut; the threaded section of the second bolt presses at least one elastic gasket between the second anti-skid nut and one of the first lugs through the second anti-skid nut.
The vertical plate is covered on the outer side of the fixed support, and the vertical plate partially extends out of the shell through the abdicating hole; the base plate is provided with a plurality of first screw holes, a plurality of mounting grooves are formed in the cavity of the shell, and the base plate and the shell are fixedly connected through a plurality of countersunk head screws in a corresponding mode with the first screw holes and the mounting grooves in a locking and matching mode.
The base is also provided with a plurality of third screw holes correspondingly matched with the second screw holes; the bottom plate and the base are fixedly connected with each other through the locking matching of a plurality of quick locking screws with the second screw holes and the third screw holes.
According to the double-rotating-shaft base of the television, the base is made of plastic materials, and the bottom end face of the base is additionally provided with the reinforcing ribs for reinforcing the rigidity of the base, so that a metal counterweight plate for reinforcing the rigidity of the base can be omitted, and the purpose of reducing the cost is achieved.
The double-rotating-shaft television base has the advantages that the second bolt and the second rotating piece are added, the second rotating piece is correspondingly matched with the first rotating piece through the second bolt and can rotate around the second bolt along the longitudinal direction within a certain angle range, so that the double-rotating-shaft rotation of the television base and the first rotating piece can be realized, and the adjustment range of the visual angle of the television is greatly widened; the base is provided with the plurality of through holes, so that the base can fix the whole machine on the desktop through the matching of the through holes and the fastening screws, and the phenomenon that the whole machine is accidentally touched to injure people is avoided; the base and the bottom plate are detachably connected through the quick locking screw, so that the base and the bottom plate can be quickly separated in the cabinet loading process of the whole machine, the cabinet loading treatment of the whole machine is facilitated, the cabinet loading amount is increased, and the transportation cost is reduced.
The invention is further explained in detail with the accompanying drawings and the embodiments; however, the dual-hinge base of a tv set according to the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment, referring to the attached drawings, the double-rotating-shaft base of the television comprises a base 11 and a fixing bracket for fixing the whole television; the fixing bracket comprises a bottom plate 2, a first bolt 1, a first anti-skid nut 51, a second anti-skid nut 52, a first rotating piece 4, a second bolt 8 and a second rotating piece 7 for fixing the whole machine; the bottom plate 2 is arranged above the base 11, the bottom plate 2 is horizontally arranged, the first bolt is vertically matched in the bottom plate 2, and a first limiting structure for preventing the first bolt 1 and the bottom plate 2 from rotating relatively is arranged between the first bolt and the bottom plate 2; the first rotating part 4 is arranged above the bottom plate 2 and is movably sleeved on the first bolt 1 through the matching of the first anti-skid nut 51, so that the first rotating part 4 rotates by an angle by taking the first bolt 1 as a rotating shaft under the action of external force; the second bolt 8 is transversely installed at the upper part of the first rotating part 4, and the second rotating part 7 is movably sleeved on the second bolt 8 through the matching of the second anti-skid nut 52, so that the second rotating part 8 rotates for an angle by taking the second bolt 8 as a rotating shaft under the action of external force; a second limiting structure for limiting the second rotating member to rotate within an angle range is further arranged between the second rotating member 8 and the first rotating member 4.

According to the double-rotating-shaft base of the television, the first bolt is correspondingly matched with the bottom plate and the first rotating piece, so that the first rotating piece can rotate by an angle range in the transverse direction, namely the left-right direction by taking the first bolt as a rotating shaft, and a user can conveniently adjust the visual angle of the whole television in the left-right direction; through the corresponding matching of the second bolt, the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece, the second rotating piece can rotate by an angle range in the longitudinal direction, namely the vertical direction by taking the second bolt as a rotating shaft, so that a user can conveniently adjust the visual angle of the whole machine in the vertical direction. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the function of realizing double-shaft rotation, thereby greatly widening the adjustment range of the visual angle of the whole machine. In addition, the bottom end of the base is provided with a structure of a reinforcing rib, so that the rigidity of the base is increased, and the processing mode of reinforcing the base by adopting a steel plate in the past is cancelled; through a plurality of via holes arranged in the base, the base can be fixed on a desktop by adopting the locking and matching of fastening screws and the via holes, so that the condition that the whole machine is knocked down carelessly to injure people can be avoided.
According to the double-rotating-shaft base of the television, the base is connected with the fixed support through the quick locking screw, so that on one hand, the base and the fixed support can be quickly disassembled and assembled, on the other hand, the base and the fixed support can be separated when a cabinet is assembled, and meanwhile, the fixed support is fixedly connected to the whole television to form a shape similar to a Q shape; like this, with base and fixed bolster separation back, can make things convenient for the complete machine to carry out the loading and handle to improve the loading volume, reduce cost of transportation greatly from it.
The above embodiments are only used to further illustrate the dual-spindle base of the tv set of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
